From the moment my husband, son, and I walked through Hix Motor Company’s doors, we were greeted with kindness and smiling faces. Mr. Steve came and shook hands with everyone who was in the lobby waiting for service (to some that might not mean nothing, but, to me it meant everything, so thank you Mr. Steve) Our visit was amazing we purchased the vehicle I really wanted. When my husband and I were handling the paperwork Mr. Steve has a little area were kids can go and play so when I tell you this place is amazing it really is his whole team are really wonderful people. So if you are looking for a car to purchase look no more Mr. Steve is definitely a man of integrity!

My car broke down & went to buy a new one & found there was a repo on my credit from cosigning for someone. No dealer in Jacksonville or Wilmington was willing to help me. Grand Slam Auto gave me the runaround for 2 days on a car that wasn't even ready for purchase & was in no hurry to help me!! Walked into Hix Motors, explained my story to the owner & we made a deal. Amazed at the customer service Hix offers. It is hard & very rare to find a dealer that actually cares about the people rather than just the sale. And i didn't have to settle for a car I didn't want, got the car I had been looking for to begin with & I love it! Seriously, hats off to Hix Motors & the way they run their business. I would come back & recommend anyone, any day!

Mr Hix and his son are two of the finest people I have ever delt with in the auto business. You can trust their integrity to help you find a good vehicle at a fair price. They are helpful but not the least bit pushy. They want you to be happy and be a return customer. They do not take advantage of the young Marines in the area, as I have seen and heard about other dealers who do! This dealership is by far one of the best used car lots around! We bought a truck from Mr.Hix and when my husband discovered an issue with the truck and talked to the owner and son, they immediately made the correction. Extremely honest, which is rare around here. I would and already have, recommend this dealership to friends and anyone who is looking for a decent used vehicle at the actual Kelly blue book price! Thanks for everything! :)

I cannot find the best words to describe how great I was treated by the HIX MOTOR COMPANY STAFF. There are not words to give on how nice these people are. They worked very hard to get me a vehicle of my choice. They never pushed me or even tried to talk me into anything else. When I arrived at their Dealship, there were two employees there. One was helping a young Marine and the other sales person had my folder and asked me to come in and sit down, that I must be the lady looking for the ENVOY! The place of business, was so very nice and clean. The atomosphere was quiet and relaxing. I will never buy a vehicle from any other company. I have been looking for a car for over six months. The stress of the dealerships in my hometown was horrible! I wish I could help anyone who reads this with naming the dealerships I went to in Jacksonville North Carolina. Just take my advice and you will be as happy as I am. Go to HIX MOTORS COMPANY, JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA. You will be completely satisfied.
