I was looking for a car with a cheaper payment. And these guys (Spencer and the financial manager) really blew my mind I got a Jetta R-line for a price I wanted and extra warranties on the car! I brought my car in because I was having engine problems. I was able to talk to Matt Wobbleton on the phone before bringing it into the shop. He let me know what to expect before coming into the shop. He was there when I dropped off my car, listened carefully while I explained everything that was going on and scheduled me a ride on the shuttle. He kept me informed during the day as things were happening. When the service was done, he called to let me know and scheduled the shuttle to pick me up to get my car. From start to finish the service I received as fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained, while I did not stay while my car was being serviced I know that I would have been comfortable in their waiting area.

I always fret having my car serviced because this dealership is further than others for me, which usually means I have to figure out how to be with out the car for the day, but I trust this shop more than other local ones. Matt was really helpful scheduling my service and making sure drop off and picking up was convenient for me and that the service was done on time. Also they had LaCakerie cookies!! So delicious.

I purchased my GTI Autobahn from Melissa Cole (salesperson) and Gabe Walman (sales manager) in late August 2016. They were both very pleasant and professional. I was very happy with how they treated me--with respect and candor. I would definitely buy another car from them. I'm a very deliberate, price-sensitive customer, and they did not rush me at all, which I appreciated.Very soon after I took delivery of the car, an issue requiring warranty service arose. Matt Wobbleton, my service advisor, has given me excellent service. The technician who went for a drive in my car with me was also very nice (I don't recall his name). Though my car has been at the service department for a total of 30 days, Matt's great service has encouraged my patience as the technicians address the very complicated issue with my car. I've appreciated always having a nice loaner car to use, as well.

Heritage Volkswagen of Parkville is by far the WORST place I have ever conducted business with in my life. Please stay far away if you know whats best!!!!I dropped my vehicle off on July 25 2016 because my motor FAILED. It is now September 17th and I still dont have my vehicle back! When I dropped my vehicle off I called once a day looking for answers but could never get a hold of anyone in the service department. After two months of going back and forth with Volkswagen N.A about the issues I was told my vehicle was repaired on September 8th but, more issues were found. I have not had my vehicle for almost 2 months and I still dont have an answer on when the work will be complete. Also to put icing on the cake I didnt even receive a loner vehicle until August 24th, so until then I was forced to share a car with my pregnant wife. I have one suggestion for anyone looking at spending money or taking their vehicle to Heritage Volkswagen of Parkville, STAY AWAY!!!!If I could give this dealership less than one star I would.

Charles set me up with a new Golf GTI. This guy was excellent. He was the third salesman I spoke with, and the only one who wasn't giving me a run around. I told him what I wanted, and the price range I was comfortable with, and he jumped straight to the best deal. The guy at the other dealership wouldn't even give me any concrete info after spending hours with him and I knew he wasn't working for me. It was a very stress-free experience for me, which is huge. And he even travelled several states to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Wonderful experience, and I'll absolutely be going back there in the future.

Found the car I was interested in online so I went to the dealership to be met by Serdar , a Salesman at the Pre owned heritage dealership, I was met with a smile and a firm handshake. I told Serdar what I was looking for and he showed me the vehicle I was interested in Plus a few others that also caught my eye.I asked him to work me a number for the car that I was interested in.I did my homework on that vehicle and the sales representative came back with a great number with out all the drama that can be associated with car shopping. So I returned the next day with my wife so she could also Drive and the approve of the car. she like the car so we went off to the finance department in the main building where we met Doug, he help us with the finalizing the financing and all the paperwork that was associated with a car purchase everything there was also very easy going . all and all I felt like their number one priority from the moment I walked on The lot and even after the sale was complete. We went out for the test drive once I decided that's the vehicle I was interested in. I purchased a jetta GLI from there, approx. a year ago. The sales person asked to see the mileage in my car, and he kept my keys, and would not return them. Also, VW had a .09% financing, and they would not give it to me. Never explained why? I should of left, but it was the car that I wanted. I will not buy anything from them again. I do not recommend them, the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

I drove several vehicles and didn't seem to find one I liked and then once I did my wife didn't like it! After dealing with a totaled vehicle, I had no choice to purchase another vehicle. I found the SUV online sent my information in and within minutes I had a response. We stopped at the Heritage used car lot on a day when they were closed and found a Dodge RAM truck we were interested in. Later we stopped when they were open and were met by salesman Robert Adcock. Mr. Adcock was a pleasure to work with he was very informative never made us feel under pressure to make a purchase. We were trading in our vehicle toward the purchase of this vehicle and he was patient with us working with us on the value of our trade in and the price of the vehicle. This concluded with us making the purchase. We then met with business manager Mitch Giller who also was a pleasure to meet with and assisted us with some request concerning the contract. We had gone to other dealerships where the experience was not so cooperative. We recommend this dealership to anyone making a purchase of a vehicle.

I visited Heritage preowned center to help my daughter buy a car. She lives out of state and was moving back, so she needed a car. She was home sat and sunday and was looking for a car online. She found one here but it was late Saturday and we could not get there to see it by closing time. Since they were closed on Sunday, and she could not stay until Monday, we had a problem. Our sales rep Rob Adcock went above and beyond for us. He offered to move the two cars she was interested in up front so we could stop by Sunday before she went back to look them over. I took her over Sunday morning and she got to see the cars and moving them made them very easy to find. I then took her to bus station. I went back Monday and closed the deal. Sales manager Andre was also a pleasure to deal with. Since i was alittle short on time because i had to get back to work, they offered to deliver the car to my house later in the day. That was a first for me. I was very pleased with the process start to finish. These people are very professional, and more importantly, very courteous and friendly. They treat you like they want your business. Thanks again to Rob and Andre!

So I bought this New 2012 GTI from this dealer 2 years ago, they promised a loaner during service, forget about it. They messed up the finance portion of my trade and had their lawyer call me to demand money back or be sued, But this one, is a masterpiece of incompetence! It is Labor Day weekend 2014, I'm washing my car for the weekend festivities and notice that the tag is going to expire the next day. I do not remember getting a notice, so I figure that I will simply go online and pay the registration fee and print a temp registration until the new stickers arrive, no big deal. BUT IT IS A BIG DEAL, BECAUSE HERITAGE NEVER REGISTERED THE CAR TAGS WITH THE MVA!!! Yes, I have been driving around for 2 years with tags that do not belong to my car, or even exist for that matter!! When I first noticed this, the mva website said that the tag number does not match the title number, so I called Al, the sales manager. He told me basically, there must be an error in the vin or tag number and drive the car to the dealer on Tuesday and they will fix it. I told him that the tags will expire tomorrow, he said, "I'm sure that you noticed this before, why are you just calling now on a Saturday, I cannot issue you temporary tags, you are lucky that you are not going to have to wait in line at the mva". So, i called the MD State Police, spoke to Corporal Curley, he told me that your tag does not exist, it was never issued a tag. HE TOLD ME NOT TO DRIVE THE CAR!! He also said that the MVA is god as far as the police are concerned, so if I was pulled over there is no telling what could happen!! Driving with a tag not registered with the MVA for 2 years!! So, after talking to the State Police i called Al back. He said "Well, I have your number, I will have someone call you on Tuesday". NO OFFER OF A LOANER, TEMP TAG OR EVEN AN APOLOGY! WHAT THE xxxx AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITHOUT A CAR FOR THE ENTIRE LABOR DAY WEEKEND!!!! THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE A xxxx!! I paid $172 for registration and got a piece of metal with a sticker on it that was not registered with the MVA. attached to my car that could have gotten me a ticket or arrested!. And I paid $199 processing fee for them to process NOTING CORRECTLY! I want my MONEY BACK!

Back in 2011, I leased a Jetta with Heritage VW in Parkville and had a great experience. Now that I live in Pittsburgh, when my lease was coming up, I was expecting to just deal with a dealer here in the area. Jake Cardwell called me to let me know that they would be happy to help assist me in leasing another car, even from Baltimore! I didn't know a dealership would be so willing to help an out of state customer. Needless to say, Jake and I discussed what I was looking for over the phone and he was able to find me the exact car I wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Ron Max for the purchase of my vehicle. He was calm, friendly, explained all the details and features for each car I drove (I test drove used cars and they were immaculate, super clean, like a brand new car), and he was patient and fair when negotiating the deal with my father. After we "shook" on the superb deal, Doug Mrockowski (the money man) walked me through all the loan info, and explained each option I could add on to the vehicle. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything additional. Doug answered all my questions and finished the sale by providing me with registration and tags on the spot. Treacy McNeeley delivered my 2009 Smart Car to my house, complete with a BIG red bow on the top on Memorial Day. Robert Adcock and Ron Maxx are the best salespeople I have had the opportunity to deal with. I am in sales myself so I appreciate genuine people when it comes to making a purchase. I contacted Ron who guided me to the website to pick out a car. He located the one I picked out and got me linked up with his associate Robert (Ron did this for me while on vacation). Robert Adcock got the car delivered to the dealership the next day. I was in a rush due to my crazy work schedule. I looked at a used 2013 VW GTI. The car was in amazing shape. After test driving, Robert helped me find an affordable payment for a car I never thought I could afford. From the beginning to the end of the car buying process I felt good about what I was doing. After searching for a VW Jetta all over town, I found the car my son wanted at Heritage. Unlike other internet sites, the only other expenses were Tax, Tags and Processing fee. No added cost for reconditioning. Our salesman, Jake was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very thorough explaining all the options. This was probably my best car buying experience since I have been buying cars. Entered the dealership at 7PM and was out with the car by 9PM. Shortest time I ever spent buying a car. Excellent.

