Always Great Service! Absolutely no complaints. I love the videos you receive from the tech before your vehicle is returned. Its a great added feature that saves time. I Value my Time!!! Mike and Sylvia are always Great! I trust my vehicle will be thoroughly taken care of and that I'm not being cheated. Most of my visits are for routine service so I trust the technicians are highly skilled as well although I haven't had any direct interactions with them. I had a great experience. The oversight of an additional repair was not mentioned prior to the completion of the reason for my visit. When I got in the car there was a paper on the dash. I responded to an experience questionnaire and I was immediately issued an apology for the oversight and. Christine stated 10% will be taken off when I return to have the suggested alignment completed on 11/14/2020. She is the best!! I just hope that mentioning the oversight does not get her into any trouble. I appreciate Christine's attentiveness and down to earth personality. She's truly an asset to the company.

Great place for factory maintenance. Service Writers are great and work is thorough. Only drawback was the told me when I arrived to pickup the car that it was getting washed. Doesn't take an hour to wash a car. In reality, although I had a previous appointment, I believe the didn't begin the oil change until I arrived. Tough it you had plans to be somewhere. However, ignoring that issue, everything else is super positive. I'll report again on my next visit.

I sent an online inquiry to them about the QX60. Greg answered within minutes, sent me an email and kept following through. I didn't want the hassles of back and forth price fighting, o I was upfront about that Greg quickly called me back and gave me great numbers not just good! I told him I would be by and he even sent me the link to apply for credit so it would all be done. What a fast, easy and professional experience. I highly recommend Greg Zappley, the rest of the staff we dealt with was great too!!! You will not be disappointed.

I leased a JX35 (that's what it was called when it first came out) for 39 months. My salesperson was Sal DeRose. Sal seemed like a nice guy, but he forgot to mention a few things at the point of sale. First, I had no idea that there would be a "disposition fee" at the time I turned in my JX. I know now that it's common for car companies to charge this fee, but I leased from a different car company before and was never charged this fee. I was told that I should have read the contract (which I'm sure almost nobody does). The fact is that any honest salesperson gives you a rundown on each page as you sign it and this fee was never mentioned. On top of that, Infiniti offers 2 options for service agreements, I chose the better one at the time of the signing. I was told that the only things not covered were wipers and tires. I found out at my third service appointment that I was enrolled in the service package which only included oil changes. I was livid! The dealership basically told me it was my word against his. Poor service and dishonest sales tactics left a bad taste in my mouth. I had many other small issues with the service department which are too lengthy too mention. I know that this dealership gets a lot of good reviews, but they really do push you to review them just after the point of sale, which I'm sure most people do. I will tell you that I would have written a good review at that point. Trust me when I tell you that they give the impression that they have your best interests in mind but once you sign on the dotted line your satisfaction is not their main concern.

I've purchased many cars over the years and without a doubt this was the best experience to date. From the first phone call I realized something was different about this dealership. Sal DeRose was extremely personable and made my son and I very comfortable. The "process" necessary to purchase a car was easy going with a distinct lack of pressure. We (since the car is my son's purchase with a little help from Mom and Dad) ended up with a 2011 g37 coupe that is absolutely mint. We were preparing to leave with our car after completing the entire transaction and realized that the car was missing mats. Even though we had already signed that "we owe nothing" slip, clearly releasing Holman from anything further action, three days later a brand new set arrived at our front door. You just don't get that kind of treatment elsewhere typically. We live over an hour from Holman, but I can say without a doubt it was worth the drive. The entire Holman experience was terrific. That was the price I paid when it was all said and done, no funny business. I was in and out with my M37x in about an hour. The car is beautiful and runs like a dream. I found a 2013 G37s Coupe listed on eBay. The car was priced well so I called the dealership and was put through to Sal. There wasnt much more he could do on the price but treated me very well. The transaction was straigth forward and very quick. Showed up with my G37x leased car and left with my new coupe within an hour. I waited to write a review to make sure my lease went back ok without any problems. Sure enough, the disposition fee still came through even though I bought another Infiniti. it is exceedingly rare for me to make review bc i am busy, but they deserve it. i bought a 2010 G37 2 weeks ago. The sales guy was bill worthington. he was nice and knowledgable about his cars. I told him what i was looking for, and what other vehicle makes i was comparing. i told him what was important to me. He quickly showed me a g37 that fit the bill. within hours of leaving, he called me to tell me that the car was sold within an hour of me leaving, but he had a comparable. i went back a couple of days later, liked the car and bought it. on a side note, i traded in my 11 year old car, and rcvd what i considered a very fair price. i would have been happy to get what they offered to me on the open private market, and without the associated FUN of having people come to my home and insult me/waste my time. The manager in that department was Tim Rivas (sp). I tool the car back 4 days later so that they could put new wiper blades on for me. The service department was super! My contact there was Rebecca (sp). they washed the car, and all is good. There was another nice saleman who helped Bill help me, sal DeRose, who was also super. bottom line, probably the best "new" car buying experience i have had to date, and i am almost 50 years old.

