Always have had a good experience with the sales department, honest and not pushy. Tim Grozdanich has been great to deal with. Pat in parts has always been awesome to deal with. Have had some warranty work done on my Jeep there, and the service department treated me well also.

These guys were amazing! Dan Wait was super easy to talk to and made sure my wife and I were very happy. We had been put into a bit of a predicament with vehicle problems. We get very little time off during the week and Dan and Blake stayed until after 8pm at the dealership to accommodate us and let us do test drives. Highly recommend this dealership and sales team!! Happy to be able to purchase not only one but two quality used vehicles at the same time!

I can’t say enough good things about Hibbing Chrysler Center. On two separate occasions, I’ve taken my Ram truck to dealerships in the Twin Cities (where I live now) and have been quoted $2200 and $1300 for new parts that they “think” would fix the issue. So I made the drive up north to Hibbing for a second opinion and the techs were able to diagnose the real issue, find a better fix and have literally saved me thousands of dollars. Big thank you to Chris, the techs and the friendly staff who have helped me over the years. I would highly recommend visiting this location for your future auto services and purchases. This team will take care of you!

Best car buying experience that I've had in the last 4 cars I've purchased at dealers in the Twin Cities area! They worked with another dealer to get the exact vehicle that I wanted. It was a super fast, easy and friendly time at the dealership.

Highly recommend Hibbing Chevrolet. Inquired about a used truck by email via cars.com 2 weeks ago. Never got a response of any kind from the dealer. Truck is still listed. Maybe they only want people spending $50,000? The rest of us are not good enough. If you don't want to sell used cars, don;t advertise them. It just aggravates people when you don't respond. If I could, the stars would all be negative. Not even worth one star in any category.

Very friendly, great customer service, loved that everything was explained to me, answered all my question that I had. I had a great experience and would recommend to others. And before I left mad sure everything was ok before I left the dealership. I thought that was awesome.

For the past 2-1/2 years since I purchased my new 2013 Dodge Dart, this dealership has walked with me every step of the way as I dealt with an intermittent exhaust (in the interior) problem and eventually electronic problems that persisted throughout the entire warranty period. They listened, they made every effort to repair, they informed me of all avenues of potential solutions and they didi ti all in away that I always felt respected, valued, supported. When things were no longer in their hands, they went to bat for me, so now instead of ending my warranty stuck with a car that gives me no piece of mind, I was helped to purchase the new 2015 Dart (receiving a credit from Chrysler) - so I can now enjoy a new car that gives me the piece of mind a new car should.

Well look at that.....Brian Emanuel & Sheldon at Hibbing Chrysler came through again finding and selling the Johnson/Chrisman family another new car ! I have to say I would recommend Brian & the Sheldon to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. They go above and beyond and are some of the most personable gentlemen I have worked with. They gave her an Awesome Warranty, 4 New tires, Great Price, and all the help she needed to get financed. She in one of those rare cases buying a Vehicle at the time of switching jobs........But they made it happen and I cannot Thank them enough !

We had a very positive new car sales experience with Hibbing Chrysler Center (HCC), working directly with the sales manager: Dwyre. We knew what we wanted and he was able to quickly put together a factory order to get the exact Jeep model built for us with the specific accessories we wanted. He kept us informed on the progress and sent a picture of the car on the truck when it came in--talk about building excitement. We just took the Jeep back to the HCC for its first oil changed and a minor factory recall and were pleasantly surprised with the speed of the work and even more surprised at the cost. HCC is now our dealer of choice and the while there is another Chrysler dealer closer to our home, we'll make the drive to Hibbing when we need service or our next vehicle.

Tim understood what I was looking for and did his best to find what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell. I left in the new truck feeling they wanted my business and understood that buying a vehicle is a major financial commitment for a person.

Very polite, knowledgeable and respectful of your target vehicle and price range. Asked all the right questions...made it a fun buying experience! My wife and I will definetely recommend Brian and his Sales Manager to people we know! Buying a new vehicle is a major decision and you can tell when a salesperson/Manager understands (respects) that.I normally do not write reviews, but this really was a great buying experience (For Real)!

This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from the Chrysler center, and I have yet to be disappointed in the service from the salesman or the service we receive after the sale with the Service Department always a friendly and courteous group of people. Once we drove into the lot, Dan was out asking us what we were looking for, we told him and he got us the keys and we were test driving literally in minutes. We drove a Chrysler 200 and then the Dodge Dart. Both were very nice cars, but we kind of had our sights set on the Dart. We already own a 2010 Challenger and a 2006 Ram 1500 so the Dodge Dart fits in our stable. Dan was fun to talk to and deal with, he wasted no time lining everything up for us and all was "no pressure".We also had a great experience with Sheldon, he was kind and courteous and had us in and out very quickly. We were also able to buy an extended warranty for our 06 Ram. Thanks to Dan and Sheldon for their service to us and treating us so well, we will be buying our next truck from Hibbing Chrysler Center!