I was taking my 2005 Jeep Liberty for repairs and/or trade in. I wasn't sure which way I was going to go. I would have loved to buy a 2014 Jeep but in reality I couldn't afford it. So I started to look on line to see what Heritage had to offer on used vehicles..and it was a lot. I finally put my sights on a 2012 Jeep Liberty. My son told me to talk to Ron Max before making a final decision. I did, and Ron was exactly the way my son said he would be. He was energetic, good sense of humor, and extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. Ron was able to get me the best deal ever and able to keep my payments where I needed them to be. Ron then sent me to finalize the deal with Gabriel Walman, Business Manager..How lucky was I. It was as if I had known these two men all of my life. I couldn't have asked for more. I love my new Jeep and I would recommend Ron Max to anyone who was in the market for a new or different vehicle.

We drove two hours from Virginia to purchase a 2013 Chrysler 200 Sedan and it was well worth the trip. Our sales consultant, Ron Max, was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He never rushed through any aspect of the demonstration of vehicle features or the test drive, and yet he also did not waste our time with needless dawdling. He had a very good sense of what we wanted to know and intuitively adjusted to our needs. Ron efficiently moved through the paperwork, was very familiar with the procedures of our lender and insurance company of choice (USAA), and made the entire purchasing process painless. He seamlessly segued to the sales administrator (also a very nice person) and had our car waiting with the temporary plates affixed just as we finished up the final title and registration paperwork. The car is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We estimate that we saved at least $2000--and probably $3000--on this virtually new car (in addition to the significant savings of purchasing a slightly used vehicle with very low mileage) . Kudos--or "Bravo Zulu" for those of us in the Navy--to Ron Max and Heritage Auto.

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my first Jeep vehicle. Ron Max was extremely helpful answering my questions and made the process very enjoyable from beginning to end. I knew I wanted a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but wasn't sure if I should go with the Lorado or Limited. Ron showed me both, and explained the differences between the 2 models in great detail. After test driving both models , I knew which one was right for me. Ron was very helpful making sure I got the best price possible and checked up on me through out the rest of the purchasing process.. He even handed me the spare key before I drove off in my new vehicle, so he really was supportive from beginning to the very end. I recently bought a 2008 VW Jetta here. My sales associate was Robert Adcock, who did not hesitate when I asked if the car could be inspected by my own VW mechanic before I purchased it. He personally arranged for my mechanic to see the car and took it there himself the next day. We worked out a fair price for the car and for my trade-in, and we were able to complete the transaction quickly and smoothly when I came in on the weekend with my wife and kids in tow. I was very disappointed in the service i received. I applied prior to going and when i got there it was told, To me that the finance person could work the deal, which was a lie. We are all grown people if, You tell the truth in the beginning instead of passing the buck, i think the car buying experience wouldn't be such a horrible experience. To preface- I have been driving Volkswagens for 18 years and love the brand. I have no plans to ever switch. I bought a new 2006 Jetta at Heritage in Owings Mills and had a phenomenal experience. I live closer to the Parkville dealership and that's where I had the '06 Jetta serviced for 7 years. The service department is nothing short of spectacular- they know me by name and have always done honest work on my car. In mid-November of this year I dealt with Steven J. and Randall M. in the VW internet sales department. They managed to locate the exact color and model of the Jetta I wanted, even though it wasn't on their lot. When I went to the dealer, the price we had agreed upon via email, was the price of the car. It was great. A week later, I got a call from Melissa L. in finance (Chrysler side of the dealership) stating that the VIN on all of my paperwork was incorrect- they had mixed up two digits. Come to find out that they had mixed up the entire number, not just a few digits. I was told that I needed to come to the dealership immediately to fix the error and that they would just process financing through their dealership, rather then the pre-arranged loan I had secured. I told Melissa that my husband and I would have to wait until the following Tuesday to come in. What we were told would be a quick process of just re-signing documents, ended up taking over an hour, the majority of that time waiting. I don't know if putting the incorrect VIN on all of the documents was an honest mistake or a ploy to get me to use their financing instead of my own. Fast forward less than a week later, yesterday. I received a call from my finance company last night stating that they had called Heritage at Parkville and left over 10 voicemails requesting the odometer statement, which was missing from the paperwork faxed to them. I immediately emailed both my finance person, Melissa, and my salesperson, Steven. I received an email right back from Steven saying they were taking care of it right away. This morning I received calls at work and on my cell from my finance company stating that they had not received the odometer statement and that the loan would be void if the paperwork was not received this morning. I called over to the dealership and got no assistance, so I left work to go home and get my own copy to fax. While driving, Heritage called and said they were taking care of everything. I returned to work and received an email from Melissa this afternoon stating that she was aware that multiple messages had been left for multiple finance managers but nothing had been done. Nothing had been done. I realize that people make mistakes. I really do. But not once during this entire two weeks of phone calls back and forth, dealership visits, having to leave work early repeatedly, did I ever get an apology. No one ever said the words "I'm sorry". I am so frustrated with this dealership and their severe lack of customer service. As much as I really like the service department, I am unsure if I want to continue supporting MileOne in any capacity at this point.

I hit a deer and totaled my car. I submitted an inquiry through cars.com on a 2011 Charger RT and the next day got a call from Ron "Mad" Max. His first concern was immediately about me and my family and if anyone was hurt when I hit the deer. I explained to him how many times I have gone to dealers and I was sick of the "dealer" talk. I asked him to be upfront with me as far as credit, down payment, etc... From dsy one Mad Max was courteous helpful, honest, and forthcoming. This was by far the best car buying experience ever. I didnt have to come in until we had an approval ready, unlike other dealers that always say "we need you here to make a deal happen" Long story short f you want good service, honesty, and help....This is where you need to go and Ron "Mad" Max is who you need to see. Kevin Quinn is the best business manager Ive ever signed a contract with. No hidden fees. he breaks everything down for you and gives you options instead of trying to sell you everything possible. We couldn't have had more excellent service here than we did yesterday with our sales professional, Treacy McNeely. We're expecting a baby and needed to turn in my 'old girl' (a 2000 CR-V) for something with at least child lock latches for car seats! The upgrades from a 2000 to a 2011 weren't too shabby either :) I had an idea of the types of cars I wanted to test drive and we were able to do that quickly and easily. Treacy was knowledgeable, trustworthy, NOT PUSHY, and gave us plenty of time and space to make an informed decision that suited our needs and budget. The rest of the staff was incredible to work with as well. And I have to mention for an office run by men, they had an impeccably clean, updated bathroom (which this pregnant chick and I'm sure others who are expecting greatly appreciated!!) We got to their office around 4pm and a few hours later, painlessly rolled off the lot with a 'new to us' car. My old one off my hands completely. Financing completed, and even full tag and title service - saving me hours later at the MVA. Bravo Heritage Parkville! When we need another vehicle we won't think about going anywhere else.

I've been a client with Heritage since June '12 when I brought my VW (purchased elsewhere) in for an upgrade of maps which had been promised under my original purchase. Rather than asking me to pay for the maps, the Heritage representative was willing to add them - no hassles, no questions. Since that point, I've used Heritage Parkville exclusively for my maintenance. My experience with the maintenance department continues to be nothing short of spectacular, so I had high expectations regarding my trade in/purchase experience. The sales personnel with whom I worked were personable, professional, and, moreover, understood my requirements and made efforts to (1) meet them and (2) not waste my time/energy in doing so. They delivered a personal, human approach to my purchase experience and made the transaction enjoyable. My primary salesman was wonderful to deal with from inception to final signature - running numbers, providing options, showing infinite patience and, once we signed, going over the vehicle after purchase with me to ensure I had the tools and knowledge to get the best out of my vehicle (to include unlocking the mystery of how to flip up the windshield wipers - a VW mystery which had plagued me for 4 years). Rather than wasting time, he made things happen quickly and followed my lead - a credit to his skills with customer service. His colleagues, each playing various roles, also made my purchase experience positive, understanding what type of deal would move me out of my 2010 VW, which was paid in full and in great shape, and into a 2014 VW. What impressed me most with was the effusive attitude of the gentlemen I dealt with - a credit to the dealership and a must for clients. Further, the sales staff responded incredibly well to the million of questions I asked while test driving a like vehicle, answering those those they could, checking into those questions they couldn't, and showing a great "team effort" in ensuring I had the information I needed to make my decision. Finally, completing the "$" portion of the deal continued to be a seamless experience. The transaction process was simple, matter of fact, and easy to understand. As I relayed to the folks at Heritage, I'm not an "easy to please" client - and I don't provide positive feedback unless it is warranted. In this particular case, something was very right - and whether it is VW's training regimen, management expectations, or just pure luck in having a winning group of personalities on the Parkville sales floor - the team really did a great job.

