I had the best experience with Hillsboro!!! Not only was I able to find the Jeep WranglerI wanted on the lot, (anyone shopping for a Wrangler knows they are extremely hard to find right now, never mind finding the exact match to the one you built online!). I was able to do the majority of the deal remotely, since I live over an hour away this was very convenient!! I got a good trade in offer negotiated quickly and smoothly! The delivery of the vehicle was simple and everyone was so friendly and down to earth! From sales to management to finance it was a pleasure doing business with Hillsboro!! I couldn’t be happier! I was there for an oil change and tire rotation which I had scheduled. They were timely and I was on my way in approx. 40 minutes. Yeah! and nice job. Kelly , at the desk is wonderful to deal with when I am there. She also ensured a software update was completed.

I loved walking in to the dealership and not feeling any stress or pressure. My entire buying experience was that way. Mike and Ted listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find the right vehicle for me. I felt like I was talking with old friends rather than people who were trying to sell me a vehicle. I would say the level of honesty of Mike and Ted. They were up front with pricing and they didn't push me in a direction that I didn't want to go. Mike spent a lot of time with my wife and answered all her questions. Over all good buying experience.
