Purchasing a car is so overwhelming. Deciding the make and model, then adding all the options can do a persons head in. Dealing with Jeff Toelke at Honda East was absolutely a breeze and pain free. One of the easiest purchases that we have ever made. Jeff was so knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions and effortlessly guided us through all of the decisions without any pressure what so ever. We will definitely return for our next purchase.

Purchasing a new car is stress producing at best. Jeff Toelke at Honda East Cincinnati makes the experience absolutely painless. From initial sales inquiry to driving off the lot with my new CRV, Jeff streamlined the process to the point I realized my satisfaction was utmost in his efforts. I highly recommend Hond East to anyone wanting advice. Jeff Toelke's professionalism and concern for the needs of the customer reflect highly on Honda East.

This dealership would get negative stars if they were available. They should only sell new cars if they have no knowledge of the the used cars they are selling. Our salesman Gary Lewis was clueless about the car and really did not care if he made a deal or not. If you wish to be treated like you are wasting their time, be put in a room full of other customers trying to make deals, and watch the sales managers talk about customers after they leave, Then this is the dealership for you!

Worst ...... I asked specific questions before I drove 84 miles with my 84 year old father. When I arrived for their alleged VIP service the car did not have gas in it. I liked the car and went in to talk about the financing that was already approved via telephone call and they said that was not available. No integrity what so ever. Can't believe the clarifying questions I asked in advance and received approval on only to have them change their mind after I made the trip. Again do not go to this dealer!

This was my first time buyer experience and couldn't have felt better throughout the purchase. Joe, Chad, and Jeff made me feel like family and gave me a spectacular deal!! I would recommend Honda East to all my friends and family!!

Bob and Seth at Honda East were both excellent and guided us through the buying process with ease. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had one small issue that I realized after I got home, and even though the sale was complete, they still followed up with me right away and guided me through the process. When I eventually buy another car, I will go back to them.

I just Bought my new Civic and was very pleased with the treatment I received at the dealership ! My sales person Drew was great to work with along with Bob Shafer as well as the managers Chad Brown and Mike Bollinger. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new vehicle to go to these guys first.

From beginning to end, Bob treated us very respectfully and was quite accommodating. Without haggling, Bob was able to offer the best price. I spoke with several dealers and researched via Internet to beat his price but could not without accepting 'strings attached.' He searched for the vehicle with the color and features we were looking for and found/retrieved it within a couple of days. He didn't even begin to try to push one on us that was already on the lot. I would recommend Bob Shafer to anyone looking for a vehicle. We felt very comfortable with him and look forward to dealing with him again someday.

I just bought an excellently priced vehicle from Honda East yesterday. Wow, what a quick and painless experience. From Ryan O'Neil in the internet department, to my salesman Weston Hermans, to Joe Lauber in finance, my entire purchase was a great example of customer care and service. Chad Brown, the sales manager, gave me a great deal on my trade and a great price on my new car. It was well worth the 4 hour drive. Thanks a lot Honda East!

We were referred to Honda east to chad brown and Bob schaffer. Bob and Michelle were very friendly, and helped us find a car that is perfect for us! We were going to buy a new 2015, but it did not have all the features we were used to on our old odyssey, so they hooked us up with a certified used Van that was perfect! Thank you.

We recently bought a car from Bob Shafer. He greeted us and asked how we were doing - we responded "not too good because we are buying a car". He said he would do his best to make it painless, and he succeeded. We said we didn't want to go through a bunch of the typical haggling over price and all the other sales bull, and asked that he give us his best offer up front - he did and we accepted. Before we left, he took time to go over all the features of the car and took time to answer questions we had. A couple of days later Bob followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions or problems. So, if you hate the stereotypical car salesman, I'd recommend Bob - he was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The team there is always prompt, kind and willing to deal. I have purchased 3 cars here. Andrew Bausch, his father and Chad took good care of myself and wife in her new car purchase. Andrew is an outstanding "young gun" car salesman with a big heart, believes in doing the right thing and appreciates your business. I will buy my next car from him. He gave us the rest of his week schedule and cell so we could stop by with further technical questions. I rated the facilities "average", it could use a better customer service area. But, I'm not looking to spend the night, I would rather have a better deal and get in and out quicker than hang around in a comfy couch. I need to go figure out navigation.....see ya :). Joe in financing was a good guy as well :) *No repair to note at this time

I was looking for a Crosstour AWD and they didn't have any in the color I was looking for where I live so I started searching around. I found Erica and Ryan in the Internet Department and they took great care of me. Answered all of my questions and even took a video of the car before I came in to see it. They had everything waitng for me when I arrived and made it real comfortable for me to make the trip in. Thanks to everyone at Honda East! I love my New Crosstour!

