As soon as I walked into the service area, I could tell that ALL associates work as a team. It didn't matter what the specific job was of each person I encountered; they never ignored me and I was made to feel welcome and special. There was always a hospitable gesture of an offer of water or a snack. I appreciate that. The vehicle was repaired to specification and in a timely manner. I appreciate that too!

Generally, I hate car dealerships and love to screw with them if I think they are trying to take me for a ride. I wanted a Cadillac and went to my local dealer. The car I wanted was not in stock so I suggested that we go inside and get an order in. The second I sat down, the salesman plopped a credit app right in front of me along with a pen. That along with some other questionable sales tactics gave me a bad gut feeling. I walked out and drove to Hennessy.There I met Justin, fresh in the business but a very nice guy. We got the order in, no credit app in sight. After getting everything hashed out over the span of two to three visits, I met his Sales Manager, Angela. A stunning person with great knowledge. The process was quick and simple, only hampered by me trying to make a decision between a couple of trim packages and colors.No arguments, no games... hear me now and believe me later, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Out of the twenty plus cars I have purchased in my lifetime; six of them in the past five years, I can only say good things about four of those transactions.Normally, I despise F&I guys aka "Business Managers". I met Jordan a few times and had absolutely no drama. This guy is a straight shooter, no BS and a very nice guy. The last F&I guy I dealt with was the total opposite of Jordan trying to pack my deal. This experience was very refreshing.Another great experience with Hennessy was the fact that my request that I not be harassed via phone or email was honored. I am still getting automated emails from that other Cadillac dealer to date. I just delete it, like I deleted their credit app.No deal is ever perfect, there was a couple of hiccups in the process but that made this team launch into beastmode and they got everything fixed and back on track in no time.I would have no issues refering this trio to friends and family members and will not hesitate to buy a car from these guys again.This deal was fair and square.

WE had a great experience dealing with Craig Carpenter and Jay Nauta when purchasing a new 2016 Cadillac XTS. Craig went the extra mile in contacting us immediately when the vehicle I was looking for was available and Jay was great when it was time to close the deal. Highly recommend Craig and Jay when it comes to sales.

I was very impressed with their level of service on my car. David was my service manager, and he took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns/questions and made sure that they were all addressed/fixed. He also kept me updated on all that was being done on the car. Knowledgable, professional, diligent and on top of all of that, had a great personality. THANK YOU

We purchased a SRX less than two years ago. In September, we decided to upgrade to a later model so this was our second sales experience with Victor King. He is so professional as well as knowledgeable of the Cadillac products. He makes notes of follow-up items or issues to ensure satisfaction or resolution. This second experience allowed us the pleasure of getting to know Victor a little better on a personal note. He is an extraordinary man, not only in his business life but also in his personal life and we think very highly of him. The business manager, Jordan Woods, found us a much lower interest rate than our credit union and we appreciated his expertise in negotiating the best deal for us as well as his efficiency in expediting the process. Even though Victor spent valuable time introducing us to the navigation system, I still found it problematic just because it is more advanced than in the previous SRX. This week I met with the technology specialist, Seth Brinkman, for an hour while he went over the navigation and other features of the SRX for a somewhat better understanding in learning how to operate the system. Again, just as with our encounter of everyone at Hennessy, including the service department, Seth is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable of all components in the SRX.

He sent and inquiry and was immediately responded to by Craig the internet manager. He and my husband traded many emails back and forth and nailed down an awesome deal on a great car!! searching the web I found a used minivan that was what we were looking for. The sales representative was quick to respond and helpful with answers to questions. The dealer had sufficient information about the car that would have lead us to buy. We did not buy the van because we could not agree upon the price for the used van. Local dealers offered a very attractive price on a new van that became our choice to purchase. .

I want to relate an exceptional experience I had with Hennessy Cadillac. All points of contact I had with the dealership were positive, confident and professional. Victor King is an outstanding ambassador for Cadillac and took the time to understand my needs/wants and tell me how the car can satisfy them. I was in the market for a new car after my A6 was totaled from a collision with a deer, and had narrowed my search to a new A6 PP 3.0L, BMW 535i and the CTS Vsport. I reached out to the dealership via an online request and was immediately contacted via email by Craig Carpenter, Hennessy's internet manager. I called Craig the next day to set-up an appointment and told him about the car I was interested in purchasing. He took the time to tell me about the Vsport, the V heritage and set me up with a very knowledgeable sales consultant, Victor King. As I mentioned above, Victor was a true professional and I feel like he is a great asset to the Hennessy organization. The Business Manager, Canice Favorite, also quickly took care of my financing needs and found me a better rate than my pre-approval from my institution. All in all, it was a great purchase experience with a group of people who really understand customer service and how to professionally sell a vehicle. If you are in the market, call Victor. I have owned many new cars, and this is my first Cadillac. The CTS is a driver's car and beat the German competition hands down. Kudos to Cadillac and to Hennessy for a great experience! Jeff T.
