This past June 2021 was our 1st experience with the Highgate Team. We are so happy we found Jim and Patrick. They are true professionals and Land Rover experts. I brought our LR3 (168k miles on it) in to check on some 'slipping' with the transmission. After a BG flush, which they suggested, and road tested the 'slipping' subsided. The charge was very reasonable. We also requested an oil and filter service & lube which included lubricating the chassis grease fittings & friction points. Again the charge was very reasonable. My family serviced our beloved 2002 range rover at High Gate. The service is tremendous. We ultimately had more than just our range rover serviced at High Gate. We periodically have brought other European-made cars for excellent service. High Gate is high quality work. The people are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and honest.
