Trading in my car at Holmes Honda was a great experience! AJ Miller helped me out so much, breaking everything down in detail. He had answers to ALL of my questions. Made me feel comfortable throughout the process and has even checked in with me after to be sure I'm still happy! He was extremely helpful. Ali, the lady who handles the insurance, also made things so easy on me. Christopher handled the finance part nicely, I am just thankful for Holmes Honda and all of the customer service they provided me. AJ is very thorough, I would highly suggest going to him for all of your car questions and concerns!

My wife and I were in the market for new cars . I always knew Hondas were a great product . So, I started out searching . My first encounter came with Page McKinney, their Custumer Relations Manager. (Who contacted me back right away.) She then referred me to a very professional but yet friendly and personal saleswoman by the name of Karen Barnes. Can't say enough about her professionalism. She introduced us to the manager Mr. Kane who was also very upbeat and professional. They listened as we hammered out our wants and needs. Holmes was fair with our trades. The buying experience was smooth and we were able to laugh and cut up along the way. I would highly recommend seeing Ms. Karen Barnes for your car needs. Thanks y'all !

We attended the Honda workshop and I wanted to give a shout out to one of your newer salesman, Lenny Streeter. Mr. Streeter stayed late to help us learn the Navigation system. He was suppose to get off at a certain time but instead, insisted on staying with us until all of our questions were answered. We looked to purchase a Honda Pilot here in El Dorado but couldn't get anyone to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Whether I'm purchasing, leasing, or having my CRV serviced, the experience is always GREAT! You are greeted immediately, always with a smile. Everyone is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. Honda products are extremely dependable, stylish, and have many safety features. Getting my CRV serviced is easy. Normally I only go in for routine maintenance, but any problems are dealt with promptly and fairly. I went in Holmes Honda in Shreveport today with my two daughters. We were wanting some information about one of my daughters trying to sale her SUV. I had an appointment with Ronnie Adams. We were not very impressed with the feed back that we got from Ronnie. We were leaving from the dealership when Terrence Marshall came up to us and asked us if we needed any help. We explained our situation to him and he went out of his way to help us. He gave us several options to solve our vehicle sale. This guy was amazing!!!!! He sure is an asset to Holmes Honda!!!!! Because of Terrance Marshall, my family and I will be back. I have purchased four Hondas at this dealership, and when I go back I would like for Terrence to assist me.

I just bought my 8th (?) Honda from Holmes Honda! I went in to have routine service done on my 2009 Honda Accord EX V6 and drove away in a 2015 Honda Accord EX V6. I was not shopping for a new car. They gave me the 2015 car to use as a loaner/test-drive while my vehicle was being serviced. The car sold itself and the rest is history!! I've grown to trust and rely on Holmes Honda through the purchase and servicing of my previous Hondas. They make the sales experience a pleasure in that there is no nonsense, no posturing, no pressure! They have consistently offered me the best deal available. (Believe me, I do my homework & pay attention to details). They have consistently made me offers that are awesome and that I simply cannot refuse! and it's FUN!I keep returning to Holmes Honda because their Service Department is so reliable, dependable and trustworthy. They've taken care of each of my previous Hondas so that I've received great trade-in values when I'm ready to trade it in for a newer model.For all these reasons, I absolutely LOVE Holmes Honda! They take care of me & my cars. I simply have no desire to go elsewhere. When you have a good thing going for you, why would you change that?

I'd give Charles Powell and Perry Parker at Holmes Honda in Shreveport a sales/service rating of 10 out of 10. Recently I had my older Accord in for service and asked my service writer, Perry Parker, to recommend a top salesman to show me a new Honda Pilot. He connected me with Charles who answered all my questions and arranged a test drive for me. Charles never exceeded the level of sales attention I was comfortable with and he went a step beyond to find a Pilot somewhere else that was exactly as I described that I wanted. He ended up selling me a new Pilot which I am very happy with. Now we are a two Honda family. It all began with the excellent service from service people Perry Parker, Reid Hobby, and others I can't name who work in teamwork with the sales people to make doing business at Holmes a pleasant experience.

