I recently purchased a 2014 jeep wrangler through Tom Sanderson and may I just say that he was the best sales associate I have ever have had the pleasure of working with. Every other dealership I went to, the associates were pushy and rude. Tom was not only extremely helpful but very patient with me. I haven't had much experience with buying a vehicle before and he helped me through the process.I was looking for something used but instead bought something new. I will be coming back in spring to trade in a vehicle and have recommended him and the dealership to everyone I know who is looking for a new car. Thank you Tom!! :)

My overall experience was great. The vehicle (2014 Jeep Cherokee) was what I was looking for and priced lower than some other dealers. Everyone went out of their way to see my needs where being met. I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer than the two sales guys (Claude Lemoine & John Shaw) that teamed up to help me out. Buying a car can be a very stressful and scary process. I was in a car I did not like and had a not so great experience purchasing that vehicle. I wanted to get into something newer and loved the new Fiat 500L, but thought with my credit and negative equity on my car that purchasing new was out of the question. But I contacted Herb Chambers Fiat of Worcester and was contacted right away by Julie Dube in the Business Development Center and she was very friendly and responded to all of my questions promptly. I set up an appointment to meet with a sales person at the dealership just to take a look fully not expecting to purchase anything or just seeing if it was even a possibility. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Frank Salce who greeted me warmly and offered me ice cream, or a coffee/espresso! :-) So far so good! He then proceeded to show me the Fiat 500L and was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me everything about the vehicle inside and out. We then took the vehicle for a test drive and I immediately fell in love with the car! So there was not much he had to say to me when we got back to sell me on what a great car it was. But Frank was very understanding of my situation and genuinely took an interest in helping me get out of my current vehicle into driving something I would actually enjoy driving everyday. I then met with Jason in the finance department who was also amazing! The financing part is always the most nerve wracking experience and he explained everything to me and did all he could to get me the monthly payment I would be comfortable with. What was amazing is that I was able to get a loan at 4% when my previous car loan was at 11%! After I was done with financing I just had to wait a couple of hours for the car to be detailed and again met with Frank for any last minute questions and a walk through of the vehicle to make sure I was happy with it before driving it off the lot. Frank was a true gentleman through the entire process and I would certainly recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a Fiat! I love the car and look for any excuse to drive it! I will definitely be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle down the road. Highly recommended!!

Hello, I had written a review previously with a complaint about not receiving a second key with our newly purchased Chrysler 200 that we had bought from Herb Chambers Chrysler in Millbury MA. Since my review, I would like to say we have gotten a second key at no cost. I would also like to add, that there was a small spot of rust on our car that we had not noticed as we had purchased our vehicle at night and took it home that same night. The dealership also fixed the spot of rust for us and did a wonderful job. Thank you Mike Nicoletti for helping us out and everyone else that helped also. I've bought a Jeep here previously and decided I wanted another - so I visited and test drove with Tom Sanderson. Explained I was still at least 45-60 days away...he treated me as if I was attempting to purchase the vehicle that day and kept in contact but wasn't aggressive or pushy. Very knowledgeable and great with buying process; got me everything I needed in the vehicle and followed up after I took delivery to make sure everything was as I expected. I would definitely consider another jeep once my lease is up; the new Trailhawk is top notch and HC Milbury is the best place in New England to inquire and buy!

I went into the Herb Chambers Jeep Dealership on Sat May 24, 2014 Memorial Day weekend to test drive a used Jeep Liberty. I haven't owned or bought a car in over 10 years. Salesman Andrew Lemovitz met me at the door. He was very nice, cool and informative. What I liked most about him is is that he pretty much let me figure out which one I wanted. No pressure very easy transaction. Andrew left the dealership open for me after they closed so I could drive in from Boston to pick up my car. Went in with one specific vehicle in mind. Sat down with Claude Lemoine who was one of the most respectful sales people I've ever met. Did not beat around the bush, was willing to work with me, and most importantly was honest. Ended up getting a deal done, and am very happy I chose this dealership. awesome! Working with Tom Mulcahy was awesome! no pressure at all, friendly and knowledgeable. A really great experience. The day I was going to pick up my Journey was Tom's day off, he came in and was there to take care of me. How many people do that! I hope in the future when I need to buy again that either he will be there or someone with the same attitude towards customers will be. He made the paperwork go quickly and easily. I have always been apprehensive about the new car buying process. But everyone at Herb Chambers Fiat helped change that. The entire staff from the sales manager to the finance person and even the person answering the phones was incredibly friendly and helpful. Most especially I want to mention Frank Salace who was always very knowledgeable and informative. He helped steer us through the different options without ever being pushy or trying to sell us more car than we needed. On top of that, I suspect we were probably amongst his most difficult customers of the year; we very quickly and impulsively chose one car after another always with slight variation. Frank just kept smiling and conducted exhaustive searches of the dealers in the surrounding area, doing his best to keep up with our changes. The car we finally ended up with is absolutely perfect and has become my wife's favorite accessory. (a reviewer in London called the pop a "handbag" on wheels). The car is so much fun and everyone at Herb Chambers was so great that we will be back next year for our daughter's graduation present.