I just got my first new car and I couldn't be happier! Like a couple previous reviewers, I'm surprised by the bad reviews--especially regarding salesman Bob Shafer. He was very genuine, patient, and knowledgeable. He worked with me to get me an amazing deal on a car that I didn't think I could afford and took my old car off my hands. Though the dealership closed at 5, he stayed an extra 45 minutes to show me all the car's features. Definitely my best car shopping experience! Thanks, Bob!

I do not understand the previous reviews that are negative. My experience at Honda East was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Compared to previous experiences at other dealerships Honda East is without a doubt the best there is. Bob Schaffer and Andrew Bausch did their absolute best to get me the best deal that I could get. Great service, very positive environment, everyone was friendly that I met and I drove away in an amazing new car. I was very happy with what I was paying for. They made the process quick and easy for me to understand. They were all very friendly and only wanted the best for me. I would highly highly recommend buying or leasing from Honda East. And ask for either Bob Schaffer or Andrew Bausch you will not regret it.

You would think my salesperson Bob doesn't even work at Honda East anymore. Once the sale was complete, that's it. I asked him to send me a mail regarding an add on for my car that I was interested in. Nothing... I have sent him several emails regarding a question I had about my car...nothing I mean how rude can you be. .. IF BOB WANTS TO BE YOUR SALESPERSON---RUN AWAY... . He needs some training in customer relations. I will not be back to Honda East again.

If you're looking for a vehicle at Honda East, don't fill out a contact form -- call directly and ask for Michelle Seibert. From 100 miles away, I found an SUV online, but had questions before making the trip. Michelle was very helpful, sent pictures, got all my nit picky questions answered promptly. The car was sold before I had made a decision, but it was nice to deal with a normal person instead of a typical "used car guy." (or gal). If I find another car online at this dealership, I'll call her first.

I think it is unfair to force me into giving this dealership a star - they deserve zero.Recently, my wife and I began car shopping as she will be replacing her 2013 vehicle. Despite the young Sales rep being reasonably enjoyable to ride around with on a test drive, our experience took a nose dive once we got back and entered the dealership to discuss numbers. The first issue I had was their intent to hide the numbers. While on our test drive, our salesman asked us 'what we'd like our monthly number to be' on the Accord we were trying out. This is not a concern of ours - We would rather understand the numbers in comparison to MSRP and trade, with the monthly numbers being whatever they end up being. Upon return, basically the only numbers they were willing to show was monthly. After requesting the line by line itemized detail, we received hand written numbers of car price and trade. That's sad.The second, and probably most offensive experience came from the man who I assume appraised my wife's car. (note: It has some hail damage on the hood. It is clear as day and we made no attempt to hide anything nor were we asked). He walks up to where we are sitting, hovers above my wife, and asks (in a very condescending way):- "You know that damage is going to cost you, right?"***my wife looked at me, then looked back and said yes***- "You know what damage I am talking about don't you."It was offensive and awkward. In fact, I'm a bit disappointed I didn't say something to him at the time. Car dealerships should be working on creating solid relationships for repeat customers. While we were only pondering the idea of a Honda at the time, that experience has convinced us that Honda is not interested in our business. We went down the street to Beechmont Volkswagen/Subaru and were treated like family. I purchased a car two days later and my wife will be buying one soon from the same group. I couldn't be happier about not giving that shady Honda dealership my business.