I called the parts dept about a part & was told they didn't make that piece in my car , so I drove there & the parts guy I talked to looked at my car with hesitance and when we walked back inside he went straight to the back without saying a word . Another parts employee did take the time to help but told me he had what I needed but in fact he did not. I paid for the part & had to drive back the next day for a $4.00 part he didn't have . I asked if he thought service would put it on & he stated ask them, so I did the first tech had no idea what I needed nor did he care. Then another tech walks up & puts the screw in but says what I already knew there is no washer or nut to hold it in place. At this time I go back inside & ask to order part, then I'm told they don't show the part I need. Rude rude & unprofessional .... Not even a thank you when I picked up my part .

Don't waste your time if you like a Honda. Tell Jessica Heard what you're looking for and what you can afford. Ask for Ronnie Adams in sales. Then go pick up your car! On a whim I checked out Holmes Honda simply because my local dealer added $595 to the price we reached when I got the actual written purchase agreement. I drove to Shreveport and in 2 hours drove home in a new Accord for my daughter, and literally saved thousands! Word travels fast.... already talked to some people who had a similar experence and told me they'll never buy anywhere else!

I'm new to the area and a co-worker recommended Holmes Honda to take care of the maintenance on my Honda Pilot. I used their website to make a reservation and the next day a friendly employee by the name of Paige called to confirm. When I arrived at the dealership they were busy but a very nice gentlemen greeted me and made me feel at home. Soon after my service advisor Tonya came to meet me and got my vehicle right in. I expected to be there an hour or more considering how busy they were, but was blown away when Tonya alerted me my car was ready 30 minutes later. I've owned Lexus vehicles in the past and didn't get this kind of service. It's nice to know there's a great Honda dealership in Shreveport, La. Keep up the great work.

I had an issue with my low tire pressure light coming on and off and went to the service department after work about an hour before they were closing. I did not have an appointment and was greeted immediately. After discussing my issue my service advisor, Perry Parker, had a technician immediately inspect all the tires on the vehicle within the first 20 minutes of my visit. Following the vehicle inspection the technician discovered a nail in one of the tires and repaired it for no charge whatsoever. Mr. Parker went above and beyond to make sure my issue was solved and my experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Holmes Honda to anyone for their service needs.

The sales department was great. The service department is another story! I bought my car and a couple of days later wanted to add door guards. They did not have what I needed in stock so I had to wait a day to go back up there for service. The moment I stepped in the dealership the second time, things started going down hill. When I arrived they badgered me about having an appointment. I had spoken with four different people prior to me driving to the dealership so I knew I should have an appointment listed on the books. I wanted for 30 minutes, before someone from the service department came out and told me it would be another 45 minutes before someone would even start on my car!They did offer me a rental car, so I was a bit satisfied. However, when I went to pick up my car and before driving off of the lot I realized my aux cord was missing! I was livid. I knew exactly where I had left it, and checked my car and purse several times. Once I could not find it I contacted my service Manager, Reid, as soon as I discovered the missing device. He was very apologetic and offered a couple of solutions. After waiting around all day I was ready to get my hour drive home behind me.On my way home I decided to contact my sales lady, Zaharias. I knew she had nothing to do with the service department, but I wanted to let her know what had went on. I honestly felt that after my $24,000+ purchase, the dealership started treating me like yesterday's garbage! Zaharias went out and bought me a new aux cord, so I would have it before I left town. I really appreciated her going above and beyond for me. Especially, when the issues did not even involve her. If it had not been for her, Reid, and Devon trying to reconcile the situation, I would have given the dealership a much worse review.If you need services done to your car either go to a different place, or have a clear cut understanding of the wait time, who will be dealing with your car, and the price before hand!

Just got home with my new 2015 Honda Sport. I want to brag on the people at Holmes Honda, Karen and Cody took care of me and my wife. I drove 2 hrs to buy from Holmes, because of a bad deal here at my local dealer in 2008. I told them in 2008 that I would never buy a car from them again and I haven't. In fact I took my son to Holmes to buy a new car when he graduated and I sent my sister-in-law and brother-in-law to Holmes to get a new car a month ago. The people at Holmes are very friendly and very helpful. It's worth the drive to go see them and get the best deal in the state of Louisiana. They had my vehicle since 5 March 2012 and today is 10 July 2012 and they still couldn't fix the gear selector light on the instrument cluster panel. They didn't give me any courtesy calls to tell me the part was on back order. When it did come in, the part was a used part and it still didn't fix it! They said that they would deliver it on the 9th of July and didn't and of course, didn't call! On 10 July, I found out that they broke the driver side mirror and replaced it with a used one from a junk yard. They finally delivered it at 5:30 on 10 July 2012 and the mirror they replaced has scratches all over it and my vehicle was sitting on empty with the fuel light on, it had half a tank when I took it up there. I'll never do business with them again!!