Ron Max at VW Parkville recently sold me a 2012 Camry LE in record time. After locating the car on line, I showed up late on a weeknight and had the wife and kids in tow. He took me on a test drive which really allowed me to put the car through different road conditions. He was very professional and even offered to buy the wife and kids pizza. I orginally went into the VW dealership to test drive the Tiguan so I could cross it off my list because I thought it was going to be too expensive. I was leary of the internet price they had posted but I just had to see if for myself. I had the pleasure of working with David Gula and after they gave me everything promised on the internet price I couldn't say No! My son, daughter in-law and I spent 6 hours yesterday looking at their cars and working a deal on a 2010 Dodge Caliber (Stock# LP571506). We had the contracts, credit check papers, MVA power of attorney forms, Insurance Verification forms, and the car loan papers all signed and verified. When she handed them their check for the money down (it was a State Farm check), they report that Heritage wont take a third party check (Even though they do insurance work through GIECO all the time and 3rd party checks are OK for body work). So we arranged that she would bring them in good faith a Bank of America check this morning at 9:30 am (since the bank was closed by that point in time). So, she shows up this morning at the agreed upon time with money in hand, only to find that the car magically sold the car to someone else after she left. Now keep in mind that this car had been on their lot since October of 2012 (per the Car Fax report) and it suddenly sold to someone else between the hours of 6 pm and closing. The manager (Woody) then tried the old we can sell you this car here for the same price bait and switch game on her. She walked out. I bought a 2000 Dodge Dakota from Heritage in Owings Mills in 2000 and they treated me great. So, I recommended Heritage to her and my son. But, the visit to their USED CAR site on Harford Road was a HUGE disappointment. All we heard was our corporation doesnt take deposits on a car, we dont take 3rd party checks, until the deal is finalized we can sell a car to someone else event though we have a signed contract with you. The shame here is they sold a car out from under a customer and the heck with good customer service or honoring a signed deal. The funny part is that I saw a 2010 Dodge Charger (Stock# LU285390) that I showed (via their site) to my wife and we were looking at buying it this Saturday. Well forget that thought. I will NEVER recommend Heritage to anyone ever again. I guess a lot has changed since July 1, 2000. Only George Washingtons image rules here now.

Finally we landed on a 2012 Jeep Liberty we took it for a test drive and my husband and I both loved it. The sales experience is great. Due to my indecisiveness, we were there well after hours buying my first VW without feeling rushed. The sales staff is very helpful and patient. The service department is outstanding. I actually look forward to my service visits. The waiting area is always filled with delicious snacks, including freshly baked cookies. They offer you transportation if you need it while your car is in service. They're conveniently located (for me) right off the beltway at Harford Rd. All in all, the best dealership I've been to, and that's saying a lot since I've owned a Nissan, Ford, Dodge and an Oldsmobile, all dealer serviced. Heritage VW for life!

I was not planning on trading my 2010 CC, but Herb and Jim made a 2013 CC a reality!! This new car makes 6 total cars my family has purchased from this single dealership. Their priority is pleasing the guest, and making sure everything is done to meet those needs 100%. While I have had problems with a few of the service dept guys in the past this has not been the case as of late. Tim and Eric were kind an informative over the phone, and never made me feel that my car knowledge was inferior or inadequate. Great team you have at this location- keep up the good work!

On Wednesday, March 13th, my father and I visited Heritage Volkswagen Parkville to test drive and purchase a used 2012 Silver Toyota Camry that was listed for sale on the internet. I have previously owned 2 Camrys. We came to the lot around 6:15p.m. and stood outside for 15 minutes looking at the Camry that was listed. No one came out to assist us. We looked at a Porsche Cayenne with a long scratch across the hood and no one came out to assist us. We looked at a few Passats and no one came out to assist us. We looked over at the sales floor and you could clearly see the salesmen sitting and talking and looking at us. I guess in their minds they already had sized us up that we were not buying no need in going outside. There appeared to be no other buyers on the lot and the salesmen appear standing around engaging in personal conversations. Why you dont want to be bum rushed you want to be treated with respect and dignity of a prospective customer. This is a classic example of racial profiling. I would imagine if you check your video you would see a lot of prospective sales leaving the lot due to the laziness of your sales department. Perhaps they had already made their sales quota and didnt need my $18,000 purchase. Prior to coming to this dealership we had visited the Heritage Mazda dealership an hour earlier and test drove a 2012 Black Toyota Camry and had a gentleman by the name of Joel B. who assisted us. Joel told us that there was one other Camry in the Baltimore area but we already knew that because that was going to be our next stop. Joel told us that they can pull any car from any of their locations if wanted I to see it. I took him up on his offer or rather I called his bluff and contacted him that evening about the 2012 Silver Camry located at the Parkville dealership. He informed me that he would contact them in the morning and I could see it the next evening. Wouldnt you know the next morning I get a voicemail msg at 9:28am, stating good news the car that you test drove we can knock $400.00 dollars off. I was no longer interested in the Black Camry. He tells me that he contacted the Parkville location and the Camry was not available, meaning they would not release it. The vehicle has not been sold. An hour later he calls back and says good news we have a similar car in Silver Springs we can have transferred. At this point I am not interested in being a part of the Mile One Heritage family. One dealership sizes you up another dealership makes erroneous statements that we can vehicle transferred vehicles from anywhere. Also, when I drove pass the Heritage Parkville VW dealership this morning on the way to work the car is still parked in the same area with the same flag blowing in the wind.

Mike Boylan and Derek Kline are top notch service professionals. I can confidently say this based on the wonderful treatment and results we received on February 18, 20913 when our 2010 CC developed engine trouble (faulty fuel injector) on Int 95 just north of the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Due to a significant faux pas by VW Roadside assistance, our car didn't make it to the dealership until 4PM. The first call for towing assist was at 11:15 AM. I'm still ripping mad about that. Nevertheless, we stayed connected with Mike via phone. When our car finally arrived, the service technicians were wrapping up for the day and prospects were growing dim for a same day solution. That's when Derek stepped in like the experienced pro he is. He believed he knew what the problem was (based on the description of the problem) even though the car hadn't been inspected by a tech. In about 30 minutes a very committed tech confirmed the hunch and began the repair on overtime. 2 hours later we were on our way home to PA in our own car completely repaired. We were absolutely thrilled to have our own car back (fully repaired) and not have to make a 200 mi plus round trip back. Not to mention the avoidance of business travel complications the loss of the car would have represented for the week. Those benefits aside, the Heritage service personnel where truly wonderful. They not only took care of our car but kept us well informed, made us as comfortable as possible, got us shuttled to a local restaurant for dinner, and provided a cell phone charger for my dying smart phone. In my opinion not only did they do the right things...they made us feel welcomed and cared for. If they did this for us, I can only imagine what they do for their regular customers. These guys are good...very, very good!

Ms. Huhn, one of the main service points of contact, is knowledgeable, user friendly, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is well taken care of. Every service and related issue I've had with my vehicle has been promptly and efficiently managed by Ms. Huhn. Though I purchased my vehicle abroad, I brought my VW to Heritage to ask for assistance on a GPS issue. Ms. Huhn identified the previous dealer had not loaded the requisite software and, rather than requiring me to pay for the load and update, provided the service free of charge and without any question. After experiencing a catastrophic failure on a major mechanical system on by VW while out of the local area, Ms. Huhn undertook direct coordination with a fellow dealership to ensure my vehicle was retrieved, repaired, and roadworthy within the time I needed to return home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heritage VW Parkville and will look to them to assist me in any future VW purchase.

The dealer, Ron Max, was very patient, helpful and informative as we tried several cars on for size, even walking us over to the Honda lot to compare the minivans. I was looking for fuel economy, comfortable for my tall family, used and reasonably priced car. In the end comfort with good pricing won and we purchased a 2012 used Town and Country that looks and runs brand new. Ron was very thorough and made sure to find and replace the little touches that made the car complete. The helpfulness and friendliness extended to a team of Heritage staff that worked to answer questions while we completed the buying process. We did some comparison shopping and for the same model / year/ mileage the other dealers we explored did not have a comparable deal. It was the right price and the right fit. I purchased a new 2012 VW Jetta TDi sedan earlier in the year and was ready for a change. I answered an online ad about a 2012 Tiguan. The ad stated that I could purchase the new Tiguan for nearly $4,100 under the MSRP. I live in NY and was willing to drive to Maryland to consumate the deal. When I contacted the salesperson, I was told that the cost would be an additional $900 due to the destination charges. The car was advertised with the destination charges built in, but when I went to purchase it, the destination charges were not included. That means that I would have to pay and additional $900!!! I believe that the dealer is guilty of false advertising and should be held to task.

Everyone was very friendly but.....I test drove a six cylinder Volkswagen Passet CC, I asked four times with my grandfather in the car "if does everything in this car come in the four cylinder? ". I was told yes. After six hours there at 10:00 pm I was tired. Signed the contract while they went to go get my car from another area. When I got in the car it was missing the rear camera, the garage door opener, and the wood trim. I didn't care about the trim so much as the camera and door opener. If you cough out $40,000.00 you would think they would get one put in for you or fix the issue. Nope! The guy just says " oh I didn't know the four cylinder didn't come with a camera". The next day I had to return a paper and talked to the manager. He gave me the card to his friend to get one put in on my dime. With the great customer service I got before I signed, to getting swindled in my first brand new car! I will always remember my not so good experience. Thank you Heritage for that. I highly don't recommend going here and bet they don't even read any of these reviews.I already told two friends i work with in the government not to buy here But everyone has different experience so it's really up to you.Robert Hartlove

The service was great and the was staff friendly. There was a little back & forth prior to the sale, but the pressure was not uncomfortable. Once a deal was struck the finance people got me a great rate and made relatively quick work of the paperwork. When I was handed the keys the car had been cleaned further and gassed up. Mike Andrews was an excellent salesman and gave me the monthly payments that I could afford. The night I bought my car, I noticed there were two paint chips on the trunk. Mike said this will be taken care of. Then the headlight went out 3 days later. I was a little upset but once told that this was covered under my warranty, all was good. I got my car back last night and the paint chips were covered so well that there was no sign anything was ever there. However, on the top of my trunk, it seems as though they forgot to shine it after it was buffed or however that works. It's not that noticeable, but it could have been better. The Heritage family is one I must brag about. Their customer service is outstanding. Attention to detail describes them most accurately. Not only do they treat their customers with respect, they go above and beyond what one would expect from a car dealership. They welcome all of their customers with smiles, open arms and most importantly, fresh cookies! I highly recommend them to everyone in the area. Most cars I see on the roads these days have a Heritage tag. To me, it stands for pride, honor and happiness. It is a pleasure to do business with this fine team.