Nas was beyond helpful. Our car died on the highway so we needed a new car immediately. We had rented the Fiat 500 in Ireland many times and loved it . NSA was able to get a test drive, finance and the car detailed in just a few hours. We drove the new car home that day. He did cartwheels for us and we so appreciated his effort. The whole process was seamless because of the staff, mostly Nas, who knew the product and the process to get us back on the road. He made a very stressful situation so much better. It was a quick and easy process working with Mark and Mike, the Sales General Manager. Even having bruised credit, I was approved for financing on my new (used) vehicle. I am pretty particular about what I like to drive when it comes to a pick up truck. I was in the market to replace my 176,000 mile Ford with a "new-used" truck and was making the rounds to the various lots when I met Andy (this was his second week on the job). We discussed what I was looking for, and during our talk I found Andrew to be courteous, knowledgable (in not only what he represented but in other makes and models as well), and most importantly, seemingly truly interested in finding the truck that was right for me. He was right up front in telling me that he only had a couple of vehicles that might fit some of my requirements, so rather than wasting my time he would get back to me if something came up. Over the next week he called me several times to let me know he was still looking, and on New Years Eve day left me a message that he found the truck he thought would be perfect for me. I only had New Years Day off so he offered to come in on his day off to show me the truck and I was instantly sold. I even got a pretty good deal. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this is the first time a salesman has put no effort in trying to shoehorn me into something that wasn't right for me and 100% effort in making sure what he showed me matched what I was looking for. In fact, he told me that when he took the truck in trade he told the previous owner that he knew just the right person to show the truck to. When I told him I was very happy with his effort and the end result he replied: "You're spending $30,000 for a truck and it's only right that I spend the time making sure it's the right truck.". If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend you ask for Andy. If he can't find what you're looking for it doesn't exist.

As a loyal FIAT fanatic, and an independent professional female, I can truly say that no matter where I move to, I will remain loyal to this establishment! Being treated with respect and receiving honest, informative, knowledgeable, professional service goes a long way. Having conducted business with many dealerships, this one is the diamond in the rough that I recommend all to visit. You will go and be treated like family, you will be very well cared for and appreciated, and you will receive more value than you would expect from the communications and experience. In wanting to expand my horizons and the desire to have a vehicle with more room than the FIAT 500 Sport I love more than anything, my wish was granted when the 500 L was released. But initially I couldn't afford it on my budget. Frank, AKA Frank the FIAT put no pressure on me, but became instantly my business friend. He never forgot me and notified me if there was anything near possible within my budget. A couple months later I went in for service and stopped by to say hello to Frank and to see how everything was going. The next thing I knew, I left with a brand new 500 L that met all my expectations and was within my budget. It was magic. My sister called me and said I was rushing and that as a female, I should have a man with me to make sure I wasn't going to fall for any catches. I ignored this advice because I knew that this is the place where I will receive honesty and integrity during such a significant business transaction. My experience at this establishment has been consistently impressive and these professionals have never let me down. Working the numbers over the course of months demonstrated their true mission which is not just to make a sale and rush you out the door; no, this team works beyond their regular hours to take as long as the customer needs and to guarantee the customer is receiving whatever he or she needs. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger for the first time from this dealership and Claude Lemoine made the process a very easy one. I test drove the car and came back another day to make the deal and again the process was extremely easy and without and particular drama or "back and forth". The only negative was the facility as it is old and tired so don't plan on being wowed by the building and comfort of sitting and working through the process.

