Joe Speaker is absolutely amazing, hands down, THE BEST! My first car buying experience and he made it easy, stress-free (as possible) and fun! I would highly recommend him to any and everyone. Of course it being my first time, I was very hesitant and anxious as to how this whole process would go. From the beginning Joe made me feel comfortable and gained my trust. He listened to what I wanted and advocated for me until the end. The whole team at Hendrick’s was friendly and accommodating. A very satisfied customer and I am absolutely in love with my new car!

I had purchased a vehicle from Hendrick Dodge Jeep Ram or Wilmington that was brought in from a dealership in Fayetteville. The car was as perfect from the outside like the pictures displayed it online. However the car was not properly detailed. There were crumbs and chips under and in between the seats. There was stains on the dashboard from a chemical that wasn’t for dashboards. I payed money out of my pocket to get it detailed. Mind you it is the second day owning the car. The check engine oil came on the 3rd day and I contacted the dealership and I had to bring it back because no one did an oil change to the vehicle. A week later I am on a road trip in the vehicle when the front left tire starts to peel off as soon as I entered Georgia. I almost lost control of the car a couple of times getting to the dealership. This car was not fit for the road especially in Atlanta traffic. I had to go out of my way to a Hendrick dealership. The issue wasn’t the tires. It was the alignment both tires in the front were peeling. The alignment with tires came out to almost $950. It took longer for the dealership in Georgia to get I. Contact with the Wilmington dealership to send the bill than to fix the issue. Hendrick dodge jeep ram dealership’s issue isn’t the salesman. It’s issue is with quality. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. It is not the salesman’s fault the car was having issues. He/she doesn’t do the inspections, oil changes or details the car it’s the dealerships job. Do yourself a favor when you purchase a car from this dealership and take your car to a mechanic and get it inspected.

Aaron, the service tech, did a great job getting our Jeep Cherokee repaired. They fixed it quickly and economically. Everyone there tries to give the customer a good automotive experience. Updated 2-25-21...Received more great service from Aaron and Hendrick's. A minor engine computer upgrade was performed at no charge, along with the oil topped off.

Went in almost 3 weeks ago knowing I wanted to get back in a Wrangler. Jordan in sales was fantastic to work with, found me a dream boat of a Jeep, and has also gone above and beyond to help with some service issues post closing. I had very specific goals for financing and they worked with me to get things in a range I was comfortable with. Finance and closing was a breeze and everything was quick and seamless. An all around great experience!

My husband traded in his truck for another truck (used Toyota Tundra) about a month ago & we couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. He initially reached out via online chat about the Tundra's specifics and the team provided quick/accurate info. When he decided that he wanted to pursue testing/purchasing the truck he got in touch with Joe Speaker. He was great through the entire process! He was very genuine and kept us laughing. Highly recommend this "Not your average Joe-salesman". The finance team (Brian?) were very informative and did not miss a piece of information while going over everything & no pressure was put on us to do something we weren't comfortable with! Not to mention the facility was clean and welcoming. I would definitely use them to buy our next vehicle for sure!