Last summer I began my serach for a new car--my first brand new car for almost 20 years. My son was about to leave for college and I needed to trade-in my very old mom car for a vehicle ready to make road trips as necessary. My requirements included made in America and locally purchased. After finding that the new Accords were built in an area of Alabama which had been previously flood-ravaged, I felt that I had found my new car. Choosing Holmes Honda was easy as I had heard good things about the dealership for many years. It was my good fortune to be helped by Robert. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He answered all of my questions, showed me several options of vehicles, and then several options of Accords. Making the deal for my 2 door blue Accord was stress-free. Robert's attention to detail included spending time after the sale to make sure that I understood the features of the car which included setting up the hands-free phone detail. Throughout the year, I have received maintenance reminders from the service department. I have scheduled two oil changes this year and was met with completely courteous service each time. Recently, while visiting my mom in Bossier City, we decided to go "look" at Honda Accords. Sinch my middle son is heading off to college soon and will be taking my car I will be needing something myself. We were greeted on the lot by Matt, who was very helpful and couldn't have been more informative or courteous. He and his trainee (a precious little blond with a sweet smile) were so gracious in their efforts to help this first time car buyer as I asked numberous questions. They both spent a lot of time with us on the lot in 90+ degree temperatures and what started out as "looking for a car" turned into a purchase. I love my new Accord! Matt was gracious enough to walk me through the purchasing process and help set me up with a payment plan that worked with my budget. My husband and I were looking for a car that could fit about 7 people but we already had a van and didn't want to go back to getting a van. We heard good things about Honda Pilot and Matt greeted us and asked us to come into the Honda Holmes dealership to check out the Honda Pilot that was on display! We liked it a lot. It had enough seats and the back to store items was big enough for what we were looking for. We were happy with the price as well. Matt drove us around and showed us how the Honda Pilot steered. My husband was able to test drive it and we were happy with how the Pilot drove since we love to travel a lot with our two kids the Pilot worked for us. We were interested in Pilot EX and wanted a rack on the top. The EX that they had in inventory at Honda Holmes did not have a rack on the top but Matt gave us a price if we wanted to add that in and they would take care of it. He even suggested a two used cars that had racks already on them and we came in the next day to check it out. He had available the New EX pilot, 2011 LX used Pilot and 2010 Used Pilot. We liked the 2011 LX fully loaded, leather seats, moon roof etc. We were sold and purchased the 2011 LX that had almost 18000 miles on it. The price was reasonable and after we traded in our Chryler van we walked away with the 2011 LX. I have bought 3 Honda Civics and helped my daughter and her husband in the purchase of a 2011 CRV, all from Holmes Honda in the just the last 4 yrs. Carlos Guitierrea as my salesman on every purchase, by my request. My daughter's husband drove from Macon Ga. because Carlos was able to quote a price much less than what they could get a CRV for in GA. I have had one major issue with a certified car 2 yrs after buying it, the issue was debatable on whether it was a cover under warranty. Carlos, with help of service manager took care of the problem. (That's what you call GREAT customer service after the sale)!!. I buy Hondas at Holmes Honda because of Carlos, he has always gone the extra mile for me many times. Called made reservation for oil change and tire rotation. When I got there was told it would be an hour and half. They were correct got my car at 3 pm. Why get a reservation if you must wait hour and half. Why was I not told they were jammed up and to schulded later. I understand just taking the car in without an appointment you take your chances, but a reservation thought that time slot was for you? Guess I did not understand a reservation.. Will go back to a Quick Lube place so I can be in and out and not spend the afternoon in a waiting room

5 Star Dealership! I bought my dream car, a 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour EX-L 2 weeks ago. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying any car at any dealership in 40 years of car buying. Kane McCullin was my salesman. He was excellent and made the entire car buying experience a breeze. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. He made me feel like I was the most important person there, not like I was a number for someone's quota. In fact, every employee I encountered that day was very nice and seemed to like working there. That says a lot about the management there as well as the caliber of their employees. I cannot say enough good about Kane McCullin and the Holmes Honda Dealership. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new car. Awesome place!

