i had a recall done on my 2005 CRV in the morning and the service dept was wonderful. I test drove a couple CRVS after that afternoon. After talking to many dealers in town, Michael Barnett was the best salesperson by far. He was fair and admitted a mistake they had made in labeling a car. I purchased a used 2014 by end of the day I would recommend Michael if you are looking for a new or used car!

I called up on Wednesday and spoke to a guy named Nick in the BDC. i had some issues that i wanted to work out but to him it didnt matter? He was so xxxx rude to me and in the middle of me telling him my issues, he interrupted me and "Hey! Are you going to stop talking now so i can talk?" I couldnt believe it? So i wanted to speak to his manager but nothing apparently gets passed him.. So now ONLY because of this Nick guy, will i never come back nor recommend anyone to do business with this company! I felt so little when he raised his voice to me.. i told my husband and he was livid! But instead of coming up there he told me to right a review so thats what im going to do! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Bought my Odessey new from Frontenac. When checking the tire pressure in the spare today as routine maintenance, I found a spare tire that has serious tread wear on it, and worse, a plug patch on the tread. So they sell a new car and install a USED spare, that had been patched. Not cool. They have not offered to replace it for a new spare. And for the dishonesty and my trouble, I expect them to be seriously trying to get this fixed soon.

WARNING - UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL TACTICS ARE THE NORM AT HONDA FRONTENACThe HONDA FRONTENAC Service Department has a few unethical service writers and mechanics, who work together try to drive up the customer's bill, perhaps for bonus money and other incentives. One time I brought my Honda Accord in to check out the frontend after hitting a pot hole. The service writer told me that it had done serious damage to the front left wheel that would cost about $1,200.00 to fix. I asked to talk to the mechanic, who told me the same thing, but he added a slick "see how the wheel moves when I turn it, trick. These two guys gave off a lot of deceptive nonverbal leaks. I took the car to another shop and they told me that all I needed was an alignment. There was NO other damage, which was also later verified by and ETHICAL Honda dealership. The car ran great after the alignment, and I have never had a problem with the fake mystery damage on the frontend. Another time when I took my Honda to Honda Frontenac, I requested that one service be done, simply replace the splashguard engine cover that is easy to install...and often gets damaged, due to the fact that Hondas sit so low. I was told that it would be done in an hour, but 90 minutes later, still no car. There slick service writer said that they had changed the oil (which I had not asked for). They also took my car apart - everything from cabin filters to brake pads, etc. - looking for things they could do to drive up the bill. They NEVER did put on the splash guard cover, because they were too busy trying to drive up the bill. I was upset, but even more so when the shady, uncaring service writer tried to assure me that it was not my fault...and it was not his fault. What a crock. This jerk did not give a damn about anything, except that I objected to his ruse to drive up the bill. He had the interpersonal skills of a street con, with an attitude.For the record, I have talked to many other Honda owners, who USED to take their cars to Honda Frontenac, but now refuse to go neat the place. Many of them experienced the Honda Frontenac con, where their service department "Accidently" changed their oil and/or lost the customer's service order that clearly stated what the customer wanted when they came in. Many, many customers have heard the same ruse, "Oh, we changed your oil and filter by mistake, but there will be no charge," scam, followed by, "we found a few things that need repair." It's a tired, old hustler scam, where the dealer provides a free inexpensive service, by mistake - "wink, wink" - and the customer feels compelled to let them do a lot of other costly and profitable work, most of which the customer did not come in for. Many of the Honda owners that used to take their car to Honda Frontenac, now take their business elsewhere. None of us will ever do business with these crooked slugs, again, including the purchase of new or used cars from this soiled dealership.These unethical tactics in the Honda Frontenac service department have been going on for well over a year, and are still taking place. Give this place a big miss if you value working with HONEST service writers and mechanics. However, if you know any investigative journalists or friends working at consumer fraud or other regulatory agencies, give them a Hot Tip about bringing a car to Honda Frontenac, so they can document the illegal and unethical tactics being carried out by some of the employees. This dealership deserves all the bad press and fines they can get.You have to figure that the owner and managers have to know about this. They have gotten many complaints. Perhaps, it is the management that is encouraging these sordid tactics in an effort to drive up profits. As this disreputable dealership continues to drive off legitimate customers, expect that the illegal and unethical tactics and pressure will increase - especially against those, who the service writer deem to be easy marks - elderly customers, women, busy businessmen, etc. - in an effort to make up for lost revenues.

Let me start by giving a little premise. I drove down to St. Louis with a couple friends (all of us are of South Asian descent) from Atlanta with a thought of buying the car the same day as we come into St. Louis. I wanted a 2016 Honda CRV Ex as it has all the features I liked and I already performed all my research online. I made an appointment and first went to Mungenast Honda and the service was horrible (we waited 20 min before someone came and talked; not even offered a glass of water). It went to the extent that the manager during our negotiations with dealer came down and slammed his card on the table and asked us to buy a used car. Indirectly asking us to leave! I was appalled by this as no one deserves this kind of a treatment (buy a car or not). We then went to Honda of Frontenac and we met our super car dealer/clown Dennis Burkholder. Dennis explained the features of the car really well and told me frankly what I needed and didn't need and worked with me on the price of the car. Dennis made it my most pleasant experience in buying a car. I then went to the finance department and we agreed on an interest rate that was fair to both parties. I am very happy with my purchase as it was my first new car. Also, who can beat free car washes! The Honda of Frontenac people are trained in dealing with diversity and they are very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this place to buy a car.

An unfortunate accident caused us to have to get an update mediate replacement for our Honda CRV that we purchased about 4 months ago. Firstly , we were told that the car " did it's job" from the adjuster as while the car was totaled my husband walked away with not one scratch, bump or bruise. . It was a no brainier that the replacement be the same car! We received excellent CS from our former sales person. We formally bought cars from Bommarito Honda and West County Honda. They used to be great to deal with but have since become unprofessional and tell untruths .(shake on deals and then change the terms. ) We tried Honda of Frontenac and much to our surprise they were one of the greatest dealerships to do business with. They were pleasant , so accommodating and there was no nonsense dealing when it came time to talk price. Our sales person Patty Robinson was the best. Yes I said THE BEST. You won't regret using this dealership or using Patty!

