Arthur was great to deal with, no games at all! I helped a co worker purchase the vehicle after she had a horrible experience at one other Lexus dealership in town and the other just wanted to play games with her she was a week in the process. I reached out to Arthur and the negotiating was done within a day and my co worker scheduled to pick up the car the next day for a seamless process. I met Arthur about 3 months ago when i first started looking for a car for my Wife. Even though we weren't quite sure what exactly we wanted, his help with narrowing down our choices proved to be invaluable. Eventually we decided we may have to build a 2017 RX450 Hybrid which was unavailable in all of the current inventory. Even though it took about 2 months from order to delivery, Arthur was with us all the way. He would take our calls sometimes outside of normal working hours, follow up on all our inquiries. He always kept us informed on the status of our order and also informed us promptly as soon as our car shipped and when it arrived at the dealership. He also worked to provide us with a loaner for about 2 weeks prior to the arrival of our vehicle. We could not have had a better experience as we had with Arthur. His professionalism, dedication, commitment and communication skills made ours an exceptional experience. Only down side was his inability to allow us use of a credit card for part payment which he explained was dealership procedure.

I purchased a car from Hennessy Lexus on Monday, 9/12/2016. Jack Ross was my salesman. Before we closed the deal, we took the car on a short test drive (Maybe a few blocks). At the time, I did not notice anything wrong with the car. Once I got on the interstate, heading home, going about 60mph, I noticed a winding sound, the steering wheel had some vibration, and the car was pulling to the right. I woke up the next morning and drove all the way back to the dealership. Mind you, I live a hour away from the dealership.. As soon as I arrived to the dealership, I ran into my salesman Jack Ross. I told him what was going on and he suggested we take it for a ride so he can see what's going on. We test drove the car, he confirmed he heard and seen everything I said was wrong. When we got back to the dealership, Jack Ross said he was going speak with a manager to see what they can do. He came back a few mins later and stated that the manager said they are not going to fix the issues because they gave me a good deal. A "good deal" has absolutely nothing to do with selling a person a car that has mechanical problems. I asked Jack Ross to get the manager he spoke with to come speak with me. He left for a few minutes and came back without the manager and stated that the manager said he will not fix it and that they can take the car back if I did not want to fix the issues myself. He said the issues will cost me only about $500. I told him I don't want to give the car back, I want them to fix the problems that should have been fixed before they put the car up for sale. They refused. I was really surprised getting this kind of service at a big professional dealership like Lexus. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I did not want to argue, so I left with the car. When I got back home I called several times leaving several messages to the managers and no one returned my call. I emailed them Friday 9/16/2016 and the manager Brad Zeller responded Saturday morning 9/17/2016. He stated the car was sold as is and that they will not fix it. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. Waiting for them to respond.

I took my 2016 GX-460 in for its first maintenance at 5000 miles. Tire rotation, check fluids was all they needed to do. My online appointment was honored and check-in a breeze in an inside office environment. My wait was short in the premo coffee room. Having a just-washed SUV delivered to within a few steps of where I was sitting was icing on the cake.

She returns calls quickly and genuinely wants your experience to be the best it can be. The waiting area for service is comfortable and there are plenty of snacks and beverages should you get hungry. Frank Mullin was a joy to work with. He was responsive to our needs and schedules and didn't waste our time. Kept us informed on "next steps" so we always knew what to expect. Pricing was very competitive - so much so that we drove in from out of state to purchase our new vehicle! Very helpful to us in terms of getting set up with the "technology" on the new car. And although we weren't trading in our old vehicle, he gave us great advice on how to market and get the most $$ for our vehicle. We kept waiting for the "other shoe to drop" to turn this experience into the normal "awful" car buying drama...but it never happened! This was the best new-car buying experience we've ever had.

My car was given expert attention in every area and small things like my wind shield wiper that had developed a small but annoying squeak was fixed without me even mentioning it. Way to go Lexus technician! A nail was also discovered in the side wall of one of my tires that had not been evident to me! Way to go Lexus technician! The inside and out were meticulously clean... no short cuts! Way to go Lexus technician! Service folks were stellar...from the greeters to the exit drive out! Previously bought over 25 cars from Hennessy. After a recent terrible experience with the Gwinnett Land Rover store I went to Lexus next door and I must say my wife and I have never experienced a more professional and friendly experience than Lexus Gwinnett. I tend to be very skeptical about the new car buying process. I reviewed all kinds of cars and having a 2006 Lexus GS 300 and knowing the reliability and fun I have had driving the car, I knew Lexus would deserve a look. Frank took the time to explain the features in the new Lexus ES and even showed me how the navigation now performed better I was deadset against it!. Having the car for about 2 weeks I am thankful for Frank taking the time to show me what it could do and very glad I got it. I feel like Frank took the time to help figure out the right color and configuration for myself and my family. Five stars are not high enough to give to Joe and Hugh Robb of Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett on the purchase of our new 2016 RX 350. We waited a year for the arrival of the new RX and Mr. Hugh Robb went the extra mile to obtain the nightfall mica with parchment interior RX 350 that we desired; when other dealerships failed. Mr Joe Robb was extremely knowledgeable of the advanced features in the new RX 350. He was able to demonstrate and setup a fully loaded version, when other dealerships barely knew the new car was on their lot. In addition, one cannot find a more courteous, friendly, and professional team.We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus.

I always hated car shopping. That feeling changed when I went to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Mr. Frank Mullin was the sales person who assisted me. I told him what I wanted and he began bringing up the cars that met my criteria. He did not waste my time by bringing those that I wouldn't consider. All the people were friendly and helpful. My husband and I purchased Michelin Tires for our Lexus. The tires were noisy with a bumpy ride. Contacted the dealership and complained they couldn't get tires in the same price range, they ordered the Michelin Primacy's for another $70. We waited 3 days to find out the Michelin Primacy's were on back-order and couldn't get them. The dealership stated the only other option was to order Good Year tires and that was all they could do. WE REFUSED!!! We ended up going to a tire store who swap the tires out for Yokohama's. My husband was told by Max Kim, he was glad that he could get it swapped out and the problem was taken care of. The problem we have after spending $1,200 for tires at Lexus they made no attempt to satisfy their customer we had to go somewhere else. Do not purchased tires at this dealership (NO OPTIONS). Will never buy tires from them EVER!!!!!They do not satisfy their customer.

