My advisor Misty took care good care of me and the issue with my Denali 2500. I was already in a bad mood having issues with the error message “Left turn signal failure “ and she could have easily fought with me but she didn’t. She was very calm and very reassuring. For that I’m grateful. She made the arrangement for me to come back next day and have the truck looked at. It was determined that I needed a new headlight assembly. She let me know the order had to be placed for the part. Once it comes she would call to schedule the repair. She did just that. Thank you Misty for not reciprocating my rude behavior when we first met. I appreciate her being there to take care of the issue.
