The service was great but in the comment section they wrote 3rd brake light out. I thought they had fixed it but the same comment was there when my dad took it out this last time, I would think that if something that minor to fix they would come in and ask if you wanted it fixed while you where there.

We bought a 2015 Fusion, which took the place of our 2014 Fusion. Someone ran a red light and totaled it.George Polinga was the person that helped us. He is a very special person with quick wit and a wonderfulsense of humor. He is very personable and extremely knowledgable on not only vehicles, but on life in general. He went above and beyond to make it as easy as he could for us. We appreciate all he has done for us. Steve Bradach helped us we the finances. He is also very personable and worked very hard on getting us the best deal possible, which wasn't easy since we had finances left on our 2014 Fusion. He made it easy to understand everything that was going on. Holt Motors is fabulous!! It's like beingat a family gathering. Everyone treated us very well. I look at going to a car dealer somewhere between my chemotherapy treatments and having a colonoscopy. However, working with Kevin Nelson was a pleasure. We purchased a 2015 fully loaded Escape and we really enjoy it. All staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. They explained everthing very thoroughly so we could understand all the various componants. We were given a tour of the facility which was absolutly bueatiful, serviceble and comfortable. The waiting areas were something to behold. I espicially enjoyed the fact that we could observe the technictions while they were working on your vehicle.

I dropped the car off at 10 AM; I was given a loaner as the job would take about 2 hrs. The attendant took my phone number (in case he had a question or found something to check with me about) I did not get a call from attendant, went back at 3:00PM and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my car. I was just surprised that having new tires, balance, and alignment took so long. Car was in car wash line when I arrived. Just really surprised that the process was so long. I had a loaner, so I could do my errands if I needed to be. Just felt that because I had a loaner, my car was put to the back of the line. I went to the dealership because I had an appointment in Litchfield at 3:30 PM. Just figured car would be ready. I will clarify my needs better.

I really appreciate your staff. Typically when i go into an auto repair place the staff talks down to me. Doesnt answer questions or tells me i dont need to worry about that. The reason is i am a woman. I really like that your staff did not do that even though my questions may be less than smart. They took the time to let me ask those questions and answered them without being condescending. Thank you! I also like that you know the people who walk in. The guys at the desks asked about kids and how the people's parents were. Typical small town behavior but a behavior that makes your business feel like its part of the community. Thank you again. We will be back.