I had gone to 5 other dealerships before my husband told me about this vehicle. I left a message and nice gentlemen by the name of Charles Cook got in touch with me right away, on a Sunday, He told me they were not open on Sunday and would get back in touch with me the following day. He called on Monday and we negotiated a price that made us want to go and see this vehicle. We talked back and forth a few days setting up a day when we could make the trip there to get our car. It was the color we wanted inside and out. It had the package we wanted, limited. Wow, this Ford Explorer Limited 2013 was a dream come true. When we arrived and met with Mr. Cook we were offered something to drink right away, talk about customer service, wonderful start in my book. Mr. Cook was very professional and courteous. He had us laughing and we really enjoyed being there. We also enjoyed taking our car for a test drive and it was what we had expected it to be and more. Back to the office and on to the paperwork. Now we were introduced to Sean Kim. He too was a very nice and fun fellow to be around. He explained all the paperwork to us even the warranty we could buy or at least try for the 90 day period, money back guarantee. We did decide to keep the warranty. Time to go home and Mr. Kim brought us a bottle of ice cold water to drink on the way home. We had the best professional and fun service that we have ever had at any dealership. My wife and I had moved from New York and have been leasing a new Lexus every 3-4 years since 1999....so we know what we want and what would be a fair deal...with no hassles! I was in need of a used car. I knew what I want, and searched online inventory of 4 Lexus dealers. I chose Hennessy Lexus because they had the car I want with very reasonable price and close to my work/home. I requested info from the website. Within an hour, Frank Mullin responded via email. We had several quick phone conversations, and I later see the car with my wife. We test drove the car. Frank showed us the price comparison with other dealers, the service history of the vehicle. We could have made harder bargain and save a little more money, but I rather have quick and pleasant experience and post sale support. Frank gave me free new floor mats, and asked us to bring the vehicle back after the weekend to update the NAV and to make sure the vehicle is problem free. I got a free loaner while the vehicle is in service. Overall it is a great experience and highly recommend Frank Mullin.

I purchased a 2015 Lexus GX460 on Friday 10/31 after a solid 2 plus weeks of working with the Internet Sales Manager, Frank Mullin at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Frank was fantastic to work with and was extremely patient and attentive to my questions (ALL of our communication up to the point of signing the paperwork was done via email). I felt like Frank worked very hard to get me what I was looking for, and was very fair and honest about what he could and could not do. I never felt like I was being "sold" or pressured, which is a huge turn off for me. I would recommend anyone I know to see Frank at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. My wife and I have purchased many new and pre-owned cars and, without a doubt, Frank is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive of all of the Sales Associates that we have ever dealt with. He is an expert when it comes to clear and responsive communications. Frank takes all of the mystery and stress out of the car buying experience. My wife and I have worked closely with Frank over the past two years and have first-hand knowledge of his superb "after the sale support". My wife purchased a new car from Frank about 2 years ago and I recently purchased a pre-owned car from him. No one has ever provided better after the sale experience than Frank. He also provided me with extremely valuable knowledge and support as I dealt with the other driver's insurance company during a recent auto accident. He was incredibly patient, letting me drive several different vehicles, as well as the vehicle that I was specifically going to purchase, before I actually bought the vehicle. At no time, did I feel pressure to buy or that there would be any surprises at the end. When the day came to make the purchase, everything was set up ahead of time and the entire purchase process took 15 minutes. After many years of longing for a Lexus Frank Mullins helped me to make that dream come true. I was referred to Frank by a previous happy customer. Frank spent a great deal of time helping me to decide which Lexus was best suited for me and in hunting down the RX 350 that had exactly all the options I wanted and was the perfect color. He kept me informed daily of the status of the arrival of my vehicle and made sure that everything was perfect the day I picked it up. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and patience of all of the staff at Hennessy that assisted me. I do not know why anyone would buy a Lexus anywhere else but at Hennessy. I had searched various web sites for over a month for a 2010 Toyota Sienna XLE van. After calling several dealers and either missing their listed Sienna or unable to make a deal, I called Frank Mullins at Hennessy Lexus about the Sienna they had listed on Cars.com. I asked him several specific questions about the van. He didn't know all the answers at that moment, but said he would go to the car and call me back. A few minutes later, not only did he call with the answers, but even sent specific pictures to my smartphone to provide visual answers. As I was over a 1000 miles away, it took a few days to do the deal over the phone, but soon my wife was able to make the trip to Georgia and was driving away extremely happy. The car was even better than advertised. Frank and all the staff at Hennessy Lexus that had anything to do with the deal went out of their way to make sure everything was excellent about the car, down to the smallest detail. Frank even followed up after the sale to make sure my wife had a safe trip home and the car was performing as expected. When my wife says that the experience was much better than she expected, that's saying something! It is very unusual to find a car dealership with such high values and a sales person that goes above and beyond very high expectations. I have purchased other vehicles via phone in other states. I have not had the excellent total experience that I had with Frank and Hennessy Lexus. I hope to have the pleasure of buying a car from them again and will certainly tell my friends and family how great they are.

Frank is always attentive and worked with me out of state for this purchase for my family who are in Atlanta. There was always communication and it was another pleasant buying experience. On the day of picking Frank surprised my family with a bow and sent me pictures and a video documenting the pick-up which was very thoughtful since I was not there. Jack Ross was great to work with at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I had been looking for a used Toyota Avalon and they recently took one in on trade. I found it on their website and inquired about it. Their website had lots of photos of the car and also provided a free link to the Carfax. Jack was very helpful by honestly relaying to me everything they knew about the car. This gave me the confidence I needed to make an hour drive from the west Georgia area to go look at the car. The car was exactly as described, the price was very fair, and I bought the car that evening. It's also worth mentioning that I never felt pressured at all during the buying process. David Carr was also very helpful when it came to financing the car. Both Jack and David stayed after the dealership's regular closing hours to get everything wrapped up for me. One of the easiest and best vehicle buying experiences. I spent a lot of time looking for the right vehicle via the internet and I ended up buying from Frank because of his wonderful customer service and great pricing. I negotiated a price with Frank by e-mail and he came back and matched my price within minutes. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and was having a hard time finding time to make the trip to Atlanta, so Frank delivered the car to me. All the paperwork was complete and all I had to do was test drive the car and sign a few documents and the car was mine within 15 minutes. I went to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett to look at 2 Honda Odysseys that were advertised online; but I ended up leaving with a Toyota Sienna. I spoke with the receptionist while I waited for a salesperson and told her how I find it difficult to trust car salespeople. [Prior to visiting Hennessy, my fam and I had been to two dealerships, and I felt like a piece of meat once I drove up.] She assured me that Jack was a straight shooter. Boy, was she right! I never got the vibe that Jack was trying to take advantage of my family and me. Not once did he even ask us to buy a car. My wife and I made the decision on our own without any manipulation from Jack. He just sat back and let us talk. On top of this, the dealership in general was great. The staff was friendly. There was a playroom for kids. Snacks and drinks were in the waiting area. Wow. Great experience all around.

