I was driving across the country from CA to NC and hit a racoon just outside Abilene. My chevy cobalt was undrivable but I had to get to NC and could not wait for the car to be fixed. Holm Automotive went above and beyond in their dealings with my insurance company and even drove me to a car rental place to get me on my way. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and then I arranged to have it shipped to me in NC. Andy and Dede were exceptional in their service and willingness to work with me over the phone. This is the most honest dealership I have ever been to!! These people are easy to work with. I got everything I wanted and more. David worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. This is the second car I purchased with him.Chuck in the service department made sure I got the Remote start and the CD player that was a must. He went out of his way to make sure I was not without a vehicle while mine was being serviced.

This is the most Honest car dealership I have ever been to. These people are easy to work with. I got everything I wanted in my vehicle and David worked very hard to get me what I wanted.I needed remote start, I got It. I wanted a CD player, I got it. Chuck Loader went over board to insure I got what I wanted. He even picked my car up in Clay Center and took it to Abilene, and brought it back to me.Love this dealership!!!

I was going to be in Abilene that day for a work related purpose and asked if it would be possible to get it done that day to save an extra trip to Abilene and they worked it out. They gave me and a fellow employee a ride to where out meeting was and then called me as soon as the vehicle was done. I feel that they went above and beyond to make things work with my schedule.

On 17 October 2016, I took my car in because I was having battery issues. I did not have an appointment. Chuck Loader took care of me immediately. I was able to wait while the service team determined what the problem was. I was advised that I needed a new battery. I gave permission to replace the battery. My wait was reasonable especially considering I did not have an appointment. Thank you Chuck for your excellent attitude. It is always a pleasure to deal with this service team.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced and thought it was on Friday but email confirmation showed Sat. When I called to check it was on their books as Sat but Jamie told me to bring it up and they would work it in. I was expecting to have a longer wait but it only took them about 45 minutes to change oil, rotate tires, and do the inspections. I always get very good service from the team in the service department. They always treat me very well.

I Shopped all over Saline and Dickinson Counties for new tires.I knew they would be expensive so I wanted to get the best price. Im not married and I dont know alot about tires so it was confusing.When I called Holm and priced some tires they gave me a price but said they would match a lower price if I found one. I found a lower price so called back and talked to Brad Signer in parts. He was very helpful and spent some time on the phone with me.Since I found a price about $50 less than theirs I really didnt expect them to honor it.Brad said they would and even printed the info off the computer for me regarding the lower price.I didnt know how many tires I needed so he told me to bring it to the service department, which I did. I was helped there by Chuck Loader who also checked on the lowest price and matched it. He also checked my tires and showed me why I needed 4 tires.He also saved me money on the alignment by finding a coupon.My experience with Holm was very positive and I plan on being their customer in the future.

For the past 6 years I've taken my vehicle to Holm Automotive and requested the help of Chuck Loader. He is a very helpful consultant that is always looking for ways to help make sure my car is running well and able to get back out on the road quickly. Most recently, I took my car in for an oil change and he contacted me and said I needed new brakes and tires in addition. While that wasn't great news, Chuck took an extra step and was able to save me some money by price matching the tires. I've always felt like Chuck and the rest of the staff there at Holm Automotive are fair and want to do the best by me. They truly care about their customers.

We have returned to Holm Automotive each time we have wanted to trade for a new or used vehicle for many years. Our recent trade was for a leased vehicle instead of ownership. Jeff Holm explained the new process and answered any questions we had. We feel we were better with a lease rather than buying a car. Jeff was diligent in searching for the kind of car we wanted. We are happy with the trade in and the second Equinox we now have in our garage. Corey Neufeld took the time to explain any questions about finance since the lease program was new to us. We plan on making out next trip to Holms in Abilene when we feel need a different vehicle. We know they are a fair and friendly dealer. We know of no better.

Our first service appointment was an excellent experience....it could not have been a more friendly and informative appointment. Besides the routine appointment, we had a question and the service consultant did some research to see how to fix the problem. Our only issue....when we picked up the car there were a couple of grease spots on the passenger seat and passenger front door. I was able to clean them up easily.