First, I rarely write reviews and usually only do so for exceptional service. Unfortunately, today is my first truly negative review, so negative I want to make other consumers aware. I went in to Honda East looking for assistance and advice and was only met with rude attitudes and an unprofessional staff. Although I may not be the perfect client this dealership was looking for, I had questions regarding my strict budget and was looking for advice on how to get the most value for my money. The financing assistant literally told to drive my car into a lake. I was in the store for a whole 20 minutes and knew I was going no where fast with this team. To any consumer looking to proceed with this location, please do so carefully.

I was not sure what to expect from Honda East when I went to test drive a new car. My past experiences from other dealers and what I hear more often than not from friends and family told me that I should be prepared to be hassled and frustrated. Honda East left me pleasantly surprised. My sales rep was very professional and never once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. When it was time to look at financing, the process was smooth and fast. I never thought I would ever be able to say I had a great experience buying a car, but Honda East made it happen.
Less Than Satisfied

Bought 1 new vehicle from them. Not too many problems but the sales force was (and still is) less than knowledgable about their vehicles. (Hint: if you don't know the answer....don't make up one with the hope that the customer doesn't already know the answer). Returned a month ago to check out a used vehicle that supposedly went through a quality checklist by their mechanics. Either: 1) their mechanics are blind and deaf, or 2) mgmt has a shoddy way of verifying that the vehicle actually underwent this quality check, or 3) it's a less than truthful claim. Within driving 100 ft Ray Charles could have told you the problems with the car (that were easily and inexpensively repaired but apparently were "overlooked"). I've made a point of skipping over listings from this dealer. Sorry folks. No third chance. P.S. they also once misdiagnosed a problem with another of my vehicles. Not a difficult problem to detect.

Super rude dealership. After purchasing my 2014 honda civic, the salesmen Bob had the nerve to tell me that he didn't make any commission off of me. Stay away from these guys. Go to Kings Honda or another dealership who actually have inventory and are willing to help with anything. The manager Chad is also a super rude guy. My dad bought a honda from Kings and had a very pleasant experience. I should have just gone there in the first place.

We made an offer on a used vehicle that was clean and as advertised, however we were told by the sales rep that they don't just throw numbers around, that maybe this wasn't the vehicle for us if that was our offer, and that they don't negotiate unless we used their financing unit to purchase. We were then informed that the list price of the vehicle was their best available price. we got up to leave and thanked Ron for his time to which he said nothing, he couldn't have been more rude, I understand not being able to negotiate on price, but that could have been conveyed in a tactful manner, to talk down to a customer that was there to buy a vehicle and spend a lot of hard earned money was down right insulting and infuriating. Be wary of their financing and their sales reps, I will never recommend Honda East to anyone and I will not be returning for any reason.

I honesty had a a very good feeling about this place from the first time I stepped onto the lot through the first 3 years I owned the car. My most recent experience with them was quite a hassle, but I'm chalking that up to my own difficulties in getting their attention in the right way. As it turns out, they will do their best for you, but you need to meet them halfway sometimes. That's the hard part of being so good that you draw people and issues from all over the region - keeping a good communications flow.

We bought a 2012 Crosstour from Honda East. The quality of the car is unquestionable. The experience at the dealership was much more questionable. We test drove two cars, and picked the one that was in the certified used program with Honda. After we started the sale negotiation, it was revealed to us that, in fact, the car was not certified. This would not have been revealed if we hadn't asked pointed questions about the service history of the vehicle. Check, and have everything in writing if you deal with these people!

This is the ONLY Honda service department I trust in the Tri State area. Unlike other locations, I have NEVER had a bad experience! After trying (unsuccessfully) to have my car's headlights fixed at another location, I was so glad to find Ricky working at the service department. He made sure my headlights were replaced quickly, and did it with a smile on his face. This visit was the second time he assisted me this week, and I am glad he was there tonight. Always nice to meet someone who really excels at his job.