After reading reviews on this website, we contacted Frank Mullin regarding a 2013 RX350, and we were NOT disappointed. Frank is a true professional who focuses on meeting the needs of his customer. His product knowledge was very helpful; he asked questions to learn which features were most important to us and guided us through the various packages to equip our vehicle. Frank's "no pressure" approach and the competitive pricing made our purchase decision stress free. I had my RX within two weeks. Here are a few things I like about Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and Frank specifically:- Frank will not let you buy a car you dont love. He is not in the game to make a quick sale. He asks questions, knows what you want, and bends over backwards to find it. - Frank (and anyone else Ive worked with at HLG) does not add pressure. This is key. - Frank spends lots of time with you. He pulls comparisons, CARFAX records, maintenance records, financing options, and tons of other documents so you know youre getting a fair deal.- Frank will call you on his days off if necessary. In addition, he responds to emails, calls, and texts in a timely manner. You feel like youre his only client.I highly recommend HLG and Frank. There is a reason they are ranked so well. Both times I have gotten exactly what I wanted. I will be back.

I am not one for writing reviews, yet my experience with this dealership was so exemplary I felt obligated to express my positive experience. I live in MD and purchased/shipped a vehicle from this GA location with ease. This was my first out-of-state car purchase and Michael Wiggins worked with me daily to make for a smooth transaction. The car was in great condition with no surprises and I feel we reached a fair price. Documents were shipped to me overnight and I had the car within a week of payment. Constant communication with Mr. Wiggins, and overall professionalism of this establishment put me at ease throughout the entire process. One of the easiest and best vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced. While on a plane leaving Atlanta I was surfing car sites looking for a certifiedLX 570. Made initial inquiry to Frank the Internet manager on a Tuesday who provided all requested information by the time I landed and we struck a deal to purchase on a Wed contingent upon a test drive on Friday when I returned from my trip. Paper work Prepared in advance and out the dealership doors and driving off the lot 45 minutes later. I tend to stay loyal to good sales / customer service sales folks so I look to follow / work with Frank and Nalley in the future.

Purchased a preowned 2008 Altima from Karla Jones and I was 5 hrs away. Karla sent me detailed pics, checked the car out for me, answered all of my super detailed questions accurately, timely & in a friendly manner. I flew in and she picked me up herself. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Even wanted me to text her so that she knew I made it home safely due to the long drive. After I was home 4 days, had an issue with the A/C not working. Contacted Karla and she quickly returned my text/emails. She worked with me as did Tim, the sales manager to make sure the A/C was fixed. Karla even contacted me while a family member was in the hospital to make sure all was going okay with the repair. Tim emailed me on the weekend to let me know they would cover the repair and apologized for any inconvenience. I can't tell you how much that meant to me being an out of state customer. This was the best buying experience at a dealership that I have ever had. I have told all my friends, it is worth the 5 hour drive to buy from Karla, Tim and anyone else at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I definitely will be checking with them when I make my next purchase.

I went to the dealership determined to purchase a ES350 with check/cash. I offered them a total out the door price and after some going back and forth I was offered two options - one in Georgia and the other in Florida which I was told will be a few thousands lesser (since I had a residence in Fl at that time). After giving a deposit (they did not have the color I wanted at that time), I took the offer of purchase in Florida. After nearly two weeks I got a call from them saying the car had arrived. When I went back, ready to pay, I found out to my dismay that they had made the Florida offer without the tax component. Effectively they had wasted two trips and 10 days of my time. They had hidden this fact till the last minute since I had repeatedly asked for the written copy of the offer and they never sent it. I find it very unethical and feel tricked into believing that I would be paying lesser in Florida (even though it is actually higher because of an extra registration fee). There seems to be no consequence for this behavior of the dealers and I am not sure why they think anyone walking into the dealership are less than intelligent.

Lexus dealerships are supposed to be impressive. Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett was no different in that regard. What impressed me infinitely more was the customer service level of Bill Perillo. He made me feel as if my pre-owned RX 350 purchase was just as important as someone buying a brand new Lexus. I went on a test drive with Bill after work the night prior to my purchase where he gave me the ins and outs of the vehicle. The following afternoon I came in to close the deal. Bill was supposed to leave for the day at 4:00 PM. As my bank was crosstown and would have to go there to pick up the dealer check. Bill waited until I went and came back (in rush hour traffic). After I completed filling out all the paperwork, closing out with the sales manager and purchasing additional protections, Bill still took the time to go through the workings of the vehicle with me before I left. It was 8:15 PM by the time we were done. The dealership had closed already. I truly appreciated his level of dedication. Bill is extremely competent about all aspects of purchase. From his knowledge of the vehicles, to trades, to the handling of insurance, to the financials; he was on top of it all. Everything being done with a friendly and courteous demeanor. Let's face it, the majority of us feel like we're going into battle when buying a vehicle. Bill made the process pretty much painless. I would recommend Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and more so the skills of Bill Perillo to provide you with a desirable vehicle purchase experience.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right vehicle. As soon as I drove the RX 350 I was sold. I live in an area where there is little to no negotiation on a vehicle. Frank answered my inquiry quickly (not an automated response, even though it was his day off), and over the course of several days ( and a LOT ) of correspondence I finally made my purchase. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and made me feel good about my decision. The whole process was fairly stress free and the pick up was pretty easy. I just purchased a new Lexus RX350 and had a wonderful purchase experience dealing with Frank Mullin. It was one of the best so far. I loved the way Frank made sure everything was ready by the time we were there at the dealership. It was also the shortest time ever in any dealership. No high pressure sales talk, no junk fees. Frank sent the numbers before I left the house, so I had enough time to make sure everything was in order. I spent approx 30mins going through the formalities to get my car. The rest of the time time was spent on learning how to use all the car features (which, btw was very detailed and pleasant). Frank gave me an awesome price as well. Great experience.

Using cars.com, I found a great looking used Toyota Solara convertible at Hennessey Lexus. I inquired via email and soon got a response back from Frank Mullin. He also followed up with a phone call shortly thereafter. There was no pressure whatsoever from Frank, just a helpful, customer friendly approach. I wasn't able to come view the car for five days as I live about 2 hours from the dealership. Frank, working with his management team, was able to arrange holding the car until I could get up there. During the five days, we stayed in touch and Frank sent me inspection reports on the car as well as information on the previous owners. I made a "verbal handshake" agreement to take the car if the test drive went well. Frank advised me that he had to be at a previous commitment all day Saturday but had arranged a colleague to help me look at the car. The car was already cleaned and prepped, and was exactly as described. Needless to say, I bought the car and am very pleased with it. Frank and team did a wonderful job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or this dealership to anyone. Thanks for a great experience!!