Brought my Accord in for AirBag recall and Safety belt sensor replacement and picked up the car and noticed the seat moved when getting in and out of the car. I found that both of the seat rail bolts weren't tightened down but merely just started threading. Good thing I wasn't in a collision because my seat would have folded back. I called to report to the service writer and was quickly dismissed and wasn't even asked for my name so that they could speak with the tech that forgot to bolt down my seat rails. I will never use this dealership again for service or purchase.

Ron Danback was my sales person. I met with Ron back in June to begin my vehicle search as I new within a several months I'd be looking to purchase a new-to-me car. I told Ron what I was interested in and he had me test drive a couple of different cars. I told him that I was interested in looking around and car shopping, and he gave me some recommendations of other places to look based on my want. He gave me his honest opinion on some other makes and models I was interested in but said he ultimately thought I'd be back after having driven the CR-V. I did love that car, but spent a few months shopping other dealers and test driving other cars. When I was ready and thought I knew my budget, I was convinced that the CR-V was just out of my price range. But, because Ron had been such a huge help, I felt compelled to just see. 4 months after having worked with him, Ron remembered me, remembered our earlier conversation, and remember the types of other cars I was looking at and asked which I'd tried and where. He then showed me a couple of small SUVs and introduced me to a like-new 2011 CR-V. I took it out for the test drive, despite already knowing it was my first choice. When I got back, I met with Ron and he told me the trade-in value of my 2006 and it was $500 more than other places would give me. He then showed me the estimated breakdown for monthly payments. I was shocked when it was just north of my comfort zone. After some finagling, the offer was at a place I felt comfortable. They got me into the car (make and model) that I wanted, in the model year range I was looking at, in the budget I was looking at AND got me an unbelievably great extended warranty and we were able to ensure the loan. Have I mentioned that the CR-V is in near-mint condition with less than 27,000 miles on it?!?! When I started my search in June, I wouldn't have been surprised had you told me I'd buy from Ron. He doesn't sell you a car, he helps you buy one. Had you told me I'd be in a Honda CR-V in wicked good condition with the bells and whistles added (i.e. warranty, loan insurance, etc.), I'd have asked what promotion I'd gotten. I cannot stress enough how easy and enjoyable it was to buy my new-to-me CR-V from Ron and Honda of Frontenac. If you're in the market, go see them. You will not regret it. Thanks Ron!!

I have had my 2002 Accord serviced at Honda of Frontenac. I live in St Charles County and don't mind the distance because of the service I receive. Pat Carroll is a wonderful service adviser. He is honest and doesn't try to have you agree to services you don't need. He is very respectful as well. Because of my wonderful service experience at the dealership, I purchased a new car there. I will continue to use Honda of Frontenac and will happily recommend them to family and friends.

Saturday I bought a brand new 2015 Honda Civic EX-L from NICK JOHNSTON. This was an exceptional experience! He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and willing to do whatever it took to get the exact car I desired! Never during the buying process did I feel pressure, overwhelmed or out of the loop. He was gave me all the information I needed/wanted to know without even having to ask. Nick was very patient with me as I was indecisive about which Honda I wanted; a civic, accord, CR-V or Pilot. Given his knowledge of the vehicles and knowing what I was looking for in a new car, I knew I made the right decision! He made this experience fun and exciting with no regrets! i have owned the car for over 30months, but the other day when i took it in for a comprehensive maintainance based on mileage, i was surprised that despite not having mechanical problems for the time i have had the car, the car had no bumper reinforcement bar but just a bumper cover with a broken reinforcement that is pressing againnst the radiator, the grille was just suspended by just two hooks and is severly broken, and since the car is engineered so well with almost every part sealed it would be easy to notice unless you opened the panels, i had to buy a grille, my rim was bent and was forced to buy another one, about seven months after buying the car i had to replace, valve stems, a leaking washerfluid tank and putting all these together it now makes sence that the car had suffered more damage that was not disclosed to me, the inspection prior to selling the car was not done or it was done improperly and since am still making the payment i thought it would have been nice to talk about it with them, but it looks like i have no luck, they dont care after one buys from them, all they care about is your money

I purchased a new accord while trading my old car in. Part of the agreement was when the warranty on my trade-in was canceled the money would go to them. The amour the projected I would get back was almost $800 more than what I actually got back. I spoke with them and had several conversations about this. I left it in there hands to decide what to do any never heard back. I had guessed that they had owned up to their mistake and decided to cover the difference. Wrong! About 6 months later I got a call asking for payment immediately or I'd be sent to collections! Are you kidding me! Worst experience ever!

Went in on a tuesday to talk about options and to get a price on a new honda pilot. I asked to have a quote emailed to me as I needed to pick up spouse at work because we only had 1 car. It took several calls by me on Friday to even get a price with a bunch of excuses, we don't quote over the phone etc. I told them I was in the dealership on Tuesday and asked for it then. I told them that I was going to be making the decision in 30 min and was told to enjoy dinner I will be here until 9 pm. I called at 7:45 and was told salesman was gone for the night. It is obvious that they don't want to sell cars and you don't want to hear what happened by the service department.

Since writing the above review the following has occurred: Thursday: Receive phone call from GM who seems friendly, personable, and genuinely apologetic and wanting to help the situation. He asks me if there is anything he can do to make the situation better. I don't know how to answer this, because this wasn't about "getting" anything from them. It was about reviewing bad service and being extremely upset. He says to think about it and he will call me back. Friday: The GM follows through and calls me back but I am unavailable to take the call and received his voicemail. Saturday: Someone comes up to my place of work to pick up the paperwork, which was an awesome gesture arranged by Randol in the finance department. Monday: I call the GM back and leave a voicemail. Tuesday: I havent heard back from the GM yet but I call the dealership as my plates are going to expire and I need my paperwork (the title). I leave a voicemail with Carla. Wednesday: My husband calls the GM and leaves a voicemail. I call the dealership and am directed to Carla again, where I leave a second voicemail. Later in the day I call again and tell the receptionist that I have not been able to talk to anyone yet and have just been leaving voicemails. She gets Carla on the phone, who informs me that she hasnt picked up her voicemails today or yesterday so she hasn't gotten my voicemails. She is friendly but says that I will need to talk to someone in financing and ask them about situation XYZ. I get sent to someones line where I get to leave yet another voicemail. As none of my voicemails have gotten returned by later in the day, my husband calls the dealership and talks with the receptionist. She puts us through to the manager, where my husband leaves another voicemail. This call was returned and the manager informs us that the person in department ABC has left for the day but he hasnt forgotten about us. Thursday: I write this addition to my review because my plates expire Saturday and while I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the friendly phone calls last week...... apparently they really dont care about making anything right. I have been advised to take this situation even higher to third parties and plan to do so. This is nuts.