When I first started looking for a vehicle, I was more into a car.. then trucks.. back to cars.. then to an SUV. Hunter stuck with it the entire time and accommodated to my crazy schedule so I could drive each vehicle I was considering until I found the perfect one. We broke down with a Dodge Motorhome and even though they could not assist us with the repairs they helped in everyway possible to call others, put the computer code sensor on the unit to help diagnose the issues and showed a strong caring attitude about our dilemma as strangers from miles away . This even though we would never buy a car from them because of our distance . There was nothing to gain but to help those in need. We interrupted their busy day with no promise of any revenue but they stopped and helped. Chuck Loader, Kim Bacon, and Pat McGee were all caring and helpful until we got on our way. Since the purchase of my car in Aug 2015, I returned to Holm's to retrieve my traded in car (see earlier review re sales), for two oil changes, key fob replacement, reprogramming part, body work, and a recall. An important note is that I live in Manhattan 18 miles NE of my job site and Holm's is further west by 26 miles. They replaced a fog light without charge which they felt they should have caught when prepping the car for sale when I came back to retrieve my trade-in. At one point, one of the receptionists went out of her way to help me get my insurance paperwork from my agent. They had a loaner available for me when I had oil changes/reprogramming so I could visit family in Salina (if I wanted to) and offered to get my car to me in Salina. They met me at my job site before and after work for any of the other work they did for me. They replaced the spare key fob which we had not noticed was not a Buick key fob without charge. When programming the key fob an error code came up. They did not say anything at the time but simply ordered the part then called me up to let me know about the part which could affect my air conditioner later down the line and explained the error code did not appear at the time they prepped the car for sale and made good on what needed to be done without charge. I thought that was great when you consider that my air conditioner could simply have gone down and I would not have any the wiser. Dede in the body shop was equally accommodating with working around what was convenient for me and ensured I had a loaner car for the time it took to do the paint job. When I have chosen to go to the dealership and wait while having my car serviced, the staff has consistently been as attentive as when I first walked in the door in 2015 (not only attentive to me but to everyone who happens to be in the waiting area as their vehicles are being serviced. Though taking care of one's car might ordinarily be high on one's list as a fun thing to take care of, it is a pleasant experience when you go to Holm's.....they even have free wi-fi. After more than a year of interaction with Holms, I think they have been very consistent with their service and taking care of their customers after the initial sale. Last, but certainly not least: Greg in Service makes you feel like you walked into the bar in an episode of Cheers.....big smile AND he knows your name.

I'm in my 50's and single. I had no credit history, therefore no one would finance a car loan for me. The guys at Holm Auto worked hard getting payments I could afford, and the finance company would accept. After 3 long weeks of trying every car dealer within a 100 mile radius, Dave and Corey contacted me from Holm Auto. They had worked very hard, crunching numbers and working with the finance company and I, so I would have a dependable vehicle to replace my old, money hungry car. It is a 30 mile drive to get there but worth every mile. Every time I walk in the dealership I am met by professionals who seek to provide me with what I came for. From the service counter, parts counter, and body shop they have all jumped through hoops, at little or no profit, to meet my demands. If you want good Chevy you just have to go to Holm. I like most work the normal day hours that the dealership is open and was not able to get my car to the dealership. Chuck arranged for my car to be picked up at my place of employment and had a loaner / rental dropped off to drive while they serviced and did some warranty work on my car. When it was complete they delivered it back to my work and picked up the dealer loaner. I appreciate this personalized service and is a reason I continue to buy from Holm's and have all my vehicles serviced and repaired there.

We were just passing the abiline exit when we had a tire blow out. We just made it to the service door when the tire went completely flat. The serviceman Greg. bilderback was all smiles and assured us he could take care of the problem quickly and that we would be back on the road in no time. Since we had an odd tire size that they didn't carry he would be glad to get one from junction city in less than 30 minutes. He knew we had a special family event in a short time in Kansas City. In less than an hour we were happily on our way. As we waiting in the waiting room we were offered refreshments. All associates that passed us by always had a smile on their faces. I needed a new car battery on my Toyota Avalon. Rather than drive 25 miles to the Toyota dealership, I called Holm Automotive. I called at 5 p.m. and got an appointment for the next morning. They already knew that they would need to procure the battery from a local automotive parts store, as they don't stock Toyota items. That didn't prevent them from giving me an almost exact estimate of the cost and also promising the care would be ready by lunch. The cost was indeed spot on and the car was ready at 10 a.m., 2 hours early.I will definitely go to Holm Automotive in the future.

