Mike T. followed up with me after my initial inquiry. I made an appt and he met me at the door. He showed me all my options in the lot. I had specific requests and he quickly explained all the differences of each vehicle. He made the process easy and he didn’t waste any time. I appreciate that because I have 4 kids and a business. He gave us numbers quickly and couldn’t have been friendlier. When we closed the deal, Stuart was knowledgeable, efficient and quick. We are happy with our new Enclave and we were completely satisfied with Mike and Stuart.

Mike was my service advisor. I needed a tire replaced and there wasn’t an appointment available. Not only did he get me in for the tire service but completed my 10K service and state inspection so I did t have to make another trip. Outstanding customer service! Also I was very pleased that the price of the tire was competitive with my local tire shop.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the men at the desk doing paperwork through the person checking you out after the work was completed, to the young man taking out trash and sweeping the floors. Also, my initial salesman recognized me, called me by name and came over to talk with me -- it's nice to be remembered as a person, as Steve Napoli did, and not just a potential 'car sale'.