I only mildly hated this place until continued bad experiences left me fuming!From the beginning:Called and talked to Ron Danback about my interest in a used Jeep Wrangler on their lot. I don't have a very open schedule so the only day I could come up to look at it was on a Tuesday. He told me it was his day off but unfortunately my schedule is not flexible so I asked if someone else could help me. He said he could be up there around the middle of the day to meet with me which I thought was pretty awesome of him.Until I got to our appt and he wasn't there. I was told that someone else would be filling in for him. I told each of them that I would be very short on time and had an important appointment in the area. This appointment was my good friend's last chemo appointment for her breast cancer. I wanted to be there for her! I continued to count down my availability throughout the negotiations. "I've really got to wrap up soon." to which he would disappear to talk to the Ron guy on the phone. "I've got about a half hour before I have to leave." and he would disappear for a long time again. My phone eventually died and I couldn't keep track of the time but kept insisting I needed to finish. We came to terms with the price and I thought that meant I could be out in a hurry but instead it meant lots of paperwork and waiting and me anxiously trying to get through it.In the end, I missed her chemo appt. Very disappointing.It doesn't end there. Before I would sign off and actually "purchase" the car (they just had my deposit) I wanted them to fix a few things that a fabulous mechanic friend of mine (Ron Tinner of Sparks Tire and Auto) found. Also, I had a pre-approval for my auto loan and gave them the details of it in case they could beat it. They said they would call back in a couple days. ONE WEEK LATER I call them and leave a very detailed message with the receptionist. Who I am, which vehicle I am purchasing, what I am waiting for. By the afternoon I got a call back. "Nicole, now... what exactly were the rates we were trying to beat again? Oh, by the way, your jeep is getting worked on right now."Translation: we haven't done crap on our end since you saw us. I give him the info. He e-mails me later and says to just use the financing I have. I e-mailed him the code and set up a time to close. On the way to the dealership I texted him to let him know I was a half hour away.When we get there, the correct financing information hasn't been pulled and they are NOW presenting some financing options to us. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. If they wanted to play that game they should have done it via e-mail or phone or WHATEVER. Plus, they were "beating" the terms of my husband's refinance through the same bank, NOT the vehicle loan I was getting. So we had to wait for them to get the correct information, wait for them to try to see if they had better financing terms.. all while juggling us and at least two other customers and maybe a third!Ron kept bouncing from negotiating with one couple in the desk behind us, to coming back to say something to us for only a second, to disappearing for an extended length of time... At one point, we heard an older woman completely go off on someone - I believe him - and walk out of the place. She complained about them juggling her and other customers. This was happening to us and we were getting frustrated.Eventually, the financing guy took care of us for a while to help him out. When we gave him the money for our down payment we were short, somehow.... Obviously, that somehow was because of a 199.99 BS administrative fee, but we whipped out our calculators and did the numbers and clearly skirted around where the extra amount was coming from. Until I said, "Wait, this isn't adding up..." and went through each item on his screen, ultimately coming across the 199.99. By this point, two hours has gone by (JUST FOR PAPERWORK) and I am so frustrated and ready to leave that I briefly argue about it, he says it's standard, I know its BS, but I pay it anyway. To which I am extremely regretful about. The contract even has a legally mandatory disclosure about the "administrative fee" as being profit for the dealership and not necessarily for ANY type of administrative fee. SO DON'T PAY IT AND DONT LET THEM TIRE YOU OUT. Put your foot down. Such crap.After we are done, we are relieved to finally be at the point of "just getting your payment processed, giving you the key, and getting the temporary plates on!" This took an hour. Why? Because they were juggling tons of people. This 100%, absolutely should not have taken so long. I understand being busy, but considering that finishing us up would have only taken a few minutes, I think it would be acceptable to politely "excuse" yourself from someone to handle a very brief task. Instead, we spent a total of 3 hours "just for paperwork".One week later, I get a call that the paperwork wasn't filled out the way the bank needed it and we needed to come back and have more stuff signed. I didn't mention earlier, but this place is a 30 minute drive out of my way in a part of town I NEVER go to. So this becomes my third trip up. Total time to negotiate a deal, wait, and drive.... in order to purchase this vehicle... 12 hours. How valuable is 12 hours of a persons life? INCREDIBLY VALUABLE. And I spent it waiting on them.I had just taken the Jeep on a road trip and it needed a clean. Part of the deal with coming up to their dealership was getting a complimentary car wash. The car wash in no way makes up for missing my friends chemo appointment, spending an extra $200 bucks, and wasting 12 hours of time... but I kept telling myself that it should and it would. That was done was done, and it was better than nothing. To me, I wanted this carwash to be an awesome "we are sorry and we will do a very good job at this one thing to make up for it."When I get up there, I tell him, "Will you guys do the inside too?" He says no, just the outside. I respond, "Since this is a customer service issue and you guys didn't have the paperwork in order when we came in to finish up AND you are needing me to come up again... as a customer service issue, are you sure you can't??" He says no they can't and that it costs them $150 dollars to have the company detail them that way. Twice they pay it. When they get the car and then when they sell it; so they were already $300 in the hole on it. I just said, "I mean.. are you sure???" he says, "Ill see if they can vacuum it for you."When I got out to the jeep, it looked like someone merely sprayed water on it. Water spots all over the windows and dirt and bugs still smashed on the front bumper. It looks WORSE because of all of the water spots than when I brought it in. When I went back in I asked for the salesman again. "I am not trying to be a pain in the butt, however, I am a business owner and I believe in good customer service. My jeep looks terrible, can someone just wipe down the front of it more?" He says, "No, this is the car wash that we give out to everyone and what you are wanting is a detail." I ask, "You do a free car wash for everyone right?" "Yes" "Well, this is a customer service issue, you guys made us wait 3 hours just for paperwork and then it isn't right and I had to come back up here for this." He goes on about some irrelevant stuff that has to do with the bank that has NOTHING to do with my relationship, the customer, and them, the dealer of the vehicle I purchased.I basically stormed out like the woman I mentioned earlier, throwing expletives around which I have never ever in my life done. All I wanted was a good car wash to make up for all that they dropped the ball on. Even if it cost them $150 to pay the detail company to do.... that is a very small price to pay to make up for how much they sucked.DO NOT GO HERE.Since writing the above review the following has occurred:Thursday: Receive phone call from GM who seems friendly, personable, and genuinely apologetic and wanting to help the situation. He asks me if there is anything he can do to make the situation better. I don't know how to answer this, because this wasn't about "getting" anything from them. It was about reviewing bad service and being extremely upset. He says to think about it and he will call me back.Friday: The GM follows through and calls me back but I am unavailable to take the call and received his voicemail.Saturday: Someone comes up to my place of work to pick up the paperwork, which was an awesome gesture arranged by Randol in the finance department.Monday: I call the GM back and leave a voicemail. Tuesday: I havent heard back from the GM yet but I call the dealership as my plates are going to expire and I need my paperwork (the title). I leave a voicemail with Carla.Wednesday: My husband calls the GM and leaves a voicemail. I call the dealership and am directed to Carla again, where I leave a second voicemail. Later in the day I call again and tell the receptionist that I have not been able to talk to anyone yet and have just been leaving voicemails. She gets Carla on the phone, who informs me that she hasnt picked up her voicemails today or yesterday so she hasn't gotten my voicemails. She is friendly but says that I will need to talk to someone in financing and ask them about situation XYZ. I get sent to someones line where I get to leave yet another voicemail. As none of my voicemails have gotten returned by later in the day, my husband calls the dealership and talks with the receptionist. She puts us through to the manager, where my husband leaves another voicemail. This call was returned and the manager informs us that the person in department ABC has left for the day but he hasnt forgotten about us.Thursday: I write this addition to my review because my plates expire Saturday and while I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the friendly phone calls last week...... apparently they really dont care about making anything right. I have been advised to take this situation even higher to third parties and plan to do so. This is nuts.