I still remember the night my wife and I pulled up to the front of the dealership. There was this gentleman standing outside ready to greet us, now that was a plus.He walked over and introduce himself as Frank Salce, walk us inside and show us around. We told Frank that we're interest in seeing the Fiat 500L. Without wasting time, he took us right over to the car, show us everything about the car from standard features to optional equip, front and rear seats details, how to use the touch screen and steering wheel function to cargo space etc. I would have to say this was the best customer service I have receive ever. Frank made it easy from picking out a car to paper work processing for us. I'm leaving the dealership with a brand new car and a very satisfied customer. Fiat has some well manner sales man to represent the company. I would deffinately recommend this dealership to people I know. After a lot of Internet research about the dodge dart, I found that the trim level that I wanted was out of my price range. AJ was more than helpful in allowing me to test drive two different trim level vehicles with two different motors, he was extremely knowledgable about all of the vehicles and trim levels that we discussed. After discussing pricing I realized that I would need to step down to the lowest trim level in order to afford the vehicle. After explaining this to AJ, he showed me the demonstration model that was on the showroom floor. I was blown away by all of the features and couldn't believe everything the car was capable of. The price tag was way out of my price range, HOWEVER AJ was able to deliver me an unbelievable price!!! I had only planned on test driving the dart that day, but after getting such an amazing deal I had to buy it. I would strongly recommend AJ to anyone in the market for a new or used car. He was honest, straightforward, extremely knowledgeable, and beyond helpful! Being the first new car and first car I had ever financed and explaining this to AJ, he walked me through the entire process. Staying in contact with me over the week and carefully explaining all of the steps needed in or order to obtain my dream car! I can not stress enough how great of an experience this was! I have found my lifelong dealership and car dealer. I highly recommend all of the employees at Herb Chambers in Millbury, especially AJ.

This was truly the best buying experience I've had. I had been to several Jeep Chrysler dealerships over the last month looking for a specific Jeep. I conducted my research and knew what my trade in was worth and what the Jeep I was purchasing was worth. Unlike other dealerships, Zack and his team came at me with their best price first. They also didn't haggle with me over my trade in. We immediately arrived at a number we were both comfortable with. It was truly a painless transaction. Zack even went the extra mile and provided exceptional service by having the Jeep driven out to my home personally becuase I could not make it in the following day to pickup the Jeep after it had been detailed and made ready to leave the lot. He had a driver come out to my house and drop off the new Jeep, transfer my plates and then drive my trade back to the dealership. Lastly, Zack offered a free leather Jeep keychain and a few free oil changes for the inconvenience of the Jeep not being ready for pickup the night I signed the paperwork. I searched the internet (and found a few in various states) for a Jeep in a specific color with particular options. I found close to what I wanted in Millbury and made an appointment to drive 1 1/2 hours to see the vehicle. The salesman (John) didn't bother to familiarize himself with the vehicle before our arrival. He told me it had features that it clearly does not, and was then rude when questioned. I chose to purchase anyway and almost backed out at the last minute because of his poor behavior. When we returned to pass papers John managed to misplace one of the keys and wanted to charge me to make a replacement key so we left with only one key. The vehicle did not have Uconnect as he claimed it did. He showed us the window sticker listing the features & options. Dual top was listed as were the bags for the Freedom top panels. We ended up having to buy the soft top and never saw the promised Freedom Top Panel bags that John promised to "scare up. If they are that important too us." He was horribly rude. Here's the saving grace. The sales manager arranged for Uconnect to be installed since the vehicle was sold as though it was already a feature. The service dept was great, friendly, professional. Sirius radio was also supposed to be included for a 3 month trial. John was told to go out to the vehicle and help me set that up/show me what to do. He came out to the car and then snapped at me and said, " I don't know what you want. There is nothing I can do that you can't just do yourself." Then he got out of the car and walked away, this after his boss told him to go and help me. I will NEVER go back and buy another vehicle there because of John. He claims to be the top salesman there but I just can't see how that could possibly be true. He is HORRIBLE. I do however LOVE THE SERVICE DEPT.