My Honda had a problem with the power window. I know that there was a recall for model years 2002 2006, but this evidently was a problem before 2002. I personally know of another vehicle from the same year, with the same problem, and I have found numerous examples of the same issue on the internet. I have taken my car to Honda East in Cincinnati on several occasions to try to fix the problem, which started with the driver side power window operating very slowly during cold weather. The first time that I had it there, I was told that it was the window motor, and they ordered a part for me. Once the part came in, I took the car in and it was in the service bay all day. Shortly before the service department closed, I got a call saying that they had misdiagnosed the problem, and that it was a master switch under the dash, and that they would again have to order the part. When I got the car home, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off, because none of the power door locks were working. I again got a call about a week later that the master switch was in, and again took the car in for service, and again got a call saying that the window was still not fixed, and they had again misdiagnosed the problem. Believe it or not, when I got the car back, yet another thing that had been working when I dropped the car off was now broken. I now have no interior lights in the car unless they are turned on and off manually. They no longer operate with the doors or rear hatch opening. This time, they told me that it was a problem with the wiring harness in the driver side door. When I take my car in for service, I don't expect to get the car back in worse shape than when I left it!

I helped my daughter find a used SUV. We found exactly what we were looking for at Honda East. The saleslady did not just sell us a car for the sake of selling us a car, she earned our business. She worked with us for 3 days and when it was time to pick up the car she had it detailed before we arrived and had all the paperwork ready which minimized our time on finishing the deal. I would deal with her again and recommend her as a great salesperson who will take a personal interest in your buying experience Thank You Britney !

Found a vehicle I liked with mid 40K mileage. Called this dealer, and made the deal for the vehicle. Here is the first part of the Scam: Dealer falsely advertised a vehicle by 40K miles. The mileage on the vehicle was in the mid 80K with matching vin numbers. After giving the dealer all the needed information for financing. Was contacted and told every thing was approved. So made an appointment and picked up the vehicle. After 30 days I had to contact the dealer to get the paper work for the license plates. The title work was finally sent by Federal Express. (3 days after the dealer plate expired)I thought everything was set, until I contacted the bank, to find out about my payment book. Unfortunatelythey told me they didn't have a record of a loan application from me for this vehicle. Visited a local branch to confirm, and was told it would be turned into the banks fraud department and they would contact the dealership. It was beyond them why they did not have this in there system, this was confirmed at two branch locations in different StatesThen I am contacted by the salesman: I am told the financing did not go thru. Now seriously: Insurancehas already been purchased, licensed plates have been purchased, sales tax has been paid with 3K down. I just want to make the payment..! But I am told by the dealership in an email on 4/29/2013 Quote: One of two things must happen by Wednesday. Either bring the car back or bring a check. If one of these does not happen it willbe a legal matter and the police will be called. Unquote" OK Seriously..? I had ran a credit report myself to see what was going on here. The credit report showed no credit checks were ran on my report not until 6 weeks after I purchased the vehicle. But neither credit checks was from the bank I was supposedly approved from, and then turned down by. Spot Delivery Scam, Auto Fraud, Yo Yo Scam, False Advertising, Violations of many consumer protection laws. Call it what you want. This is Bad News, and is a big part of what is wrong with this country! Hopefully the State of Ohio, and the Attorney Generals office will put a stop to this. In the mean while this has become a legal matter. Honda East Cincinnati has done nothing but lied, consumed hours of my time, and caused me serious stress. No one salesman deserves to take the credit, or blame for this. My personal opinion is: This goes all the way up to owners, and upper management. Since not even one will answer my emails. All documents to back the claims in this review are available, and have been filed with the BBB, and the Attorney Generals offices in Indiana, and Ohio.

We found a van we liked and did the normal work and got everything worked out. We picked the vehicle up, on the way home realized they left us with an empty tank of gas, when we stop to fill up we realize there is a huge gash (3 feet long) down the side of the car. So we take it back and say we don't want the car with this damage, but they tried to blame the damage on us and stick us with the van. The sales manager basically called me a liar in the middle of the showroom on a busy weekend. So I insisted on seeing camera footage showing we left the lot with the damage already on the car. They then tried to say they would "share" the responsibility of fixing it, or take our deductible off of our down payment and have our insurance fix it. But only if I accepted these terms before they looked at the footage. I declined knowing I did not cause the damage. They called me back and said that they have the footage showing the van leaving the lot without the damage. (hoping I would just accept it). Well I said I wanted to see it and if everything showed correct I would accept it and take the van. So 2 hours before going to see the security tape they called me back and said the damage to the van did happen on the lot and they just caught it from a different angle. It took them 2 weeks to refund my original $2,000 down payment. These people are scam artists, do not shop here.

