Fully would recommend the whole crew at Hoffman Lexus. Drove over an hour and a half to look at a CPO Lexus IS 300 AWD, took it for a ride and loved it. Came to talk numbers and I was hit with a fair offer for my trade on the spot. No games necessary. Next morning I realized I had left my sunglasses in my trade in... Tom went the extra mile and boxed them up and had them shipped to the house. Would defiantly make the ride again!

I’ve been a customer with Lexus for over a decade and have owned 8 different Lexus’s. I normally purchase with Lexus of Warwick, but due to availability I purchased my last car from Hoffman Lexus. Never again will I make that mistake. Once I traded in my 2015 IS250 F Sport they had it sold before they even paid me. Then took a month to get payment two months to get the registration transferred. When I call Tom in sales I get his voicemail. When I call and ask for a supervisor I get voicemail. I recommend buying your next lexus elsewhere… I was so disappointed I’ve reached out to corporate lexus