I love Hondas and have owned many over the years, but this particular Honda dealership is a terribly dysfunctional. If you are going to have your Honda serviced by the dealership I would strongly advise you to go to another dealer. To make a long story short, I purchased a 2008 Accord Coupe, which has always been a good car, except for some weird electrical issue that is clearly a design or manufacturing issue. The car dies if I leave the key in the ignition for more than 4 or 5 minutes with the engine off. It was like that from day 1. Huey's Honda (the previous owners) did a series of tests, but could not isolate the issue so I just kept the key out of the ignition when the engine was off. When, however, several years later the parasitic battery drain issue increasingly became a persistent problem the new owners (Honda of Frontenac) disclaimed any liability. They would not even evaluate the problem without a substantial diagnostic service charge. The service manager, a Mr. Dan Schweiger, was particularly unhelpful, confrontational and rude. This dealership loves you when you come in to purchase, but has other ideas when you bring your vehicle in for service. Nix these guys off your list of potential buying sites.

This dealer was not pleasant to work with either during or after the sale. Our salesperson (who quit soon after our purchase) was not knowledgeable, patient or responsive. The finance person was extremely condescending, to the point where we were told "Please complain about her, we've been trying to fire her". Really? First of all, you should never say something like that, and secondly, if you know I'm going to get bad service, step in and be proactive!! She lived up to her billing, and we nearly (should have) walked out on the deal. Unfortunately, our finance person talked us into a paintless dent removal plan for $700. After a year or so and a few dents, we made several attempts to redeem the value by having a couple dents removed. After many, many messages back and forth trying to set up an appointment, we were finally told that they "no longer do that onsite". It took nearly 2 weeks to get to that answer. Apparently, we were then left to call an 800 number and deal with the claim process on our own. We had to find a shop, get an estimate, then be told by the company that it was too expensive and our claim was denied. It only covers up to $75/dent, which in the retail world is not a fair amount. We were sold a dent removal plan, not what basically amounts to a 70% off coupon for dent removal. I personally went to the dealer to allow them the opportunity to make good on the plan they sold, which was a waste of time. Managers were mysteriously gone for the day, and nobody would take action. Finally, someone from the service dept. promised to take care of it and follow up with me the following morning. That never happened, and they no longer take my calls. Bottom line, they do not follow through on all the promises they make. When you go back to redeem anything, chances are whomever made that promise is no longer there - which they will use as the excuse to get you off the phone or out of their dealership. Even getting someone to give you their last name over the phone is quite the ordeal. "I'm the only Dave here!" Of course you are...Once we ran out of steam on trying to get our dents fixed - which we PAID for in advance - we just traded the thing into another dealership, so I suppose they won in the end. Good for them. We've had 9 cars in the past 5 years, which is our normal cadence. I suppose avoiding $400 worth of dent removal was worth it for them to lose our business in the future. Incidentally, Bommarito VW was quite pleasant to deal with - although we were smart enough to decline the "extras" in the finance room this time around.Avoid this place at all costs.

Gave me a quote on an Accord EX-L. I did my home work and had a pretty good idea of what my trade in was worth and what the new Accords were going for. His bid was for me to pay $15,000 plus my trade. I laughed and said I did my homework and that he was insulting me - he dropped the price $3,000 in heartbeat and said if I would by today he might be able to drop it another $1,000 - in short he was hoping to screw a dummy! I bought a car the next day at Leta who was very fair and did not play to many games. I understand this is the nature of car sales but went way over the line. I am a 27 year old female and he tried to take advantage of me......not this time!

Unfortunately this dealership proved me wrong...all what they care about is closing a deal with promises that all requested fixes on the bought car would properly be done. What they did then was only a superficial cover of the scratches that the car has, pretending that they have fixed the pumper, etc.... I meet the sales person who promised to fix all that and he asks me to come two days later to drop the car off and have it fixed. I go and he does not show up... i leave the car there and calls me two hours later saying they can't fix the pumper because it's damaged and the car has ran into something, i say the car has never ran into anything, he keeps say no no, it has. i say ok let's see i will come and you show me. i go and he doesn't show up again. another sales person calls him and they talk for 10 minutes and i request to talk to him but he hangs up before i do. then i went to one of the managers and complained and the manager says oh that's not nice, we will take care of this and he takes my phone number to call me next day but they never did...... People this is the treatment you should expect to have at HONDA OF FRONTENAC DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED THIS WAY, GO BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I've been looking for a 4WD EXL (no RES no Nav) but the 4WDs are hard to come by here in Texas. So I shopped around out of state and found my Pilot at Honda of Frontenac in St. Louis. Yes, I am from Houston and ended up getting it from St. Louis. I have gotten a very competitive deal from the internet manager Paul Leong. He also helped me to find a car transport company with very reasonable shipping charge for bringing the Pilot to Houston. Even after adding the shipping charge, it is still over $1k cheaper than any deals I found in the lone star state. The Pilot arrived about 1 week after I committed to buy. The process was done professionally via email, phone and fedex packages for signed documents. Paul is highly recommended. He took good care of me all the way - great service for an out of state buyer. I am still amazed by how smoothly this whole process went given.