The service department was very helpful. Had to have a turn signal light changed and need to make an appointment for an oil change. They changed the light and when I went to leave, they notice that the water pump might be leaking. They took care of that when they changed the oil. As I was making a trip to Kansas City the following day, I am so thankful they noticed this or I might have been stranded along the highway some place. My Truck broke down on Freeway and they sent a tow truck to pick me up, Chuck Loader was absolutely great, they didn't have the part I needed so they ordered it and Chuck gave me a loaner car to drive to the hotel and go sight seeing, he also called the hotel for me to make sure there was a room. Had to jump start my car this morning, drove straight to Holm Automotive Center. The service manager, Chuck Loader, met me at the door and listened closely to my interpretation of the problem. I had a great experience with this dealership. If you're wanting people who take the time to make sure everythings perfect, that you understand everything, and not make you feel inadequate, this is the place. I'm only 22 years old and this was my very first auto purchase, safe to say I didn't have a clue what I was doing and was a little intimidated. I didn't need to be tho. I went in the first time on a Saturday and talked to two different people. Sales guy and financial department guy. Both were very friendly and didn't make me feel uneducated at all. In fact the financial department guy complimented me on the fact that I was asking great questions and seemed to know a lot more than most who come in. And not once did either of them make me feel unworthy or irrational for buying a practically new Cadillac at 22. Which to me is a very respectful thing. I had to think some things over and discuss with my fiance and parents so I didn't end up getting it that day. But I make an appointment for the Wednesday three days later. I came in, they had my Cadillac all shined up and looking pretty and we sat down and finalized everything. They also closed at 7 that day and were happy to stay later to finish everything as I didn't get there until about 6:20. Overall it was an amazing experience and encounter. The people there are all very friendly and I can't brag about them enough. Definitely a 5 star experience that I will be recommending to many others.

I recently bought my Equinox at a dealership in Olathe, Ks. I took it to Holm Chevrolet in Abilene, Ks to address a recall issue. Chuck Loader heard a sound in my engine that I assumed was a normal 4 cylinder sound. After running a diagnostic, he told me that my engine needed some work...extensive work. They got right on it...made sure it was covered under the warranty...and got it fixed in two days. It runs perfectly now, and the engine sounds like it should. They also hooked me up with a loaner to drive while they repaired my car. Chuck (and the staff at Holm) were absolutely excellent and kind. We had a blow out on I70 on our way home to Missouri. When we discovered we didn't have a spare tire in the vehicle we had purchased in November, 2015, the car was taken to Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, Kansas. We were met by many friendly faces at the dealership. Chuck Loader assisted us and kept us informed of the progress to locate a new tire since they did not carry the tire for our Buick Regal. Chuck made calls and succeeded in finding a tire, which he informed us, would be delivered to the dealership by 1:00 p.m. the next day. Chuck then arranged for Mindy to drive us to a hotel. The next day Mindy picked us up at the hotel and at 1:20 p.m. we were back on the road for home.We were very pleased with the professional and friendly service we received.

Is it possible to Love a Car dealership? I didn't think so before my experience with Holm Automotive.Holm just happened to have the used truck that I have been looking for off and on for two years. I live 6 hours from Abilene KS so I wasn't able to just stop in and look at the prospective new purchase.A broker friend of mine clued me in on what questions to ask and what reports and paperwork I should request. Michelle Holt responded immediately to my requests and made me feel like I was the only customer she had. The truck was not only priced right to begin with Holm included all new tires in that same great price. Holm sent someone to pick me up at the airport, - someone Michelle though would be a good fit for the 2hour drive. Paper signing took 10 minutes-no pressure to buy extended warranties, Michelle synced my phone to my new ride and I was on my way. This dealership values it's employees and it shows. The sales people are long time employees, they love their jobs and they know how to take care of people. I will be back, 6 hours or not this is the place to buy a car.

