I found a vehicle via the web posted at Heritage Toyota Scion Owings Mills - 45 miles away, two city beltways and a heavily interstate 95 corridor I went to take a look. I had no experience with this dealership. After my experience, I wish they would move 44 miles closer to me because they treated me as though I was a long standing, returning customer. Evon Greene was my outstanding sales consultant. Evon made the buying experience pleasant, informative and gratifying. As important, he addressed a few minor follow up items and confusions with honesty and directness that speaks volumes of his character. After being involved in an accident, safety was my main priority. Erika helped ease my mind by showing me all the upgraded safety features in the new 2017 XLE Camry. I had no idea that the design of the car itself contributed to the safety, or that ToyotaCare was included in my purchase. She was very courteous and did not seem to get annoyed with my safety questions. She reassured me that this was the vehicle for me, and I could not be happier with my purchase. I am loving my brand new Camry and I look forward to bringing it in for service. We drove over an hour and a half from PA to look at a Sienna van because it was exactly what we were looking for at the best price we could find. We bought a 2016 Rav4 XLE Hybrid from there just last night (08/26/2016). I have to wait a few days to pick up my car as I am getting some additional accessories installed, but I can't wait to share what a great buying experience I had. Our salesman was William Brown a great guy with a great personality and a huge amount of patience for nervous buyers like me who haven't bought a new car in years and always have tons of questions to ask . I was looking around for almost a month, and have talked/met all different kind of salesmen who don't really handle inquiries very well and some who make a frown face when you tell them you want to test drive their car with your two little kids and their car seats. But not William Brown, he basically handed us the keys and we test drove not just once but twice. He also made sure to give us a good enough time privately with the car so that we can discuss and make sure that it accommodates our needs as a growing family. We visited late after work, i.e. 8 pm, with an appointment , William was prepared and had everything organized well. It was past 11 pm by the time we were done with the paperwork. William and the finance guy (name Scott I think!) looked tired after a long day at work but they still had the same friendly and professional demeanor that we were greeted with. The dealership was 1.45 hours away from us in New Castle , DE , and we will be taking a second trip down there for the pickup which I am sure we won't mind as we know it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! An

I am very new to the buying process. I was recommended buy a family to go to R&H to look at what kind of cars they had. Before I can meet my sales person I had some time to walk the lot. Bam. 5mins in the civic and I joined eyes. It was exactly what I wanted low miles, backupcamera, digital, fuel efficient, BASICALLY EVERYTHING I WANTED IN MY 1ST CAR. Evon was my sales person. He took under his wing like a daughter and guide me in this buying. He asked me if i lIke anything and I said yes. We test drive the car. At that moment I felt like the car choose me. After getting back to the dealership. We talked about the paper. He answered the million and one questions. Long story short that car was mines. My interest rate was great, payments was great. I got denied by a credit union and approved by a big bank.

We were looking to purchase a Certified Highlander, unfortunately we could not find one that fit our needs that was in their inventory. Joey Cheng was great and did everything he could to try to find one but just could not. I started a new job and needed a car seeing I had to give up my company car. I called up Joey when I found a used car in the Mile One inventory. It took about 30 minutes to work out the deal. They were very upfront and the manager was VERY professional and honest and we came to an agreement that worked for everyone. While very few dealerships provide honest, upfront pricing, I was able to tell Joey Cheng the "out-the-door" price I could afford and he came up with a great car to suit my criteria. Most dealerships provide lip service and then when you're ready to buy, you discover that the actual deal is $1500-$2000 more than what you're willing to spend. Joey was patient throughout the buying process; he even came in during his day off to meet with us. The Toyota Certified used car we bought is like a new car. I am confident that through the certification process, I have purchased a car that will last a long time, with minimal costly repairs.

This was my first car buying experience at R&H, but I was extremely impressed. My sales consultant, Carlos, was great - he helped us find the right pre-owned van, even bringing one up from another Mile One location the same day. We negotiated a fair price, and R&H took care of some cosmetic concerns that we had. The body shop's work was amazing - there was no indication that any work was done at all! I have had two service advisors at R&H Toyota Service Center for the past several years. Judy and Paul are their names, and they have helped me immensely when I needed a lot of work done on my car. I like the waiting facilities, the free popcorn and custom coffees, and the children's play area. It has been a pleasant experience and I am very grateful it is in the location that it is. I was ready to drop between $37K and $38K this weekend on a car that just hit their inventory that I had expressed prior interest and discussed. Of course nobody bothered to contact me that they had it in stock. I found it on my own searching their inventory. I left about 5 emails, a voice mail, and chat session with no response from R&H. I had already hit them up face to face and was under the impression that they wanted to work with me as a customer. I get about 10 emails a week from them so 3 or 4 in a three day span from me is nothing. I'm guessing that if you start the conversation using a modern channel like email and phone as opposed to the showroom with a price they don't like they will just ignore you. Ok? In the world of $40K+ cars an offer of few hundred dollars to a thousand off MSRP is a rounding error. In the case of the vehicle I am interested in, even my low ball offer is significantly above invoice. Bottom line R&H does not want to deal with an educated cash buyer. You don't like my money? That is fine with me. I'm working with a competitor that was ok with my ~1000 under the over-inflated MSRP offer. I'm actually thinking of adding a few mods from them that will bring it within a few dollars of your sticker price. They will be getting what I want in within the next week and I will be putting the deposit down tomorrow.

