Cadillac Donald was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. A very professional guy but warm. He was so patient. He had his hands full dealing with a senior citizen whom trust no one. She said he was very nice and smart. That was as good as it gets. 😆

Best buying experience ever. I live in Jacksonville Florida and they did everything over the phone and delivered the car to my home 4.5 hours away. They even made the deal I wanted on my first offer. I spent 12 years in the car business managing for major car dealerships so I know exactly what is possible when negotiating. The sales manager Dorian had no idea that I had the knowledge that I have which impressed me more than anything. Normally I have to tell the dealership that I know all the games they are playing in order to get them to stop and just make the deal. This was awesome. I highly recommend anyone buying a Cadillac to buy from this store.

Everyone at Hennessy Cadillac was very nice. My salesman Reginald Batts, was awesome! I was treated with respect throughout the entire process. All of my questions were answered and I was given the best deal! The dealership was clean and well maintained! I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!

I met Donald 'Mr. Cadillac' Wooten . the sales consultant and advised him what had happen with my old car and I needed a new one. Donald was very helpful and got me back into a new beautiful Black ATS 2.0T. So when you are ready to get a new car, go to Hennessy Cadillac and talk to Donald he is the Best and if your car need detailing you have to talk to Drew and Kaliel, they will make your car look like it rolled off the factory floor! I had a Great Experience with purchasing my new car from Hennessy Cadillac. Donald is AWESOME. They treat you like family!

Her people skills and knowledge made it an incredibly easy process for us to acquire the vehicle we had been searching for over the past few months. She worked to understand and meet our needs. She was very upfront with us and direct, which I appreciate in a business relationship. The sales manager was no different. He also sought to understand our needs and meet them. Compared to the many other dealerships we visited, Hennessy Cadillac was an over the top experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
