I was very please with my service. The mechanic (I don't remember his name) and Jacques went beyond my request and replace my radio with a new one. They were worried that my radio will cause more problems in the future so it was easier for them to replace it. Also I was approaching end of my warranty too. I felt my request was heard and I want to say Thank You! High Country!!! You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!!

When I received my oil change on 10-10-15, the service department greeter (she) was not very friendly but the service gentlemen who worked on my car was very nice. He was attentive and was polite in explaining my oil change. Great service minus the female greeter.
