The people are very friendly. But boy are the slow as can be !! I basically sold myself the car. The main helpful person was Mr. Anthony the can detailer 😑 he literally walked me to the car showed in inside and did a job that wasn’t his. And mind you I already was financed so it should have definitely been a in and out process! If you have about 4 days to get a car this is your place one day to look one day to find a sales person and 2 days for finance 🤦🏾♀️ (Even with being already financed through your bank) THEY NEED FAST PEOPLE WITH ENERGY LORD BLESSUM

Although the sales person Eric Moody IS AWESOME, The financer for the company is HORRIBLE! I would not reccomend anyone to finance through that office. I thought long and hard about writing this review but I am upset with myself for trusting in this person to be honest and upfront with my dealings. He constantly OVERTALKED me with CONSTANT INTERUPTIONS and continued to say, I have been in this business X amount of years and never made a mistake, "I can sleep at night, I would never tell you anything wrong etc." He assured me he was a man of his word and would not let me enter into any fine print nightmares so to speak. Oh well , I was a sucker and when I contacted him regarding the car I had just purchased two months ago and told him that the car was steaming and the service person who checked it, said that it was a bad radiator and I needed to know who to contact for repairs as i was told it would be under warranty for 12 months and that would be for anything so I would have a piece of mind and not have to worry about any car repair expenses for the 12 months under the warranty. I was also informed that the car went under a Rigorous Hertz Inspection and everything passed no problems at all with the car. Long story short, The financier was on the phone and all of a sudden, the information changed, no warranty to cover the radiator, HE WAS RUDE, talking loud and over me once again, I had to constantly ask him to listen to me as I am the one who has to continue to make the payments on this car. Just want to warn anyone who has to finance a car from HERTZ (Winston Salem) regardless of what Juan who has a thick accent tries to tell you. DO THE RESEARCH FIRST! He will say I am not pressuring you and in the same breath say, "you know there is someone out there right now waiting to purchase that car, etc. My GUT reaction was to walk away, but I decided to give him a chance. I had to learn the hard way. But AGAIN Eric MOODY is a GEM!

Hidden Gem! Glad I found them. I was referred by a friend that bought a car from them. This was the most painless experience I have ever had buying a car. Made me feel at home right away. Eric was very professional and fun to work with. I think I met everyone in the dealership. I feel like I got a great car at a fair price. I will come back for sure.

We drove 120 miles down from Virginia just for buying a car. And so did my friend last week. After arguing for 15 minutes I still could not get a discount. Yet I am not hesitant to make the purchase and recommend this dealer. Steve is a friendly and honest guy, never rush me into buying any of their cars. So are his colleagues. Their attitude assures me that they care about their reputation, but they are also confident in their cars. Great people, great buying experience!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my car buying experience at Hertz. Eric Moody was very knowledgeable and never pushed to sell me anything. He gave my family space to look around and choose the car we liked, then helped make the process painless. All of the gentlemen are very friendly and we had a great time while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. They even put the a/c on in the car so that it was nice and cool when we drove away. If you are looking for an honest price for a nice car and a stress free experience you have found the right place!