They made me feel welcome and they all tried their best to ensure that I had a great shopping experience. Each person cited above, performed at standards well above what I was expecting from the dealership. All of my questions were answered and when I was satisfied with the price offered, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, I made a purchase decision. I searched online for an extended amount of time looking for the "right vehicle" at the "right price". The minute I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Mike and his associates and we went directly to the vehicle that I purchased. I called in 1 hour prior to my visit and I had a HUGE list of questions that were answered either on the telephone with Mike Harris or in person by Frank Mullin. Frank Mullin went above and beyond his area of responsibilty. We sat for 2 hours comparing vehicles in the same class as the Used 2012 GMC Terrain with UNDER 5,000 miles in PRISTINE condition.Frank was open and honest as we compared the vehicles and helped me to make an informed decision. After meeting with Frank and more research I realized I had the BEST DEAL out there for my parameters and 2 day later I had the keys in my hand. I have worked in the car/finance industry in the past, and I put Frank to work searching and shopping for the BEST possible interest rates appicable to me. Frank was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Even days after the sale, he was extremely helpful in assisting me with some of the technical features that I had questions about.The level of customer service and competency exhibited by this dealership, specifically Frank Mullin is SUPERIOR. I WILL be purchasing my next vehicle from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett in a few years.

I was interested in a 2013 Lexus RX 450h and I live in Northwest Florida. Since no dealership was very close, I wanted to look in the Atlanta area near family. Ever since the initial internet contact with Karla Jones, the entire experience was a pleasure and outstanding. When we entered the dealership and looked at the sticker price, we started to leave and Frank came up and introduced himself. He focused on our needs and budget as well as extensive knowledge of the Lexus line. We felt comfortable all the time and absolutely no pressure to buy. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a horrendous experience; infact, the first day we looked at vehicles, we did so on a Sunday to avoid sales consultants. We wanted to just look at vehicles "in peace." However, from the first moment we were approached by sales consultant, Mike Harris, we felt at ease. Mike was not your "typical" car salesman everyone dreads to talk to. He was always courteous, respectful, and had a wonderful sense of humor. We spent a portion of 3 separate days at the dealership. The first we spent test driving a vehicle, and learning about the product (RX350). When we explained that we were still just trying to gain information about many different makes and models and were leaving to visit another dealership, Mike completely understood. He was never pushy or aggressive. Mike's personality makes you want to buy a vehicle from him. My husband and I discussed just that fact over the course of the next week. As we narrowed our options, Mike answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about financing and the product itself. A week later, we purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. Dave, who handled our financing, was extremely kind as well. We feel certain that if we ever have a problem, Mike Harris will do everything in his power to assist us. Thanks for a great experience! Frank Mullin was very patient with all the questions I had about 2005 Lexus SC430. Email contact worked great and was very convenient as I live in North Carolina. Car delivery was pleasant and I appreciate picking me up from a car rental location. Car is as described with a single exception that the tires described as run-flat all season turned out to be regular summer tires - but this should not be issue for a while with warm weather we have. If you need a car and do not want to break a bank email Frank!

I purchased a 2008 Lexus RX400H on Feb 16, 2012 From Hennessy Lexus. I had my previous car (1999 RX300)serviced for all my oil changes at this location and Frank Mullen made sure to greet me when I came in over the nine years I have known him. When I was ready to trade in my RX300 I made sure that Frank was available. I received the same excellent attention to detail that I expected . He made sure that I understood all of the many technical improvements in the RX400H Lexus. I would never consider purchasing an automobile from anyone else.

All of the employees I came in contact with at the dealership were very helpful and accommodating. I dealt with Frank Mullin for the purchase of my RX 450h. He definitely went the extra mile for me on the purchase price and beat the competition hands down. I expected the service and friendliness from Lexus, but not the competitive pricing I received. Frank was everything I would have hoped for in his knowledge and explanations concerning the vehicle. Dan Dupree was extremely helpful in going over the technology in the car, which is extensive. He was also very accomodating with following up on some additional information I requested as a followup.I look forward to my Lexus experience owning the RX and will give Hennessy the business for service.

This is my second purchase from Hennessy. I initially submitted an on-line inquiry via the Hennessy website regarding an ES model that I was interested in. This was on a Sunday. Within an hour Frank Mullins had responded to my inquiry. I eventually settled on an ES model but it was located at the other Hennessy store on Peachtree Industrial. Frank was instrumental in putting me in contact with King Hardy at the Atlanta store, who was able to close the deal on my ES. Both sales consultants were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful thru out the entire process. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will certainly look to doing business again with Hennessy in the future.

Although I have a Lexus ES, the Toyota V6 Solara is my daily routine car. I like it because it has a 5-speed, which is rare on that car. The clutch started slipping very slightly after 217,000 miles. So I parked it and starting getting quotes for replacing the clutch package, resurfacing and so forth. I went to several Toyota dealers and got prices ranging from $1500 to $1800 (that included a ridiculous $175 to resurface the flywheel), which I could have done at a machine shop for about $50.While at Hennessy Lexus for something else, I asked if they could do the job. CJ Agri came up with a price that was drastically cheaper than any Toyota dealer, including Atlanta Toyota, which is just down the street from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I had the car towed in by AAA (even though it was driveable) and received a 2011 Lexus ES350 loaner. Having the 2011 ES for several days was absolutely fantastic, for my older ES doesn't have a drive quality anywhere near the loaner car. I was given status updates each day or gathering parts and repairing the car. Although it was finished around 230pm, he told me I could bring the loaner back the next morning. My Solara felt just like new, well in my mind. It seemed perkier, started out faster and the clutch pedal was now light to the touch (which actually take a little getting used to). I am happy! Should you use them? Well, at least ask for a quote, because as I found, even though they are Lexus dealer, they work on other brands, even beyond Toyota. Ask for CJ.

This is my 4th buying experience at Hennessy Lexus. The sales and finance experience were exceptional, as always. As an added bonus, Dan Dupree, their Technology Specialist went over the vehicle and its technological components and answered questions that had to be embedded in the car manuals. Thanks to him, I can now operate my Lexus RX350 with more knowledge and that means "safe driving"!! Thanks Dan...you're literally a "lifesaver"! Also thanks to the GM, Mr. Robb, for not only thanking me personally once, but twice and offered his assistance if I ever needed it. Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett really does treat you like family!

