Wouldn’t recommend buying from here. I bought my Jeep Cherokee on January 14th. It had a couple problems and things that needed to be fixed and instead of lowering the price of the vehicle, they agreed to do the work for me (replacing the headliner, motor mounts, rear diff, oil change) if I paid the original asking price, and so I agreed. The first couple weeks they had finished everything but the headliner. I have tried multiple times to schedule my service getting finished as they agreed and written signed on paper in January, it is now July and I am still being blown off to come in and finish the work. In June I tried again to schedule a date to get it done, but it was cancelled on me, when I tried to set another date I was told he would get back to me…that was on June 24th. It is now July 28. There has been no attempt to reach out to me and finish what they agreed upon back in January. I’ve reached out many times and it has been shown that their other work is more of a priority then following through what was on legally signed paperwork from a customer who bought a car from them. While waiting for this to be finished, the windows of the car dropped down and are unable to roll up. In June when I had scheduled to come in on a Friday, Chris had agreed with me that he would fix one of the windows in exchange for not having fixed the headliner yet, but as stated above, there has been no contact to try and schedule a date, and whenever I have tried it has been disregarded. Meanwhile I’m not even sure if it’s worth going back to them to support their business and get it fixed as it has taken 6 months for something that was promised to be done along with the original work. If I knew the work wasn’t going to be finished on my vehicle, I would have just insisted on paying less for my vehicle instead of being falsely affirmed that the work was included in the price I paid.

I definitely will be purchasing any future cars from here! I shopped around and looked at least 100 cars from several several dealerships and hands down, these guys definitely outshine all the others. They have the lowest prices, the highest quality cars, and go above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a car to check them out!!

As far as customer service goes these guys are unmatched and couldn’t of been better in that aspect. The issues I’ve been having with this car however, is completely different. The first week of having it I caught a flat the rim was bent so I bought a new tire and rim, which I just chalked it up because flats happen even though I hadn’t hit any potholes or anything like that. Literally a couple days after that another flat transpired which I thought was weird so I had them check all my rims and tires.. apparently 3/4 rims were bent which was causing my tires to deflate so I bought 3 brand new tires and 4 brand new rims totaling about $650 for everything. Now I bought my car knowing the tire sensor needed to be fix so I can’t complain about that but it did make it hard to know if I really had low tire pressure or if it was just the sensor so that was a $260 fix. Then my car stopped turning on (it’s a push to start) because the key they gave me was not a manufactured Hyundai key but a generic one so I paid $260 for a locksmith to create me a new key and register it to my car just so a week later that key would stop working as well. I took it to Mr. Transmission because my car does this jerking motion when I’m braking. My transmission is fine but they believe the issue is electrical because the original wiring where my battery is in my car was replaced with some kind of generic rig. Apparently at some point in time (before I bought the car) the old battery had leaked battery acid and more than likely burned the original wiring (hence the generic rig) which is about $850 to get fixed (apparently my key not starting and the jerking is caused by the faulty wiring I won’t know until next week because that’s when I get it fixed), not to mention the $725 of basic maintenance fees e.g spark plugs, coolant flush, brake pads etc. I got this car in January it’s only April the amount of money I already and still have to spend is ridiculous especially since I paid $6000 for this car. I don’t believe they knew all what was wrong with this car I don’t get that vibe but they were neglectful in thoroughly inspecting and informing me of the predisposed issues before my purchase. I’ve only called hometown once and that was to inform them of the key situation which they seemed to be unbothered by so I left it alone and haven’t reached out since.

I didn't buy a vehicle from them, as what I came to purchase sold before I got there.. However, Jeremy worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend them highly for their communications and willingness to help. Captain Red