Our Honda Odyssey broke down on our vacation with being stranded in Abilene Ks. How stressful! It happened on Sunday out all day with no one working. However, I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful town this is. The Holm Automotive Center was so busy the next morning, however they made our van first priority knowing we were on the road and had long trip ahead of us with kids. Jamie Avers was our representative and can't say enough nice and kind words about him. He was so concerned about us and did an incrediable job to get us on the road as soon as possible. He even called us about 2 hours into our trip and checked on us and the car. How many car centers do that? (none) Wouldn't happen where we come from the big city. I think everyone needs to spend the night in Abiline to experience the hospitality of caring and loving people. Most wonderful place to visit. Jamie Avers was our service consultant and even though he was short staffed he was professional, friendly and got the problem fixed and we were on our way in less than 2 hours. We were travel home to Colorado. Although this is the 5th time the problem has been addressed I feel confident that this time it is truely fixed as Jim told us it was a know problem and there was a service bulletin on it. The other dealers had not fixed it correctly. We hope we don't have to use his services again but if we do it would be a pleasure to deal with this service center again.

Due to a break down going from Colorado to Missouri is the reason that we found this dealer. The service and sales departments made a truly difficult situation a little better. I just wanna say I had an outstanding experience, I went in thinking I was going have a long and lengthy wait, but I was greeted with a welcome from the lady's at the door, and was quickly escorted to the Service Shop where they found me the right tire for my 2005 Chevrolet Impala, I was then seated and expected to have a long wait for it to be finished but it was a very quick process after my tire was replaced Mr Loader then informed me I had a key that had been recalled and recommended to have them handle the issue on the spot. I brought my vehicle in to have a part replaced after a warning light had come on. The staff was great. They set me up with a rental and sent me on my way. When I came to pick up my Captiva we quickly realized all off the issues may not have been addressed. I was reassured and sent home. I reached Fort Riley and my warning lights were back on with other issues. So back I went. The staff again was great. They couldn't pin point the exact issue but we took our best guess, switched another part and set me up with a rental. The staff was very acommodating. Even more important, they were honest. They could not get the car to recreate the problem and it wasn't throwing any codes but they still addressed my concerns. Great service!

When I find a place to take buy a vehicle from or get it serviced I am critical of the quality! That being said, I have been loyal to the service department at Holm Automotive Center. They are always quick to help me, and most importantly, they give it to me straight even letting me know of something that may need looked at in the future.Most recently I was in for a leak in my car. More accurately my passenger floorboard was flooded due to problems with the sunroof drain. This was the second time within a half year period. At that point, I have to say, I was a bit annoyed, but the gentlemen at Holm Auto assured me they would get it fixed. They have done that and cleaned up my car. I was also treated more than fair due to having the same issue twice. I feel completely confident that they can handle anything you throw at them, and they will leave you with a smile on your face!

We made an appointment to have our car serviced and checked for wind noise before our dental appoiintment. Jamie Avers the service consultant met us and carefully noted our needs. While driving the car into the service area, he noticed a nolise coming from the right front wheel. On inspection, the tire had worn down to the wire due to misalignment. I knew we needed new tires and Jamie told us what they had in stock and they could do the olther service items right away. In addition to this professional service Holm Auto provided us with a loaner car to get to our dental appointment. When we returned to pick up our car, Jamie took us to the body shop and showed us that our car had been in a wreck and the repair was not done properly, thus causing the wind noise. Since the repairs took longer than expected, we drove the loaner car home ( 40 miles ) and returned later in the day to pick up our car. This is what I call "Service beyond expections"!!

We received excellent service from Chris Eckert with multiple touchpoints and a very willingness to negotiate and speak plainly. At least two different sales managers stopped to say hello and thank us for our business. The finance manager made the closing smooth and painless and took the time to explain everything very clearly with no back-office push for extras. We received thank you notes from Chris and the owner, Tim Holm, which really goes a long way for customer service. Overall, we had a great experience.