My experience in purchasing a new car could not have been easier this time. My family had purchased 2 used Honda Accords prior to my new car purchased in March of this year. Both of those cars are still running in great condition and were purchased through Jeff Toelke of Honda East. With my new car purchase I called Jeff Toelke to inquire about the event being held in mid March even though I had not planned to buy until later in spring. Jeff Toelke is so easy to talk to and just gives you the straight deal, no fuzzy facts We always have felt he gives the best deal he can, used or new car, and makes the process go as smoothly as possible. I knew the new 2013 Honda Accord was as good a car I could buy for the price, and with my trade-in, I spent a total of 2 visits to the dealership and brought my new car home. Can't beat that!We now have 3 Honda Accords in the family, my husband calls it the fleet. Thanks Jeff Toelke for being a great employee in doing your job at Honda East, they are lucky to have you. And I always share my experience with others.

My family uses our 2010 Honda Odyssey for our primary transportation of our triplets. We had our passenger door break on Thanksgiving Day. My husband desperately showed up to the dealership at 7am on Friday morning and the service staff was able to quickly look at, diagnose and fix the sliding door in less than 90 minutes...WITHOUT an appointment. They were courteous, professional and went over and above to help our family to keep our primary vehicle working. THANK YOU! This was outstanding customer service and we really appreciate it!!

I just purchased my second Honda from Honda East and had another great car buying experience! Jeff Toelke was fun and easy to work with and made the entire process seamless. Everyone who helped us was both friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience that I referred my mom to Jeff and she just bought her first Honda Accord. She couldn't be happier with her Honda and or the way that she was treated as a new customer! I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used car.

Jeff was super straight forward about everything. I never felt any pressure from him at all to purchase the vehicle. I didn't know if I wanted to get the ex-l with leather seats or just the ex. Jeff was so unpressuring that he explained that there is zero difference between the models and that it would almost be better for me to go with the ex to better fit what I wanted to pay. Because he was so understanding and nonpressuring I was able to think it over and I decided that I actually wanted to spend a little bit more and get the leather. Jeff would also answer my phone calls and respond to my texts immediately. Best experience buying a car. Ask for Jeff

Awful Experience!!! I emailed Honda of East Cincy about 3 or 4 days before going up to the dealership to set up a test drive appointment for a minivan we were interested in. Mr. Combs called me later that evening to confirm my appointment and said to ask for him when we came in. I called Mr. Combs again the day before coming in to make sure they still had the vehicle's we were interested in. Mr. Combs seemed distracted and uninformed on what vehicles he actually had on the lot. Saturday morning we showed up to the dealership, fully intending to make a purchase. Mr. Combs put a very bad taste in our mouths ride from the beginning. He was extremely unprepared for us considering we had previously scheduled this meeting days before. The vehicle had not been pulled around, Mr. Combs had not taken the time to get together any paperwork and again didn't show much knowledge on the vehicle itself. We test drove the van and when we returned to the dealership informed Mr. Combs of our real interest in purchasing it. Mr. Combs then sat us down at a table that had no sort of privacy, smack dab in the middle of a dealership that was too small and overly packed with salesman who seemed to have nothing better to do but sit around and talk sports. Once at the table Mr. Combs went on to type things on his computer barely saying much of anything to my husband and I for a period of about a half an hour. He would leave every now and again and eventually came back to the table and offered us $2000 less then the "fair" price on the Kelly Blue Book listing for our trade in and immediately started telling us what our car payment would be. Car payment?? We hadn't even spoken of price at this point or talked about what we were willing to pay!! When my husband questioned where they had come up with the number for our trade in, Mr. Combs looked at us like we were idiots, shrugged it off and said "Well I don't know where they get that price from, it's just what they told me." At this point we told Mr. Combs what we were willing to pay and what we would take for our trade in. The vehicle was listed at $16,900 and we offered $16,500 and asked for the lowest quoted price on our Kelly Blue Book vehicle listing. Mr. Combs simply said well we can't do that, didn't make any sort of "meet us in the middle offer" and began to put out quite the attitude. My husband and I said OK began to put on our jackets to leave at which point the manager came over to talk. The manager came back with a little bit better of an offer, not much and continued to talk to my husband and I. The manager was much kinder, however at this point there would be no deal making. The nasty, uncaring, uninformed attitude that Mr. Combs had was enough for us to know we did not want to purchase here even though we were actually willing to give more on our end. After all was said and done we ended up leaving the dealership and going to another where we met with an amazing salesman who was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also worked out a great deal and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. I would NEVER recommend Honda East Cincy to a friend or family member and I would do my best to deter any and everyone from dealing with Johnny Combs and his extremely poor people and sales skills. What a waste of time!!!