Living in Tennessee (4 hours from Hennessy Lexus) and being an engineer may have made a successful transaction difficult for most dealerships and sales people. Fortunately, working with Frank Mullin and Hennessy Lexus was easy and a pleasure. Again, as an engineer, I am very direct and very picky about the products that I purchase and the quality that I expect, including quality of service. Frank not only provided me with all of the information that I requested on the RX350 that we bought, he also provided me with even more detail than I expected (detailed pics, documents, etc). This was great considering that we were transacting everything while being roughly 250 miles apart. By the time we were done exchanging emails and information, I felt confident that I was purchasing a great car at a better price than I could find elsewhere and that the rest of our deal would go smoothly. When I arrived at the dealership several days later to finalize everything and pick up the RX, the car was great, Frank was more than helpful and the entire transaction went very smoothly. My wife and I were both extremely pleased and glad that we found Frank and Hennessy Lexus. I just wish we lived close enough to use Hennessy for our continued service. However, rest assured, when it is time for us to purchase another Lexus, we will be calling Frank.Please note however that it is unfortunate that some other dealerships just "don't get it". I tried working with several lexus dealers in TN and KY that were closer to me without success. The prices at a couple of them were outrageous and several did not even want to bother dealing with someone long distance by phone and email. Luckily, Frank and Hennessy truly wanted to earn my business and it showed. Again, they made my long distance dealings ultra smooth and pleasurable.Word of mouth is a powerful tool and one that I plan to use often regarding our experience with Frank Mullin and Hennessy Lexus. I spotted a beautiful car online and went to the Hennessey Lexus dealership to check the car out. We braced ourselves for a bad experience.When we arrived, we were introduced to Mike Harris, the salesman who would help us. Let me tell you about Mike. He was friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. Neither was anyone! This experience was so rare, we were taken aback. In every other car dealership we ever visited, we had to "escape by the skin of our teeth" because the salesmen were "vultures" in their approach. But not Mike.In fact, when we left the dealership (I didn't buy the car on that visit), I went back to work and waited for the antics to start - I waited for the phone to ring, but it never did. I was even more confused because I just knew Mike would call trying to pressure me into buying that car. But it never happened.While on vacation the next week, I called Mike asking about the car again, and he helped me through the entire buying process "over the phone". He took the bull by the horns and helped me make the deal. When we went to pick up the car, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I still cannot believe the incredible experience we had, a one of a kind. All the staff at Hennessey should be applauded for standing out as different. They really do care for the customer, and it definitely show.I will be back.......

My wife and I have worked with Mike for 5 years and this is the second car we have purchased from the dealership. Mike has been very good to us and we have been very pleased with the 2 cars we purchased. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone. He is very courteous and easy to work with. Tim was great to deal with, as well. There was not a lot of back and forth which I appreciate as time is a valuable commodity these days. I have a lot of respect for Tim and how he goes about doing his business. The other nice thing about the dealership is that the service center is second to none. they are great to work with especially our service advisor Drew.

My wife recently graduated school and wanted to reward herself with a Car. We began searching the used vehicles locally in Alabama and found an IS-350 she liked at Tom Williams in Birmingham. We test drove the car and tried to work with the high pressure salesman at the dealership but could not get him to understand my wife was not settling for something she did not like. We were not impressed with the customer service there. My wife then went on line and discovered another vehicle she liked at Hennessy of Gwinett. We phoned Karla Jones and spoke with her about the car. She went above and beyond to go out in the RAIN and look the car over and send pics to my cell and e mail. She also made several trips back to the car with questions my wife had about the physical features and conditions of the car. We have never purchased a vehicle via the internet and had no intentions of doing so in this case, however, Mrs. Jones made the process so easy and comfortable that we did almost everything via e mail and I went to the dealership without my wife and made the purchase. The process was flawless and customer service from EVERYONE at the dealership was amazing. They even called the next morning to ensure I made it home OK and to make sure we were happy with the purchase. This was an amazing dealership!!!!

I was looking to purchase a new 2012 CT200h. I worked with three different dealerships during the process. One of them by visiting the dealership and working with a sales person. The other two started by me using the internet and that's how I got in contact with Frank Mullins. I new what options I wanted on the car and all three dealerships did not have the car on their lot. All three gave me pricing without knowing the others price. Bought a new IS 350 from this dealership. After having talked to several dealers, this organization was simply very straight to work with offering competitive pricing and no surprises. We did not have to engage in endless negotiation, and the paperwork was prepared in advance and well organized. My wife and I had a very positive experience with both our sales representative and the finance manager. On December 2, 2011, I submitted a request to three dealerships regarding new car pricing. Karla Jones wrote me immediately, and said she would love to be the one to put a new ES 350 in my driveway. I called her, and we discussed which vehicle I would be interested in. I then asked for her "rock bottom, drive out" price, sent via email. Some sales associates will not do that, but she was very willing. Her response was lightning fast. I printed the email, and asked if I could come see the car. Even though she was supposed to leave work at 6pm, she said she was happy to stay late and work the deal out. I received a fair value for my trade-in, and there were no surprises when we were ready to sign the papers. Karla waited until everything was signed, and gave me a great review of all aspects of the car, including pairing my smartphone with the bluetooth.Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. You could not tell they had worked all day. Everyone had a smile, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. I drove home that night in a gorgeous 2012 Lexus ES350 in satin cashmere.Today, December 5, 2011, I took the car to have Stone X installed. There was no waiting period, and then they took care of updating all my personal preferences on the car. Karla also demonstrated entering phone book contacts. She truly gives exceptional customer service, and I never want to buy a car from anyone else!

When I began to contemplate the purchase of an AWD, I called Frank Mullin and after discussing my needs, he located the perfect 350RX. Frank Mullin was outstanding from the time I spoke with him on the phone until I left your dealership. We came late in the afternoon, but Frank was adamant about showing how features worked on the truck - after closing. He gave us service and car fax reports on the vehicle we purchased. He definitely went above and beyond customer service. He is still following up through emails and delivering on agreements we made during the transaction. I would definitely recommend Frank and the Hennessy dealership to anyone purchasing a Lexus. The experience we had from walking in the door with the receptionist to signing paperwork was outstanding. This dealership has class. They showed excellence in all areas of the sale. We located a vehicle at their dealership from out of state, contacted our salesman, and had an entire deal worked out before we even made the 2 hour plus drive. When we arrived the car was clean, had our name on it, and was parked out front. The paper work was all in order upon arrival all we had to do was test drive, trade keys, and sign. It was by far the most seamless vehicle purchase of our lives. They worked with us on trade allowance, price, financing, and options. They showed extreme hospitality even offering refreshments while we were there. Bill, our sales man, was kind, courteous, and respectful. Brian our financing agent was polite, patient, and honest. These folks worked together to get us the best deal they could. They were extremely cooperative even with our two year old son playing in the office. Even with Lexus being known for its high class luxury cars and wealthy cliental they displayed to us the same treatment as any other customer even with us purchasing a used, off brand vehicle. They really rolled out the red carpet. Before we left they took time to detail the car one last time. These folks made it easy to buy from them and we would definitely purchase from them again. They took great care of their customers and being from out of state didn't seem to make a difference at all.

I had an enjoyable experience from the time I walked through the door at Hennessy Lexus-Gwinnett. The purchase of my Lexus ES 350 was a smooth and easy process. The service was exemplary from my sales purchase with Frank to the finance manager. Although Frank was heading a big on-site event at Lexus that day, he still ensured I received the service I needed. Karla Jones took me on my test drive and Mike Harris also help with answering any questions I had as well. At no time did they make me feel like I was just 'Frank's' customer. I felt as though they appreciated my business and by the end of the process I felt like I was part of their 'Lexus' family. They make a great team at Hennessy Lexus-Gwinnett and for that reason I will be driving 40 minutes to Gwinnett to bring my Lexus to Hennessy Lexus-Gwinnett for service.