We worked with Chad on purchasing a pre-owned 2013 Infiniti G37. I am very happy with the car but sales process could have been much better. The negotiations of our trade in took forever and we were disappointed in the typical car saleman BS with making ridiculous low-ball trade-in offers. They specifically referenced items in the carfax report that we later found out did not appear. This was used to give us less than what was fair for our trade. He also told us the car we were purchasing was a "fleet vehicle" and when we took it to another Infiniti dealer they looked into it in more detail and said it was a rental car vehicle not a fleet vehicle, which was backed up by paperwork found stuffed behind the glove box. Once we agreed on a price I specifically asked for a new license plate given my current one was damaged and was told no problem, that they would take care of that. I had to follow up 3 times and finally the last time I followed up he blamed my husband saying the "cost for a new plate was $200.00 through them and he told me not to order it". Once again a total lie. I just ordered a new one myself today for $7.50. I really don't appreciate the dishonesty and hassle, but overall happy with my vehicle and Infiniti.

BEST in the business... what more can I say? I am a new car nut... which means this Infiniti marks my 37th new car purchase. I have bought everything from Hondas Accords, to pick-up trucks, to a new Quattroporte. I have been to many, many, many new car dealers. This was one of the smoothest ever. I was given an amazing price a new FX35 Limited Edition (rare model). I was give a very fair trade value. I was treated with respect, and my time was not wasted. Things were crazy at the office, and we were getting ready to leave for a weekend trip, so Emily and Bill arranged to have my new FX delivered to my office. I signed, they picked up my trade, and I was on my way. I don't write recommendations too often... but these guys are good. I will be back! Thanks Emily, Bill and Joe!

Great experience with this dealership. I was very close to buying a car from autolenders and figured I'd give Infiniti a shot. This dealership is over an hour from my home but the price on the used cpo g37x was very good. The first thing Jim promised was getting my 7-8% from autolenders down to 2.9%! Than Jim promised the car was in great shape and they have the best prices in the area. After doing more research the price was definitelyy the best. I went the hour drive to check out if this was all going to be correct. Once I got there unfortunately the finance company was closed for Infiniti but Jim assured me we would be fine. We did all the paperwork and took care of the price which was identical to what he said it would be. Since they couldn't have everything approved I couldn't take the car that night. Jim said he would call me the following day ASAP to let me know. Jim called me in the morning when he got the info and everything was approved and told me he was going to deliver the car. He conviently brought the car to my job on my lunch break which was over an hour away, the paperwork was identical to what he said and I signed and the car was great! I am still happy about this purchase and will definitely go back too this dealer and jim

Dennis Smith as the salesman was terrific. The experience was great. I had a special order car and it took 4 months to get but when it came it was clearly worth the wait.The atmosphere in the dealership was not high pressure but they seemed to make you want the extras that were available since they made sense. They explained why these extras were not included in the price as they are in competitors and it made sense. I believe I got a reasonable deal but the car is what I wanted.This is the second car we have gotten from this salesman and I would definitely go back to him for another car if the car he was selling was what I wanted.

