Great buying experience, knowledgeable sales staff with an excellent attention to detail. They were a team who had everything covered from an informative test drive to the tour of the dealership service areas for those future visits. Extremely knowledgeable of the product they sell.....Lexus! My sales associate was Ed Jackson-he was personable, very professional and had a sense of humor which was refreshing. The financing process was a breeze with the finance officer having everything ready to sign once our terms of the sell was finalized. I would highly recommend this dealership for future car purchases. Great experience from a professional staff who truly gave you the feeling they were glad for your business!

I would like to recognize Sal for the exceptional, friendly, and professional experience showed before and during my vehicle purchase. Although the vehicle I wanted was in transit, Sal made sure to keep me abreast of its delivery so that a test drive could be scheduled to ensure the IS 350 F Sport was indeed the car I wanted. Sal was knowledgeable of all questions asked and prompt to follow-up with unknown questions related to specific rebates and other potential incentives. The entire process was smooth from the beginning to the end, with great appreciation, knowing Sal would be the only person I would be dealing with for buying and financing. Sal is the utmost professional who did not use high-pressure sales tactics. Sal is highly recommended for anyone wanting to become part of the Hendrick Lexus Northlake family.

I had an amazing experience at Hendrick Lexus Northlake! I went kind of spur of the moment and Jackie was quick to accommodate me without an appointment. It was such a pleasure to work with Jackie. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership. She talked to me like a friend rather than a salesperson and she was always very upfront and honest with me. Jackie, Sean, and the rest of the team here made my car buying experience an effortless one. I can't wait to go back for my service needs.

Robert was my sales manager and he did a fantastic job at working with me to get the perfect vehicle. The entire staff was very well organized and even when they found an error with the first car I selected they found me a better cheaper one for a great deal!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone. Plus I highly recommend the vehicles they have on the lot. Thanks Mr. Robert and I will be back after I finish the degree my friend!!!!!!! James was so helpful! He made sure I understood everything and was super fast. He was very engaging and high spirited. He is full of laughs and is excellent at what he does. Edward made sure we entered the door with smiles and laughs. Vince had great customer service and served us drinks. Will look forward to working with Lexus again in the future!
