I had a fantastic experience working with Brian Park. At first the Toyota we wanted became pending but he put us first in line and once it was available he let us know and did not even have us put a deposit down. He was very friendly and easy to work with and made sure the vehicle had a full tank before leaving. Stafford was also a great supporting manager. If you visit here, talk to Brian. We bought our dream car at Heritage Toyota Owings mills today, May 3,2021, and so far it has been the best car buying experience that we had. Mr. Brian Park has been excellent in meeting our needs and has been very patient in answering our questions and on meeting halfway with our demands. Ms. Erica Daniels is the best financial manager that we met. She’s very helpful by giving suggestions on how to make the most out of your money. She’s giving advices to help us and she’s willing to adjust our expenses just to provide us the best warranty and protection plans that’s best for us. With the current crazy market, the car I wanted to purchase was no longer available shortly before the appointment. Brian helped me find the alternative within minutes that also met all my requirements (price range, mileage, specs, etc.) He did above and beyond to locate the vehicle in such a short time.