From the very first email correspondence with Sal he was very prompt yet not pushy with his responses. He described the product accurately, and offered many options for us to view the vehicle as we live 2 hours away. He even offered to bring the vehicle to us. After reviewing our options of trucks he simply laid out our options with a very fair deal for either one and did not try to influence our decision at all. Delivery was very timely and smooth. The customer service I received when I brought my FX-35 to Holman Infiniti far surpasses any other dealership. Lou Castro made my experience a very pleasant one. His top-notch customer service and geniune smile made my day! He took me through the service process smoothly and without the pains of making me wait all day. I had an early morning meeting, so coming in at 7:15am and Lou being ready to get me in and out really helped me out.I will definitely refer Lou to my family and friends if they are looking for a new vehicle. Recently my 2006 G35X was in your shop to correct a wheel finish problem. Lou Castro immediately identified the problem and offered a solution. To my surprise the wheels turned out like new. Even though I did not purchase the car from Holman all of my service experiences with Holman have been the best I have ever encountered in over forty years of car ownership. I drove in as the unhappy owner of a 2011 Ford Taurus and was somewhat interested in a G37. Bill Worthington greeted me, showed me the G37, and offered me the opportunity to take one for a test drive. Great car, but then came the matter of finding a way to get me out of a 6 month old "new" car, yet make the finacial transaction reasonable. Bill offered me a number of options, and in short order, I drove off in a a 2011 G37X. I found Bill and Holman to fair, reasonable and easy to work with. I would recomend Bill and Holman Infinity to anyone interested in an Infiniti.

I was by my Daughters side as she purchased her first Luxury Vehicle. The salesmen, Bill made us feel right at home and answered a million questions very informatively. The finance manager, Dexter was very patient as we negotiated the sale. At service for our FREE Oil Change we were greeted by other Holman Employees, escorted into service. I have been using this dealership for the past 5-6 years, and Regina just makes me feel so welcome. I love seeing her when I walk in the door. After trying unsucessfully to get my FX35 fixed in Pennsylvania, Infiniti corporation suggested I take my car to Holman. Not only did they correctly diagnosed the problem they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in the best working condition before it was delivered to me. Last year I purchased a new car from this dealership and decided to give the infiniti service department in Ardmore another go. What a mistake. Three months later May 31st 2011 I took my car to Holman for a big service only to find out that Ardmore failed to fix the allignment of my car in spite of repeated visits and calls with the service manager after the allignment was done in March 2011. I am so happy with my car today. It drives beautifully, the steering is alligned, and for the first time in months I enjoy driving my car. I have a sense of confidence that my car will be maintained for optimal performance with Holman Infiniti. The location is not convenient. Jason did an excellent job working with these restrictions and made the service more accomodating to me. I am back to stay. Great Job.

From the time I walked into the service department the staff was committed to helping me and getting the correct info. Everything was explained about why a specific service should be performed, the price was given without my asking. A very easy proceedure. I was even walked to my car at the time of pick up because it was not in front of the service door!!!

5/25/2011- Visit to Holman Infiniti dealer Maple Shade to get service on 08 G-35 to get service/replacement of some flawed interior parts, appointment which was made on 5/20/2011 when I spoke with service Rep Lou Castro,who handled my concerns regarding service parts needing replacement in a truly professional and caring manner.He was specific in addressing exactly what had to be done, down to each part that would be required, the approximate time it would take,and the use of a loaner vehicle for my convenience until my car was ready. Since becoming the owner of a Infiniti vehicle I have had only super excellent experiences at Holman Infiniti all of which I contribute to the outstanding customer service of real a professional and class A gentleman Lou Castro. I drove off the lot exactly two weeks ago,today, with my CPO '08 Infiniti FX35. I actually contained my excitement because I guess I was in shock over how effortless the whole process was. I don't think I really believed I was actually going to purchase a car at all considering I spent some time at Infiniti of Ardmore where everybody who was somebody at that place thanked me for being there and insured they would do everything to make a deal happen, however, no deal was made. Not so at Holman. From the time I called to set up an appointment, until I drove off the lot, I felt very good about my purchase. Chris Schwartz was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle as well as the history of Holman. He encouraged me to ask questions and insured that I wouldn't be a bother if questions would arise at a later date. I wasn't inundated with a whole lot of pontificating about why I should buy there, either. I appreciated that! I didn't feel the least bit pressured or anxious. What I was looking for, I found at Holman. I tell everybody who will listen whether they are thinking of buying or not about my experience at Holman. Holman's service department is top-notch. I have leased two FX's from Holman's and always gotten great treatment. Now that I have purchased the second FX, I am finding that they still treat me as a valued customer.I usually work with Jason Schmitz. He has alway been a real professional: friendly, honest, dependable. He's also given me good advice on how to handle repairs--from autobody work to tires to general maintenance.I have had a Cadillac and a Lexus, and my experience with those dealerships sometimes could have been better. But Holman is consistent. From the receptionist at the front desk to the service people, everyone is polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Excellent service and an overall good experience.- Someone came out into the parking lot to greet me and expedite the experience- I was then greeted by Lou Castro who was warm, competent, and courteous. Great attitude.- Loaner car was clean and drove nicely.- I was called to let me know my car was ready (ahead of time), but no rush in picking it up. That was up to when it fit into my day's schedule, I was told by Lou.- When I picked it up people were all so friendly, right down to the employee who offered to watch my dog until I could check out.Overall outstanding experience. There are a lot of very comfortable, high performing cars out there, so it then comes down to where the service is best. Holman Infiniti get a Bravo from me !!!

