I went in for The Works package. They give you the option to drop off the car or wait in their customer lounge which is comfortable and has free drinks. I was also asked if I want my car washed(no extra charge). Excellent customer service. Was personally reached out to by a member a couple of days later to make sure I was taken care of.

Hoffman Ford is an excellent place for sales and service. I recently purchased an Explorer. Joe Latshaw was very helpful in guiding me through this process. He answered my questions and fairly represented me. I have been buying cars at Hoffman Ford for many years and continue to feel comfortable with this dealership. The building upgrade is great!

It has been about 4 weeks since I purchased my 2021 Ranger. I waited to give this review to see how the after sales experience would be. The buying experience far exceeded my expectations. It started with the sales person, Joe Soyos. Very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me and the sales manager Dave Smith to get the vehicle and deal I wanted. Joe had called me a couple of times to follow up to see how I liked the truck and if I had any questions. When I did have questions Joe and Dave were very responsive. GREAT EXPERIENCE and if you are lucky enough to get Joe for a sales person I'm sure you will be happy.

I purchased a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 from Hoffman Ford. Despite nationwide manufacturing problems due to a chip shortage slowing down the plant in Flat Rock, Hoffman Ford was AWESOME. Ryan treated me right during the ordering process. Brett followed up and kept me informed, and Troy set up many of the tech features in the car so quickly and efficiently that I was just impressed. Why buy a car from a "dealer", when you can buy from Hoffman Ford and be treated like FAMILY!!

Never bought a car here but love the service. I really feel like they care. They will work with you and I feel are very honest. I will update this review if I ever purchase a vehicle from them.