Took my car in for an oil change and found several issues. Chuck was exceptional in explaining the problems and giving recommendations. He did the work to get my warranty to cover most of the costs of repair. The repairs were done in a timely manner and done professionally. Highly recommend Holm for any service or sales needs. I have a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, my Service Engine Soon light came on while coming home. I took it into Holm's for repair, the told me what was wrong, gave me a estimate, completed the work sooner than expected. Everyone was great, super courtesy, and even apologized for the trouble they expected to have with repairs. (But never had a bit of problems). Let me use a loaner car to get to and from work. Super nice, easy to get along with and trust worth persons. Will be taking all repairs there. Chuck also helped me find the easy entry numbers to get into my car.

I had the oil changed. The Low Tire Sensor has been coming on. I had the tires checked at Holms the other day. They aired them up and made sure the pressure was right. When I took it in today for the oil change there was a low tire again. There was a nail in the tire so it had a slow leak and that was what was causing the low tire light to come on. Chuck had them check to see if the tire could be fixed. They were able to patch the tire so now I do not have to worry about that. Chuck told me that if it had not been able to be fixed he would have called me about a new tire. I appreciate the service and know that If I have a problem I can rely on Chuck to take care of it for me.

I can ask any questions I want and they will always find time for me. You cannot go wrong by going to Holm Automotive. They have remodeled their showroom and the waiting room. I went to Holm Auto to get an oil change and have a tire with low air pressure looked at. Not only did they fix my tire and change the oil, but the technician also noticed that my water pump was leaking. Since this was covered under warranty they went ahead and started the work to change the water pump. I had a very important job interview that afternoon, and the car wasn't going to be ready in time. Jamie Ayers, the service rep, took care of me by getting me a rental car so I could make it to my interview. This is by far one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Thank you Jamie, it meant a lot that you squared me away, and helped me get to my interview.

I appreciate the after hours drop box not always able to drop by during regular business hours and being able to fill out the issues on the envelope put your keys in the envelope drop into the after hours box is very convenient. I've used this service twice in the past month and each time I get a follow call. The last issue dealt with my power steering making noises and did not seem right. My concerns were diagnosed, explained, repairs made in a timely manner. Each experience I've had since buying my car at Holm's over a year ago has been a good experience. As compared to other dealerships or service centers Holm Automotive sets the bar high on a consistent basis verses some of my experiences over the years in working through other dealerships. Courteous and customer focus is their culture which is appreciated!

Found a Malibu on the internet, printed a copy and went to Holm Auto and started by asking for Jeremy whom I had talk to on lot a few days earlier. He was very helpful and had me take a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in and I liked it. I had two vehicles to trade and he got with leadership and gave me what they could do. Did not work for me so I told him what I was thinking and he got the finance man, Corey, to come talk with me and he found a way to meet me within $5.00 of payments I wanted and within three months on term. I was happy with process and Corey offered me the warrenty service plan which I wanted but did jack up payments but was worth it. I was very happy with my car buying at Holm's and will go there again in the future as I have in the past. Will recommend to anybody needing a vehicle to go to Holm Auto in Abilene, KS.

After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue that was under warranty and we were back on the road by Wednesday. Andy Elliott manages the body shop at this dealership. I only take my cars to him. A little more than a year ago my beloved German Shepherd, Fleur, died. When my car was in the shop shortly thereafter I told Andy to leave her dog hair in the back seat. Actually it was probably closer to, "If anyone vacuums Fleur's hair they may not survive that experience." I was grieving and not yet ready to feel her absence in my car.More than a year later, today, I went to pick up that sam car after it had been in the body shopr. Andy said, "We did not clean the back of the ca, I remembered.?" As I spoke to him, tears silently slid down my cheeks. I appreciate talking to service consultant that will listen to what I am saying and preform the service I ask for. Everything was explained to me before the service was preformed to my understanding. The service consultant was very thorough about the service to be preformed. I also enjoyed the short period of time I spent in the lounge, enjoying the conversation with friendly salesman and a cup of coffee while my truck was being serviced. When the service was done, everything was explained to me again to my satisfaction and understanding. This was not my first dealings with this service center and I have enjoyed all visits. I live 35 five miles from this auto center, but I will continue to bring my vehicles to this service center.