I did not purchase a car from this dealership due to the pushy tactics of their salesmen. When I went to browse their car selection, they had a team of out of town salesmen there to help the regular salesmen with a promotion. One of these out-of-town salesmen greeted me and was very pushy. He would not tell me the price of any of the cars. How am I to know what cars I should bother test driving if I don't know which cars fall into my price range? I do not believe he knew the cars he was selling anyway since he had just come in from FL for this event. When we went inside the dealership to discuss a car I thought I might be interested in, they wanted me to fill out a credit report form right away, even though I told them I had approved financing through my credit union and would not be getting financing through Honda. It was as though I was not being heard. The Manager then joined the conversation and proceeded to play games with regard to revealing prices and pushing their financing. I got up and began walking out stating (again) that I was not interested in financing. They both followed me to the door, the Manager with a calculator in his hand trying to tell me what he could do for me on monthly payments. It was classic poor service, pushy tactics--why so many people dread the car buying process. While I am hopeful their regular sales force is not this way, I have no way to know if they are or not and my experience did not lead me to believe this dealership has the customer's best interest in mind.

I made a switch to this dealership upon learning that Pat Carroll and Dan Sweigert relocated to this dealership. I previously bought at least 4 hondas from where they worked previously. It is outstanding service writers and managers which help to keep and retain customers! Pat is so honest and always has the customer's best interest at heart. He has a very pleasant personality and is extremely curteous. He pulled my car up to the door and even turned the a/c on so it would be nice and cool for me! I would give them a 6 if I could. They were so straightforward, no typical "bait and switch" we had experienced at 2 other St. Louis dealers this month. I felt like I was talking to real people. There wan no "manager" in some back area to approve everything. Everything was as planned, or even better. Never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealer.

I am especially pleased with Pat Carroll, as he takes the times to explain before and after what will be done and then goes over the charts and comments made by the service personnel. It is because of Pat that I have switched to this dealership (which is not the closest to my home) for the regular maintenance on my Honda Civic. He goes over everything and enables me to take advantage of special dollars off offers.

Greg Lane did an awesome job making my experience very positive. He went beyond the norm to ensure I was satisfied. I came in for LOB, transmission fluid change and State Inspection. He mentioned the State Inspection would require an appointment but when he came and gave me the report and bill he actually was able to work that request in as well. I was very pleased with the effort he made to ensure I was a satisfied customer.

Once again, Honda of Frontenac did an excellent job of exceeding my expectations of service and customer satisfaction. Upon dropping off my vehicle for service, I was contacted in a timely manner by Pat Carroll. He explained the required repair and gave me a reasonable estimate. They next day when he called to let me know that my car was ready he also informed me I did not need one of the parts and it will cost less than originally quoted. It seems that in the past at other repair shops it often ended up costing more than the original quote so I was surprised and pleased. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity displayed by Pat and the rest of the staff. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, Pat personally retrieved my car and brought it to the door. He even turned on the air conditioning so it would be nice and cool when I got in. I highly recommend this dealer and do not trust my car with anyone else. Thanks again Pat for a great experience.

Paul also included a wonderful bonus, weatherproof mats for the floor and the cargo area of our new CRV.This is our third CRV. The first we purchased from Paul. We had the same wonderful experience with that purchase. This is the third car we have purchased since August, 2010. It was by far our best experience. He did a follow up call today to see if we like the car and could help us in any way. I highly recommend Paul Leong to anyone purchasing a Honda. I don't like dealing with cars whether it's purchasing them or servicing them. However, after my first visit to this dealership for service, I believe they have changed my outlook on this! I went on the recommendation of my brother and I was not disappointed. Pat Carroll was so informative (as well as patient and kind) as he explained everything that needed to be done and why. He also gave me realistic guidelines to follow for future service needs. As a woman dealing with mechanics, I have not always had a positive experience and often felt like I was being "taken". On this day, I left feeling confident in the work that was performed as well as confident in the information I had been given. I truly appreciate the care and honesty shown to me at this dealership!

Instead, he heard what my needs were, gave me options, time to think - which I really apreciated - and when I came back with my decision, he made sure I got what I asked for.He did great follow up after I signed the papers to keep me informed of how things were going, timeline for locating the car and so on; and as I run into some problems that could have caused me to give up on the deal, he gave extra attention to my case and made sure what he promised was delivered.

