Tammy Watkins!!!!! Yes, just like other reviewers mentioned. Tammy went out off her way to come in on her day off and help me with the best car buying experience I ever had. If I can sum up the entire process from start to finish in one word it would be AWESOME! The Hertz team was awesome and Tammy made the entire process that much easier. I left the lot very satisfied.

Tammy made our car buying experience very easy. As soon as I imputed my inquiry online Tammy contacted me and gathered my information before I even went to their office. It took longer to look for the right car than financing. She was very patient and easy going. There was no pressure once so ever. Very happy! !

After filling out an interest form on the website, I received an email and a call from their service department. Sean, the salesman, was very helpful and prompt. He asked me to make an appointment, and I showed up unannounced a day before I said I would be there. Sean remembered me from our phone call, which surprised me, and went out of his way to help me find the exact car I wanted. Overall, just a very easy, pleasant experience. Most car dealerships, you walk out feeling like you've been taken advantage of; I, however, felt that I'd been given an amazing deal and couldn't be more pleased with how my purchase went.

I was shopping for a used car and decided to go to Hertz. They provided me with lots of options and after looking around I decided on a Jeep. I was not pressured at all and was very pleased overall. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

She did wonderful in customer Service i Enjoyed her time. She keep communication, keep the vibe going. When there was a problem she fixed the problem without hesitation. The energy she provided during my time with her was wonderful. I was comfortable.

Came to hertz to look and buy a car after terrible experiences at other dealers and Tammy was awesome!!! She helped me every step of the way and really worked with me in order to get me in my car today and on the road! Everyone at hertz was super friendly and willing to help and really enjoyed my experience with them! Thanks hertz crew!

I emailed hertz dealer that I'm interested on a Chevy Cruze, and Liker Sanchez right away called me and he was a wonderful help. We got approved right away, and know I got my favorite car. All the workers at the hertz dealer are so helpful and very friendly. I recommend everybody to come to hertz they are really magnificent.

We bought a car for thousands less than other dealers anywhere! Their customer and sales service was prompt and polite. Tammy was very patient during our test drive and finding answers to our questions. Bobby and Tammy even helped us with a second test drive around their parking lot to test the 4x4 feature in the car we bought. Miguel wrapped up everything for us during our financing by explaining every doc we signed. Thanks for a stress-free car buying experience. We'll be recommending you to our friends and families!

As a 1st time car buyer I had test driven numerous cars and dealt with a variety of car dealerships and car dealers who had their pitches and tactics. I was looking for at a specific Toyota Prius and from the beginning, and before I even arrived, Jose contacted me with all the information I needed with no pressure and a chill attitude. My experince once I arrived was exactly the same. Jose was friendly, informative, and actually presented me with another Prius option that wasn't even listed. Information was clear. And a no-haggling price took the pressure off of the entire proceeding. And when I needed to call to line up auto insurance they allowed me to use their phones and computer for however long I needed to do some comparison shopping. I had driven in with a Hertz rental but thanks Jose, who personally offered to drop-off my Rental car for me so I didn't have to worry about it, I was able to drive off the lost with my own car. Now THAT is going above and beyond for your customer. Whoever walks into that office and gets Jose Miron as a sales rep sure is a lucky person! I know it sounds silly, but I kind of wish I had more money just so I can go in and buy another car and be treated so well like that again. LOL.

I bought my very first car through Hertz Car Sales back in 1977, a Ford Maverick, so I was familiar with how the system worked and the quality of their used cars. The current inventory at the Torrance location is very easy to research online, and the prices seem to be lower than comparable cars over at Carmax down the street. The prices and details for all of their cars are listed on their web site. However, if you go down to the lot, the price isn't listed on the sticker. There's a QR code on the sticker, though, that you can scan (I use the ScanLife app for the iPhone) that will show you the price, along with all of the details about the car that is on the online description. Our salesperson, Tammy, made it very easy for us to select a car. She asked what we were looking for as far as price and mileage, then used her list of their inventory to narrow down our selections. The whole selection and buying process was relatively quick, even though we browsed through a number of different cars. We ended up test driving three cars: a Nissan Versa, a Volkswagon Jetta, and a Toyota Corolla. We decided on a Corolla with about 30K miles on it. Very happy with the whole experience, and Tammy even recommended a separate, online site where we could get spare keys made for less than what the Toyota dealer would charge. Would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales down in Torrance if you're looking for a used car. Note that they don't take credit card payment, only cash, check, or cashier's check.

I have a family of 4 and after 2 weeks of toruture going to dealer after dealer trying to get more bang for our buck, we discovered Hertz Car Sales, and we hit the JACKPOT!. Jose Miron was amazing and the process was so easy we were in and out so fast (Previously Dealt The Details Over the phone) and drove away in our new/used Camry Car. Don't look any further, you will not get better value than here, and I'm a weby, techy guru. I searched everywhere, we visited 10 Dealers and 8 private sellers, and we will never buy another car from anywhere else. All the people (including Jose) were awesome as well. Very clean place, kids friendly, and accessible. DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!

Let me start off by saying that if i could give this dealership 10 stars i would, but the limit is 5 stars here on cars .com is 5 stars so that will have to do. my wife and 3 kids and my self are very Grateful with this dealership for helping us out in our time of need. i been searching many car dealerships on http://cars.com for a few weeks now to buy a new or certified used car and no one of whom i have contacted would return my calls, or emails and i was a serious buyer. i was honestly at the point of giving up but then i got contacted by Bobby Grimes from Hertz car sales in Torrance, California. before i came in to see the car of my choice, he kept the communication going by email and even phone calls and he answered all of my questions and concerns. i have purchased other cars in my passed and i have never had such an awesome experience at any dealership, EVER!!!!! most places i have gone to in the pass would push me to buy a car i wasn't ready for or tried to direct me to a car i never had intentions in buying but that wasn't the case at Hertz Car Sales. i came in to see a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan and that's exactly what they showed me. i really have to give a Huge thanks to Jose for doing the Test drive with me in the genesis and to Bobby for keeping in touch with me till i was ready to come in and see the car and buy. when i arrived i was greeted very politely by Jose and even got to meet the manager Miguel, they made me feel very welcomed and even joked around with me and that made me feel very comfortable. i had a few concerns about my credit because my fico scores were between 644 and 687 but i did have some high balances on some of my credit accounts, and wasn't sure if i would get approved for a car. but Miguel the manager and Bobby worked with me to get me the best deal and they did!!!!!! i drove off the lot today 2/09/2014 Sunday with a very nice and well maintained 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan with a full tank of gas with absolutely no money down and a incredible interest rate of 5% APR!!!! these Guys are the real deal and the no Haggle pricing is 100% true, i was in and out within 2 hours, i would highly recommend them for your car buying, yes its true the cars they have were rentals but trust me they are well maintained and drive like new. Hertz Car sales in Torrance is no joke and they work for you and they are the most friendliest people i have ever met. i will definitely return to HERTZ CAR SALES in TORRANCE, CA again to buy a car in the future. if you honestly want a serious "NO HAGGLE" sale please come see the guys at hertz car sale in Torrance, they will do whatever they can to approve you for your next car.

We bought a used car over here in the Torrance, California "Hertz car sales store # 2868", and let me tell you if you want a smooth No Haggle place to buy a car that's prices are Better than your so called Big Dealership's specials Buy Your car here!! The process was smooth, and not like other places we have been to in the past. We were greeted by their salesman (Mr. Jose Miron) who was very nice, and professional, and also an expert in his craft. (Jose was exellent!!) We have also let people know that this place is a Better place to purchase their car period. The manager Jeff runs a great place, and has trained his staff well.