First thought walking in on a Sunday was looking for information for a possible sale new or used to remove me out of a vehicle that I was upside down on. with the intension that they could not help me out of a lease that I was stuck in by Diamond Chevrolet, then I meet a salesman named AJ that looks no older than me and possible amateur in the field. but as I drill multiple questions and concerns at him he answers with the best and most reasonable answers that are effective to my situation. the professional knowledge of the vehicles he presents and sells shows in the confidence in training he has received and the why he carry's himself. the sales and finance team at this dealership worked beyond any other has for me to get me the truck that was a major necessities to my line of work. I could recommend this dealership and group of individuals 10 out 10 to any friends or co works for their endless effort to give the customer what the want with out the crazy stress of over paying. If I could name one flaw in the system it would have to be sticking a high speed guy like myself in a soccer mom van, but I feel that brings character and the personality of a sale out and not only did the loaner van bring good laughs but comfort ability that I now have to return for future purchases.

A.J. was very personable and knowledgeable about the Ram Truck I was interested. He did everything to make a great deal without the "pain" of the usual dealership haggling. They had the exact truck I was looking for. He even went so far as to set aside all the stuff I left in my old vehicle for me to pick up later. I went to Herb Chambers in Millbury a few years ago to buy a Chrysler and the sales staff was TERRIBLE. I wanted a new Chrysler 200 S Convertible and Herb Chambers had it. I had my reservations given my previous experience at ths dealership, but the trip was like night and day. Ths time the sales team was TERRIFIC. I knew what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and what my trade was worth. The sales staff hit all my marks -- it was a pretty easy buy.

Herb chambers is an excellent car dealership. I have purchased a total of 8 cars for myself and my husband and children over a Eight year period. I keep going back because herb has good prices and nice vehicles and the ease of the financing process makes it a less lengthy visit. the only thing I would like to see is the replacement or cleaning of the furniture in th service waiting area you dont want to sit down because it looks dirty.

I recently went to the dealership to get my car fixed and was planning on using my friends car the next day to go into Boston while mine was getting repaired. To my disappointment, my friends car wouldn't start the next morning so I called the dealer and asked them to stop work on my car because we were going to need it to take to Boston. They had said that they had already started work on my car and that it would either be finished by the time we got there or they we give us a rental to use for the day. To my surprise, my car was ready when we pulled in. I was just so grateful to them because my friends had flown in all the way for North Carolina for an appointment at Children's Hospital that they just could not afford to miss. I will never forget how accommodating they were and will continue to give them my business.

I was searching for a used wrangler unlimited of a particular color with low miles, certain options, and in good condition. I was getting very frustrated with the dealers that I visited because the majority of them weren't listening to what I wanted, they were only concerned with convincing me that what they already had was what I needed. This dealership had what I wanted and their whole process from initial phone inquiry to pick up of my new wrangler was great. They were very accommodating and took the time to answer any questions that I might have and to make sure that I was comfortable with the whole process. They also understood that I did not live in the local area so they offered to come to me for any future dealings if necessary.

This was a great car-buying experience! Benito, our salesperson, and Brandy, in the Finance Dept, were wonderful! We were in and out within 3-4 hours, and we just felt good about the purchase process. There was none of that seedy finagling that makes you feel suckered at the end. Herb Chambers has definitely made us faithful customers. Thank you!

Visiting this site was the most pleasant and memorable experience I've ever had at a dealership. I can honestly say that I had zero intention of purchasing a car that very day I visited the site, but with the way the team worked hard to understand my needs/interests and accommodate, I couldn't refuse and as a result, that very same day, I left with a brand new car, completely elated. The team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, considerate and truly considered what was best for me. They worked with me to get me a deal that worked for us all. I would do business with this team anytime again; something I never say lightly. Please visit this dealership and be kind to the team; they deserve it and they will take care of you! I don't believe I received any special treatment, I think this is just their standard for doing business.

I was browsing on Cars.com and found the perfect dodge charger. I went in and bought it right away at Millbury Herb Chambers. The salesman was friendly and willing to help. As with all of sales, there is a need to "fluff" your deal as if you are getting more than what you asked for. My interest rate and term was definitely higher and longer than I wanted but I received a higher trade in dollar amount. There were a few after purchase things that I needed fixed (rear view mirror..etc.) which were taken care of. Service was very willing to help and management also was very willing to help with mechanical concerns I had. My registration was goofed a little but management gave me a free oil change so it wasn't a huge issue. I do love my new car!

I have been servicing with this dealership for years. Charlie in service has always been understanding and patient with me. I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jim. He worked with Jeff the manager to get me the payments I needed. very Courteous and professional.

Don't go there with a trade in.They will offer you thousands less than its worth according to the black book; as the sales manager decribes that its a marketing tool.