Excellent customer service. We have three young kids, all under 5, so you can imagine shopping for cars gets their attention for about 15 minutes... There was a cold friendly area with toys and games, and the staff helped us tag team the kids when we were going through the paperwork. This was also very late, and continued until after the dealership had closed. We ended up buying two cars at the time, and everyone on staff was a pleasure to work with.

I spoke with Steve on the phone and knew instantly he could relate to my situation. I had already walked out of the Hyundai dealer, who didn't want to show me a car until they could see my credit?? Steve knew the inventory well enough to have 2 cars in my price range awaiting my arrival in less than 30 minutes. He was helpful through the financing and always had my best interest at heart. You are very lucky to have such a responsible young salesman with integrity representing your store and Honda as a whole. I will be back.

The 2011 Pilot is the 3rd car my wife and I have purchased from Honda East with the help of Lou Ann. I will not buy a car from anyone else. Lou Ann gets it! She listens to what we are looking for and then helps us find it. She doesnt try to sell us on things we dont need. She is fantastic. She really takes the anxiety out of buying a car. Bill Faye is a very friendly sales associate. Jamie was great in person but is poor with returning phone calls. Would visit them again.

Being a woman & buying a vehicle after 14 years was torture for me! After trips to dealers that tried to trap me into making an instant decision or sway me to buy beyond my financial means was frustrating. Then I made an appointment at Honda East!HONDA EAST was by far the MOST INCREDIBLE PLACE to purchase a vehicle! The whole staff throughout this dealership is warm, friendly and made me feel as if I was part of this dealerships "Honda family". Everybody asked how they could be of assistance from the front line sales staff to the service department. The purchase process was straight forward and the best solution for my budget and families needs. The Sales Managers, Billy, Brian & the Finance Manager Jaime made my Civic purchase effortless and painless. I would suggest to anybody in the car market to head to Honda East first and see how this dealership caters to the needs and desires of the consumer.

I am a full time graduate student so I'm on a very fixed budget. However, I'm also very picky when it comes to cars. I knew I wanted a Honda. I knew exactly what body type I wanted, that I wanted a manual, even what years I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend. I walked into Honda East and gave Gary Lewis my "list of demands." He said he'd keep an eye out for me but having been told this same thing by numerous other dealers, I was totally shocked when he called me a few days later and said I needed to come see what he had for me. He not only had he found what I wanted, he found EXACTLY what I wanted AND saved me a lot of money! I definitely would recommend Mr. Lewis and Honda East to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

They went out of their way to get us a payment we could deal with. We were so glad we went to Honda East. I am now driving a great new Civic! We were treated very professionally and I got the car I wanted and the color I like. I tell all my friends that is was a plesant experience.

the sales people are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and friendly. The salses managers all work very hard to give you the best deal possible with no hassles. The inventory is large with a great diversity of models and colors. If they don't have what you want, they will find it and can get it within a couple of days.

Steve was so professional, honest and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to stay within my budget (and did so). He stayed late for me so I did not have to leave work early. He stayed with me during my time with the finance manager. This is my first Honda and I will return to Steve for my next car. I will recommend him very highly to anyone. I rate this dealer so high because of my salesman, Steve. He really puts the customer first.

We were treated very nice. Eric our salesman worked hard to get us into the car we wanted for the payment we wanted, it was a great experience & we love our new Accord. We would absolutely purchase from Honda East in the future. Honda s are great dependable cars and it was a pleasure dealing with your dealership.