Well the old 2002 Odyssey is running well again. And this is important: I've got 3 kids, a husband, a job, and family in town. Last week, when they called from the camp that my son hurt his arm, it was great to have a reliable car. (Yes, it was a broken arm and now he has a cool cast to impress his buddies.) With an older car I expect to need repairs and to have expenses, and I think it's the "green" thing to do to keep an old car and keep it running well. I've used Honda of Frontenac's repair service many times and over many years, even before it was Honda of Frontenac. The service has always been timely, honest, and effective. This latest service was to replace the transmission. UGH! I fell over when Pat gave me the estimate. I contacted Honda America to see if warranties might be available, and they were helpful... to a point. Then Dan the Service Manager had a friendly chat with the reps he knew, and they really came through for me with help on the expense. So Honda of Frontenac delivered a first rate repair at what turned out to be a great price, and I'm grateful. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Everything about my new car buying experience was exemplary. I had first called the dealership to inquire about their current inventory on the van I was looking for. The gentleman I spoke with, Randol, couldn't have been nicer, and in fact called me back within 5 minutes after going out on the lot to check. After making the decision to go to that dealership to buy, I called Randol back later tha morning and asked if he would be available to show my husband and I the van later that evening. I was shocked to find out that he wasn't even a salesman.(I couldn't believe he took the time to help me, knowing he wouldn't be getting the commission from the sale.) He kindly gave me the name of a salesman that would be there later in the evening and even thanked me for calling back to schedule a test drive appt. When my husband and I got there, Tom was waiting for us and couldn't have been nicer about showing us the various models of vans they had in the trim package that I wanted. In fact Tom kept appologizing that I couldn't test drive the exact van I wanted to purchase, bcause it had litterally just been delivered earlier in the day. It was still covered in plastic and hadn't been made road ready yet. I was thrilled to know that the van I was buying was so spanking new it only had a single mile on it. Throughout our buying experience, we NEVER felt pressured. Everyone was very nice, and even the Business Manager, Lisa, was very friendly and did her very best to get us the exact extended warranty we wanted for my specific driving needs. Becasue it was late in the evening when we got to there, we weren't able to take the van that night, but was given a top-of-the-line van as a loaner to take home for the evening. When we arrived the next morning, the van AND Paul the Sales Manager were sitting right out front waiting for us. The van looked beautiful and Paul had everything ready to go. He took us out for a quick lesson on how all the new gadgets in the van worked and even took the time to program my favorite stations in the radio, and even connect my cel phone for the blue-tooth feature. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. They truly made a potentially stressful experiance very enjoyable and they came through on everything they promised and even somethings they didn't. I would refer my family and freinds to Honda of Frontenac without hesitation!

Sean was so helpful in this process, which was very stressful for me since I didn't have a lot of time to find a car. He was very helpful and worked with me until we found a car I was happy with and comfortable in that fit my budget. I have been using this dealership for 20 years for sales and service and have always gotten very high quality care. This is the 3rd car I've purchased, and I've been using the service department since 1992. They have never tried to do unecessary repairs or sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them again in the future, and even though I wasn't able to purchase a new or used Honda at this time, when I am ready to buy a new car down the road (and it will be a Honda), I will come back to them to purchase my car. In the mean time, I will continue to use the service department for any repairs on my "new" car.

I worked with Paul Leong at the Dealership and had a great experience. I live roughly 130 miles from the dealership and I did not want to make multiple trips to "wheel and deal" on my new Honda. Pat Carroll is the reason i go to honda frontenac. He is a service advisor there. I am a single female who does not know much about cars. Taking care of the customer is Pats number one priority. He sits down and takes the time to explain things in detail with me. Pat tells me what is best for my car and me. He is concerned about the customer not about how much money he can make off of them. I find this to be a rare trait in the many people who work in the sales business.One time I just missed the shuttle bus from honda to take me home so I was going to have to wait over an hour for it to come back. Even though it is not his job, Pat went above and beyond the call of duty and drove me home himself so i would not have to wait. Pat also always knows who I am when I walk in the door. The list of kind things Pat has done for me and my family ( who also have honda's) is the reason I will always go to Honda Frontenac and recommend it to family and friends.You just do not find this type of customer service anymore. I miss the name "Huey's Honda", but Frontenac Honda is, in my experience, even friendlier and more customer-service oriented. This is the 2nd new car I've purchased at this location and Tim Devine delivered everything he had promised with this new car. The service department is also exceptional.

The sales manager Jay had a good demeanor and seemed fair. They had a nice selection of both new & pre-owned vehicles. I arrived with my son for a B1 service visit at 11:30, and was greeted with a smile. I was assured that this was an express service item (oil change and tire rotation) so I elected to wait for the car to be finished. My son and I enjoyed our (brief) time together in the clean waiting room. We actually played games on my phone, but the tv was on an infomercial channel that was mildly interesting. Within 45 minutes we were ready to go! The car had been washed, too! I LOVE this place!! I would recommend it to everyone!!

The service at Honda of Frontenac was top notch. Not only did they give me a great price for my old Honda Element, but they gave me a great price for my new Honda Accord. The staff there was extremely friendly and I really felt at ease while going through the whole buying process, which can be a really scary experience if you have ever gone through one before. What really stood out to me was that after the sale of my car, the dealer took the time to explain all of the features to me and went through everything I had questions about. If anyone is ever looking for a great place to buy a car, I will always point them in the direction of Honda of Frontenac. I would certainly deal with Honda of Frontenac again. You can buy or service a car anywhere, so the people at the dealership are what make the difference - and these guys go out of their way to be helpful and honest. My daughter and I enjoyed the experience at Honda of Frontenac looking for her, her first car. Cindy, our sales person, was very pleasant and nicely enthusiastic even though we showed up near closing time. It was easy negotiating the price and we walked away feeling good about our purchase. My daughter now has a sharp 2010 Civic with a Nav system. Yea, I won't forget my daughters smile. She told me after we purchased the car that she really liked this dealer. I think that says a lot.

I was looking for a used car and found 1 at a South County dealer, the more I looked into Consumer Reports and Edmonds the more I did not want to purchase the South County used car. I contacted Honda of Frontenac ( Honda CRV reviews are great )after finding a Honda certified used 2008 CRV through the Internet on their lot. I called Honda of Frontenac to see if they still had that car, which they did. The price was 2nd lowest for a Honda Certified CRV, but the other dealer with a lower price was in St. Peter's and did not have good revews on the internet. I had already set up a used car check at my local repair shop in South St. Louis for the same day ( originaly for the South County car ). The dealer reviews at Honda of Frontenac were good, I spoke with Matt Ciuffa over the phone, explained I was interested in the Honda CRV and asked if I could take it to my local repair shop to have them give it a used car check, my request was granted. I picked up the car and my local shop checked it out and it checked out fine. I went back to Honda of Frontenac and spoke with Matt Ciuffa, walked around the lot to see what else was on their lot, decided I would see if we could make a deal on the 2008 Honda CRV, which we did. I picked up the CRV to have it checked out at 1:40 pm and made the deal with Matt around 5:00 pm. I was not pressured, Matt Ciuffa was a GREAT guy, the car sold itself and Matt was able to make a deal with me. This dealer, Matt Ciuffa and this transaction tied with my best car ( new or used )buying experience! I hope all other dealings with Honda of Frontenac go this well.

I also gave him a very specific price point which he was able to accommodate. I was really surprised he was able to do it. This is my first Honda and I've never been happier. We didn't end up buying from this dealer, but the salesperson, Cindy Wilson, was probably the best part of our car-buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and seemed like a 'straight-shooter'. She was able to answer questions and tell us things about the vehicle that other salespeople at other dealers clearly did not know. We actually felt bad that we didn't give her our business.