I bought my car from him and went back to up grade for something with more features. Any questions I had about the product he had an answer and if he didn't know the answer he found the answer. I like that! When I ran across this site I felt like I had to let someone know of the great experience we had with him. I sent a letter to the corperate office, but I dont know if it made it. I always have a great experience when I come to the Lexus dealership, but Mr. Mike Harris went above and beyond the call of duty. On 8/24/11 I purchased a 2011 Lexus ES350 from a wonderful sales person - Mike Harris. He was pleasant, easy to work with and made the entire experience stress-free. This Lexus dealership blatantly LIED TO ME and upcharged me on my previous Lexus. When I approached them about it, there was an admission (after they knew I had several items of proof) but I received NO apology and NO reimbursement. I will never return to them because of it. Details: they said they had to SHIP MY CAR IN FROM ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS (made it sound like out of state), and I would be charged $500 because they would put it on a flatbed truck to bring it here. I asked where this location was, and they wouldn't tell me. Red flag #1. When I received my car, it had more miles on it than my initial invoice, and the mileage was exactly the amount from their other dealership 5 miles away. So they CHARGED me $500 extra to DRIVE the car 5 miles...no flatbed truck. Nothing. Therefore, I will NEVER deal w/ Hennessey again and would encourage others to find a halfway honorable dealership.

We visited several dealerships before we met Mike Harris at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Each sales person we previously encountered seemed as if they didn't care whether we were there or not, much less if we bought a car from them. Only a few minutes after we met Mike Harris at Gwinnett, I hoped he would have the car we wanted because I actually wanted to buy a car from him! He was immediately personable and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. He was not pushy but very interested in hearing exactly what we were looking for and was more than willing to take whatever time necessary to try to help. Thankfully, they did have the car we were hoping for and we were very happy to purchase it from him. All of the staff at the dealership that we met were very friendly. The dealership is run professionally, with great respect for their customers and potential customers alike. We love our Lexus, and we loved the service we received at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett.

Buying a new car can be a daunting task for an older woman like myself. My husband was always the one who made such purchases for me in the past. But his health no longer allows him to take care of such tasks, so it was totally up to me to make a selection and take care of the deal. I went on line, as I knew I might like the Lexus. After finding the exact car,I did a search for where to find it. I set my heart on a particular color -- little did I know the Cerulean blue was going to be VERY difficult to find. However, once I was connected to Karla Jones at Hennessy Gwinnett, she made me feel that I was the ONLY customer in the world, and she set out to make my dream come true. With the help of her associates, they were able to locate one of only several cars in the country that would fit my request. Then they went the extra mile to make it happen. In days my beautiful EX350 was in Duluth...ready for me to pick up and drive home to Athens.! I have made friends for life at Hennesy Gwinnett. The staff took care of my every need, and made sure that I was satisfied in every way. Which I am. My new "dream car" is now a reality, and I am so grateful to Karla for her persistence. She has an excellent knowledge of the product, and her customer relation skills are beyond reproach. I also would like to commend the general manager, Hugh Robb, for his financial advice, and Brian Westbrook for easing me through the paper work so painlessly. I am a customer for life.

You know the difference between flying coach and first class? Thats the difference between Hennessy Lexus and other dealerships. Everything was first class during my purchase of a new 2011 Lexus ES 350. Karla Jones helped me find the exact car I wanted in short time. The actual car buying process was quick and painless with ZERO pressure and ZERO sales tactics that many other dealerships employ to close the deal. The Finance gentleman Brian Westbrook took a very consultative approach and evaluated my exact needs when he paired me up with available warranties and additional services. If something wasnt a good fit for my needs, he quickly and honestly told me so. Again the experience felt more like purchasing from a longtime friend who would shoot you straight (And I had only known Brian for 5 minutes). Finally for my friends that questioned why not a BMW? The BWM, half sports car half luxury car, sounds kind of like an Enduro motorcycle. Doesnt really do either very well! Cant take it to the motocross track and jump with my CR250r, cant take it to the mountains and keep up with my Suzuki Hayabusa. If you want a true luxury car that is smooth, quiet, powerful and comfortable you cant go wrong with the Lexus ES350. If you want a true sports car check out the Porshe 911 turbo.

Frank is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with in over 45 years of buying cars. He cares! Even though this was for a service, as usual, he checked on it and made sure I was satisfied...probably not his job. Julia was great also. She is always personable and efficient.

He was courteous and not so aggresive like so many salesman are. The worst that that a salesman can do is go get his boss to talk to you. Frank did not do these things. I visited Henessy Lexus to look into having the dash refinished on my wife's 1999 RX 300, which I also had purchased from Frank Mullin. It happened that he had another used RX; a 2005 RX-330 which he had personal knowledge of regarding the car's history. Long story short: after a test drive, financing inquiry and very short dialog, my wife now owns the 2005 RX-330.Frank Mullin is an excellent sales professional. He represents his organizations best interests while dealing with customers in an exemplary and truly remarkable way. After shopping around at a number of dealers I knew I had found my 'home' when Karla contacted me after I had sent an email request for pricing on a new Lexus LX570. Given that I had recently come from a foreign country, I intended to buy a car that is like 'hen's teeth' and I was away for 12 days fly-fishing between the date I first made contact and the date of delivery it was always going to be a challenging transaction for the dealership. Howerver, they handled each issue with grace, aplomb and a keen sense of urgency that smacks of a world class service ethic. Of all things though I especially appreciate the fact that they accepted my word that I would do a deal if their price was right, regardless of the fact that I was incommunicado for 9 days and they could have easily sold the car in two seconds flat to someone else. They are a true family business who takes people at face value; something which is rare to find in today's business world. They are professional, friendly (especially Karla who oozes charm) and they delivered on every promise on time every time. I love the car and I just wish the dealership was closer to where I live as I would like to have all my services perfomed by Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett in future. I will definitely recommend this dealer to any of my closest friends.

We recently bought a pre-owned RX350 from Hennessy Lexus and I must say that I was really impressed with the friedliness, politeness, technical knowledge and the customer centricity of the staff and I think I had the best car buying experience so far having bought 2 cars earlier from other non-Lexus dealerships. At the dealership I was supported by Bill Perillo, our point sales person, Brian W, finance manager and Tim Cox pre-owned sales manager who were all extremely friendly, willing to listen and answer questions and very easy to work with.It would be unfair on my part if I did not write a few lines about Bill Perillo and his exceptional customer service. He worked with me from Day 1 trying to find me the right car in my price range ... he was extremely patient trying to understand what matters to us and how he can get us a deal to our satidfaction. He answered all questions and clarified our concerns and helped us with a few things even after the sale. I sincerely thank him for his outstanding service and a wonderful human being that he is. The dealership must be proud of having people like Bill in their staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy & come back for more in the future.

