Stephen was fantastic to work with. I also worked with Jeff who was equally good.I put 5 stars but didn't actually buy my truck from them. I will definitely go to them next time. They didn't pressure, just gave me the best price on the truck I could find. They were open to getting me exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale of what they had on the lot, willing to seek out dealer trades etc. They would even order me a truck built as I wanted at the price they offered. Great with questions, patient with answering everything.In the end I bought another truck simply due to what I found at another dealer in the region. I felt bad telling Stephen I had bought something else I stumbled on. Based on everything I had seen prior, I suspect the delivery and service after the sale would have been equally good. Go check these guys out.

I recently purchased a new F-150 from Heritage of Tremonton. I have a Ford dealer in my home town but the prices listed at Heritage were already lower then the sale prices at my local dealer. Jeff Thompson was great to work with as he knew the answers to all my questions and was patient as I didn't really know exactly what I wanted. When I finally decided what options to go with Jeff went out of his way to find me the exact truck I wanted. I appreciate his extra time and attention to detail. I would highly recommend these guys as their prices can't be beat and they are super low key. I never ever felt pressured to buy that day....although I ultimately did. Everyone I met was super friendly from Jeff to Brian, the finance manager, and even the detailer that brought my truck up to me. Thanks guys!!

I have spent a lot of time in dealerships. This was the first time that I felt different about my buying experience. Their professional client advisors helped with the process and made it not only easy, but fun. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to do business with Heritage. Great experience!!! Their approach to doing business is unmatched. Can't wait to send people their way!!!

The guys over at Heritage were great to work with. They addressed all my needs and promptly resolved all my concerns I had about purchasing a used vehicle. They were quick and upfront with pricing and I never felt like they were trying to sell me the "old school" way. I loved how I now have friends in the car business and will be back for all my future car purchasing needs. THANKS HERITAGE OF TREMONTON!!!

I have had a great experience with the last 3 vehicles I purchased. This last vehicle was not brand new but I was given the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty. Our Ford Fusion has been a great vehicle. Love working with the staff at Heritage. They showed my wife and I genuine care.I also recommend the service department, I service all of our vehicles there and they are very fair to work with.

Buying a new car/truck is a stressful experience. . . at least that has been my experience until I found Heritage Motor Company in Tremonton, UT. The folks at Heritage Motor Company took the stress away and were wonderful to work with. I purchased a F-150 and my wife purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. After getting the jeep home we noticed a small blemish in the leather of the back seek. Heritage Motor Company bent over backwards to make sure the seat was replaced. The blemish was obviously a factory issue and barely visible but Jon Weese and his team were amazing to work with. I couldn't be happier. It is so nice to have a dealership that I trust.

I have to tell you to never shop with these rip off artists. They sold me a car that had serious mechanical issues that they hid by reseting the check engine light. It came on 1 hour after driving off the lot. They scammed me and sold me a lemon. Then they refused to fix it. The warranty they sold me didn't cover it. They claim that's the risk in buying a used car. The truth is that's the risk in doing business with shady car salesman. Just keep looking at another store. Please don't end up like me with a junk car. Even the owner wouldn't stand behind his cars and spend the $240 to fix a safety hazard on my 2009 tahoe. Ripped me off. Do not trust these people or do business with them

Traded my very well taken care of 2003 denali in to pay high retail on a 2005 GMC Duramax, they promised the truck had been thru their shop, and nothing was wrong with it. The truck had a power steering leak, Transmission leak of 4 quarts per every 200 miles, a/c didn't work, starter was broken, and fuel filler tube was kinked from when they converted the truck from a flat bed to a regular bed (took 20 minutes to put 1/2 tank of diesel in it), the windshield was cracked and they wouldn't fix it(even though they made me claim a new windshield on my denali), and the seat had a big hole in it which I had to pay more to them for the new seat, I would put in. When I called them they said they would fix the filler tube and the a/c but nothing else unless I paid them to do it. Their price of the repairs was so high I could've had everything fixed somewhere else for less. They also lied about selling my denali 2 days after when I called them with the problems on the truck. I would have been willing to forget the whole deal but they said they sold the denali and couldn't reverse the deal, only to admit a week later they still hadn't sold it. They are so crooked and do not care about the cars they sell or the customers after they have your money.