Although it was only 10 days ago, my purchase experience at R+H Toyota was EXCELLENT. I had been looking on CARS.COM for a Toyota Tacoma Extra Cab 4x4 with a 6 cylinder engine for about 2 months to replace my 4 cylinder one. I found a few locally where I live here in Western Pennsylvania, but they were listed 4 to 5 thousand dollars more than the vehicle R+H Toyota had advertised on CARS.COM and this one I purchased. So Independence Day morning, I drove to Owings Mills MD to see if we could make a deal. Upon entering the dealership, I was welcomed by the receptionist who introduced me to my Salesperson Tiffany Michael. Ms Michael couldn't have been any more pleasant to work with in making the deal. She did ALL of the leg work. I presented to her documentation regarding the payoff of my trade-in and the advertised price of the new vehicle which was almost 4 thousand dollars below sticker price. She took said documentation to her finance people who approved everything. She them informed me that this was her first sale. We then completed some vehicle paperwork, and she then contacted my insurance company, and together we made sure I had insurance coverage before I took possession of the vehicle. She then introduced me to her mentor, Evon Greene. He thanked me for my business and asked me how Ms Michael presented herself with her first sale. Couldn't have been better. It was then off to see the Finance Officer Elmer Orozco while my new vehicle was prepped for delivery to me. Mr Orozco explained every form to me that I signed, and the extended warranty that I purchased. He said that although the manufacturers warranty is great, prices of parts and labor go up every year, and an extended warranty would be most beneficial and more cost effective over the term of the warranty; and I wholeheartedly agreed with him. Ms Michael then met up with me to go over the vehicle and operation of all it's content, but I informed her that there was no reason to as it was basically the same as the truck I traded in. We shook hands, I thanked her for her time and sale, and she thanked me for my purchase offering for me to call her with any issues I may have with the vehicle. Having purchased 15 vehicles from various dealerships, this by far was the best. Thank you Tiffany and R+H Toyota....!

We had been to two different dealerships over a span of 4 days and had extremely bad experiences, so we tried R&H as a last resort and they were our saving grace. The salesman was great and he could tell we were burnt out at this point and made the whole process quick and easy. I am writing this review as a last resort. My wife and I have contacted R & H repeatedly and received no reply. We purchased a Prius V in late December. Initially, the experience was good. We found the car we wanted at a decent price and drove off with minimal hassle. Unfortunately, our troubles began once we rolled out of the lot. My spouse is a U.S. Marine. The plan was to buy the car in Baltimore, our home port, and drive with our kids across the country to her new duty station Camp Pendleton, CA. Because my wife has an out-of-state driver's license, we could not get our license plates immediately. No worries, the financial technician said, we can mail them to you. He said we only needed to contact the dealership, relay our new address, and they would ship the plates via FedEx. It's weeks later and no plates. We've called, left messages, and emailed our sales consultant and Tom Meyers, Sales Manager. Now we are driving with expired temporary tags. Also, we decided on the ToyotaCare Plus maintenance coverage. The financial technician said we could have our oil changed every 5,000 miles, even though our factory suggested maintenance guide calls for an oil change every 10,000 miles. Changing the oil every 5,000 miles would make the extra coverage financially worthwhile. We took our vehicle to our local Toyota service center. They said that they could only change the oil according to the maintenance schedule. Okay, this was partially our fault. In hindsight, we could have done more research on the ToyotaCare Plus plan. However, the financial tech specifically said we could have the oil changed every five thousand miles, so he either lied or does not understand his company's warranty provisions. My wife hears "Thank you for your service" often. Which is totally fine. When most people say that they are speaking sincerely. Instead of gratitude, however, we would like to get what was promised. Or at least a call back.

We received excellent service from Joey Cheng of R & H Toyota dealership when we bought our new RAV4 on Dec. 27, 2014. I sent the dealership a message to ask for the price of new RAV4 on Dec. 26, Joey contacted me via email. I then called him, and he answered all my questions and explained all cost/fees clearly. Feeling the honesty and excellent assistance, I decided to drive 60 miles (!!!) to buy my new car from this dealership. On the day, I tried 3 different RAV4, and Joey answered all my questions/concerns again clearly. At the end my wife and I decided to buy the vehicle we originally selected but with some change. Joey helped us with the change without a word. Joey also demonstrated all functions to us very clearly. He also made the buying process very smoothly so all the rest we did was to sign the paperwork---The lady handling this was also very nice. At the end, we also got a free car wash and full tank of gas for free for the RAV4---small things, but again it let you feel welcomed from the dealership.

I had a very nice and pleasant Sales Consultant, Miguel Dardon, which made me coming back and buying my brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. He has tried adapting to my type of customer which I would say it was the key point of the deal. Miguel never tried to fake anything on the sale process, he respected my opinion and my needs, and he tried to adapt his approach and answers. I cannot say the same thing about the Manager Tracy Reich which was very disrespectful on his approach and he made me feel terrible bad and very low. He disrespected me on the way he has talked to me and on the way he was judging my business at Toyota. If wasn't Miguel, I wouldn't have coming back to buy the car. I end up accepting the bad term of financing offered, 7,9%, just for the service I got from Miguel Dardon.

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from R&H. Judd, internet sales rep, was fantastic and worked with me through the whole process. Price was as advertised on Cars.com and no surprises. The after-sales process (financing, paper-signing, add-ons pitch) could have been a little smoother, but no big deal. I'll definitely use Cars.com and go with R&H Toyota in the future as needed.