I was planning on bringing my car in for an oil change, but stopped at the License bureau to update my plates first. At the License office I found out I needed an emissions inspection, too. I went to Honda of Frontenac for an Express oil change. Randy in the service department came out to meet me. I told him I wanted an oil change and asked if they could do the emissions inspection. I figured that was a different part of the shop, but he told me he would see what he could do. Thirty minutes later, my car was ready with an oil change, emissions inspection and a car wash (which I didn't ask for). I appreciated that Randy took the time to help me out and save me another trip in.

Usually buying a new car is a horrible time for us, but for the first time we actually had fun. At no time did I feel pressure to do a deal, but when I decided on a car he made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my used car. I used to arrange to have some one pick me up from the dealer when I dropped my car off for service. At Honda of Frontenac, there is no need. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, there is free coffee, free wi-fi and the bathrooms are spotless. Now, I simply use the time to catch up on reading, correspondence, pay bills, and write a few emails. No need to leave the premises; it's some alone time that I need for myself. Thanks, Honda.

I just purchased my Civic LX-S from Matt Kiefer and Dave Bell, and am wondering why on earth it took so long. It is a fabulous ride, and handling is sensational for sales rep. I went from a Jeep Liberty to this amazing car! Matt was incredible in handling the sale along with Mr. Bell. I am from out of state (MN) and they helped me for over a week until I could get down there to make the trade. We went to another Honda dealership where we had test driven a vehicle. When it came time to make a deal, we were given a great price. We went to put a deposit down, and we were promised they would be able to locate the car that we wanted. After several phone calls to get us in the door, once we put the deposit down, we heard nothing for days. After repeated calls back to the dealership, we were told unless we picked another color or vehicle with different amenities, they could not deliver. We then went to Honda Frontenac. We ended up paying slightly above the other Honda dealership, but it was well worth it. We will now go to Frontenac for all service and any future Hondas. Mike Mercz was friendly and professional. Our experience was great at Frontenac.

tim did a wonderful job of getting me the car i wanted with the price i needed to keep my payments in the needed price bracket. He showed me how to work the radio and seats all all the other equipment in the car. He was very friendly and made sure that i would give him a call if i had any questions or concerns. Dave made the financing very simple to understand and gave me a graeat deal on my extended warrenty. I purchased a used vehicle from Rich. I spoke with him when I needed a vehicle quickly after my son slid off the road and hit a tree. Rich researched vehicles within my price range and kept in contact with me on what was available. When he found a vehicle I was interested in, he brought the car to me to test drive. The car was clean and within my budget. Rich never pressured me and was always honest with me concerning the vehicles he researched. He felt this was the best vehicle within my price range, and, after test driving it, I had to agree! I purchased it! My son is still using my other vehicle because I chose to keep this one for myself!

He called a few days later to let me know that he had gotten some more cars in that fit my description. He sold me an amazing Acura TSX at a price well below blue book value. He was approachable and respectful, and I felt very comfortable working with him. When I walked into the dealership i was quite impressive that I was not bombarded with salesmen. When I have looked at other dealerships I felt trapped and walked out. I was looking for a used car for my daughter within a certain price range. When i got there Rich greeted me and introduced himself. He was groomed and very professional. What I liked about his approach with me he was not pushy. he asked me questions regarding budget, who will be driving it and the type if vehicle I was looking for. We sat down and he found some cars within my price range. I test drove a few that i thought my daughter would really like. After we went back inside he worked up some numbers for me. I told him that I would need to speak with my daughter who was away at college. He thanked me for coming in. i was extremely impressed with his follow up phone call. Unfortunatly she had found another car where she attends college. i would highly recommend Frontenac Honda and Rich. he seems very honest and that is what is really important with me when looking for a car.

We took our car into Frontenac Honda after hearing some strange noises when turning. It was quickly diagnosed as a problem with the axle as well as a leaking transmission seal. The work was completed while we waited and there was no charge as the warranty was still in effect. The service was wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone.

Salesperson (Martin Kingsbury) was top notch and easy to deal with. The new 2011 Ridgeline I bought could have been a little cleaner at delivery. Trunk was a bit dirty and there were some glue smudges on various parts of the exterior and a black smudge of some sort on the back seat (leather). It also had a few more miles on it than they initially indicated...it came from a dealer pretty far away from the guys I bought it from. I have since used the free car wash service twice....seems to do a pretty good job but if your car was super dirty (muddy from off roading for example) you might need to go somewhere else. They do not vacuum the inside of the car but they do armor-all the tires.I have not used their oil change service or other services yet but they come highly recommended by friends who have been coming to this dealership for service for years. It appears the personel are the same as when the Hueys owned it....and that is a good thing.

This was the most positive experience I have ever had buying a car in 50 years. Paul Leong was straightforward, honest, respectful and clearly had the authority to make the 'deal' without subjecting me to 'managers' who were trying to see how much they could intimidate me into taking the highest price possible. Since I was not trading in a car, he even had the shuttle pick me up. I now begin my 26th year as a Honda owner

The employees at Honda of Frontenac have always been friendly and helpful, but I have never been as pleased with them as I am today. My '05 Element had an issue with the heater core and radiator which was announced on a service bulletin. Unfortunatly, my VIN number was not included. When I brought my car in and had it evaluated, I was told the $2500 repair that will take 7.5 hours to complete will be covered. Parts were ordered and I brought it back for the repair. The next morning I received a disappointing phone call from Pat Carroll informing me that it would not be covered because the service bulletin did not include my VIN number. I explained the situation and he agreed that the issue was similar to that of the cars included in the service bulletin and apologized multiple times. He then offered to talk with his service manager (Dan Schweiger) who called the Honda Rep. After spending a lengthy amount of time on the phone, the Honda Rep gave the green light for the repair. They stuck to their word and did the right thing, restoring my confidence in this dealership and making me a very happy customer.

We have made two purchases from the internet manager at Frontenac Honda, Paul Leong, within a 6 month time period. Our first experience was so good, Paul earned our repeat business. Paul knows our time is valuable, and he is extremely well organized, efficient, and no-nonsense. With both purchases, I stopped in on a Saturday for an hour, picked out a car, and got a great deal. In both cases, we drove the car away on the following Monday morning, and the paperwork took under 45 minutes. Paul made sure that everything went flawlessly, and he always had an adequate selction of cars to choose from. We have a Honda dealership within 1.5 miles of our house, but for both of our new Hondas, we drove the extra 9 miles to deal with Paul.