Holman Infiniti is one of, if not the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2007 G35 coupe a few months ago at a dealership in New York City and was tired of their poor service and demeanor. I've brought my car into Holman several times for seemingly trivial little things and they were taken care of under warranty, no questions asked, even things that I thought would not be covered such as condensation in my headlights and burnt out bulbs. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Lou Castro every time I've come in, he's always been completely understanding of my issues and always willing to work with me.Despite the fact that I may be moving to North Jersey soon, Holman is the only dealership I'll take my Infiniti to for service purely based on the fact that the people in their service department are so great, I've never left here unhappy. I didn't even purchase my car here, and now sort of wish I had.

My last 4 service appointments were with Lou Castro. He has been very helpful and clearly explains what has to be done to keep my vehicle running well. I especially appreciate the detail given as to why a certain service needs to be addressed. Learning and understanding my car's mechanical operation is of extreme importance to me. I have worked with Lou for my infinti's service for over 7 years. He is an outstanding service advisor. I have had some issues with my first infiniti that I owned due to the previous owners treatment to the vehicle. He had executed and fixed every problem I had with the vehicle. I had kept the vehicle the longest i have ever held a car. Lou had worked at the old Holman at egg harbor holman infiniti. I lived in philly and had brought the vehicle there only because I wanted to specifically work with Lou. Not to say that the other Holman dealerships didn't do a good job with service or sales. He did such an execellent job that I had purchased a brand new infiniti last year specically because of the outstanding service i had recieved from Lou at Holman infiniti. I am a BMW fan but bought another infiniti specically because i wanted the continue to work with Lou and his service team and dealership.

Holman Infiniti is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I brought a G convertible a few months ago at another dealership and was fed up with their terrible service. I decided to bring my car to Holman at 3600 miles and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The service provided at Holman is definitely top notch - I was having problems with my rear rotors at 6000 miles (squealing) and initially Holman machined both the rear rotors and brake pads. After that did not solve the problem, they offered to replaced both my rear rotors and brake pads under warranty. Just recently I was having issues with my Retractable Hard Top, and it was found that one of the mechanical parts were bent (probably caused by the first dealership when they serviced my hard top twice). Holman once again stood by my side and offered to replace the part under warranty. My greatest experience with Infiniti so far is not the car itself, but the fact that I found a great dealership such as Holman. It has been a headache since owning my G convertible but I know I can relied on Holman to fix all the problems.

Lou Castro has proven to be very accomdating and helpful when I come in for service. Couldn't ask for anyone nicer and or more gracious and anixous to get the job done and please the client. Brian Lennox was the tech, don't know him but the car was left clean and in perfect condition right down to the "shower cap" covering the steering wheel, gotta love that. The women at the reception desk were helpful and on the job. Happy with everything. It is a good sign that I am only in for regular "check ups" because that means the car and service are great.

