I have so many good things to say about my experience with Hodges Mazda. My car buying experience was done entirely over the phone and it was AMAZING! Corbin was so responsive via calls and texts with every question and detail I threw at him. I could depend on him to reply to me quickly and he was thorough and patient explaining anything I needed an answer to. Clayton was a superstar with my financing. I got a fantastic interest rate thanks to him!! The process could not have been easier. I received a great deal and they even delivered my 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition to me. Their customer service was just spectacular. Thank you. Highly recommend Hodges and will definitely do business with them again when the time comes.

My experience with Chief at Hodges Motor Mazda was Awesome! He was very personable and not pushy/aggressive at all. I went in with one vehicle in mind and although there was an attempt to view a similar vehicle; He ensured I got what I was looking for making me a happy camper. So the visit went great! Austin Lynch was fantastic! He was very attentive to our needs and made sure to provide us with the absolute best customer service possible. He answered every question we had, made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and even gave my kids snacks while they waited! He followed up with us throughout the entire process and after the purchase was made. He assisted us with the fastest car buying experience we ever had! The rest of the team was great as well! I went to over 10 other dealerships and looked at over 20 cars. When I went to Hodges Mazda I was met by their salesman Luke who was professional and very patient. He asked what we were looking for and showed us at least 10 cars on his lot and we test drove six. We still had not found what we were looking for so Luke working with his Sales Manager came up with a few additional options. We found an SUV that was perfect and came in under budget. My wife was very happy and this ended up being a great experience. Luke does not work on commission so his goal was to take his time and meet our needs which he did! I can say without doubt after buying dozens of cars and trucks over the year this was by far the best experience. I will recommend Luke to all of my friends knowing he cares for his customers.