This place is a waste of anyone's time. Beware and STAY CLEAR OF HONDA EAST!!! The sales managers treat you like you are a nobody if you try to negotiate. I was lied to and given the cold shoulder. They ask for customers to make offers but then wont budge on price...get calls week later saying "the computer" changed price so we have come down $1500 which is what we were asking for in the first place. Is just a game. They act like they could care less about your business and have NO INTEGRITY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU IN A KIND RESPECTFUL WAY!!!

Lou Anne from the beginning was very friendly, NOT PUSHY AT ALL, provide other options without being asked but based on my preferences. She was friendly and professional. Todd was creative and worked with me to get the car/color I really wanted.I will recommend to my friends.

My wife and I went to Honda East to look at a couple 2009 Accords we saw on their website. After extensive research, we found that Honda East had the best prices on the Accords. We found the entire staff to be very friendly, and didn't feel pressured at all. Lou Ann Robb was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicles. We test drove the two Accords we had seen, and decided we wanted to purchase one of them. We had already been pre-approved with our Credit Union, but Lou Ann and Chad were able to get us a MUCH better interest rate with Honda Financing. I usually absolutely despise the car buying process, but this was by far the best experience my Wife and I have ever had. We will definitely be repeat customers with Honda East.

Dear Mr. Woeste,Rickey Combs is a model of service, courtesy, and professionalism. I took my car in for a review today after sliding into a ditch. Rickey Combs was thorough, polite, and reassuring. I very much appreciate that and will remember to continue to ask for him.Sincerely,Marybeth Sheehan

I recently bought a 2010 Honda Accord. The only reason I chose to go to Honda East instead of one of the 6 other Honda dealerships that are closer to my house was to do business with Milissa. Despite being new to the dealership she completely exceeded my expectations. All I had to do was tell her what I was looking for in a car and she matched me perfectly to the Accord I bought. She elimated all the headaches associated with car buying. Beforing coming in to the dealership I mentioned to her I needed as much of the paperwork to be done, so she took care of pre-approving me for Honda financing and had the car washed and ready for a test drive when I arrived. I will without a doubt refer anyone I know even thinking about buying a car to Honda East and tell them they need to ask for Milissa.

I was shopping all over town and found the staff at Honda East to be the easiest to deal with. The atmosphere was relaxed and low pressure. The price was fair and the finance process was quick and easy. Anyone looking for a great place to do business on a car should definitely go to Honda East!

Even though Milissa is fairly new to her sales position, she was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. When she wasn't sure about some of our questions, she knew exactly the person/persons to find the answer. Her warm and friendly personality will take her far in this business!

Gary took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me determine a good fit. Also, reviewed all the options and went over the book. He offered to help set up bluetooth, but once I declined as I already new the process, he stopped asking - which is great as he knew what I was ready to get going.

This was the best car buying experience that I have had in a long time. My rep paid attention to my needs, questions, concerns. He was very helpful and did not pressure me into anything. He took his time with me, even though the show room was full of customers. Everyone was very attentive, but not forceful. They took the time to explain my options and priced different models and allowed me to make the decision without feeling pressured. It was a wonderful experience.

My most recent experience with Honda East was very rewarding. I took my 2008 Honda Accord (which I had purchased there in 2008) in for scheduled maintenance and also had a noise issue coming from the back area of the inside of my car that I wanted them to resolve. The 2 service technicians that worked to fix this problem did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied before I left. The names of these two employees are Todd Walters and Ed Preyer. I want to personnally commend them for not only getting the job done but also for their courteousness, friendliness and positive attitude they both showed to me. Todd and Ed present the kind of image that any company would like their customers to see.Keep up the good work!! I'll be a regular customer because of this experience!

I leased my third Honda Pilot (2004, 2007 & 2011) from Honda East and my repeat business speaks for itself. Lou Ann Robb is patient and thoroughly committed to customer satisfaction. Neil Bambrick is a leader who has the complete respect of his team. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership. Honda East is the best!