Avery lied to my face more times than I can count. Do not trust this dealership! There were some cosmetic fixes, both inside and outside, that were promised to be taken care of for free if the car was purchased today. Avery told me that the vehicle, a 2009 EOS, would look brand new after it got out of their body shop. I purchased the car, they were to deliver it to me within one week. It was delivered and the fixes, especially the paint, looked like were done with spray paint. I sent the car back to the dealership. They tried again and it looked as if an attempt was not made. I had to get VW corporate involved and they took care of everything in a timely manner. Regardless, it took almost 3 weeks for everything to occur and lots of frustration. Avery initially told me if I was not happy after the repairs were made, then he would cancel the purchase and give me my trade back. After I requested this to Avery and the sales manager, they refused and stated the car went to auction. Meanwhile, I drove to the dealership and it was sitting on their lot for sale. It was also on their website for sale. Unbelievable! I suppose this is the reason CarMax and no haggle type dealerships exist and will probably force these 'old school', dealerships to change. Another lesson learned; no matter how great the deal is, do not accept it unless you're completely satisfied with the vehicle. It's really difficult to trust people and, to a fault, I'm too trustworthy!

I purchased this car via the Consumer Reports buying service. I do believe I got a good price on the car, and for my trade, but the process felt like a bait and switch. Most of the negotiating took place over the phone and by email. When I came in, Isaiah, after conferring with Roman, told me he even got me an additional $250 Auto Show rebate in addition to the $500 rebate offered by Heritage. But when he came back with his final offer, the rebates were not reflected in the price. When I asked about that, I was told by Roman, who came in to explain the numbers, that the price he gave to Isaiah was the price. So, either Roman didn't communicate to Isaiah that the rebates were factored in when he gave him the price, or Isaiah either forgot or purposefully didn't give me that information. In any case, the price turned out not to be the price, because a $199 dealer prep was added back on to the final price of the car. I was not happy with this process, and was going to go to another dealer, but Isaiah knocked off the dealer prep charges. Last night, after I noticed that my license plates were both installed crooked, which I fixed myself, I got a call from Isaiah telling me he couldn't find the title to my trade that I had signed, and wanted me to go to the MVA and get a duplicate title, and bring it in to Heritage. This didn't seem like my problem, but I was willing to help. As it turned out, Isaiah found a form that could be used and came to my home this morning for my signature.All in all, while I am happy with the car and the price, I remain generally unhappy with the buying process and the professionalism of Heritage.

I had owned a Volkswagen Golf MKIII for thirteen years and had come to the decision that it was time to buy a new car. With my VW experience I went to look at their cars first. I had no intention of buying for another two or three months. I went to Heritage on a whim just to look around and see what was new. Santos Mendez met me on the lot welcomed me and showed me around. He was very thorough in addressing my needs of what I was looking for in a car. Although he was well aware that I had the intention of shopping around for other vehicle makes, he looked at my trade and asked about the numbers that I was trying to get to and came back with a very good deal. Again I did not "need" a new car, I "wanted" a new car. Santos took care of that with a better offer that I "needed" to take advantage of. His follow up and follow through on what he and Heritage were offering was amazing! Within 24 hours I was back at Heritage taking delivery of my new 2012 Volkswagen Passat in Night Blue Metallic. Total time time actually spent with the paperwork and pricing maybe two and half hours, the other 22 or so hours was me avoiding the inevitable. Quick painless and thoroughly satisfied. The finance department and sales manager also made this a great experience for me. I look forward to my future with Heritage Volkswagen based on the customer service that I have been shown already. For those pressed for time, "IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A NEW VW IN THE BALTIMORE AREA, BUY FROM HERB RANDOLPH AT HERITAGE PARKVILLE." Now, as they say, the rest of the story...I was in the market for a new car for the first time in ten years. My decision came down to a VW GTI. My first contact was at Russel in Catonsville as I work in the area. I had a nice but not great conversation with Hans. They did not have a 6 speed in stock for me to drive but he promised to get one in and call me. The next day I stopped by Heritage(near my home in Perry Hall) to show the car I was interested in to my wife. As soon as we had entered the busy showroom(Saturday, 5:00PM), Herb approached us with a friendly greeting and spent some time showing us a four door GTI. He contacted me Monday and arranged to have me come in for a drive Wednesday evening after work. Wednesday, I arrived and drove the car with Herb. I loved it and we got down to the money discussions. It became evident that I was not going to be able to afford the four door. I was ready to leave. Herb then arranged for me to drive the two door which I liked even better. To make a long story a little less long, Herb got the price where I wanted it without any arguing or BS. I left with the car of my dreams that evening and I felt good about the transaction. I truly felt as if I had been taken care of as a customer, not squeezed for every penny. I have had the car almost a week and I am loving it. Herb called a couple of days after the purchase and made sure that everything is OK and I got the feeling that he really did care about the answer. By the way, I have still not heard a peep from Hans at Russel VW...too bad he missed out on selling a car.

As close as a new car sale can come to a "10," or in this system, a "5." Heritage showed up on an internet buying/pricing service report along with a couple others as a "certified low price" dealer. Even though they were the most distant, Baltimore from Bethesda, they contacted me and it was a walk in the park. First, landing a new Passat diesel SEL has been like finding Cabbage Patch Dolls. Other dealers tried, but these guys found my first choice color and kept me informed for a week. Second, even though I had a certified price relative to invoice, I know there are games that can be played with add-ons (mini-spoiler = $375, etc) prior to sale. I kept waiting for the "catch" and it never came. I wanted one option and that is what I got. Third, and most impressive, Herb, Randall and Jim (manager) worked seamlessly so that, however their system for sales "credits" works, it was absolutely blind to the customer. On a critical evening when Randall said he was done for the day, he arranged for Herb to call me at home to pick up without skipping a beat. Finally, within 24 hours of the car's arrival, when I was stuck in DC on business, Herb delivered to my home in Bethesda with a smile--on time and on budget. But for the buying service, I would not have heard of them and probably would not have shopped in Baltimore. I don't see why more potential VW customers don't reach out. It is not a surprise that Heritage Parkville is not only tied for the highest average rating, but it has the largest number of reviews. A real feat, but not hard to understand when you have dealt with them.

From day one I received the most pleasant experience and greatest one-on-one attention one could hope for throughout my entire search. From research, to test driving, and even dotting the I's and crossing my T's, both my sales rep and the store manager were friendly, helpful, straightforward, and above all, not typical pushy salesmen. As this is my first time driving a Volkswagen, I am now very encouraged with this store and how they treat their customers. I purchased my first car, a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen, from Heritage recently and had a great experience. Herb was great at discussing the benefits of the Volkswagen CPO program, and going over the details of the car I purchased. During the test drive, he pointed out several features that I probably would have glossed over in the owner's manual, but are really helpful for my driving experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and understood the magnitude of me purchasing my first car -- I wasn't treated with kid gloves, and I wasn't tricked into buying something I didn't need. VW financing was able to get me a better interest rate than my local credit union, and Jay worked with me to figure out the best warranty plan for my needs. He also knew all of the particulars for purchasing a car in Maryland when it will be titled and tagged in Pennsylvania. I have nothing but great things to say about Heritage VW and the service I received there!

This was my first time purchasing a car, and Michael couldn't have made me feel more at ease. After discovering we were looking for a MINI, Michael tracked one down all the way out in Westminster and brought it back to Parkville personally. He and the financier helped me find a way to finance my purchase despite my poor credit score, and his advice about which warranty to choose was invaluable. We were even given a follow-up call within the week to ask us how the car was working out. He then followed up a few weeks later to remind us that we'd forgotten to schedule our LoJack appointment.Jay was also a great help and it couldn't have been more pleasant dealing with him. I'm used to not being taken seriously because of how young I am, but Jay afforded us the same professional respect I'd expect my father to be given.I had done months of research and was all set for this to be a painful experience, but Michael's friendly demeanor and the courtesy and knowledge he showed actually resulted in us having a good time! How many people can say that about their car dealership?

We first visited Heritage VW in June with the anticipation that our 1999 Honda Odyssey with 189,000 miles (at that time) might need to be replaced as the Check Engine light had come on and was being evaluated across the street at Heritage Honda service. While we were looking at the Jetta Sportwagen, the call came in saying the Odyssey was simply low on oil and that it was otherwise fine. Ray Smith, the sales person with whom we were dealing, understood that this was no longer a dire situation for us but still took the time to show us the Sportwagen and its features and take us for a test drive. We informed him that we would most likely be buying something by the end of the year, just not that weekend. Unlike past experiences with dealers, he did not call us every week to tempt us with this or that offer, something for which we are very grateful. When we did finally decide the time was right, we contacted him and he did everything possible to ensure that we got the car that we wanted. I imagine that his job was made easier by the fact that we knew exactly what we wanted and were in no real hurry (i.e., old car continued to work like a champ at 193,000+ miles). All the same, he made the purchasse experience very relaxed and non-stressful. A very positive experience all the way around.

