Buying a new vehicle can be a little nerve racking but humayun nabiput me at ease from the very start, listened to what I was interested in and went about finding the truck of my choice. Not a prime location but I went with an open mind. Jeep was priced below the other guys and basically a new car with 12000 miles on it. I was given the keys to drive around the block, Owner was up front and honest about the jeep and tried to keep me at ease. I ended up buying the jeep and It was delivered to my house as I had no way of getting it and my current jeep home. No charge for that either. All in all as it is still the same day I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. If everything is bigger in Texas, than so is customer satisfaction and service

I flew in from out of town to purchase a car from Humayon for my daughter. He picked me up from the airport and took me to breakfast. He answered all my concerns and even took care of a few loose ends with my car! The buying process was a cinch and took no time to do. I would definitely recommend him to anyone based on my personal experience and I'm not always easy to please. GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE

We went in armed with pricing information, so we knew what a good deal was and what a sucker deal was for the car we were interested to buy. However, He skipped all the useless back and forth and got us a great deal on our car right away (both my trade in and their car). Humayon, was incredible. We really got what we wanted, He made it happen. We love our new car! We will return! THANK YOU.

I am proud new owner of a 2015 Toyota camry. I wouldn't have wanted to do business with anyone else. H&L has bent over backwards to help me get a car and even held the camry for over a week while I settled the loan with the bank. I would recommend H&L Auto to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Great customer service! The owner is amazing and he is so helpful when it comes to circumstances you have. The staff is great they are very helpful and will try to fix your car as soon as possible. My mother has been a customer for almost 15 years and everything has been great! I would recommend for any one who needs repairs internally or inspections to come here! We bought our daughter a 2008 Toyota Corolla here, after having a friend who is a mechanic check it out first giving his seal of approval. It has been a wonderful, dependable car for our daughter. The experience was great. So much so that we recently came back for car number 2, a 2010 Toyota Yaris. Jovan goes out of his way to make you happy, give great service, and offer a great deal. Recently I bought a Honda CR-V from this dealership. The car was exactly as described and it saved about $2000 for me. Still under factory warranty and looks like brad new. The cool thing is they will take care of your car if any mechanical thing happens and they do it for free, in fact you will have another warranty!!! If you want to drive an almost new car and save some money go and check out their cars.

This place GREAT. The Sales Representatives are amazing. Jovan and Elias help me out from start to finish. They answered everyone of my questions and even negotiated the price with me. Great Salesmen, and magnificent service. I would definitely refer any who's looking for an "Quality Affordable" Vehicle for a great price. No issues no problems, fast service, excellent excellent excellent experience. I don't know what other people may suggest, but this is a REAL GOOD place with REAL "GENUINE" people. It kinda reminds me of a classic business geared towards "Customer Satisfaction".

I don't see how they say the carfax is clear, the cars had major damage repaired by shade tree shop, every car in their inventory looked like something you don't want to put your family in. stay away and don't waste your time and money here. There were nicer cars in the lot but they belonged to another dealer. My wife and I backed out after we test drove the car and asked them to repair noises coming from the front suspension, they said they would repair it but we would have to sign something saying the Civic had been in an accident and repaired and they would not be responsible for any issues related to the car even saying the airbags may have been deployed. As I said, do your research before deciding to buy a car from H and L.

Car had major damage that was repaired badly, they advertised it with a low price telling me they just replaced a couple of body parts and all factory warranty was intact, I had problems begining the second day I drove the car, they said they would take care of it, after several trips and time wasted at H and L, I took it to dealer and was told the car had major structural damage, the mechanic at the dealership told me car had junk yard parts and showed me several replaced suspension parts that came from a salvage car. Factory warranty is void. Now I hear rattling and exhaust noise along with traction light blinking. Looks like they are writing the good reviews themselves, I wish I had not been fooled by their low price because saving a grand is now going to cost me several thousand.

These guys are liars they sold me a nissan that the owner said had replaced bumper, I later find out the car was damage badly even had airbag deployed. Three months after I buy this car the front bumper is falling off one side, i spend $677 repair suspension. The salesman is very nice to you but lies like the owner, read about them on the internet, they have bad report all over. I gave up after trying to have them fix my car.

I don't want to sound like a cheesy radio commercial, but I truly had a flawlessly positive experience purchasing my 2009 Accord V6 EX-L.
