These guys were incredible! They were honest, gave us more than fair value on our trade-ins and their vehicle selection is top notch. Warren was fantastic to work with. We purchased a vehicle that they just got as a trade and wanted to be sure that before we took it home, it was in pristine condition. They took care of everything they said they were going to do and it looked like a million bucks! We bought two vehicles from them that day and i drove the other one off the lot. I will definitely buy from them in the future. You can’t go wrong checking these guys out. The whole process was quick. With two vehicles I thought it would take forever, but we were there for less than two hours! This is not the typical car buying experience, it’s better. They will earn your business!

Delightful experience! The antithesis of the bloated bureaucratic large dealerships around - that in my dealings, and humble opinion, have been a nightmare to work with. Warren is very knowledgeable, efficient and far more importantly honest... an absolute pleasure to deal with! He does what he says he's going to do, which is a refreshing rarity these days, unfortunately. It's more than obvious these folks are detailed in the cars they buy/sell and truly care about their customers and their overall experience. Zero pressure and great cars. Everyone was beyond pleasant. Warren is a genuinely good guy that I would refer friends and family to without hesitation! Thanks again Warren!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership from out of state and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helped us work though the entire process, no one was pushy and made you feel like you had time and space to look and make a decision. Would highly recommend!

She went above and beyond to assist me with making my decision and my purchase. I received magnificent customer service from the time I made an inquiry. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I already know from looking at previous bad reviews that the owner will respond to this and deny everything I’m saying or try to blame me in some way but everything that I’m saying is the truth and I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from these people. I recently purchased a 1995 f-150 from them with a 120,000 miles on it which is low mileage for the year. After arriving at the dealership for the first time i test drive the truck and look at everything i can to make sure everything is working as it should. This truck comes from the factory with two gas tanks and as I go to flip the switch to go from the 1st to the 2nd gas tank the truck starts to die. I am then assured by the sales man that the tank works fine and that it is just out of gas. I go home to give myself a couple of days to think about my decision. I come back a couple of days later to look at the truck again and I tell the salesman that I would buy it if I knew both gas tanks worked at they should. He says he will put gas in the second tank to prove to me that it works. He comes back and says they only put 12 dollars in it but the tank does work. And after looking at it and flipping the tank switch it appears that it does. I buy the truck and leave to fill it with gas and as I am putting gas in the second tank I hear a splashing sound and come to find out it’s leaking gas from the tank almost faster then I can put it in. IT WAS NOT SAFE AND THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT IT WORKING. I am a first responder and firefighter and I can say that is a good way to cause a serious accident because too much heat from the exhaust or if one spark hit the gas it could cause a fire or explosion. I went down the interstate to go home and it lost 18 gallons of gas by the time I got home. I take it to a mechanic and come to find out the suspension and steering components are rusted out as well and I have a brake caliper locked up on the driver’s side which means only one brake works. So now I’m driving a vehicle that has gas flying out and only has one brake that works. I go the next day to voice my concerns and I am told they will not do anything to fix my problem and that I should’ve got it inspected before I bought it. I asked the guy if they got the vehicle inspected before the sold it to make sure it was safe for their customers to which he has no response. They did nothing to try to fix the unsafe truck they sold me and told me that because i negotiated the truck down 800 dollars when I bought it that should cover my issues. The reason why they negotiated down 800 dollars was because i wouldn’t have bought it the truck even if it didn’t have these issues for what they were asking and then they act like they did me a favor. Don’t buy from these people they don’t care about you or your family and have no trouble selling a vehicle that’s not safe to drive and will do nothing to fix it the day after.

Noni was very professional and quick to answer and questions presented to him. The vehicle was a clean example and had been well maintained. The few small issues that were found were addressed and a deal was made. The vehicle was clean and ready for pick up when promised. Definitely one of my better buying experiences. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noni and Hollywood Imports to those looking for a good vehicle.

