The service dept. staff were extremely nice and HELPFUL! I was at first told I had to come back later because they didn't have part and had to be ordered. The service man came back and said he located my part and it was installed. Thx service staff for doing what do to interrupting my daily schedule!

I made a one o'clock appointment for an oil change. When I got there they informed me that they had a complimentary car wash and asked if asked if I would like that. Of course I said yes.. It took them 3 hours to change my oil. I told myself 3 hours wasn't that big of a deal because I was getting my oil changed and getting a clean car. I was wrong, when they brought me my car back it was not cleaned they didn't have time to get that done.. So it literally took them 3 hours to change oil.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I took my Kia, which I bought from Auto Max just three months ago, to them to get an oil change and to have them look at my air conditioner. The service man told be they looked up my warranty and the a/c line was not covered. For the oil service and to look at my a/c was 186.00, and to fix my a/c was 700.00. I called Auto Max and was told that the a/c line was covered under warranty. Kia lied to me just to make $$. Beware!

They’re nice! They gave us what we wanted with the choice of vehicle... But be prepared to wait for eternity to get the whole process done before it can officially be yours. Not only did I have to wait just one day. But the second day as well. It’s the waiting that killed it for me.

Andrew was friendly did his job well but when it came to appraisal of my vehicles they were more than generous not even close to a fair price insulting get real. Better Deals elsewhere. Sorry for sales they work hard and there managers don't make they deals. Vehicles were in excellent condition.
