First time lease. After putting down $8000 down I saw an ad for $50 less than my lease with $2000 down for an ATS. I wanted an SRX but was told it was more than my budget. The same add a month after I leased was within my budget for an SRX. Now I'm stuck with this lease and a car I hate. My sales person never gave us options or explained different leasing plans. They saw us coming. Not trustworthy.

I was at the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I walked the showroom for about 10 minutes and didn't even get greeted. The girls behind the desk at the door didn't even say hello or anything to me. I was wearing my work clothes. I guess since I didn't look like I had money bags in tow that I wasn't even important enough to greet so i still looked around and for about another twenty minutes and there was an office that had about 3-4 salesman in it and still no one greeted me. I was there with every intention to purchase a CTS-V. I am going elsewhere. Just because someone doesn't look like they don't have any money doesn't mean they don't. I will not return to this dealership. I will go elsewhere and hopefully I will get great service.

I was there looking at cars and walking around with every intention to buy a car. Not one salesman came to greet me or say hello. I was there 20 to 30 minutes. I wasn't even looking at cheap cars. I had every intention on purchasing a 2016 CTS-V. There was an office with 3-4 salesman in it. I walked by them several times and still no greetings. I got frustrated and left. I guess if you don't look like an important business man with cash falling out of your pockets you are nothing. Just because i was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and jeans because I came straight from work and was there at 1:30pm doesn't mean I do not have money. I have news, i was going to purchase a CTS-V cash. Good job. Lost my sale. I'm going elsewhere.

It was an incredible experience. Chris offered excellent customer service. I would recommend Holman Cadillac to the entire world. You guys offer an excellent family atmosphere. I have yet to meet anyone in the service department, however I do remember once before the Dealership was Dedimone Cadillac it felt very much like home as it does now. Sincerely Dr. Cleon Williams.

I've been a customer of this dealership for six years I've always been treated like I'm important and valued. I've taken both my cadillacs here for service and one of them was purchased at a different dealer and they've done excellent maintenance service and repair work on my cars. I've always been satisfied. I've actually taken my car there without an appointment and it was repaired in a timely manner

Our used 2006 Cadillac CTS was recently serviced at Holman Cadillac in Mount Laurel , NJ. We received excellent service and the peace of mind knowing that highly trained GM mechanics worked on our car. The car now runs better than ever!! The service manager John Craig communicated with us from start to finish and was very professional. He provided us with the best customer service and we thank him. We simply could not have had a better car buying experience. Our salesperson, Tony, was honest, helpful and a professional in the truest sense of the word. After a month of research and shopping online, we found the perfect car at the perfect price at Holman Cadillac. Since we live in Baltimore, we did most of the preliminary work before we set foot in the dealership, and Tony made it easy. We arrived at Holman at 10.30 this morning, inspected and test drove the car, and by noon we were on our way home in our new car. Everyone we met at Holman Cadillac was exceptional in every way. I could not recommend a car dealership more highly. I'll gladly drive from Baltimore to New Jersey to buy my next car from these guys!

Used Vehicle was in exact condition as promised. It was thouroughly examined by the dealership. I drove 5 hours to pick it up so i would have been very disturbed if it was not in good condition. Prompt and courteous service was provided by all.

I went in to purchase a car there and the dealer was closing. I was told don't worry about it come back when we reopen and we will have the car ready. Then I received a phone call from the rep only to tell me someone was there at 9am when they open and "sorry" for the mix up but the car was sold to someone else. I asked about putting money down the day I was there but they said don't worry. This is NOT how you treat customers and this was the 2nd time I had bought a car there. Not the sales reps fault but the manager who denied every knowing about this. Find another dealership!

We just bought a CTS from Noel at this dealership and had the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. The dealership is very nice and clean with a huge waiting room. The staff are all very friendly. Noel was extremely helpful and awesome to work with through the whole process. We drove off the lot getting a great deal for our trade in and leaving with the exact car we wanted for a great price!!!

I recently purchased a Cadillac CTS and dealt with Alan Gorman. He couldn't have been any more knowledgeable about the product and process and was very helpful and courteous throughout the purchase. He took his time showing all the features in the car and made me feel as if I was his only customer. He made the whole buying process very enjoyable and would certainly make me come back to Holman again for my next car.

I had an agreement with your company through a former salesman named Tim Rivas. I'd decided to return my 2008 STS at lease end and purchase a 2011 STS, instead. But, then the idea of Corvettes came to mind and I began exploring possibilities. You had a Corvette convertible I was interested in, but timing wasn't quite right since I had another month left on my lease. Still, no problem, the ad sheets were full of Corvettes sitting around for months waiting for a deal. Rivas offered to pay half my monthly lease fee, so I figured it wouldn't be so bad to eat the other half. So I took the deal, only to find out that he reneged, meaning Holman reneged! I did not renege and I still fully expect Holman to live up to their bargain. Unfortunately, while rushing through the paperwork as the dealership was closing that Friday night, I neglected to make certain the contract so specified Holman's commitment to pay half ($425.00) the lease payment. Since the lease company for the STS and finance company for the Corvette are the same (Ally), I assumed everything was okay until Ally began calling me for additional payments, including $150.00 for a key fob that I personally handed to Tim's boss (Gary West). Ally holds me responsible even though my ability to control this transaction ended with my handoff to you. I have spoken to your finance manager (Michael Wolfinger) who could not resolve this issue. Repeated calls to Gary West have never once been returned (last time was today). I will never phone him again. I guess I got a bit too complacent, lulled by the outstanding quality of the last two Cadillac dealerships I purchased cars from who went overboard to fulfill every agreement. I guess with your company it's back to the: "Let the buyer beware" philosophy of sales. I will never contact you again, however, I will post this comment on every message board and rating site I can find. If it prevents one customer from being so duped, I will feel justified. I hope it's lots!!!

Sale was handled very provessionally. I initially made contact via the internet and Tim responded in kind which was a big time saver for me. When we actually went to the dealership he had the right car for us to test drive. In addition our trade in was handled very fairly.

My salesman Tim Rivas made my new car purchase experience easy and stress-free. I currently own five cars, and I have purchased, sold and leased many cars in my lifetime. I love cars but I normally hate the buying experience. Tim worked hard to make the process easy. He let me test drive the car with no pressure, and when it came time to discuss price he didn't play games. I told him what I wanted to pay and with very little back and forth we made a deal. When I came to pick up the car it was clean and ready to go. All the paperwork was completed and all I had to do was sign and drive. I would absolutely recommend Tim and Holman Cadillac.