I received great service from the Heritage Autobody shop located in Parkville. I was getting poor service and various crazy quotes from Jerry's Chevrolet off of Joppa Road. They told me they would have to take the door off of my Saturn to replace the handle. Tony the manager at Heritage was nice and friendly and told us that would not be nessasary. I would trust Heritage with my next autobody shop needs and they have now gained a customer for service as well! I ended up paying 3x less than what Jerry's quoted for the fix and the handle was repaired the next day. Great experience and would recommend to others!

The exterior/interior color combination that I wanted was difficult to find. UPDATE: Within 20 minutes of submitting this post, I received a call from the Management of Heritage and they offered to mail me new mats. I think this was EXCELLENT customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.OLD POST:The service we got at Heritage was outstanding. The team, Randal Melvin, Mike Andrews and Karen from Finance were knowledgeable and professional but more so, friendly. They took the time to explain the product and the financial procedures. It was a smooth and very comfortable experience for me. Notwithstanding, I rated my overall experience as "OK" because the down side, which was somewhat disappointing was that the morning after closing the deal, I noticed that the vehicle did had not have any mats for the front seat. I called Mike and he explained that , although "Certified Pre-Owned" the car really is "AS-IS"My dissatisfaction is not indicative of the integrity of the team, because it is not their fault, but I think that it is OUTRAGEOUS that Volkswagen sold me a "certified" vehicle in excess of $20k WITHOUT something as basic as mats. I find this circumstance particularly vexing because I had taken the time to buy brand new mats for the vehicle that I traded in.I would very much welcome any conversation aimed at resolving this issue.

Buying a new car can be a very stressful experience; however, the Parkville VW staff made my experience wonderful compared to a previous purchasing experience. Santos, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable of the product and went above and beyond not only explaining safety features and technology but later modeling how these features work when the car was mine. He was very friendly and established rapport with my husband I while we were waiting for the numbers to be worked up. He offered us drinks and always made sure any questions we had were answered along the way. He really expedited the process and showed no frustration when the insurance kept us on hold for 40 minutes.. We actually felt bad that he stayed late for us. I only interacted with Roman for a short time, but he too was very approachable and made one feel willing to ask questions. I know that they gave me the best deal that they could. They also gave great incentives that I have never heard of before from a dealership: $500 off the internet price or a new IPAD 2. While insurance and finance gave a little stress to the experience, I ended up leaving a happy customer! I would direct any friends or family to Mileone in the future. Thanks!

Describing this team as exceptional and selecting perfect scores for my experience with our salesman, Mike Andrews, would not give my sale at Heritage VW justice. This was the first time my wife and I had ever bought a new car, either together or personally, so our expectations were built upon stereotypes. From the very first meeting to us driving away in our brand new Passat, we were treated with respect, freedom to take our time asking questions, and never felt pressured into any direction by the salesman. His advice was both realistic and well informative and exceeded our expectations as to what a new car salesman can do. We felt this sale was not only personal to ourselves, but to him as well, and felt that he wanted to get us in the right car without sacrificing our budget. The Financial Manager was also very clear and made sure to go into depth with any areas that we didn't fully understand.We've already fallen in love with the car and now I feel even more comfortable with the purchase knowing that a stellar team put me in it.I highly recommend that you visit Heritage VW for your VW desires.

After scouring the internet for months, we were drawn to Heritage VW by their ability to deal over the Net. They didn't give weak / time-consuming tactics like "the car sells itself" or we'll discuss this once you come into the dealership. The 4 hour trip to Heritage VW was well worth the trip. Had to teach salesperson elementary math and then they messed up the financing and didn't do what we asked them to do. After three visits to try and get things straight, we ended up going to another dealership. I was most disappointed that the manager told me, "most of our customers aren't as knowledgeable as you and therefore, wouldn't be getting this deal". The "deal" was the terms of their lease agreement! If they aren't going to treat every customer the same, no Heritage dealership is going to get my business, EVER!

I totaled my Jetta a few weeks ago and had to start shopping for a new car. I started at Heritage Volkswagen and compared prices over the next few weeks, but no one could give me a better price or better service than Mike. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful he was, and that he even remembered my name when I came back! Working with him to find a new car that was suitable for my price range was a great experience, especially since I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a decision, unlike at some of the other dealerships I went to. I'm very happy to have a new car so soon and will definitely pass the good word on.

In getting my oil change I was told that I needed a new timing belt since I was getting close to the 80K replacement requirement on my 2005 Jetta TDI. I had it changed at 78K. Since it was changed I have found out that the belt did NOT need to be changed until 90K per the manual that came with the car on page 22. this is not the first incident where the service recommendations have been off. The work was done correctly on this service unlike several times before. Had a broken mirror repaired only to have the car released to me with broken parts still in place. Trunk hinges were replaced and I found the trunk was not aligned properly and when it was shut, it touched the back window and was not centered and the height not adjusted. Magic marker lines were still in place on the trunk lid so they knew where to place the trunk lid. Unfortunately, they were incorrect. Glad it did not break the window when the lid was closed. I was also accused of not knowing how to drive a clutch. Needed a replacement at 40K. When it was removed it looked NEW with very little wear. "Second Jetta with the same issue" I was told they never saw the problem before. I just came from a local VW aftermarket shop that understands the issue, and has a proven fix for it!Early in the cars life, I found out the oil that was used in the TDI did not meet the VW 505.01 spec, It does now. This has been reported on many of the TDI web sites as well. Why do I keep going back you ask? I am asking the same question. To be fair, when I have complained they have taken care if the issues.Ron's recommendations-Check the work!Read the manual! When we came in to purchase a new Jetta TDI we were not informed of a recall that had been issued until two days latter when the sales department informed us that we could not receive our car until the recall was complete. We signed papers on the vehicle and nothing was mentioned. We finally took delivery ten days after our intial visit and are very pleased with the product. VW makes a very good vehicle and I will recomend VW and Heritage to friends and family, communication just needs to be improved. Customers that want a good product will wait, don't be afraid to be upfront with all the facts instead of telling people after the deal is done. Your internet reprsentative, Mr. Young, was a very strong point in getting us in the door in the first place.

Herb qwas great. He stuck with us for over two months to find the right car. He went out of hisway to make sure we could see a car from another dealership, came in on his day off, and used his influence at the dealership to have to have a recently turned in vehicle, inspected and prepped so we could see it and test drive. That was the car we ended up buying. No fault of Her's but it amazes me that with advances in technolgy, it STILL takes two hours to actually purchase the car once you have decided. That seems to be the case everywhere. That whole process needs to be fixed.

This is the 2nd VW we have purchased from this dealer and all in all, it is a great experience. I love the my new Tiguan, even though I wasn't able to get my first choice in color (or my 2nd choice). I did my original inquiry for this car via the internet - received an email quote with color choice being no problem at all. I was able to get my third choice of color. I'm not quite sure I got it for the price I was quoted, but it was pretty close. Joe Balcar was a great salesman - very nice, patient and attentive to us for the whole 6 hours we were there. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking to shop at this dealer. Actually, I have already passed his name on to a friend. When I first walked into showroom I knew very little about Volkswagons and was giving them a courtious look before deciding on a buying a Altima,Accord,Cambry or Sonata.After talking to both Jim & Joe I was convinced that my best buy would be a Passat as it offered more than the others I was considering. Mr Balcar would have gotten all 5's. He was pleasant and straight forward about the car purchase. We worked on pricing and had agreed, shaken hands on a price on the car. We proceeded w paperwork and then the manager came over and said he had made a mistake with addition on the price and could only sell us the car for $500 more than the agreed upon price. Ultimately he compromised and we paid $300 more that the handshake price. The process was uncomfortable and had we not really wanted the car, come from far away to buy the car, we would have walked out. You may be happy with this scenario, it may have been intentional for all we know. But to us it was more of the same. A not so nice process of buying a car. That being said, Mr Balcar was very nice and these numbers are not a reflection of him but of the general experience. On the up side, the financing part went very smoothly and we felt like the options we were offered sweetened the not so nice experience. We did come a long way for the car and the car we wanted was indeed on the lot, in great condition. Basically, everything went great except for the managers miscalculation which colored an otherwise good experience.

From the minute i walked through the door i had a positive feeling. Heritage was recommended to me by my trusted VW auto repair shop when I mentioned that I was in the market for a new (to me) vehicle. I made the appointment a week in advance, and the staff was ready to help when I showed up early. Avery spent all day helping me find the perfect car; he listened to my needs and budget carefully, patiently sat through half a dozen test drives, and never pressured me to make a decision. I was well-researched, but he was able to answer additional questions that I had about both the car and the process. I appreciate the care that goes into the VW Pe-owned Certification program, and the folks at Heritage have made it clear that they'll support me through the life of this car... Which I expect will be long, considering the great shape it is in! Avery also gave me tips to help me care for the diesel car, which is my first of this kind. Yvonne makes our visits soooooo nice! She knows us and remembers us. She does everything in her power to make sure we are happy. She is knowledgable about our car maintenance history and gives us great advice about the coverage we have and what to do. We will be buying new cars when our extended warranties expire and will do business with heritage. The only bad comment I would have is that I had experienced in the past the actual repair department has either broken something or noticed something needing repair and said nothing. You need more Yovonnes in the actual repair dept. I called to make an appointment and Tim answered the phone as Yvonne was at lunch. Without me even saying something he had put my ticket in her name. Overall it was fairly painless. There was more back and forth on price than I would have preferred, especially having purchased 3 vehicles there previously. I wound up using a new car price service to guarantee the lowest price, which they matched. Without that figure though, I think getting to the bottom line would have been an uphill climb. With that said, Herb Randolph was very helpful.The only comment I would make was that with other vehicles I've purchased, particularly from Mini and Mercedes, the salesman I worked with would spend 20 minutes in the vehicle with me walking me through features and how to access them, setting up bluetooth, etc, etc. Would have been a nice way to get acquainted with all of the intricacies of the vehicle.