This dealership is deceptive! They use a bait and switch game to get you to their dealership and then you find out that the specific vehicle that you wanted - really isn't sitting on their lot. They were a huge waste of my time. I was lied to, talked down to, had to listened to slick sales talk (slimy!), did I meantion I was lied to? And, just to be clear...I understand that people make mistakes and have misunderstandings...but this dealership is totally deceptive and when caught, will say they were misinformed. Funny how the car that I wanted had to come on a ship...and at the same time, my husband found it sitting on their lot way in the back and pulled off the inventory sheet. It's probably still sitting there today! Serves them right.

I had an excellent experience at Lexus working with Tim Cox and Frank Mullin. I was turning in my leased vehicle and purchasing another Lexus. Tim and Frank had several vehicles ready for me to drive based on phone conversations prior to my visit. Frank was very helpful in showing me the differences between the vehicle I was turning in and the vehicles I was considering for purchase. Frank even called me the next day to make sure everything was OK with the car I bought and to see if I had any questions. Tim and Frank made this a nice experience. Hello,There might not be enough space for me to write all the positive comments about the staff at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Frank Mullin is my sales contact and my finance manager is Brian Westbrook. My family and I have bought multiple cars from your dealership, driving past pretty much every other Lexus dealership in Atlanta to drive to Gwinnett to buy our cars and get them serviced. The drive is well worth it. Frank is honest and extremely personable and gets answers fast. If he doesn't have the answer he will tell you and get it for you. I am going to write in regards to my wife's RX 400h (he sold my mother a HS 250h she is in love with) which she loves. We kind of lucked out in finding the vehicle we wanted and they cleaned it, serviced it, got us great financing though LFS and Brian and offered a great price. While its had some recalls its been perfectly reliable for us. Frank took great care of my wife explaining all the features since this was her first Lexus. Frank is always accessible to this day in regards to questions about her RX. She was beyond pleased and always remarks how nice her experience was. It was so incredible, Frank sold one of her best friends and bridesmaids a black RX 400h a couple of months later and they are extremely pleased with Frank. I've sent Frank multiple referrals and many buy and some don't and they all come away happy with how Frank dealt with them.Brian Westbrook is a no nonsense yet funny guy that is up front and honest and works hard to get us the best rate as well as educate on what to do to get the best rate. Brian has also always been accessible to my family and I in regards to questions in regards to financing. I always recommend to my referrals to speak to Brian if they are searching for financing options. Brian makes you feel at ease and he goes over all the documents. He also is not offended if you take your time to read every word in the contract. We has sold us lo-jack and other upgraded warranties and we feel confident with those additions. I cannot say enough about Frank, Brian and the team at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. They have a tremendous reputation within the Lexus circle on SELOC and Clublexus and many members even drive out of state to buy and get service there. Please give them a recommendation, raise and tell other Lexus dealers this is how you treat people (as I've been to dealerships in multiple states and some are horrid). I originally started this process with a service call and decided to inquire about trading my car. I dealt with Frank Mullins after requesting some information online. He responded very quickly and took all the time needed to assist me with my prurchase. This is my first used car purchase as I have always bought new. Frank has worked very hard to make sure my experience is as positive as my last two purchases from Lexus. I previously bought from a dealership in SC and have always been very pleased. However, now that I am living in Atlanta I figured I would give Hennessey the oppportunity to sell me my third. I must say with the help of both Frank Mullins and Tim I expect I will be buying my next one in a couple of years from Frank!

We traveled from Charlotte, NC to purchase a new IS 250 from Hennessy because Frank Mullin went out of his way to get us the car I wanted when our local dealer did not. He was helpful for all the days before we went to get the car, keeping us informed of all the paperwork we would need & being willing to make us happy with everything. If we ever purchase another Lexus, I would make the trip again. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience with this car purchase, something you cannot always say when buying a car.

I'm not one that welcomes the whole car buying experience. But this go around, it was total opposite of past experiences. I actually arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before closing. But Frank still greeted me with a smile and was willing to allow me to go out for a test drive. Because of the time, the buying process continued the following day. Although Mr. Mullin was scheduled off the next day, he made arrangements for Carla to assist me and he was available by telephone as well. Carla picked up where Frank and I left off the day before. Service with a smile from start to finish. First time I have every gone from test drive to closing the deal in a matter of 3 hours. As a consultant, my time literally is money. Thanks to Frank, Carla, and the staff for making my buying a experience one that was Quick and Pleasant. Keep up the good work.

After the deal is complete Brian will work with you to complete the paper work, and provide the up most service during this part of the deal. When all of that is complete the back office or the service area is one of the most complete, honest, and friendly service departments I have every had the pleasure of working with especially Kent Owens. I've bought many cars over the years, and my experience at Hennessy Lexus was by far the best. Not only was the vehicle in showroom condition, but the service was exemplary. Other dealerships let you sit and wait for hours waiting for the back and forth during negotiations with some 'manager' whom you never see, and then waiting to get into finance. It's typically an extremely painful process. The staff at Hennessy Lexus from the salesperson to the finance manager to the customer service representative to the receptionist made me feel as though they truly appreciated my business and wanted me to be there.Not only did I receive the best vehicle at an unbelievable value, but I was treated like I was in 'First Class' the entire time, from initial emails to phone calls, and until I drive off the lot. Even afterwards, I've received several calls to make sure that I was satisfied.I am, and will look to Hennessy Lexus when I am in need of my next vehicle.

If youre in the market for a Lexus, visit Frank Mullin at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. Impeccable service, timely and effective communication and great support staff. Frank sold me my first car and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Having been in the market for an IS 250 for several months, I was very impressed with Franks detailed knowledge of the auto industry, the Lexus brand and every car in his inventory. I was also impressed with his patience as I never felt pressured to purchase a car that didnt fit my criteria. For every car I drove and considered I was provided with a Carfax and detailed history report including maintenance records. Frank explained what everything meant and how the Lexus certification process works (What is replaced and why, etc.). From what I saw, Hennessy only sells cars with near perfect maintenance records. I was given an excellent and extremely fair price for my trade in and even a loaner car to take home after there were problems rolling one of my windows back up. In that respect, Frank did a great job handling what could have been a very stressful experience. As someone who works in the professional services industry, this is an invaluable skill to have when maintaining a clients trust and future business. Its also something I dont see often. Frank took great strides to make sure I received a great finance package. He made sure I was aware of every incentive available at the time including options related to my education that were not mentioned by other dealers. Along with putting no pressure on me, he essentially worked until 11 pm on a Friday night to make sure all of my documents were ready for the bank first thing Saturday morning. He kept me up to date throughout the approval process and everything was finalized that afternoon. Dave, the finance manager, was also great and explained everything in detail. For a first time car buyer, I really couldnt have asked for more. Ive had my Lexus for a week and I couldnt be happier. Ive already received a follow up call just making sure everything is going smoothly. Hennessy has very much lived up to its reputation and I look forward to doing business again in the future. We have used many car dealers over the years and always felt they were our adversary until we dealt with Hennessy Lexus. I feel like Jack Ross, my salesman, is my advocate instead of my adversary. He is professional in every way. He wants to earn your business, not just for today, but for years to come. We have purchased 4 Lexus vehicles from Hennessy and it is because of Jack and Drew Wagner, our service advisor. My wife was never happy leaving a car dealer service department prior to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, and she loves this dealership's service. Drew is the reason. He completed everything he said he would and went further by doing some nice things as regards getting things from my old car.As I wanted to add things to my vehicle (Trailer harness), Jack did some research to find out what I needed and how I should do it. Frank Mullin worked hard to ensure that I got the car that I wanted at a price within my budget.The most remarkable part of my experience is that Frank's customer service did not end once he sold me the car. Frank gives me a call every now and then to see if there are any issues with the car or if there is anything that he can help me with. I call Frank with questions such as: (a) what are the best tires for my car? and (b) where can I fix a rock chip in my windshield? Frank is always responsive and extremely helpful. Frank is much more than a car salesman - he has become a friend. Since then, we have been back to Hennessy 5 times, and are now on our 6th Lexus. Frank is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He always works diligently with us and allows us the opportunity to compare vehicles without pressure. Lexus quality speaks for itself, but we believe it is employees like Frank, who care about the customer, that builds the realtionships that last throughout the years. Because of Frank, he makes Hennessy feel like family, and I am not going to shop anywhere else.

