Holman Cadillac is amazing. I can always depend on everyone there to be honest and trustworthy. And everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have an older vehicle, but I know I can depend on the mechanics at Holman to keep my car safe and running. I love the video they send us of the car inspection, I love knowing exactly what is happening with my car. I appreciate all that Holman does, even down to the sanitizing mist, and washing my car. I love Holman’s service so much, that I will definitely make sure I buy my next car from Holman so that I can continue coming here for service, always. The service agent(s) took his time explaining everything I asked about my car. He was patient and considerate about my concerns. All of my issues were covered in a professional way. I felt my baby (car) was in good hands and my trust was maintained.

Every time I come to Holman, they treat me respectfully. They open doors and ask if I need water. They are always doing their best to get you in and out as quick as possible, but they never make you feel rushed!

Everyone was so polite, thoughtful, and safe. My overall experience with all three people Zach, a woman with dark shoulder length hair, and the finance guy, my apologies for not remembering their names, were all very helpful and thoughtful.

We had great sales experience at Holman. Our sales agent was Jules and he was extremely attentive, followed up on our questions and had our car delivered to our house in PA because some open recall work needed to be completed before we could take deliver of it. The website had accurate pricing and multiple pictures of the vehicle and the CarFax was immediately available for reference- all of which were strong factors in choosing to consider purchasing the vehicle from Holman. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was presented in excellent condition, freshly detailed and all of the service history was available to review. Again, these were all contributing factors in choosing to purchase there. Having been to some other dealerships- this was not always the case. There was no pressure regarding making a purchase and during the sales process, we were offered a competitive financing rate (they reviewed multiple offerings for us) and we chose to go with securing the loan through Holman (having already reviewed some financing options on our own beforehand). All in all, it was great sale experience and Jules was a very personable sales rep and he and the rest of the staff did a great job. The transparency through out the process was refreshing (pricing, anticipated fees, car's condition, etc).