Great experience. Was met with a smile and a very friendly hello. I also asked Chuck to check my tires to see if they would be safe for the winter driving season. He promptly check them and said they were good for the winter. My car was in the shop for around 30 minutes for the oil change. I was offered coffee and their waiting area is very comfortable. I really like that they have wi-fi available, so I can us my tablet while waiting. Overall, my experience at Holm Automotive is ALWAYS great. I brought my car in to have a tire checked. It was continuously low so I suspected there was an issue and feared I might even need a new tire. The staff was pleasant and the waiting area was well taken care of. Chuck immediately took my vehicle and I began passing the time working on school projects. While I was there I saw countless staff interact with the other patrons in the waiting area. They knew them by name, were polite, asked about their families and really made it a great space to work!After about an hour and a half Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle was ready. My tire had encountered a nail and was loosing the battle. Chuck got it all fixed for me and then, to my surprise, said there was no charge. For him that short amount of time I had waited was too long.

My car broke down on the side of the highway near, from what I could tell, nothing helpful. I saw Holm Automotive in the search for help near me. They were very friendly and helpful while I was sitting in my car. They had a tow service that came to get me very quickly so I didn't sit roadside for an inordinate amount of time.When we arrived at Holm, my car was taken in quickly because they knew I was travelling and had to be back on the road soon. It was a good experience in what could have been a really bad situation.

On my way to a hunting trip in Kansas, I had an auto accident in Abilene, KS. After the police showed up and filled out the accident report, my truck (F-150 King Ranch) was towed to Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, KS. Upon arrival at Holm I was shaken up with really no idea how I was going to get my truck dealt with or how I was even going to be able to continue my trip to the hunting lodge. After the tow truck dropped my truck at Holm I was greeted and very well taken care of by the staff at Holm (Dede Brunner in particular). They put me in a loaner car, met with an adjuster, promptly ordered the parts and lined up a rental car for me to pick up on my way back home from hunting. After my vehicle repairs were completed they went to the special effort to meet me half way!! great communitcation, service and my truck looks and drives better than ever. I wasn't given specific details concerning what multi-point inspection was going to be done or how much the oil change was going to cost prior to the service being done but overall it was a great experience. I was having a difficult time figuring out how to get my vehicle in for a service since I live over an hour away from the dealership. Chuck was incredibly helpful in assisting me with this by meeting me with another vehicle after hours. The scheduled maintence was performed and a Chuck even went above and beyond by checking on some issues he noticed that I hadn't so that my vehicle was safe for me once it was returned. During the Thanksgiving ice storm I ripped the rubber seal off of the back door of my Chevy Equinox when I forced the frozen door open. I could clearly envision driving down the highway with air whistling through the gap created. I was not happy. I drove the Equinox in to Holm Automotive on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Greg Bilderback addressed the problem, putting us back on the road in less than 15 minutes at no cost to us. That was a "Wow!" performance that left both my wife and I giggling with delight. Thanks for the holiday rescue!

I have owned many Muscle Cars over the years but never a Camaro. I was able to locate several Camaros on Auto Trader.com. I talked to several Dealers to learn more about these cars. Then I just happened to contact Holm Automotive Center to check on a 2011 SS Camaro located in Abilene, Kansas. I was connected with Mr Jeff Stephens. We had a great conversation. Jeff did his homework on the Camaro and we talked again. Jeff learned that the car had 2 places that needed some body work. Jeff ran a Carfax and the car had o accidents and a clean Title. Jeff had their Body Shop prepare quotes for the body work. My trust level increased each time we talked. By now I am quite interested in this car. We have kids and grandkids in Kansas City and Wichita. We were heading down to visit in a week. I just Retired at 65 and Barb Retired two years ago. I called Jeff and asked if he would hold the Camaro until l could to his Dealership. He walked out and put a HOLD for Mark Valen sign in the car as we were talking. I got to the Dealership. I was treated like a king by everyone there. I met Jeff and we went for a test drive. I purchased the Camaro. The Dealership delivered the car to our Daughters home in Andover, Kansas. I guessed that Jeff by the way he handled the sale was a veteran car salesman. Only to find out he was a semi truck driver and has only sold cars for a few months! I had a wonderful experience. Brought the Chevrolet Cruze in on a Tuesday morning for a rear end repair( a vehicle had backed into my car and left without any notification), with a separate item - a chip in the windshield. Rented a car from the dealership.Friday, I was called to let me know that the repair was complete. Picked up the car that afternoon, having thought that the car would not be ready until the following Monday. The appearance of the bumper, trunk lid, and air stream foil was super. The windshield chip was repaired as well.Many thanks.