Great service. Very friendly, accomodating, and engaging. Listened to my questions, concerns. Took the time to sit with me (3 visits worth) to explain and work through other manufacturer comparison tables (I brought them in). Wonderful outcome. I purchased a 2010 CRV EX-L, they found the exact one I wanted, brought it in, looks like it just came off the line. Made sure I understood all the new electronic, safety, and engine enhancements (was driving a 2004 CRV). Provided me direct access to my sales associates personal cell should I have any questions regarding my new vehicle at any time. Allowed me to drive price negotiations so I could get my payments where I was comfortable each month, financed through Honda Financial on a 5 year loan, after reviewing a few scenarios with me. Great people, great team, great support and I will definitely be a lifelong customer (as long as I'm in Cincinnati area) of Honda East.

I always had a great experience with the Honda East Service Department. I woudn't not take my Honda Car for service anywhere else. Everyone at the Service department is friendly and always helpfull. Typically I deal with Rickey and Ken service advisors. They are knowledgable and polite, and both had a very extensive knowledge of the car . I highly recommend Honda East Service department to other people!

Be wary of doing business here. I had an email interaction with a salesman who negotiated a sale price of $12000 (plus tax) on a basic Honda Accord that was listed on their site as preowned certified for $13005. When I inquired about certified he said that it wasn't and that it would be an additional $275 and tax to get that done. I drove from Troy, Ohio to Cincinnati, test drove the vehicle, and decided to buy it. Then came the haggling over the warranty that they now wanted over $1500 for (the same certified warranty). When I discussed my email with "Chad", he had apparently left the prior day for an insurance job. "Nick", the salesman I dealt with that day, and "Billy" the sales manager, wouldn't budge and didn't know about the email (have copies I could forward anyone interested). The honda that was going to cost approx. $13500 was now over $14500. My wife and I left it at that... there were better deals closer to home. Don't get roped in.

I had my Prelude in for service at least 6 times but the starting issue was never fixed. During each visit, I was charged for a new replacement part and only on the last visit did they mention they couldn't fix the problem themselves. I saved myself several hundred more dollars in parts and labor by never letting Honda East touch my car again.

Found a great used Acura, but could not agree on price. Returned home to Cleveland, but received a phone call from "Jason" a few days later. We reviewed the price I was willing to pay, but he said he would only be making $130 off the car, so we still couldn't reach a deal. I said thank you, but I had to stick to my budget. I hung up and less than 5 minutes later Jason called back and they had "re-evaluated my trade" and would give me the price I was willing to pay. I was ecstatic and mentioned again that I was in Cleveland and would be down in two days. He said that was not a problem and that he would honor the deal when I got there and gave me his cell phone number. There was no mention of a deposit or that I needed to put any money down. I took a half day off of work and on my drive down called Jason to make sure the car was ready. He acted annoyed when I called and said that "we sold the car yesterday". I was in shock and thought he was joking. He said "no we sold it yesterday". No apology, no explaination, just down right rude and clearly not concerned with customer service. When the shock wore off, called back and he said "well you didn't have a deposit"... well if I KNEW I needed one, I would have gladly put money down. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Honda East and DEFINITELY would not recommend this dealership and especially Jason.

Needed new wheel bearings and oxygen sensor replaced. Dealership had to order these parts. Dropped the car at the time we agreed on, service advisor called later in the day to say that the oxygen sensor has not arrived and I would need to come again in a few days. Picked up the car, it makes a wailing noise on the front right wheel. Brought it back the next day, test drove with the tech, he said "bad wheel bearing, or incorrectly installed". The wheel bearing replacement was supposed to be $440, girl who charged my credit card said $440, got home, the bill was $526. They have charged me for the oxygen failure diagnostic, which they said would do for free "as a courtesy". Now my wheel bearing repair is a "priority 3" and will take days to be fixed (IF they get it right). After going there for 8 years for service, they still have my wrong work number from a job I had 7 years ago, although I give them the correct number every time I go there. My car has only 60k miles, and this was the first repair I needed done. Big dissapointment. Horrible experience, not recommended.

I had a great experience at Honda East. Before going to Homda east, I had visited spoken to a number of Honda dealers in Cincinnati area. I had walked out of one dealership in disgust because I was treated so badly. Honda East was a pleasent surprise. Our salesperson gave us a great deal, was polite, had a very extensive knowledge of the car, was NEVER pushy and worked with us pateintly till we got what we wanted in the car. We walked in the dealership and walked out with a car in 2 hrs flat!! Will highly recommend to other people!