I had the best car dealership experience when I purchased the 2008 Tribeca from Sean Connoly on 2/28/2011. I haven't purchased many cars. A subaru and a mazda before this one. But I must say that when I arrived late that rainy evening to see the car, I was greeted my the general manager who said to me as I walked in "Are you here for the Subaru?" Sean was extremely helpful from the first e-mail I wrote to the dealership. When the car photos didn't make it yet to the Holman website, Sean went out to the lot and took photos from his cell phone and sent them to me. He also was available after his regular shift to answer questions that I had.Sean made sure to keep the car in the garage so the rain wouldn't make impair my observation of the car. The Tribeca was in great condition and I'm pleased with the quality of the car, of course. But the customer service that I received really made it all worth my drive from Middletown, NJ to Maple Shade to buy the car.My wife can't be more happier now that she's driving the SUV. And like Sean told me... "A happy wife is a happy life."Thanks Holman Infiniti!

While purchasing a car should be an exciting experience, just the thought of visiting a dealsership usually causes anexity. Not so at Holman! From past experience I am generally weary of dealerships. I worked with Sean Connolly and from start to finish Sean's service was exceptional. He made the process seamless and actually stopped to listen and understand my needs. On the night that I came to pick up my vehicle I was running late as the dealership was closing, Sean walked out and stood at the gate to ensure that I would not be locked out and that I could pick up my vehicle. This is just one example of Sean's willingness to consistently exceed my expectations. Sean was preapared when I arrived and the entire paperwork process only took 20 minutes. Emily was very accommodating and provided a no nonsense, very thorough, down to earth approach to getting me the information and answers I needed in a timely manner. My husband needed a suv for the winter as our daughter took our suv to college this year. Michael had his eye on the ex 35, We walked into Holman in dec and a week later we purchased the automobile. Our salesperson was the reason we purchased at Holman. Sean was low pressure and very knowledgable. He was very personable without being pushy. My wife and I went to look at the G series. George Parker came out and greeted us in the lot. We told him we didn't know much about the vehicle so he went over everything including taking a test drive in several cars so we could see how the different models handled. First thing we liked about George was at no time did he pressure us into buying any of the vehicles. In the end we really liked the G37. There was no going back and forth over the price wasting hours of our time just in and out and now we have a great car we are both happy with. Had a question on the paint finish on my new Infinti G37. I contacted the Service Department and was directed to Lou Castro. Lou could not have been more friendly and helpful. He consulted with both the Service Manager and body department. They corrected the problem free of charge and gave me a loaner car to use while they addressed the situation. They even offered to pick up the loaner at my house since I was going out of town. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I also bought floor mats at the parts department and Greg Romano was super friendly and again ensured I was completely happy with my purchase as well as offered advise on maintaining the car.

I just leased a 2010 G37X and had the best experience ever. I selected my vehicle from the inventory on the dealer's website and requested a quote on Saturday evening. I received a call on Monday morning from Emily, the Internet Coordinator. She quoted a great price and provided a breakdown of all the costs. Holman beat all the local dealers by far so I drove 48 miles to make the deal. When I walked through the door, Steve Neczypor greeted me by name although I hadn't spoken to him. Impressive! He took me for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features of the car. I completed the necessary paperwork and made arrangements to pick up the car the next day. Steve offered to pick me up from the train station since I was coming straight from work in NY. Nice! After picking me up Steve went over all of the car's features again. When we arrived at the dealership all paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was then taken to the Finance Manager's office to complete the transaction. Joe was pleasant and presented additional options to me. There was no hard sell and Joe remained pleasant although I declined everything but the basic oil change package. I have to admit that I was bracing myself for the surprise throughout the process but it never came. Everyone was friendly and professional and they delivered exactly what they sold me over the phone. There were no hassles at all. I highly recommend Holman Infinti. The staff changed my opinion of car dealers and the car buying process.