I purchased an Acura for my daughter and was told all was good and they sent the vehicle through an extensive auto check before I bought it. WRONG! I got home and the sun roof did not work. I called Patrick he told me to bring it in the next day. Come to find out the knew it did not work just failed to tell me. I am now going to have to come out of pocket $700. They withheld information about the car. Do not trust! When you have an issue you are swept under the rug! They get the money up front and then you are no good to them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I'm so surprised by some of the negative reviews. My husband and I had such an awesome experience and Jason was so personable and straight forward. We had been looking all day and just about given up, but my husband swung in there on way back to pick up our kids from school so fast bc he had been eyeing the Audi wagon out front since we passed it that morn. Honestly, when we passed by at 8 am, he wanted to turn around but I wouldn't let him and so we proceeded to hit the dealerships out in Pelham. We had no luck and we were done. I'm so happy we took a chance and pulled in to HI. Noone even approached us after walking the lot for a good 10 min. That to me says something right there. Never a bit of pressure and I can't say enough good things about Jason. Honesty, I can't wait to buy our next car from here!!!! Thank you Jason for the Hospitality! You'll be seeing us again very soon ;)

I purchased a pre-owned Chevy HHR from this dealer in July. Bo Thuston was my salesman. The first issue with the car as soon as I left dealership was a severe jerk when passing gear engaged. Bo advised me to bring HHR back so he could drive it to try and determine cause. He gave me a courtesy loaner car. He didn't experience the problem (of course), but Bo recommended a mechanic that he said was honest & good. The problem turned out to be the transmission. Terry at R.C. Motors arranged replacement. Bo monitored the entire process and made sure I was OK. My cost was $200.00. Bo said he was going to work to get me reimbursed. Impressive! A/C was next to go, while I was out of town. Terry's mechanics replaced a manifold sensor at my cost of $80.00. Bo again helped me cope, and sent me a check out of his own pocket for half my payment on transmission. A month later I did receive the other half from Hollywood. The most recent problem was yesterday, when the HHR stalled and would not respond to battery boost. I lost 4 hours of work. It was towed back to R.C. Motors. Terry told me some wires were crossed in the fuse box, and that work was not covered by warranty. Then, he added that it was on the house. Relief. I truly believe that the multiple repairs on this vehicle would have been a disaster without Bo's help. He saved me from a dealership whose lack of ethics permit them to dump a troubled (albeit low-end) car on a single woman, even if they did include a warranty. When I asked another salesman there why the car had changed hands so often, he essentially responded that the multiple title changes were meaningless. How untrue. So. While I do not recommend this dealership, I CAN recommend the super-salesman Bo Thuston. He is quite simply, the best.

Noni and Molly were the best ever. They found me the perfect car to fit my budget and style. The finance arrangements were also amazing. Hollywood Imports has yhe best selection with great prices.

Worst customer service ever. I was charged $125 for a new piece of molding for my window, that included labor. A week later and the molding is coming out. I had to take it into a window shop to get fixed. Noni, the guy I bought my car off of, told me he would refund the cost to fix the molding but he never did. He also told me he would send me an owner's manual for the car since it didn't have one. He never did that either. Since I live three hours away, it was easy for him to ignore my texts and avoid me. It's been a headache dealing with these guys, other than that, my car runs okay.

They are maybe okay if you are local, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you are flying in to pick up the car. We agreed on the deal over the phone based on their description and photos. "The car is perfect", etc. The car had A TON of touch up paint and scratches. The hood had clearly been repainted. Don't trust them to give an accurate description if you are remote. Also, as part of the deal they said they would put tires on the car because it needed them....they put on used tires....on a late model Mercedes convertible....seriously, that happened. Learn from my mistake, don't waste your time or money.....

They lied to get me into the dealership and continued to lie to me so I purchased the car and then they hide behind the AS IS Warranty. When I had the vehicle serviced 2 days after purchasing the car to find out there is over $2500 worth of work needed. They twist words and do not stand behind their cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not a reputable dealership in my opinion.

I always hate to haggle with buying a car but with Hollywood Imports I did not have to. Their inventory and prices are like no other dealership. Not to mention the customer service that my salesman provided to me. Thank you for being honest and helping me decide on the right vehicle for me. I love my 2011 Lexus LS 460. Drove to there to see a car but it wasn't there. One salesman said someone had it out. The manager said it was at the shop getting the bumper fixed. I didn't believe him. Anyway they said the would call me when the car came back. But they never did. Poor customer service and deceitful.
