I have been using the service department for all my repairs for about 8 years and have never had a problem with getting the job done right and on a timely manner! The service personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable as to my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked!!!!

The staff and crew from the sales representatives to the mechanics and every one in between have done an excellent job, not only helping me obtain my new 2016 Scat Pack Challenger, but taking care of me after the sale was done. The sales crew couldn't have done more finding and then getting the car I wanted and the overcoming last minute challenges from another dealership. They truly went the extra mile. The service department has always taken extra good care of me and I have many friends at the dealership looking out for my well being. A class act all the way.

Here is an honest review from someone whom works very hard very hard for my money. From a sales point I was not hassled we Kohorst into buying something. My salesman listen to what I wanted found the vehicle and gave me the best price which was vey reasonable the first time. Now hear me out with what I am about to say. With anything sold, how a company handles a problem speaks volume. The truck I bought needed something worked out minor. The went way above and beyond to take care of it. I will always refer them to friends and family for how hey treated me. If only a favor to yourself for your own hard work just trying to make it today, go check with them first. I am thankful I did.

Warranty repair work performed February 29, 2016. The experience was excellent. My initial phone call as answered promptly by the Service Manager/Advisor Mr. Joe Strickland. The vehicle was brought in and the wait time was just a few minutes. Mr. Kelly also of Service, introduced himself, I told him of my discussion with Mr. Strickland who quickly came over to me and introduced himself and asked specific questions regarding the minor problem I had experienced with the vehicle. I was shown the customer waiting room. Shortly thereafter the assigned technician and Mr. Strickland were discussing the issue, which was quickly corrected. The staff was friendly, professional, and focused on customer service. I would recommend Homer Skelton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone needing great customer service in a friendly competent atmosphere.

Brandon Jerald was easy to work with, very informative, patient as I made changes and couldn't decide, and in the end made sure I was 100% happy with my selection.
