From someone who did not like Subaru AT ALL since I’d been hit by two before... I have to say working with Michael Alger made me a believer and Subaru fan! Not only am I floored by the handling and appearance of the auto I purchased, I’m extremely impressed by all the features and “standards” Subaru puts on each vehicle. Michael went above and beyond to explain options and features to me and was very helpful in getting a vehicle I would love for many years to come. He definitely deserves a five star rating for professionalism and attitude! Be proud Hendrick!

I see many good reviews regarding the car buying experience at Hendrick’s Subaru; but after the sale, good service is paramount. My experience with servicing my Outback at Hendricks has been phenomenal. It is consistently the best automotive service I have had in all my years of owning a car. Much of my satisfaction is due to Ralph Higgs, my Service Advisor. Ralph has been assisting me for a couple of years now, and because of him every service visit has been a pleasure. Ralph is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am totally satisfied each time I bring my vehicle in for service.

I used to drive to Johnson Subaru in Cary, but with Southpoint being so much closer and it having good reviews, I decided to try it. This might be a great place to purchase a car but I've yet to have a great experience with their service department. I'm either left standing in a room of associates with no one asking to help me, told I'm I'm in the red on some service items when I wasn't even in yellow on my previous visit not 3,000 miles ago, or stuck sitting in a waiting room that smells like exhaust for over an hour and a half for an oil change that I had an appointment for. I've given them more than enough chances to prove themselves better, but I'll be taking the drive to Johnson from here on out.