Jeff did an excellent job in providing customer service. He was friendly and talked to me like he knew me for years. I don't like salesmen especially going to car dealerships and I was hesitant in going to Holms to look for a car. Jeff put me at ease right away with his friendly grin and politeness. He was genuine and didn't come across aggressive in having to meet his quota for selling cars. It's nice to be treated as a human being and not just a customer.Everyone was friendly.\ and that meant a lot to me. Corey was exceptionally friendly and down to earth. He was confident in providing the information we needed. Matt was wonderful. Enthusiastic - you could tell he loved his job.

On a return trip home from Colorado when our Honda Odyssey blew a tensioner and belt. Got the car to Holms automotive service and received prompt and professional service. They completed the needed repair, although it took two days due to ordering parts, rented me a car so we could return home, and did their best to keep the cost down.Every one of the four staff I dealt with were courteous, attentive, friendly, and professional.

Had very good initial contact with Jeff, very helpful in finding what I wanted. Corey though talks extremley fast for sure knows his job and acknowledges when a mistake are made. The problem was on delivery the Brand new truck looked like it had been detailed by my 8 year old. After bringing it back on Monday for the Simonize it still looked poor. The day I took initial possession I noticed it had a black bow tie on the back and yellow on the front. Jeremy seemed to shrug it off and again on Monday he told me it would cost me $115 to get them to match. It's a BRAND NEW $40000 truck they should match. I realize I'm just a soldier and not a high end client but still. I may go to Salina next time and maybe for service too.

I have never been a huge fan of auto dealerships (a necessary evil), but Jed, Pat and everyone else I encountered at Holm Automotive made me feel that there is hope. There aren't many car dealerships I'd happily visit during business hours... Actually there's probably only one, Holm Automotive. They have been up front (VERY important in my book), patient, flexible and worked hard to make sure I left with "the car" instead of a car. That's why I didn't visit with any other dealers after meeting with them. I also found that they market their vehicles AT value instead of above (another huge plus in my book). I don't plan to part with my Buick for a long time, but when I do I'll be going back Holm:)

We broke down in the middle of a road trip on our way home, only to have Holm tell us that it was so bad we might need a new car. It was a very stressful situation to be in, but Jamie really helped us through it. He put all the options on the table, including buying a new car there, but he didn't pressure us. In the end, he found a replacement engine for our car. He installed it and performed some other work to make sure the job was done right, and he stayed in the budget range he gave us. He showed genuine personal concern for us, and the car's been running great these two weeks since we got it back. Thanks Jamie! It's really too bad that our engine blew up on us, but by God's grace it happened just outside of Abilene. A very friendly regular customer even gave us a ride to and from the car rental place while we were waiting on the engine work. Thanks Kim Shaffer!

I lived in Abilene for 6 years and only went to Holm's once due to our vehicle at the business I worked at needed repairs. I never went there for any personal service or purchases. Now I wonder why I hadn't. We moved 6 months ago and decided to trade our car. We looked around and ended up at Holm's and had great service from our sales person Cale, with Jeff's help, to the business manager Corey. They worked with us in meeting our needs and we left happy customers. I've asked lots of questions over the years about leasing and never got it explained like Jeff explained it. Made sense and we went for it. We will definitely be back. (Especially for our service jobs.)
