This is our second service appointment (10,000-mile checkup) on our car. Once again, we are extremely pleased with the service provided. Erin is absolutely "AWESOME"! Just the Best of the Best, that's Erin...... From start to finish all went well. There's no long waiting, confusion or any issue that they are not able to resolve. The coordination between staff is evident. They are very professional. They're polite, conscientious and eager to assist. You're not rushed in and out, as if they don't have time for you. It's been our pleasure to have our car serviced at this location. Thanks everyone, especially Erin. Kudos to all from two very satisfied, long time Lexus customers. Keep up the great service!

Came in for scheduled maintenance and left feeling my business was appreciated. I was quickly greeting and checked in as soon as I drove up. I was whisked away to the waiting area. Plenty of space to relax and chill and even do some work while I was there. Fully stocked drink fridge and coffee maker and snacks were available upon request. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. I was kept up to date as service was completed. Even given a few quotes on future work with NO PRESSURE to commit. Great experience!!

This is a very customer oriented company. I was not pushed to buy and they staff was very accommodating. I worked with Ivan and Pablo they both were very nice and found exactly the car I was looking for. Dante the finance guy was very good too. It's a great car, I would definitely do repeat business there. Very satisfied customer!

Pedro and Erin were great. Pedro was very polite and friendly. He answered all my questioned and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with him. Erin was very sweet and caring . She went above And beyond to make sure I got the car and all I needed. If it was not for these two I probably wouldn't be a Lexus owner.

Jessica was great! She explained things well, and was patient if I needed help. She worked to make sure I understood everything before letting me leave. I couldn't have had a better person explaining the technology on my new Lexus! I drove home confident and happy. Thank you Jessica!!!! Also helpful was Ivan Blair. He sold the car over the phone to us as we live out of state. He worked hard to make sure every single detail was taken care of before I left the lot. He too was excellent and helped me drive home confident and happy, so he also deserves 5 stars!!! I'm still very very happy with our service and choice of car.
