My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. This was definitely an unusual experience, but the level of customer service was amazing!! We would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain to anyone!!!

Very smooth first time car buying experience. Patrick helped me to find a perfect car but unfortunately it had a minor recall and the part was back ordered. Patrick and the owner worked with me to find a different car and even matched the price of the one I wanted originally. I financed through my credit union so I was literally in and out within 30 minutes the day I came to actually purchase the car. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Hertz Car Sales!

Buying a car is typically about as pleasant as having wisdom teeth pulled. The car buying experience I have just completed at Hertz in Stone Mountain was just the opposite.... very smooth, very professional, and I would do it again and recommend that anyone look here for a used vehicle. Started on line, and was called by Miguel to let me know that they had received my application.... the GM, Mike explained my approval and basically told me to come on out. They were not pushy... I came after a few days , and I was treated with courtesy, respect, and with professionalism. What I was told initially was exactly what happened... no changes in the financing, down payment , or payment...essentially no surprises.... good job guys. It was a pleasure!

I WENT TO HERTZ AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, I PUT IN MY CREDIT APP IN AND WAITED FOR A RESPONSE... NEXT MORNING I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM MIGUEL..!!!! HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND LISTENED TO EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR... AFTER A COUPLE OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS EVERYTHING WAS ROLLING... I GOT EXACTLY THE CAR I WANTED FOR THE EXACT PRICE I WANTED IT FOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!!! ,,, I REFER ANYONE TO COME HERE AND GET YOURSELF A CAR.. AND I AM A FIRST TIME BUYER SO THIS MADE MY EXPERENCE IT THAT MUCH BETTER!!!!!

I was able to complete the initial process by phone with Miguel. He was very forthcoming and professional. I called after my docs were sent over and spoke with Mike. He was very professional as well. Great staff easy process. Mike did a great job throughly explaining my paperwork. Was out of there in 2 hrs or less. Thanks guys!

I went here a few days ago looking to buy my first car and the service was excellent. I was helped by Patrick; he was very helpful. Patrick was very insightful he was able to tell me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle i was interested in buying. Patrick was also extremely resourceful if there was a question that I or my parents asked and he didn't know the answer off the top of his head he exhausted all avenues to find the answer we wanted or one that was satisfactory.

Great way to buy a good used car; no haggle, no hassle approach with good pricing; Patrick did a great job in working with us on buying the car, and the manager was excellent on all the paperwork and closing out the purchase. We wanted new tires on the car and they assisted us in getting them done and ready for when we picked up the car. Really nice that they check out the car and provide 12 months/12000 mile coverage on key areas for the car. Handling for the paperwork and transfer/title were excellent to close out the purchase.

I pretty much knew what I was looking for from looking at their website. Alan was very helpful to show me the car, allow me a test drive, and take my time to make up my mind. There is no pressure, like from other car dealers, who try to keep you from leaving their lots. They have a set price that is the lowest, so there is no haggling. Looking for the same car at other dealerships, the vehicle at Hertz was the best price and the least amount of mileage than any others I saw. It took a couple of hours to get all the paperwork finalized, but I was able to drive home with my almost 2 year old car, with a 12 month/12,000 warranty!

There are so many great things I could say about my car buying experience. My sales advisor Patrick was amazing and fulfilled my every need. The car buying process here was so simple and everything was laid out. I didn't feel like they were trying to get over on me like i felt with other dealserships. Will do business again in the future.