Ever since I bought my 2009 Civic Hybrid, Reid has been my service person. He has been very helpful and I have had good experiences with the service department. Buying the car was not bad, but that took only a day or two it is the service that you need and spend the most time with. I come to Honda to do all my up keep on this vehicle. I could probably get it done cheeper somewhere else but I trust this dealer and my service person.

I bought my new Honda Pilot Touring a few months back and had by far the BEST car shopping experience I have ever had. From the moment my husband and I step on the lot and was greeted by Mr. Jeremy, to the day we drove off the lot in our new Honda, I had nothing but a 5 star experience. Jeremy was very patient with us, as we were very specific with what we wanted. Not only was it not available on the lot, but with the earthquake in Japan, it was hard to come by in the states. Jeremy worked with us for weeks until he found the vehicle we were looking for, and had it trucked in for us. Sounds expensive, but we paid a very fair price for the car (Jeremy is also a good negotiator), and the shipment did not cost extra! We also traded our old car in and got an excellent price for that. We are military and our domicile is in another state and the closing agent was very knowledgable of the paperwork needed to pay taxes and title our car in another state. After buying the car we went to one of Holmes Honda's Service Workshops and learned a lot about our new Honda. We'll probably attend it again, because there is so much to learn and since the guys there are so willing to teach us, we'll gladly take the help! I recommend Holmes Honda to everyone I talk to about buying a car, specifically I tell them to see Jeremy because I know he'll take care of them. I wish I bought new cars more often so I could have that experience again... it was that good!

We were first-time Honda cumstomers last month when we decided to buy a new CRV. The online opportunities to get familiar with the product and dealer helped us feel comfortable about going for a visit. Then our sales person came on warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. When the dealership then offered a clinc for new owners, we were even more impressed with the care Holmes gives its cumstomers. Our only not-great experience may have been unavoidable, but we spent a lot of time waiting - to talk to the finanical person, to do paperwork, to get the vehicle itself. Clearly the dealership was busy - a good thing - but we didn't expect so much time left alone to wait on processing.

I could not be more pleased with Holmes Honda's staff!!!Here's my story, I bought a used 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid from Holmes 2 months ago and within the first week began experiencing problems. Various check engine lights and the IMA (Integrated Motor Assistance-electric part of car) came on. As you can imagine, I was not too happy that my newly purchased car was having problems. Come to find out, the hybrid batteries needed to be replaced ($3,000+) along with a relay switch ($600+). Luke and his staff along with Honda worked diligently with me even at times I was very frustrated with the situation. They put me first and were able to fix the problem at minimal cost to me!I can not tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to standing behind what they sell! There is no doubt if I am in the market for another Honda vehicle this will be my first stop!Thank you!!

I was looking for a new car that would get good gas mileage in the 35 to 40 MPG range. I had a 2003 Avalanche with 155,000 miles on it that I traded in on a new Honda Civic. My sales person was La Darius Lamette. La Darius worked with me on getting the price I needed for my trade and what I neeed my payments to be. I have not bought a new Honda since 1982 and I hope they are still a high quality car. I have not used the Service Department yet so I cannot Comment on them. We started calling dealerships Tuesday evening through Wednesday looking for a good deal on a 2011 Odyssey EX model that we needed to buy on Thursday. The deal was "going down" somewhere due to Thursday being the only day this Month that we could both get off from work and a Disney Vacation that was starting at the end of the Month. Late Wednesday I told my wife that there were not many Odyssey EX's in Texas and that I was waiting on a call from a NE Texas dealer to try and locate one of my three color choices. This dealer found one but told me that it had around 600 dollars worth of add ons that I would have to pay for and he might not even have it ready by Thursday. I was becoming frustrated and was about to settle with the White EX that they had even though I did not want it when my wife told me she wanted to call the Honda dealership in Louisiana. I currently had three Houston dealers e-mailing me and calling me all stating that they might get an EX in a few weeks and I was also starting to settle for a color that I did not want so I told her to call them. She called me back and told me to be expecting a phone call from Colby who works for Holmes Honda and that he sounded nice and was very helpful. Colby called me and wanted to know when he could expect me and I thought it was kinda funny since I had not even told him the lower price that had just happened minutes before on the white EX. When I told him the price he countered 200 dollars cheaper and told me that he had three on the lot. We met him the next morning and I picked out the Mocha EX for the price he quoted and he threw in the dealer add on's that were currently on the vehicle. We received a fair price on our old EX odyssey and had no problems with thier finance department. Just last year we had a horrible experience with a Houston Honda dealer (finance department) when we bought a 2010 Honda Accord and we were very cautious about going to another large dealership. Thanks Colby for selling us our 5th Honda!