I went in because of a loud noise coming from my engine. I found out that the cost of my repairs would be over $5000! Thank God I had a warranty. The only problem was that I did not have all of my service information and there was a big chance that my warranty would not cover my repairs. Yvonne patiently worked with me to track down all of my information and make it possible for my repairs to be covered. Along with this, she bargained a rental for me. The repairs ended up taking much longer than expected because certain parts had to be ordered. I explained to Yvonne that I REALLY needed my car and told her what my budget was because I could not afford the extra days that I had to cover on the rental. She stayed over her shift, working hard to get the car sooner. When I finally got it, it was almost 8pm (her shift had ended at 6), and not only was my car cleaned and ready, but she had worked the system so that the extra parts were well within my budget.If you need someone that will give you a personalized experience, and you dont usually trust the automotive repair individuals (like most of us), find Yvonne. She will ensure that anything you need to have done will be at the lowest price available, with the best customer service possible. After a slight misstep, I worked with John Young. He followed through with everything that we discussed on the phone. Although he is the Internet Manager and not a salesperson, he took care of the transaction for me. It was not a pressure filled experience. John was extremely personable, helpful and I felt a "straight shooter." Thereafter I worked with Avery who was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and its features. He spent as much time as it took to show me the car late at night, including setting up my bluetooth, Siruis radio as well as synching my iphone with the car. Additionally, he took care of making sure that some detail work was done on the spot when my CC was brought back the following day. Avery and John made what is normally a highly stressful experience a much more pleasant one. Heritage on Harford Road truly knows what Customer Service should be!

I just got a new jeep liberty last weekend and had a bluetooth installed and somehow I am saving $14 a month from my last 2008 jeep liberty lease with no added features. It was a no brainer. Shawn and Bob were excellent to work with and really made me feel comfortable. I wanted a black liberty and they tracked one down in Delaware and got it for me. There were no surprises at signing either. In the past with other Jeep dealerships, they have made me pay the first lease payment, or registration, etc. Shawn and Bob assured me that everything was included in my quoted price and they were not lying!

Herb Randolph is the friend you haven't met yet. I've never met a car salesman who was this down to earth, friendly, helpful and most of all completely honest. Unlike at other dealerships, at Heritage the bottom line price and trade-in did not mysteriously change, nor was there any pushing to settle for a more expensive vehicle nor one I didn't want. They were very responsive to my email inquiries and very accomodating to my busy schedule. They had the EXACT car I wanted, even though other dealerships told me it was impossible to find. The day we went in to the Heritage dealership we were not sure if we would be able to get a car due to credit issues.Herb approached us and helped us every step of the way. The Sales Team was wonderful when we purchased our vehicle. Herb and Mark were great. However, that is where the good service ended. Once we had an issue with the car and had to take it back to be looked at, the Service Dept was horrible. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. They basically try to get you in and get you out without addressing the problem.

I have absolutely never before had an experience as soild from start to finish as the one I had at Heritage Volkswagon Parkville. My sister and I were both looking for a used vehicle. It began with Jon Jackson, he met us in the lot but not before giving us a couple minutes to walk around on our own. His demeanor from the start was cordial, friendly and not overly pushy. He led us through some vehicle choices but only after giving us a chance to talk a bit about what we were looking for. Nothing about the experience was pushy in the least. After finding a number of cars we liked, Jon gathered up the keys so we could look inside. After deciding which ones we liked the best, we entered the dealership and Jim Abrecht the sales manager intriduced himself as well and began the process of reviewing our trades. If Jim is the one responsible for the trianing of the sales personel I can certainly see why Jon came across as polished and professional as he did. Never was any question left unanswered or the process left unexplained. I told both Jim and Jon then, that even if we werent able to settle on deals I would recommend the dealership simply based on the superb customer service and efficiency of the process not to mention the friendly professional demeanor of the staff. After going for our test drives and settling on the cars we liked, we sat down to discuss the prices. Believe it or not even that was a pleasure. I believe we were treated extremely fair on our trade in's and the final sale prices of the cars. We were then taken over to finance to discuss some other offerings from the dealership for warranties and add ons etc. Even this was handled and explained well and without pressure. The paperwork was prepared professionaly and well ordered. I did not spend as much time with him but I believe his name was Jay Mayham(sp?) He was simply outstanding as well. I do not feel I coupld possibly say enough about this dealership other then that I would recommend them to anyone unconditionally.

I went in for a basic oil change and an Employee left a rag in my engine which in turn set my car on fire.The fire department had to be called and the fire chief pulled the burning rag out of my engine. Heritage Volkswagon Parkville did not want to take the blame...and the fire chief sent a personal report to them of his findings. Now Im having major problems with my vehicle and no one wants to help me. I am very upset about this matter and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The car I was searching for turned out to be very difficult to find. Heritage Volkswagen was the only dealer to respond quickly with a great quote. Other dealers seemed to have given up and not pursue my specific car, but Avery from Heritage never stopped looking. He eventually found my vehicle and had it delivered the next day.As for the overall experience at Heritage, it was superb. I was happy to only deal with one person instead of being juggled between different people. I left with a great price and a great car. The staff I met that day were very nice. Very pleasant two day experience.On the first day Bill Stickline explained the driving characteristics of the Jetta TDI engine and let me test drive one. The Jetta TDI is surprisingly quick (not what I expected from a small diesel engine). Although I had my own source of financing, the dealer wanted to make sure that they did not offer more favorable rates.On the second day I settled on the financing at my credit union and went to the dealer to pick up the car. The dealer thoroughly cleaned the car (that took a while but I'm not complaining). Bill Stickline then took a good bit of time to explain the features on the inside of the car.Finally, since I had driven my other vehicle to the dealer and had no one with me, Bill Stickline was kind enough to follow me home in the Jetta to get both vehicles to my home.I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

This was only my 3rd car purchase since the age of 19; almost two decades ago. My mother and I went to this dealership to test drive a 2009 VW Passat I saw online and to get a free $25 gift card before 12/25/2010. I had other plans to visit one of their competitors afterwards (Cooks VW) to test drive a used VW CC and a Toyota Prius. Randall (sales person) was friendly, warm, and professional from the onset and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. When I told him of my plans to visit another dealership, he arranged for a test drive of the VW CC - a (used) demo being driven by another Heritage team member. No test drive was needed (I sat in the car and realized it wasnt for me) because I fell in love with the Candy White Passat. Still determined to go to their competition, the dealership manager came in and easily (and jokingly) talked me into filling out a credit application and was determined that Heritage could give me a better deal. I was very hesitant as I knew I had some challenges on my credit report and that I would probably need a down payment. They worked hard and got me approved at a monthly rate I could afford with no money down. This is by far the very best dealership and the very best salesperson (and auto sales staff) I have ever dealt with. Even the finance manager was great and offered some free, non-endorsed advice on improving my credit score. I even called Randall two days later and he arranged for new windshield wipers (at no charge) to be placed on the vehicle since the original wipers seemed worn. He talked to the service manager for me before I arrived and I came in at 1pm on Tuesday and the service manager finished within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Mile One Heritage VW and Randall!!!P.S. Their customer service is phenomenal which is very important to me. They even emailed and called me prior to my arrival based on my initial online inquiry about the vehicle.

The treated me so well and I felt as though they were a very honest group. I needed a car and my credit rating is very poor however, Herb did not make me feel bad because of my credit rating and he explained very thoroughly what i needed to get my new car. He worked hard to make sure I bought a car that I was happy with and with a comfortable payment. He was very friendly and even though he had my deal ready when I arrived there, I decided to change my mind which meant he had to start all over with a new deal. He had no problem with any of the changes I had made. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle even if you have less than perfect or shall I say ppoor credit. They give you an opportunity to restablish your credit and the guy whos name I forgot, works in financing even gave me tips on how to rebuild my credit outside of the car. After calling several dealerships and getting the run around and being told they couldn't find what we were looking for or it was a long shot, i ran into Heritage and got on the phone with Mark Hughes, he helped me out and put me in touch with the sales manager Karen Joyce, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. She helped locate my vehicle in another state then had it delivered right to my door. Never once said can't do it, or it's a long shot. She did the footwork and found the vehicle and made this experience a good one for me. My car was delivered by Avery Stewart who drove quite some distance to bring me the car and he was very nice and helpful as well. After the paperwork was finished he went over all the small details about the car hands-on and made sure i understood how things worked. Heritage VW (Harford rd) was the third dealership we interacted with on our quest to find our new Golf TDI. They were by far the easiest and most pleasant of the bunch. I found them first while internet browsing. I very much appreciated that their internet pricing was fair and for the particular model below what Edmunds.com quotes (remember to add the destination charge to the internet price). I bought the car on the spot and it saved me 3 hours of unpleasant laborious dickering. Lee was especially good to work with and had all the paperwork done by the time I flew into town 3 days later. I had arranged for financing with my credit union and car insurance prior to arriving. This dealership has a picture of the information sheet with MRSP from the car window. This is especially helpful because you know exactly what you are buying over the internet.

