I just bought a 2013 Santa Fe sport from heritage and it has been hands down the best buying experience I've had yet. Me and my husband met Jorgie a few months back looking at a grand Cherokee and knew we'd go back for his help when the time came to buy. He's a very friendly, honest guy who isn't out to screw you. In fact no one at the dealership seemed that way. There was absolutely no pressure and they didn't seem to mind us just looking and taking a few months to think it over. So when I found the car I've been set on, there was no hesitation and they were just overall great to work with. We got to meet and deal with the sales manager Ronnie as well who was just awesome. I always dread sitting in a dealership but the time spent there was actually fun and very exciting. They were very fair with my trade in and I'm thrilled they were able to help me get into my dream car. Also, the price you see online is the price when you go in. You don't feel like you've got to know as much as the salesman to not get manipulated. And the salesmen don't work on commission. I highly recommend this dealership in general and Jorgie as your salesman!!!

From the first moment on the lot, my Client Advisor, Jorgie Linares, was attentive to my needs. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay in and found me a car that was both good looking and practical. The entire experience was fantastic and I never felt pressured or tricked into any choices, instead I was involved in the discussions, my needs and wants were valued and I was treated like a fellow Cache Valley resident, not just the next potential sale. I appreciated Travis's approach and his willingness to talk with me about the process of trading in my vehicle that had incredible sentimental value due to a death in my family. His smile and a handshake got me in the door, his sincerity and integrity and professionalism sent me home with a car. I saw the posting for the vehicle we purchased on a local classifieds. (KSL.com) I called and Jorgie was on the other end. Very nice and personal, found out details about the vehicle and called me back. We live 3 hours away from Logan, and he said he would make sure it didn't sell before we got there. When we arrived, he was very friendly, and did not have the same vibe as other salesmen I've worked with in the past, upfront, clear communication, said it how it was. He helped us all the way through the purchasing process. He was able to pull some strings and get us the deal we were looking for. I would recommend him again. When it came to the financing end, when I told the individual helping me that I did not want the supplementary GAP insurance, I could tell he was frustrated as he rapidly pulled the financing docs off the desk, ripped them up, and threw them away, not being as polite he was before my saying no. Was not impressed with him. Additionally, I know they could have worked with other lenders because Jorgie specifically mentioned one credit union who usually offers the lowest rates in the area. (as such I have refinanced and cut my rate in more than HALF!) but it appears that the finance individual went with the easiest person to run the application with.

Recently I bought a nearly new 2015 Ram Eco-Diesel truck from Heritage in Logan, UT. Due to the price, I drove the 3 hours to pick it up. From start to finish they provided a no hassle purchase. Travis Pelltier was great to work with. Their internet pricing can't be beat. I shopped all over for a truck like this and couldn't find anything as competitive as the one I found at Heritage. Also, their finance guru, TJ, took good care of me on the loan and has been great to work with. I highly recommend Heritage and plan on purchasing my vehicles from them going forward. I drove from Pocatello because this dealership had not one, but two of my favorites! I went to look but I left an owner! I worked with Jorge and he was fabulous! He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my liking! He even detailed the car himself before I traveled home because the reg. person had already left. I was not planning to buy a new car. I knew I needed to do something because the car I had been driving had very high miles, but I was hesitant of where to go and who I could trust, so I hadn't done anything. When I came to Logan to visit for Christmas my children encouraged me to go look. My sons in law who know cars very well, said lets go to Heritage and see what is out there, we can trust them. The sales help were excellent. They were very fair with me. I did not feel pressure. They took time to answer questions and accomodate my time schedule. It was a very good experience.

The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat. We went for a test drive that went well. My mechanic / nephew checked out the engine and Kyle answered questions that came up to my satisfaction. He was very agreeable to work with when we closed on the purchase and AFTER. In fact he delivered the Grand Cherokee to my home after I got off work a few days later after a super detail job! Koddy took care of the paperwork and was a joy to work with as well. The price that was listed clearly in the window of the car was the same listed on the internet, and when they brought me the write up. They aren't out to play games, or make you jump through hoops to get prices. It really is as simple as it should be. The moment we walked through the doors we were greeted and asked how they could serve us. Every person that we met or dealt with was friendly and upbeat from the guys in service to the girls in the office. I worked directly with Jeff and Cody which are two of the genuinely nicest guys you will ever meet. My new job necessitated a change in vehicles. After doing a lot of research online, I found a pre-owned Kia at heritage. I called and visited with Kyle Hurst several times during the day. I feel that he went out of his way to make sure that I had all of the pertinent information about my chosen car before I made the hour and a half trip to Logan. He even sent me a video of the car from his personal phone. As a salesperson, I appreciated his honesty, candidness, and extra work to assure me that this car was in the shape as described. Upon our arrival, which was just after closing time, which my schedule didn't allow us to show up during regular business hours we noticed that the car was sitting our front waiting for us. We looked at the car, sat in it and went to take a quick test drive. Two tires were low so Kyle and I aired them up before the drive. Upon our return, we'd decided that we were going to buy the car. My wife noticed that it was missing the keyless entry FOB's and so I questioned it. Kyle visited with Koddy (Pronounced 'Cody') Thigpen and we all were able to come up with a solution to satisfy our requests. They offered financing through one of their vendors, when I notified them that I had a check from my credit union and would add a down payment to it as my preferred payment method, Koddy obliged. I expressed my desire to go that route, he accepted. When the papers were adjusted for the price of the vehicle, there was a $200 discrepancy in the final price. Koddy and TJ could've easily taken the extra money from us and not have said anything. Instead, they took a few extra minutes, figured it out and then gave us the correct amount. I'm impressed with them and their willingness to work with our schedules and requests. I would recommend them to both friends and enemies. :-) Great people! Don't hesitate to buy from them. They even filled my tank for the ride home, which is important to me.