However, after Zach Parnell took the time to determine our car needs, he directed us to another model, which we were not really aware of, but actually fulfilled our needs much better than the Civic would have. This only happened because Zach was not only knowledgeable regarding the different car models, but also willing to take the time to learn about our car needs and to educate us about these two car models. In addition, we found Zach, as well as others at Holmes Honda dealership to be very professional as well as courteous, helpful, friendly and easy to work with and we appreciated them no using any high pressure sales tactics to purchase a car until we were ready. My 2006 Nissan Quest was totaled in an accident on 3/9/11. We had to wait to purchase a vehicle after the insurance company paid the claim. We then found ourselves in a bind as they did not pay off the Quest. After waiting a couple of weeks we began the lengthy search for another vehicle. Because we had purchased a Nissan before and our other vehicle (a Truck) was a Nissan we started at the local nissan dealership. After going back and forth to them and other dealers we basically got no help at getting into another vehicle. They did not even tell us what we needed to do to get into another car. So we waited and ended up at Holmes Honda around the 10th of April. We drove over from West Monroe to Shreveport approx 90 miles and met a salesman by the name of Paul Bratlie. He showed us several vehicles and we picked out a 2006 Honda Odyssey (Red in color). We went into his office and he took our information and listened to our story. He then went to the finance manager and with 15-20 minutes came back to tell us the news. He told us they could help us but we had to meet some requirements and he listed them for us. He told us the deal was good until 5/2/11. We drove back to West Monroe dishearted but encouraged that we finally knew what we had to do to get a car. In the meantime, the 2006 Honda (red) sold so I called Paul and he told me that he had a 2006 Honda Odyssey (Greenish Grey) that was loaded. I told him to go ahead and work up a deal. We did everything that Holmes asked us to do and the deal was going through. Paul was going to be gone the day we were to come over so he assigned us to Kane McCullin. Kane worked diligently on our case just as Paul had and on Friday April 30th we drove the 90 miles back to Shreveport to get our new vehicle sight unseen. You see I knew already that I could trust these guys to deliver what was expected in a used vehicle. We are very pleased with our purchase and as far as we are concerned we will purchase all vehicles both new and used at Holmes Honda and their team.

All the information on the vehicles was accessible from the web site, and as I was shopping from out of state I was able to research the vehicle I was interested in, check the car fax, mileage, secure my own financing, (although they very kindly offered their own financing)and drove home in my fabulous new car. Overall I would recommend Holmes Honda to a friend. Everyone was very friendly and very willing to help me and my family. Marlin moved a second vehicle next to a vehicle we were looking at so that we would not have to drag the kids all over the lot of cars. Eugene and Jeremy were very helpful and willing to do what ever I needed to get a good look at the used vehicle we were considering. The amount of time the process took was very acceptable. So far I think the car I purchased was a good purchase. I probably should have asked to pay a little less, but overall I am satisfied with the deal so far. The real determination will be the long term satisfaction of the deal.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased by our experience at Holmes Honda in Shreveport, LA. My husband had been checking prices in 4 states and 7 different dealerships, in LA, Miss, Texas, Arkansas. He did a lot of research and spent a lot of time on the internet and telephone with many different dealers. When he contacted Holmes Honda by telephone, he spoke to a salesperson named Amanda Balistrella. WOW!!we cant say enough about how great dealing with her was. She was knowledgable about all Honda cars and was able to get us all the information we needed to make the best decision. Amanda along with the Sales Manager, Jason, got us the best price on our new Honda of any of the 7 other dealerships. When we went to Holmes, which is a two hour drive from where we live, Amanda was there to meet us almost immediately. I picked out my car and we completed the paperwork and they got my car ready for me to drive home. Everything from the initial contact, to the GREAT customer service and best price was a positive experience. We will not hestiate to recommend Holmes Honda to any of our friends, in fact, we asked Amanda for some of her cards to give out!! PS: This is my 4th Honda...I knew the kind of car I wanted, but the great customer service from Amanda and Jason and great price really made the difference!!

