I have upgraded this review from my original. Honda of Fife sold me a car with snow tires. As far as I am concerned, they sold me a car with a known problem. The tires are so loud they sound like a wheel bearing going out and would make a road trip unbearable. They were responsive enough to get me in right away to see what the noise problem was, but that is all they offered after telling me it is the snow tires. 2 days after buying it, to fix a known problem, it would cost me between $600-800. Maybe if I lived somewhere else that would have been a bonus? After having a chance to brood and then complaining, they made it right, very pleasantly, and I await a replacement set so I am relieved and pleased. The buying process was for me pretty unsatisfactory. I came to test drive a specific car. We started the purchasing process 45 minutes before I needed to leave for an important appointment. (I hadn’t really intended to buy that day) I told my salesperson I absolutely needed to be on the road, in my car, or the new car, at 4:30. He brushed me off telling me it would be only a few minutes. I said I could come back after my appointment but I was assured I would be able to leave with the car at 4:30. I was continuously brushed off as the clock hit 4:15, 4:25, 4:30,… at one point the manager asked me if I was going out to dinner…. What? As if measuring the “real” urgency for himself. I felt like I was treated like a kid, being put off endlessly. Again, I indicated I could come back well before closing to finish. Finally at 4:45, an absolute stressful drop dead time for me, leaving no time for traffic issues, the car and salesperson were no where to be seen and I ended up having to leave in my car and come back to pick it up anyway. All I wanted was a decent estimate of whether I would be be able to complete the entire process in 45 minutes. If not, fine, but the endless putting off, practically patting me on the head, weighing the urgency for themselves, was incredibly disrespectful and I was late for something I should not have been late for. I regret not walking out. So yeah, I have my car, tires coming, but it overall I don’t feel great about my experience. By the by, their inventory right now is very low, so you may want to wait a bit if you are browsing.

Good things: Ryan, my service tech, was able to apply a better coupon than the one I had to my routine oil change service. He also found a cap for my rear windshield wiper blade that I had probably lost in the car wash. I was worried that it would be expensive, or that I would have to look for one online, but he found one in the parts department for $4 and it was installed. I waited for the service and it was finished in less time than they said it would take. The waiting room is very comfortable. Criticisms: When scheduling this service, I referred to my previous service record for a phone number. Honda had changed its phone numbers since I was last in and the number I called was for a hard-sell life line screening company that wouldn't let me off the phone when I told them that all I wanted to do was get my car serviced. When I explained this to the tech and asked for new contact info, he stated "oh yeah, we changed our number." I almost took my business elsewhere as a result of this unpleasant phone call, so a quick acknowledgement of and apology for the inconvenience would have gone a little further than the aforementioned comment. Also, for the third time in 2.5 years: please replace the little plastic hook on the back of your women's room door. I really don't like to put my purse on the counter or the floor when using the restroom. This is a cheap fix and you have a very nice waiting room otherwise!

When I arrived for my appointment I didn't have to wait. I really appreciate the fact that the service team makes your vehicle is up to date on service rather it was performed there or not.

I know so little about cars. They are an expensive hobby/necessity. Luckily getting them fixed up is infrequent enough I can bolster my courage for maintenance costs. Honda of Fife explains the charges well and I feel like I'm getting good value [if perhaps not a bit more premium than I'd be normally fine without]. I, at very least, appreciate their amazing, fast, and friendly service, both for me and my car alike.

Even with such hard time for low inventory, Jalen helped us get our dream car (Red 2022 Honda Odyssey Ex-L). Jalen was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions. We finally get a price that we are satisfied. Will recommend everyone give a try to this dealer if you want to get a new car with a reasonable price at such crazy market time.