I didn't get a Dodge or a Chrystler by any means, but I did buy a 2010 Honda Civic and they have taken good care of me to make it as easy as possible and have even called a few times to make sure I have been satisfied with the car. Took my Jeep in for service and left with a new Grand Caravan. I took a walk while I was waiting on my Jeep, when I saw the Caravan. Chandler approached me, asking if he could answer answer any questions. I asked him to run some numbers for me, trade-in amount, etc., and keep the same payment amount. I loved the "no pressure" approach. I was given the best deal and couldn't leave without it. Other dealerships keep you waiting and drag the sale out, not these guys, a little over two hours and I was down the road. I recommend them to everyone.

Chandler was the first to greet me, he introduced himself as well as gave me an introduction to the dealership, I told him that I was interested in the Power Wagon, He began to tell me about it and what all the truck had on it and what it came with. I was very impressed with how much he knew about the truck, He had an answer right off the top of his head for just about every question I had. After taking it for a test drive I knew this was the truck for me. I told him that I needed to go home and talk with the wife but would most likely be back the next day to buy the truck.Before I had even made it home chandler had already emailed me all the info on the truck as well as the History report. I responded back and told him that I wanted the truck and that I would be back tomorrow afternoon. When I came back the next day as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Dave, by a Welcome Mr. *******, I had not even told him whom I was, yet he knew I was coming and had everything ready. He apologized on Chandlers behalf because he was with another client. But they had already set the Power Wagon aside and had not been showing it to anyone else because they knew I was coming.After taking it for another test drive with the Family we decided that we wanted the truck. Dave explained to us how you run your dealership with a very low no haggling advertised price which I thought was very fair and compared to other trucks I had looked at was priced very well. After working with Dave on where we needed our payment we were able to get the price down a little to make everything work out. Not one time did I feel like I was being pressured into something I did not want or could not afford. Dave listened to what my wants and needs were and made it work. I actually felt like I was in charge of the deal, which I have never experienced ever before at a dealership including the one I work for.Your entire staff made our visit so enjoyable they did not mind my 2 year old son running around and even brought him snacks and a drink as well as a pad and paper for him to color on. They catered to us the entire time by bring us water and asking if we needed anything else. Brady was Also a very big help in giving me a more detailed breakdown of the truck and going over how it all works. I felt like the most important person in the entire dealership. After getting everything finished up I was thanked up and down for giving you my business. I left the dealership feeling like I had a partner, not like I was just a sale.Roughly 2 weeks after I noticed a loud clank staring in the front end and called and spoke with Chandler. He told me to bring it up and that you would take care of everything. I dropped it off with Jerrod in the service dept. and explained to him what I was experiencing and he told me not to worry that they would get it right in and get it done. They did just that He called and told me that the front U-joint went bad and that they replaced it. After taking it for a test drive they determined that the front end had some excessive play and went ahead and replaced all of the front steering linkage components. They went above and beyond not only getting my main issue fixed right away but saved me a future problem and expense by doing preventative maintenance. Most dealers rarely fix the issue brought it in for, and I have never once had one find and then fix something else.In all you have a very strong team, and you are doing business the right way You have definitely gained a customer for life and you can guarantee that I will highly recommend you to any and everyone I know.

We saw the price listed for the truck in the windshield when we drove through the parking lot one Sunday. I really like that I could see the price, not a price that I would then have to bargain with the salesperson to get a better deal. The price listed was the price I got. Bret was our salesperson and did a great job. When we brought the truck back on Thursday to have a few things added, the service people were also great. Thanks for a good experience.

Most importantly, the people acted human and spoke to me with value. They didnt hound me and act like CAR SALESMEN! Brady Hughes was very down to earth and Dave Bennett was easy to work with. From the moment I went into the dealership, I was met with an extremely non pressure sales approach. Dan was my go to from there on out! I thought I wanted a Cherokee, test drove one, but still needed some time to make up my mind. There were no phone calls, e-mails, etc. from Dan pressuring me - much appreciated. Finally, I decided what I wanted, but it was still in transit to the dealership. Bought the Cherokee sight unseen. When it finally arrived, it was discovered there was a computer to transmission problem. I waited another week until the problem was resolved. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was caring and genuinely concerned about me having to wait to fix the car. Dan went above and beyond to bring the Cherokee to my house, hook up my Homelink and phone. Now I have a super, new red Cherokee in my garage!!! Dealer is highly recommended and especially Dan for your go to person.