When I originally started shopping for an Infiniti I emailed many dealerships in several states in search of a used Infiniti. Sean was one of the very few to take the time to call me in response to one of my email inquiries. When I decided to purchase a new Infiniti instead of a used one I remembered that. That's why I made the hour plus drive passing by two other Infiniti dealerships to see Sean at Holman Infinity. My experience at the dealership was the best experience I had with any of the dealerships I had visited over the past few months. Sean was honest and straightforward. At no point did I feel any sense of sales pressure or dishonesty. After spending a few minutes at the dealership I wanted to buy a car from them. My only complaint is they are located too far away for me to get my service done there. I highly recommend Holman Infiniti. I was looking for a certified pre owned Infiniti through the internet and came upon Holman Infiniti nearly 100 miles away from where I live. I contacted the dealership via email and received a response later that day. I was contacted by their sales representative: Sean Connolly. After asking several questions over email, Sean responded honestly and accurately. I scheduled to meet with him earlier the following week as this was no short trip for me. When I walked into the dealership I happened to catch Sean walking by. He immediately attended to me and had the car brought down for a test drive. The only real defect on the car was noticed by my fiance: shifter knob that was scratched up from the previous owner. After letting Sean know, he reassured us that it would be taken care of. After a pleasing drive we went in to discuss the particulars. From the beginning, Sean was honest, straightforward and a man of his word. We discussed several things and came up with an agreeable situation for both sides. Sean provided total disclosure during the process. Not once did he try to sneak a fee or hidden charge and he did not try to pass me off to another dealership representative. My entire transaction took place from the comfort of his work area. After completing the paperwork we went outside to view the vehicle and Sean, being a man of his word, replaced the shifter knob with a brand new one. Throughout the entire process Sean never pushed or prodded. It was completely relaxed and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I received a very good deal on a beautiful vehicle. Where shall I beginFriendliness while this appears third in the survey I feel this is the one area in which my internet Coordinator, Emily Salamone went beyond the call of duty. Two weeks prior to purchasing my vehicle I contacted Emily to get a price quote as I was considering purchasing a new Infiniti. I was met with a swift response with detailed and valid information on pricing and financing. When asked when I would like to purchase the vehicle, I replied I wish I had a month ago. I recently purchased a vehicle from another foreign automaker and was in the process of terminating my relationship with my local dealer and returning my car due to poor customer service. Understanding my situation, Emily was able to provide concise and accurate information on my purchase options given the circumstances. After working diligently with me for 10 days sharing over 30 phone calls & emails, I was able to get approved for my 2010 Infiniti G37 Coupe Anniversary Edition. When speaking of price, Dexter Woodley was able to provide me a generous estimated trade-in value for my current vehicle as well as negotiate with Infiniti finance on my behalf to qualify for tier 1 lease option. Being a recent graduate degree recipient, buying my first car is a big deal and because of Dexters hard work I was able to lease my dream car with a comfortable monthly payment. Winning in price was a significant reason for me choosing Holman, because of Holmans many decades of service they were able to offer very attractive lease options that beat out any dealer between New Jersey and Florida (Believe me I checked). I bought my first Infinit in 2003. It was a G35 6Mt sedan. After an initial contact with the internet representative with whom I negotiated a price and accepted the financing he offered which was .001% less than the financing I had prepared, Kevin Lombardi took over the rest of the transaction. He handled the test drive, delivery of the vehicle, instructions and directions on how to use the features of the car. He was the first car sales representative I had ever felt so comfortable with. He was clearly a driving enthusiast and I was impressed with his overall knowledge about automobiles and his enthusiasm for the Infinitis. I bought a car with a manual transmission because I like spirited driving and the control and feedback that only come from driving stick. We had a lot to talk about and he pointed me toward some excellent web sites for Infiniti lovers. My wife and I both enjoyed the car and the time we spent with Kevin. We have crossed paths several times when I brought in my Infiniti for service and it has always been a pleasure to chat with Kevin. Anyway, I expected to keep my G35 for a few more years but sadly, disk problems with my neck and back have made driving my beloved 6MT a source of physical pain so I had to accept that it was time to trade it in for an automatic. Normally I would have bought a new Infiniti but I have a deposit on a