Today it's very difficult to find excellent customer service along with honesty. I'm happy to say, Highline Auto provided myself and my family with both. I've always dreaded purchasing a vehicle because of the numbers games. We didn't have any of that with Highline Auto. I recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle. Alex was amazing to deal with, easy to talk to and went out of his way to make our car buying experience a pleasant one. Sam also went above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely be buying all of my future vehicles from Highline!!

Worst experience ever they told me I would e able to be financed for a Mercedes C300 Very rude sales people they never got back to me. I had to be calling them to know what was going on for two days. I had put a deposit for $500 and was going to have it financed and they said they couldnt finance it. I could've payed cash for it but he just said we cant finance it we will refund your money ok and tried to cut me off so I told the manager you sold the car because its not on the website he said it had a problemAnd couldnt be sold. What a cheap lie they couldve told me they sold it I lost another deal to get this one, so disappointed. They then said they sold it afterwards when I couldnt finance it so I guess it didnt have a mechanical problem cant trust them.I thought they were professional but I guess not.

I worked primarily with Gus. He was very friendly, helpful and honest. If he did not know an answer to a question he would admit that and then ask one of his colleagues who did. He was easily reached via email or his personal phone, which was important since I was buying this car from out of state. Gus and all of his colleagues were very helpful in the buying process of this car. The car was better than advertised in my mind, and they offered a very fair price well within the blue book value. It was so good that I did not even bother negotiating lower . To top everything off even after the car was purchased they have been receptive to questions I have had in regards to some of the paper work. Overall this was a great car buying experience and I would recommend High Line to anyone looking for a quality car.

I found Sameh at Highline to be very friendly and not pushy at all. He was interested in what I was looking for and offered a CarFax report right away. Their vehicles are clean and well priced. Beautiful selection of high end cars. I recommend visiting them for a higher end vehicle.