Tom Marstall and the rest of the service department were very friendly and accommodating in getting the part ordered and the car in immediately for the installation and service. The installation job was perfect, price fair and the total service was completed in the exact amount of time I was told it would take. Tom was also helpful in giving me the names of places to check for painting some scratches on the car. Leasing a car here was - Easy Breezy Lemon Peezy! If there was a 10 star rating - Honda Frontenac would get every bit of that and more. Martin Kingsbury, was a joy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and an undervalued quality in sales - a real listener. He quickly identified our goals, found options in our price range - and bam! Narrowed the range in minutes - choices that would fit our preference and price profile. There was no haggling or confusion. The entire staff, including Tina - the awesome receptionist (and brains behind the operation) and Lisa Sachs the business manager made our experience absolutely delightful. This was the most pleasant experience in buying a car we have ever had: a friendly, courteous salesperson, no pressure tactics, no horrible haggling over the price [no wasting alot of our time], knowledgeable presentation of all the gadgets on the car once we had purchased it, plus we were able to drive it off the lot that day after the purchase. We would definitely recommend this salesperson and this dealership to anyone we know who is interested in purchasing a Honda.

I have a 2001 Honda CRV which has 177,000 miles and it was having noisy tire issues. Randy Orlorski looked at the tires, made sure the car was fine and he and Dan Schweiger resolved the noise problem to my satisfaction. The CRV has had all its service doneat Honda of Frontenac and since the noise problem has been fixed it is running good as new.

I gave this rating because as soon as I walked into the door someone greeted me, I was placed with tom in seconds then he asked what I wanted showed me some cars and then he broke down the whole process of buying he gave me a couple of options and before I knew it I had the keys to the car....yeah baby

Matt was a really great sales person to have. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he got me really excited about the purchase without making me feel pressured to buy something I didn't want to buy. I went to Honda of Frontenac to look for a used car to drive while I was in college. the service I was given was very very good. Even though I was not looking to purchase an extremely expensive car, I was still treated as if I were. The salesman, Sean Sage, was very friendly and not pushy at all. I felt really comfortable dealing with him and satisfied with my purchase.

I have had the greatest experience with a dealership ever dealing with Honda of Frontenac. It has been amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Randol Caldwell was very professional in his sales approach and knowledgeable about Honda, and he was extremely helpful when we purchased our vehicle. His service has gone far beyond our purchase. He has even checked our power steering fluid when we were having problems, and he also helped us coordinate our service appointment with the service department. Anytime we have a question about our car, we call Randol, and he always spends time answering our questions. We highly recommend Honda of Frontenac and Randol to all family and friends! My husband and I recently purchased a new Honda Accord with the help of our excellent salesperson, Gary Everett. We had gone to two other Honda dealers, but just clicked with Gary. He was honest, forthright, and down-to-earth, which we greatly appreciated. He worked with us to get the best price, and really listened to what we wanted. The fact that he was willing to put on his daughter's stocking cap (when nothing else was available) to show me around outside on a blustery day, even at the risk of ribbing from his colleagues, was totally endearing!Gary has made follow-up calls and made us feel quite special as his customers. I would call this the friendliest place in town. All that is missing is the cracker barrel and the pot-belly stove. There is a genuine smile as you walk in the door from the receptionist and all of the sale persons are warm and welcoming. The workers in the service department are knowledgeable take the time to explain all that they do or need to do. Even the people in the waiting areas are friendly.

I went to the dealership really not knowing what kind of car I wanted I only knew I wanted a honda because of their overall satisfactory rating. I ended up test driving a few different types of cars and I ended up choosing a CR-V. Nick the sales person was great, he could answer all my questions about the cars and was willing to spend time and show me the different packages of that was offered with the CR-V, he even let me test drive each of them. The service I recieved with Honda of Frontenac was great, and I would recommend the dealer to my friends and family. The service was prompt and friendly, they were really able to work with you and they made you feel welcomed at the dealership. They didn't try to rush my decision, they just wanted to make sure I got what type of car I loved. I feel that this dealership really stands by the product and takes pride in making sure that customers are satisfied, I have gotten several phone calls from the dealership and Honda making sure I am completely happy with my purchase.

I had a flat tire (my kid did it) and I came in for help. The service dept was awesome. The car is only 2 weeks old and they replaced my tire for free. Really appreciated it. We have another Honda and have used them for service for the past 3 years They've been great

I went to. look for a new car because I knew the owner. He is a former parent at my current school. THey were pleasant and I think offered me a fair deal. My only maintenance work is an oil change. My main drawing card there is Tina the receptionist.

On Saturday 4/9 I brought my step-daughters Honda Accord in for an oil change. Getting out of the car I noticed the plate renewal were due in March.The renewal notice is sent to her Father's home. Greg Lane was great. He worked out for me to get the emmissions done so we could get the tags up to date. Jim Oliver was also great in explaining what they were going to do to the car. These two employees are doing the right thing for customers. Treating them with respect, honest communication which is I believe is all you can ask for. Tim was very easy to work with. We have had alot of bad luck buying cars in th epast and this charming young man made everything so straightforward and easy. They didn't have th ecar I wanted in stock, but I took delivery of my new car the next day, even earlier than promised. The gentlemen in finance was a class act as well. I would highly recomend this dealer to friends and co-workers.

Honestly, this was a great experience. The Sales Manager Tim Devine was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and understood what I was trying to do with my trade. Very Good Experience. Would highly recommend. Tim went above and beyond to assist in all aspects of the sale! I loved my 2010 element and am very excited about buying a new 2011. The finance portion could have been smoother but I think that is typical whenever a vehicle is purchased. Overall, a very good experience.

Terrible Service ...Tried to take advantage of my 80 year old grandmother..My grandmother went in for service repairs on her 5 year old Honda Accord..Sales advisor takes her into a closed booth (closing booth) closes the door. This was completely unneccesary. Working my grandmother over the coals with service that never should of been performed. She was told she needed brakes and a transmission flush for 800.00We ended up taking it to MCnamaras for 1/2 the amount..Beware of their service is all I can tell you