I had searched several dealerships in an effort to trade a vehicle in which I was upside down. I met Karla and discussed my situation. She invited me to the dealership and said that she would do everything possible to put me in the car I desired. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a smile and we began the search. I will personally NOT buy from anyone except Frank, whether a Lexus or any other brand.He has proved to me over the years and several purchases to be trustworthy and forthcoming with good advice, as you don't find that very often these days.I would highly recommend Frank Mullin to anyone looking to make a purchase, as he will take good care of you.

Frank Mullin and Brian were both very helpful in getting me the exact car I wanted. The process went very smoothly and everything was explained to me to my satisfaction. I appreciate their attention to every detail to ensure i was completely satisfied. Furthermore, the worked for me as the customer rather than for themselves. The experience was a pleasurable one and I will definitely recommend them to my a family, friends, and associates. It goes without saying that I will be returning to Hennessy to purchase my next vehicle.

I have never been a big fan of the new car buying experience. I have had unpleasant experiences in the past but Frank and the rest of the team at Hennessy Lexus make buying my new car a very pleasant experience. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and they treated me with respect and dignity.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Lexus GS350 from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and we highly recommend this dealer, especially Frank Mullin. He has done an excellent job in helping us buying the car - he was not pushy but answered all questions, returned all calls promptly and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have bought 4 new Lexus vehicles and one used Jeep from Hennessey Lexus Gwinnett. I have all my Lexus vehicles serviced with Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett as well - with high satisfaction. I will only deal with Frank Mullen when buying a Lexus. He knows me well and never pushes me out of my comfort zone or price point. He also knows that I am an educated buyer who wants the most quality for my money. He negotiates with his management with my best interests inmind and will run numbers until I am satisfied. Frank is direct and professional - I appreciate this very much since it saves me time and shows me respect. He knows that I am also a patient buyer so he provides me data and time. This is again appreciated.

I highly recommend Hennessy Lexus for the purchase of a new or used car and for service. I have purchased several cars from this dealership over the last fifteen years, and I have come to think of them as family. That is because THEY TREAT ME LIKE ROYALTY EVERY TIME I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR! I've often wondered if they have me confused with someone else who is important, but I'm not going to tell them, because I love being pampered and appreciated when I go there for service. They are always prompt and courteous, friendly and professional, and they go way out of their way to make sure I am satisfied. They ask about my family, naming each of my five children by name, and congratulate me on my children's various achievements. They always have fresh coffee and ice cold juice for their customers, and they even make sure that my favorite snacks are stocked when I come in for service. Their service is always done right the first time with no problems, and the car is always squeaky clean inside and out when I pick it up. But I would expect that from a luxury car dealership. It is the PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS that set Hennessy Lexus apart from other dealerships. The people there are my friends, and I look forward to seeing them. It is a joy for me to go there and visit, and of course I like to wander into the showroom while my service is being done to look around and pick out our next family Lexus! When I go to Hennessy Lexus, I feel like I've stopped by a friend's house for a visit. I trust them to provide quality service at a reasonable price, and they have never let me down in all these fifteen plus years. It is for all these reasons that I wholeheartedly recommend Hennessy Lexus for the purchase of a vehicle and for service. IF YOU'RE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU'RE MISSING OUT!

Buying a new car can often be a trying experience. However, that was not the case with Frank Mullin at Hennessy Lexus. He spent a lot of time with me during the test drive and sales process and patiently answered all of my questions.When I picked up my car, Frank spent time going over everything in the car, explaining each feature. I will always purchase my automobiles from this person and dealer - When they tell you something you can take that to the bank. Karla Jones goes the extra mile when selling you a car - we had a chrome tail pipe extension on the car trading in and she got a new one to put on my new car - she paid for this out of her own pocket. This is just one reason why I will deal only with Karla Jones. Dealerships come and go but the sales people make it work.

I've had 2 Lexus RX's from Hennessy Lexus Of Gwinnett and Frank Mullin and so have my parents Dr and Mrs. Vinci. Due to the high level of service he provided and his pleaseant way of doing business my parents also purchased over the past 12 years over 5 cars from him and Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. Frank's unsurpassed customer service ,his dedication to taking care of his customer's and pleaseant manner have made it so we will not buy a car anywhere else except from Frank and Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. Their entire dealership from Frank to service to their management team all works together to take care of my family and our automotive needs.

This was my third car purchase from a dealership and I have to say it was the most gratifying experience ever. I have never dealt with a dealership where I can pick up the phone and ask question about my vehicle. Clive Hunter was and still is very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had a lot of questions and he answered everyone of them. I never felt pressured at any point during the purchase. He checks in on me every now and then to make sure that I am still satisfied with my purchase. I would refer this dealership to anyone.

As pleasant as an experience can be when you are trying to get the best price and rhe dealer is trying to make a profit. All you can ask for is for the people you deal with to be honest and professional. This mis the second Lexus I purchased from Hennessey Lexus and Mr. Gust. I would not hesitate to return there.

Words cannot adequately describe the exceptional level of service provided us at Hennessy Lexus by Joe Robb and Tim Cox. Of course, we've bought several Lexuses there over the years, so it was just what we have come to expect at that dealership. Joe and Tim are always so gracious, bending over backwards to make our experience one we will never forget. They are prompt, courteous, have superior product knowledge, and always under promise and over deliver. In short, our recent experience in buying a new RX350 was just what we've come to expect at Hennessy Lexus. We will be back.
