We first went to the Waverly store which didn't have Anything of interest to us so we was sent to the chillicothe store which had a better variety to choose from. The employees in Chillicothe are very knowledgeable when it comes to the whole car buying process. Our experience there was a great one. The only part that was horrible was the wait although, that's how it is when you buy a car. We give these guys an A+.

When the wait for the detail to get done is the longest part of the buying process, you know you have a good dealership. Lee McNeal offered great customer service, a great deal and the financing department got me approved and papers signed very quickly. I was treated fairly and I highly recommend this dealership. FYI - I dove 5 hours - well worth the trip!

Been calling them since Monday morning never got a call back, and finally when it comes to the day to buy the truck I drove 2 hours home after work and started my 2 hour drive to the dealership for them to call me 40 minutes away n say they are selling it to someone else.

Bought my first new vehicle today from Greg at Herrnstein of Waverly. I was very impressed with the customer service and by the fact they tracked down the perfect vehicle for our budget. I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest car dealership.

When I first saw the Honda Civic Si coupe, I begged my dad to call you guys even though your dealership is 7 hours away. The service was great and I personally want to thank Tami for the confidence of driving a stick. Laddie and Mike were very friendly, but Tami is like the icing on the cake.

Sales people were very nice. No pressure. They even gave us the location of their other so we could check there for new arrivals.