Holmes Honda has grown their business by giving a straightforward, honest, fair deal on good cars. I just bought a 2011 Accord and can see a lot of improvements (like 37 mpg actual!!) and maybe a couple of takeaways from my 1999 Accord which I hated to part with, but youve got to hear this. The price Holmes gave me on my new Accord was truly outstanding; so low in fact that it wasnt much different from what I paid in 1999! How do they do that? I got more technology, bigger cabin, way better mpg, more torque and horsepower, for about the same money, after a decade of inflation? Honda wizardry. You hear dealerships say the worn out phrase about how nobody sells cars for less and so on, but you know it is a fact that someone is going to be the actual lowest, and in my years of shopping it has always been Holmes Honda. I shop other dealerships in person, and over the phone and internet, and Holmes Honda beats them all. This is not fluff; I work hard to pit dealership against dealership, trying to get someone to beat Holmes, but it doesnt happen. Holmes wins every time. The staff at Holmes are the most courteous bunch of professionals you'll ever see; you would think you were buying a Rolls Royce by the way they treat you. They dress in white shirts and ties, and treat you like you really matter to them. They cant be faking this attitude; its too pervasive not to be genuine. No hard sell and none of that "if you buy it right now..." business. They just give you the straight facts plus the area's lowest price on a Honda, and you just won't be treated better anywhere else. My sales agent was Luther Grissom and hes a sharp guy with a great sense of humor, and hes helpful without being the least bit pushy. I liked him so well in 1999 that I specifically sought him out when I was looking for my new car. I think hes committed to memory every feature on every Honda ever made. Just ask him your questions hes like the Honda Wikipedia. I should add that his pricing blew me away. Being given huge savings is always a relationship builder.My new Accord was delivered to me 100% spotless and perfect in every way. If I were given the ability to mold a dealership to be 100% to my liking, I honestly don't know Id make it any different from Holmes Honda. I have recommended them, and one of my friends bought a car from Luther Grissom at Holmes Honda soon after I did. So you see, I mean it: this dealership is as good as I say. Oh yeah; the service department. I've been servicing my Hondas at Holmes for 15 years and though they charge "dealer" labor rates (duhh), their technicians have the skill to do a job in the minimum amount of time, do it exactly right and stand behind their work, and they dont experiment with random parts replacement like some shops. Theyre trained experts and well worth paying for. Overall, it's the most cost effective place to get maintenance work done on a Honda. Holmes Honda gets a grade of A+.

I actually thought about looking at other makes but since I had no complaints on sales or service the ten years I drove my Odyssey, decided that was not a good idea. No high pressure sales from Mark or Wade, great service (service writer Chase is great to work with), friendly employees, and a very dependable car - that is what I got at Holmes.

I wouldn't go any where else! I purchased my first car, a prelude, in 1992. Loved it! When I was ready to trade in for a larger car I went to Holmes Honda and other dealerships in town. No one even came close to the deal I was offered at Honda. For the first three car purchases I shopped around, always turned out to be a waiste of time. I have now owned 1 Prelude, 3 accords, 2 Odysseys, 1 Pilot, and now my new Crosstour. I don't even bother to go anywhere else now. Have loved every one of my Hondas! Although I have only had to use the service department for scheduled maintenance, the experience has been great! No problems or complaints what so ever. Service department staff is friendly and they have always provided transportation for me if I needed to leave during service. Robin and Chase in the service dept. have always kept me informed and gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with service. Have nothing but great things to say! Mark Johnson has been a part of all my purchases, Wade Strahan has been my sales person last two sales and they are both awesome! Wade even kept looking for a used car for my kid until he finally found the perfect car. Believe me, he did it only for customer satisfaction because I wasn't willing to pay much for my kids first car!

