Phil was awesome! Quickly figured out what was wrong with my car and got me in a loaner that night. Had the work completed within a few days and kept me updated along the way. Also helped by applying any coupons he could find to get me the lowest price. I was so happy with the service, I’ve already scheduled my next service to get tires with Phil. Thank you! EDIT 11/16/20 I’ve gone to Phil for years now for all of my vehicle needs. He is always friendly, efficient, and honest. It’s nice to know that when I bring my car in for service, I will get the best customer service and reliable care. I wouldn’t chose any other place or any other person. Thank you!

*edit* still very impressed. Got my oil changed and tire repaired there. Everyone was nice and helpful even though it was busy and later in the day. Melissa efficient and helpful and the waiting room and new lane look great. Will definitely return.

I took my car into Heritage Honda for routing maintenance since I am new to the area. Melissa Hall was my service representative and she was wonderful. She kept me constantly updated regarding the status of my car and made the overall experience at Heritage Honda service very pleasant. I look forward to continuing my business with Heritage. Coty Hess sales guy was very patient with helping me find a car that fits me. Good personality… He went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and entertained while there. If I could give a higher rate I would. I’ve been to many Honda dealerships and this location makes you feel not only comfortable but welcoming and like family.

Service repaired a window switch that was recalled and replaced a key. I was comfortable while waiting, with plenty of room for social distancing. Service took longer than anticipated, but I was notified of the delay and that work was progressing. All were courteous.