Tesla Model S electric car currently scheduled to hit the streets in 2012 so I just needed a car to get me through a few more years when I will take delivery of the Tesla. I was very pleased when I contacted Holman in search of a used G35 automatic and Kevin was the person who responded. I came out on a Saturday afternoon and had a good time looking at the cars on the lot and driving a few with Kevin. I didn't find an Infiniti equipped the way I wanted, but I did spy a great looking 2003 Mercedes Benz CLK 500. It was getting quite late in the afternoon and the lot was shutting down but Kevin was happy to show me the car and let me give it a spin in the open areas behind the buildings. It was probably a more free wheeling ride than I could have conducted on public streets. Well, I loved the car, Kevin put together a fair deal and we were ready to go. My only reservation was the interest rate on the financing Holman offered. Monday I procured more favorable financing on the internet. Kevin answered with a better financing deal than originally offered. It wasn't quite as good as what I arranged for myself, but the difference only amounted to a few dollars a month so I took the loan through Wells Fargo that Holman arranged. Monday night my wife and I met up with Kevin, inked the deal and we were off in a pristine, 2003 Mercedes with only 38000 miles on it. It is extremely comfortable for me to drive albeit a bit surreal. I never imagined myself in a Benz but I couldn't pass it up. One more thing that worked out well. Kevin strongly suggested I consider the potential cost of service on a MB should anything go wrong and offered an extended warranty. I normally don't go for extra warranties but I felt Kevin was correct and sincere in his representation so I took the coverage even though it added almost $2000 to the price tag. I think he knew that I would normally be reticent to take the insurance and bet on the car having problems but I trust him and his rational made good sense so I agreed. I think he did me a big favor because over the past few days the air conditioning has been acting peculiar. I didn't expect to need the coverage perhaps ever, but certainly not in a little over a month. I have to thank him for being serious and making a compelling argument for the warranty. Looks like he was right on. My entire experience with my trade in and used car purchase was a complete pleasure. The result wasn't what I envisioned when I set out on that Saturday, but I'm extremely happy and was treated extremely well by Kevin and Holman Infiniti once again. It's really nice to have a dealership and a sales person I feel comfortable with and trust. Nothing against Infiniti but I'm looking forward to getting a Tesla. I'm intrigued with the new technology and want to be an early adopter. I hope to see electric Infinitis on the roads in the near future. If that day comes, and I hope it does, I'll be heading for Holman again. One more thing, I think I am going to hang onto the Benz for a long time. We have a one car garage and really only need one car but I'm smitten with it so I'll need to get monthly parking so I can keep it as long as they still sell gasoline in America. My wife and I visited Holman to test drive the EX35. Left that same day without being hassled or pressured into making a decision...this was the first time I experienced such a pleasant trip to a dealership. Steve knows his cars and couldn't be more friendly. During our test drive he made sure we understood how the technology under the hood helped differentiate Infiniti from the rest of the pack. We ended up with the FX35 for the roomier interior. The financial piece was a breeze and afterwards Steve personally walked over every feature, showed us the "ins and outs", helped program our seat settings and Bluetooth, set our radio stations to local favorites (he knew what music we listened to) and most of all he made this experience as simple as possible. I would absolutely recommend Holman Infiniti to anyone in the market for a luxury brand car. Make sure you ask for Steve as you will not be disappointed.

Friendly, yes. Professional, yes. Looking to charge you for unnecessary service and repairs? Yes, also. I have serviced two leased Infiniti's through this dealer for a total of six years and now won't buy another Infiniti because I won't want to service it there. On multiple occasions, I caught the service advisor giving me inaccurate or false information with the purpose of selling me services that were not necessary. On one occasion, they recommended changing the transmission fluid at 30,000 miles. I questioned this, asking whether the manufacturer recommends this. I was told yes. Doubting this, I looked further into it and found that the manufacturer recommends a change at 30k if you are on the "severe usage" service schedule (frequently below freezing or extremely hot desert driving). I live in New Jersey. The same service advisor recommended changing brakes, indicating a particular measurement being below the acceptable level. I agreed to do it. When I got the paperwork, I noted that in the mechanic's own report the levels were not in the "watch" or "must service" tolerance, but were listed as acceptable. When I questioned the advisor, she explained that he must have made a typo. Thanks, Holman, you lost Infiniti and yourselves a customer. I'm so far very happy with my new dealer.
