I bought a Macan from Albie Blanco and it has been a great ownership experience. From the ordering of the car to servicing it when needed. The personal touches are really what put him above the rest like the hand written holiday card and the prompt response to any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with Albie again soon.

When you are on the market looking to buy a Porsche you are not only expecting an excellent car but you are expecting exceptional customer service. I was not disappointed when I was working with Bryan Armbruster. I found his personable style refreshing and didn't feel pressure to make a purchase. Buying a car in general can be stressful, but Bryan was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the cars, and passionate about his job. When I am ready to pull the trigger I will certainly go back to Hendrick Porsche and work with Bryan.

I live in Atlanta and we have two very large Porsche dealerships here but I chose to drive to Charlotte instead.Bryan Armbruster was very helpful and followed up after the sale. When I decide to trade, I will definitely go back to Hendrick Porsche.

Albie has been my guy for anything Porsche for the last few years. I met him while waiting on my car getting serviced. All it took was a test drive and his knowledge and we had an immediate connection. I am now on my third Porsche from him and have one on order with him right now for my wife. He makes everything so easy from ordering exactly what I want to helping me set up service appointments. There is no need for an owners manual when able is a quick text away. I just wish there was a way that I could by anything car related from him rather than having to deal with some other dealer.

Brian Ambruster went above and beyond my expectations to make my car buying experience a great one. He respected my wishes, didn't push an annoying hard sell, and waited patiently for me to make a decision. He worked continuously to find me the car of my dreams. Very impressed with this guy!

It is rare to have a pleasant experience when buying a car; however with Hendick Porsche we were made comfortable immediately from the smile behind the front desk to our salespersons. Bryan and Scott go above and beyond. Mark in finance is very helpful. No one is pushy. Nicely this carries on into service. Matt and Even are top notch.

If I could give them less then ... 1 STAR .... I would !!!In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

I recently bought a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Steve Mann. Owning a Porsche has been a dream of mine since childhood. I got my car serviced here last week and was so impressed with my complete experience there. I met with Mike Pellet and he assessed all that I would needing that day, gave me an estimated time or completion, and brought my car back washed is less time than expected. He is very professional and attentive to my needs and addresses issues promptly. What a great experience! I really do NOT like the car buying process in general and I approached my recent car search with a feeling of dread. A friend of mine recommended salesman Bryan Armbruster and I was very pleasantly surprised as he took all of the agony out of the process. Bryan is professional and courteous and honest. Bryan Armbruster is a new breed of car salesman. No pressure, very knowledgeable and intelligent. I traded my Boxster toward a 911 purchase. All aspects were handled professionally. Pricing was fair. Paperwork was quick and organized. In the past I have had my car serviced here with similar results.

My wife and I just wanted to say that we were very pleased with how comfortable and valued we felt during the entire shopping/buying experience. This included taking a long test drive, settling on a transaction, and finally leaving with an awesome car. Now it is worth mentioning we pulled into the Porsche dealership with a 1999 Ford Ranger. We were definitely not Porsche buyers but were treated as if we were searching for a new 911 Turbo. My wife and I found the entire experience as a perfect example of how a car purchase should be. Many thanks to the salesman, Richard Reynolds, and the kind finance team led by Mark Solomon. Needless to say we would recommend this dealership, but perhaps, the is also an example of the management style of the Hendricks Dealership Teams. Either way the formula works at Hendricks Porsche. Thank you again!!

After 2 BMW M5s I went to Hendrick Porsche next to BMW. I was going to get an M6 Grand Coupe but was hesitant after my M5 went on fire. I met Richard at Hendrick Porsche, he is a great guy. He was not pushy at all, he knows everything about the car and is very honest. I got a 2014 Panamera Turbo and his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process has been great! I wanted to install some customized accessories in the car, so he recommended GMP Performance. He knew exactly what I wanted before I got the car and insured I got what I wanted after I already bought the car. Richard followed up with me a month after I bought the car. at that time I was having difficulties getting my Panamera to work with my garage opener. I gave up trying and asked him if he knew of anyone I could hire. Richard was so great that he himself came to my house and fixed it for nothing when the car was already mine and he did not have to do anything more for me. He was able to get my 3 garage door openers working!I have dealt with many car salesmen and he is the best by far!!

Great attitudes from everyone I met. Although buying a 10 year old car, I was treated as if I were spending a million dollars. I hope Mr. Hendrick knows what a special team he has.

I've bought and sold a lot of cars in my life, and Hendrick Porsche stands out to be the best I've ever dealt with. I dealt with Steve Mann, who is probably the most honest, helpful, responsive, and upfront sales professional I've ever dealt with. Just for background, I've had dealings with Audi, BMW, MB, Infiniti in the past, so I'm not comparing them to a Chrysler dealership.This was a long distance purchase - flew down from NYC and drove 660 miles back home! Car was exactly as described, no surprises, smooth transaction. And the price was very good as well. These guys go the extra mile, especially if you're buying pre-owned. They do their own "CPO-type" inspection of all preowned vehicles they sell. They even give you the actual report. Steve even tracked down all the vehicle's service records for me and got me a printout of them as well. He also walked around the car with me with a paint meter. This morning, he calls me to find out if I got home ok. I mean, come on, who does that? I got a great price and great peace of mind. I wish more sales professionals were like Steve at Hendrick Porsche.