I went in dreading the experience even though I did extensive homework with many different web sites.The sales person Kane McCullen was personable but not overbearing and really knew the inside and outside details of the car we were looking for.He left nothing out and was quite impressive. More impressive was the fair offer made which matched amount I was hoping for after doing my research. NO add on charges pushed on us and the next step of financing also went quickly and was handled courteously by Corey French. Again no added charges except for the extended warranty which was not much more than similar warranties offered on the internet.Overall a good experience,a fair deal and a quality car(a 2010 CRV)

We purchased a 2011 Pilot from Holmes Honda and were VERY satisfied. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Holmes Honda... and in particular the second we purchased via sales-person Paul Bratlie. Paul is one of Holmes Honda's internet sales people and was willing to work with us via email as my wife and I have a busy schedule. He has been up front about pricing and options ... and really worked with us to get a great deal. I would recommend Paul to anyone!

Overall good transaction. There was some miscommunication regarding fees associatiated with a lease but Zach has the finance manager call me and that was cleared up pretty quickly. I was very satisified with the entire process. Will definately return to this dealership.

Bought a new Honda PILOT. The Salesperson (Zach) and Sales Manager (Jason) were great to work with. It was a no hassle, pleasant experience. I was able to get the color I wanted, with all accessories, for a price that was fair to all involved. And on pickup day, it took no time to sign out the deal with the finance guy. I recommend you buy a Honda from Holmes!!

I visited Holmes honda in my search for a new civic. I also visited three other honda stores, i wont even mention the other stores by name because my experience at holmes honda was EXCEPTIONAL! I was immediately greeted by a Luke Bratlie, who got me information on the civic I was looking for within 5 minutes of me getting there.... the other place didnt even know I was there. He was quick, professional and had a great attitude.It was like this whole store learned what other places do wrong and did the opposite. Holmes does the right thing. Everyone was friendly and smiling, even when we began discussing financing there was none of the ridiculous pressure and cheap closing techniques I ran into at the other stores.Anyway, I give Holmes Honda 5 stars. They understand how to treat todays customer, and I got a new civic at a great price-Nik

Mark Johnson, the GM, was able to get me set up on a lease program for a new 2010 Accord Coupe. I probably would not have been approved elsewhere for such a low rate. The car I wanted was located and delivered to the dealership in 2 days. The sales presentation by Mr. McCullin was excellent and answered all of my questions about the car. The entire staff seamed to be more knowledgeable than the other Honda dealers that I had been to, who couldn't answer simple questions that every Honda salesman should be able to answer if they were good at their jobs, or cared even a little. I highly recommend Holmes Honda!

I have been buying new Honda's at Holmes Honda since 1972. Our present family car is a 2009 Honda Pilot which we love but I want to talk about my Honda Ridgeline. I am presently on my 3rd Ridgeline and couldn't be happier. I had always driven a Ford F-150 but when Honda came out with the Ridgeline I was first inline to purchase one. The Ridgeline rides so much smoother and quieter than my F-150. The trunk was a first and it is so handy. My wife and I can go shoping and hide our purchases without anyone knowing. It is also great for hauling my tools during the week.Our experience at Holmes Honda has always been a pleasant one. The staff is friendly and the dealership is always clean and the amenities that are offered during your wait are great from the computers to work on are the Ice Cream that is offered.Next month I plan to purchase a Honda Element SC and then we will be a three truck Honda family.

Walking into the dealership I was greeted with a smile offered water and asked if I needed help that really impressed me. I didn't purchase a car that day but I kept coming to see if the customer service would be different and it was not they was prompt and friendly. Let me talk about Steve my salesman always greeted with a smile such a great person to work with because of his outgoing personality, he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied client instead of take this and go that I felt at other dealerships. Then he introduced me to Derrick the Sales Manager and he was also nice and he wanted to make sure that I would get a car that I would love to drive and also affordable these two guys worked hard and Steve would called to say hello and follow up. On the eight visit I finally decided with prayful consideration that it was time to trade the 2003 Chey Cavalier and upgrade to a 2010 Honda Civic. The rating that I gave was because of the first impression that I experienced and the last impression I recieved when the keys were handed over by Steve.

The service advisors I have dealt with at Holmes have always been very courteous and have explained everything that was needed to be done and what the cost would be. They always explained the importance of why it needed to be done if that was necessary. The waiting area is always clean and they have whatever refreshment you might want while waiting for you vehicle. The one thing that they might consider is if there was a small office cubicle nearby where they could take you to discuss what needs to be done other than what already has been discussed. Something where they have a computer and can bring up on the screen a better description of what needs to be done and visually shows why a particuar problem needs to be done.