It was the worst experience I ever had. First of all, they were extremely arrogant from the very beginning, did not offer any incentives to buy a car, did not try to help or knew anything about the car. And THE WORST PART is that they tried to sell a DAMAGED NEW CAR to me!!!After signing all the documents and spending 3 hours at the dealership, and just few minutes before delivery we noticed a dent at the bottom of the car, next to the right front tire (not sure how to describe this). It must have been that somebody hit a curb or something when driving. And it is amazing that they cleaned the car, did all the detailing and "did not notice that!!!" It was just impossible not to notice that dent, and they just lied to me and wanted to get rid of the car ASAP. I was exciting to get a new car and did not even think that there might be body damage on it! I expected a new car to be in the best condition and did not even think about checking all the details. But after they cleaned the car, it was so visible and the salesman just lied to us and wanted to get rid of the car!!! And after all this, they just offered us to fix the car and $100 discount!!!! It was my first experience to buy a brand new car and it was the worst ever. I would not recommend anybody to deal with these people!!! Extremely unpleasant experience! Be aware of these people!

Salesman was great, Sales manager was a bit disingenuous and gave us information that changed once we went to the finance manager. It was offered as an honest mistake but was one that , if indeed, a mistake, should not have happened. The finance manager also told us that the sales manager may have made the mistake becasue she was annoyed at the salesman at the time. That's 'throwing him under the bus' in my book and rather unprofessional. The salesman was the best of the three people we met with.

I visited Heritage VW with the intention of LOOKING but not buying that day. I was first met by Nick, who greeted my group charismatically. Nick helped me look on the computer for New Beetles in the color I (originally) thought I wanted, but the Final Edition in baby blue with the white panel caught my eye and held it. Nick offered a test drive, and before we drove, he went through various features on the car. This process was excellent - very helpful and informative - and Nick kept it from being boring with his friendly and light-hearted attitude. Anything that he was not 100% sure of (such as why the convertible top got stuck when retracting at first.... from being brand now), he found out immediately. When it came down to crunching numbers, Nick made me feel very comfortable with the process. He also offered refreshments and kept us company with some chit-chat while we were waiting for the sales manager to do her business, all of which lent to a pleasurable experience. In the end, I was very happy with what Nick was able to do with the price so that it was in my price range, and despite my reluctance to buy a car that day, I simply could not walk away! Nick helped me get my dream car, and I am exceptionally happy to have been able to work with him that day. His courteous, charismatic, and knowledgeable attitude made him a great salesman to work with, and I appreciate that he was never pushy or "shark"-like in any way. I LOVE my car, and I look forward to working with Heritage in the future on the upkeep of my Beetle.

We drove to this Dealership from Delaware (a two hour drive) based on their outstanding reviews. To say the least we were not disappointed. After doing a lot of research online and finding the used car I was very interested in on cars.com, I was worried the process of going to the dealership to test drive and then haggle would be quite a burden. But I was put at ease immediately upon coming into the dealership and meeting Nick Maranto. Herb and Jay were both excellent at meeting my (very precise) needs today while purchasing my 2011 VW Jetta. I had specific colors and option combos in mind, and they worked very diligently to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted. They were both exceptionally friendly with me, and didn't fail to offer me a beverage or breakfast. I felt comfortable being around them for a very long 3 hours. I didn't feel like I was cheated or manipulated in anyway as I have before dealing with other dealerships. If I were rating Mile One/Heritage VW of Baltimore on a scale from 1-10, I would definitely say that they earned a 10. It was a really great. no pressure or stress buying experience. Their prices are very competitive with other VW dealerships in Maryland, too. I believe after everything was said and done that I drove away with my vehicle being marked down WAY below invoice. They also threw in some really great accessories!

By the time I got to this location looking for the Jetta that I had in mind, it was my third dealership already! My Experience at this location was phenomenal! Unlike the other two places, Mile One Heritage was not trying to sell me something other than what I was looking for. I initially spoke to Karen Joyce (sales manager) who was able to arrange a meeting for me with Shawn Jeffries. Mr. Shawn Jefferies did a great job of understanding what I needed at this point in time. He was very sincere as well as transparent about the terms of the deal I was inquiring about. By the time I test drove my car and went through the details of the paperwork, all my questions were fully addressed. Because customer service is important to me, I usually find myself being critical. In this particular incidence there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about my experience at Heritage. I walked in there somewhat unsure about how my experience was going to be and I walked away completely satisfied. They are like family to me now, and I will be sending many people there!

Mr. Nick Maranto helped me purchase the car I wanted at a very reasonable and affordable price, the same price I expected to pay after seeing the car on the internet. Mr. Maranto made the purchasing process very simple; all I had to do was sign my name a few times and give him information and he took care of the rest. Additionally, Mr. Maranto was very kind and friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions, he was quick to ask another employee for an answer. I would also like to point out that Mr. Maranto is excellent at communicating with people. He was very good at telling about himself so that you get to know him and also asking you questions so that he can get to know you. He was able to keep the conversation going making the overall process seem quick and he has a great sense of humor. This made me feel very comfortable and I left the dealership as if I had known the guy for years. I bought a New Beetle in June 2010 and felt at the time it was the right car for me. Nothing wrong with the car, I just changed my mind and traded it in on Tuesday for a 2010 EOS. I LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Herb Randolph was my sales person with both cars. He explained everything I needed to know about the car and was so patient. Herb didn't put any sales pressure on me and we had a lot of fun making a flip video with the EOS. Herb is wonderful. I also want to say thanks to Karen Joyce who is also wonderful. Herb and Mark were WONDERFUL! I walked in and said, this is what i want, this is what i need my payment to be, and this is how much i can put down. Within 25 minutes I was test driving my soon to be new (used) Jetta! They did all the could do for me that night, even though we walked in close to closing time. Before we left, i had a promise of a call back by 10 am, the next day and Mark was 99% sure the financing would work out how we needed it to. Indeed it did! I was able to go down after work the next day and sign the papers. It was a quick process, and Herb was very thorough in showing me all the bells and whistles to my new jetta! I had gone in the day before just to test drive the volkswagen new beetle convertable. I was not planning to buy at this time but was going to wait until February 2011. We had a great experience at Heritage purchasing our automobile! It was the quickest and easiest transaction weve had at a car dealership, and on a weeknight with a 20month in tow that is what you dream of. Keeping our son happy and occupied while test driving cars was handled well by Shawn and other employees (cards, crayons/book etc) Of course, the whole process was helped with the pre-visit communication availability of Kristin and Shawn. I was able to get the loan work started and cars that I wanted to see all sorted out before even walking in the door. I can only hope that any future car transactions we have will be half as easy, and if we are in the area when that time comes, Heritage will be first on the list.

I highly recommend Shawn Jeffries at MileOne VW if anyone is looking for a new or used car in the Baltimore area. Having viewed and driven several of the same model car closer to my home in Washington, DC, I knew exactly what car I wanted, and MileOne had it on the lot. Thus, not much of a "sales job" was necessary. Still, knowing that I would probably buy the car upon arriving, Shawn and his staff could have spent less time and effort describing the car and its ownership history, working with me on financing, etc. But that wasn't the case. Shawn had the car gassed up and ready for a test drive when I arrived for my appointment, and he and his staff were very attentive to me up to the point that I drove the car off the lot. When it turned out that the bank needed some additional documentation to approve my loan, Shawn made sure that it didn't delay the sale, and went the extra mile to make it easy on me to gather the docs and send them to him to forward to the bank.

WONDERFUL....WONDERFUL Service. I have been taking my car for regular oil changes & Yvonne ALWAYS greets me & knows who I am. She even remembered my new married name. She always goes above and beyond when it comes to great customer service. I may be able to get things a little cheaper somewhere else, but to me it's not worth it. Our salesman, Lee Dearborn did an outstanding job in guiding us through the process of evaluating,and testing the car.He showed a good deal of knowledge about the car, a Jetta TDI, and had an understated but reassuring demeanor devoid of any sales pressure. Also, he spent a lot of time trying to get for us the car with the specs we wanted that he did not have on the lot.I wish all salesmen were like him....The actual negotiating of the price was a bit more involved requiring the presence of the general sales manager to get us the price we wanted.One comment I would make about pricing is that the "internet price" shown on the website, DOES NOT include the destination fee!! I believe this should be more prominently displayed in the website...for those of us who have a hard time reading the fine print....Overall however, the experience was good all around and I felt that my business was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend these dealership if you are looking for a good german car at a good price,fuel efficient, (the TDI model) and a superb interior finish as compared to hondas or toyotas..(plasticky feel to the interior...)

I have been a Ford Mustang guy for years. When I got married this past year my wife and I figured out that between the two of us we didnt have enough space in our Mustangs for a 5 year old, dog and cat. When my kids come to visit that just adds to the problem. Thinking about a used Jeep and all the problems that come with a used car Shawn contacted me on email, and just asked one question How can I help. Notice he didn't say come in, how much money do you have for down payment, he just asked how he could help. Over a week I just sent him information thru email (Im military so my schedule is less than slow) and nothing more. After a week he and his OUTSTANDING Sales Manager asked me to come in. I was shocked to know that they had a fully loaded VW Routan 2010 with more room than I ever imagined. I was in and out in 2.5 hours. Now you could find maybe a handful of dealers with this type of customer service, but Shawn did it all with a busted ear drum. I must say that this was one of the best car buying experiences for me--I usually dread shopping for a car. Lee Dearborn was patient, helpfulresponding to every question or concern we had. We spent almost a whole day with Lee (a busy Saturday), making our decision and never felt pressured to leave, despite a steady stream of potential customers coming through their doors. They honored the lower Internet price for a car that had been sold earlier in the week for our higher MSRP car--definitely working hard to make the deal work. Multiple test-drives later we decided on a beautiful White Gold Metallic 2010 Jetta SportWagen TDi. Lee was pleasant to work with. He wasn't the typical pushy salesperson. He was honest and direct. He did everything possible to make sure we were satified. I would recommend anybody looking for a car to your establishment. The price was AWESOME! I could not have found a deal as great as Heritage gave us. The transaction went smoothly. We had a little rust spot on the vehicle and Lee told us to bring it in on Tuesday and they would have someone fix it. They also ran a machine to get all the smells out of the car because I smelled smoke in the car. The service was exceptional and could go on and on. It was a great experience! Thank you so much!

They're always friendly and do a great job with basic maintenance (like oil changes) - but don't really seem to know what's going on beyond that. Here's a small sampling of my experiences:- Took car in to Heritage for 4 new struts. They replaced the front ($1,500) and forgot to do the rear. I didn't address it and took it somewhere else for the rear because I felt the $1500 was rather expensive.- Engine light came on and car overheated. Heritage said they weren't sure what was wrong but suggested I get a new radiator, a fan switch and some other things to the tune of $1,200. Picked up my car (after paying $80 for diagnosis) and took it to a dealer across town for a second opinion. The new dealership replaced a $30 thermostat, problem fixed.- Brought my car in to Heritage for a rattling noise and was told I needed new struts. Told them I just got new struts from them. They said it was probably the strut mounts, then, and would cost $1,200 to replace. Strut mounts are a $40 part that you typically replace when you replace your struts. In fact, the place where I got my rear struts replaced the mount.

We drove 350 miles to visit this dealership because all local dealerships did not have what we were looking for and were not interested in finding it for us. After talking to Shawn on the phone we thought this dealership would be different because he seemed more friendly and helpful than the others. We were quoted prices for the vehicle and the trade and they promised that since we were making such a long trip that the paperwork would be complete so all we would have to do is sign and drive. Upon our arrival at Heritage VW, the vehicle was not ready, the paperwork was not ready, and we were left to sit in an empty office while other salesmen and managers pow-wowed in another office for over an hour. Although we were promised that we would recieve at least blue book value for our trade, they then proceeded to offer us $1000 less than blue book. Shawn Jeffries claimed this was because he thought our old car was an all wheel drive, however we made it clear to Mr. Jeffries from the start that the reason we were trading is because we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. After getting upset at this information we were told by George Clark that it was not his fault and that he could not quote a trade over the phone and that he did not have to sell this vehicle because it was a rare color and fully loaded. He would be able to sell to someone else easily. I feel that I should have never been quoted a price over the phone if this dealership could not honor it. We proceeded to buy the vehicle anyway because we had traveled so far and did not want to go home empty handed. When we were introduced to our new Tiguan we found that our salesman Shawn was not very knowledgeble about the features in the car. Not only were we dissatisfied with the sales department, but our new Tiguan was not thoroughly cleaned before it was signed over to us. I would like to say that I Love my new Tiguan but I must admit that I am still upset with myself for giving these people my business.

This was a great experience. I bought my first VW at Cook VW, which was the worst experience I have ever had. I would definitely tell anyone I hear talking about purchasing a VW to go to Heritage VW. Mr. Stickline was a great salesman to work with. He was very friendly, funny, and took his time explaining every detail in the vehicle to me so that I would understand how it worked since I had to leave right from the dealership to go to work. He even went as far to let me know to go out a different entrance from the gas station as the one entrance was hard to see cars coming from. He also cleaned my tags that we transferred from my trade-in. The manager, I cannot remember his name, was a great help too. The one thing I respected most about the dealership was that I went in about a month prior to purchasing my VW to test drive and figure out what I wanted, but then my grandmother got sick and we had to put off purchasing the car right away. Well, Mr. Stickline didn't harass me with a ton of calls like some dealerships do which was very refreshing. The finance person was very friendly as well and really explained in detail the pros/cons of each additional packages you could add to your purchase, which really helped me realize I needed to add some safety features.

It was such a smooth process.Greg was super knowledgable and accomodating. This is third new car I have purchased(first time at Heritage tho)and I have never had a salesman be as thorough as Greg. He was also friendly and outgoing. Even though I had just "dropped" in, Greg also had an appointment around the same time and I did not at any point feel less important, or slighted. I wasn't waiting around forever either.Karen in financing was wonderful as well. She made all that paperwork seem like a breeze without leaving any detail out and answered all my questions. I had had a bad experience when I came into that very dealership about 3 months ago, when no one had acknowledged my presence after sitting in the lobby for 30 mins, and I had an appointment!!! The only reason I came back was because they were the closest VW dealership and I had my sights set on the Tiguan. Greg and Karen more than made up for that!

This is the third new car we've purchased from Heritage and like the first two this was a very pleasant experience. The car is beautiful, well-built, and very clean. Bill and everyone else was very friendly and easy to work with and gave me a better price than I was expecting. When they found out I still had to return a rented car to Enterprise they gave me a contact # and told me it was ok to leave it at the dealership and Enterprise would come pick it up. Awesome.

Howard is probably the best auto salesman I've had the experience to meet. He never pressured me to buy a car, either in person or via e-mail. He answered all my questions promptly whenever I contacted him through phone calls or e-mail. When I decided to buy, Howard attempted to locate the GTI I wanted, but had difficulty getting one from another dealer. Instead, he called me and offered to special order a car with the options I wanted as well as the color I wanted. Howard kept me up to date with the delivery of the car over the course of 12 weeks. When it arrived, it was better than I expected. The price was even a bit less than if I had bought the original car. Howard also got me a great trade in amount for my old "beater". I would buy another VW from Howard. He treated me fairly and honestly, despite my "incident" with a deer on the first test drive.

The best dealer I have worked with so far. The purchase process very easy and I bought the car in less than an hour which included a trade. I worked mainly via email and Amy was responsive, knowledgable, and did not play the games that I encountered at other dealers. They did provide the best deal. My first service experience was flawless and Yvonne kept in constant contact and the car was ready when promised. No need to call and be put on hold, she called you and was focused on providing excellent service. The service folks listen to you and are upbeat. The latest experience was with the auto body shop. Kevin and the entire staff was very helpful and understanding. I got my rental right there and they called me each day to let me know the progress and it was ready at lunch on the day promised. After visiting 4 different dealerships looking for a new SUV, I decided to drive to Heritage VW. I have purchased 4 Jeeps in the past, from the Heritage dealership in Bel Air, and was looking forward to trying the Heritage VW dealership. I was greeted at the door by Herb and immediately felt that I had a great salesman. Herb was knowledgeable in the product, courteous to me and asked me about the things that I was looking for in an auto. He had me test drive a couple of vehicles and I quickly chose the Tiguan as the car I wanted. Herb called me the next day to say that he had found the exact Tiguan that I wanted and all I had to do is say the word and he would have it brought to your dealership from a different state. I was excited when Herb made my wishes come true! You have a real asset working at your dealership with a salesman like Herb. I will definitely be back in the future for another vehicle.

Shopped for a Jetta TDI on the internet with the AAA membership program. Amy Raborg was the first to call me back. No one had a Jetta TDI exactly the way my wife wanted it. It took about two weeks but Heritage VW was able to locate an exact match and we drove down from the Wilmington, Delaware area and took delivery.We had requested no front license plate bracket and no stickers and George Clark made sure that was taken care of. My wife got the Jetta just the way she wanted it and at a fair price. The car had a full tank of fuel and on the way home we we getting 44.5 MPH. Very cool!

I attempted to buy a VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI during the Cash-for-Clunkers back at the end of July, but none were to be had. Heritage contacted me when the Jetta TDI Sportwagens started to become available. They came up with a car that met my requirements within 4 days! My husband and I have been looking at Volvo XC-90s for the past three months. Upon searching online, we found two at this dealership that captured our attention. Howard Heis is an extremely polite gentleman and very easy to talk to. The overall customer service was prompt and professional with no discrepancies(my husband had spoken to Mr. Heis by phone before we met with him in person, so any information that needed to be submitted before the sale was available, thus, making the transaction much easier to execute). We got the car for a good price and completed the entire process in no more that 2 hours. It was the best experience we ever had with a car purchase.

I went to look for a Honda Fit leftover from the 2007 and turned into the Volkswagon lot by mistake. Herb met me on the lot and when I told him what I was looking for he explained that the Fit was such a good seller that there were no leftover ones but he could get me a deal on a 2008. I really couldn't afford a 2008 and I explained that to Herb and he sat down with me and we figured out what car I could afford. It was listed for more than I wanted to spend so he got John involved and they found me a really great deal on a used Mitsubishi and John even personally talked to a friend of his who got me the best financing possible. These guys were great. I had the best experience ever in a car dealership and the most satisfying experience of 2008. I have told everyone I know that this is the place to go for a car.
