We went into Honda to look for a new lease & ended up going home with our new CRV! Jason, Honda's Manager, took care of this entire transaction for us. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. My salesperson was very helpful without being pushy. The manager was fantastically helpful. And when I did have a problem with the car after purchase, they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. There was nothing about my experience that wasn't positive. I am a customer for life.

This review asks, "Would I buy a vehicle from this dealer?" I want to clarify that I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealer, because they no longer manufacture and sell Honda Elements. I will stick with the car I have. I do usually prefer to have my Honda serviced at a Honda dealer though and these guys have usually been pretty good and the staff are extremely friendly.

The price is little bit higher.. Should be lower than Windows price post for the car if the dealership want to sell. For example..I want to buy Honda CRV EX.. the windows price said $27K, then should be sell lower than the windows to me like $25-26K not go over. The dealership try to sell me $28,500. Should not!!!!

Whats the point of appointments if the employee doesn't actually make them?I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation so I could be in and out. I arrive on time for the appointment only to be told that there was no record of the appointment. So instead of saying hey sorry we screwed up, it's gonna be 2 hours before we can get you in for the service do you wanna wait? Nope.It wasn't until I asked the writers after waiting for 2 hours if the car was almost ready to go that they tell me it's the next one to into the shop.Even though Honda of Grand Blanc is closer thenBrighton Honda, I will not return in the future. Also thanks for offering and handing me a receipt for the services!

Although the car was still within 8 years it had more than 120,000 miles on it so Honda was not willing to pay the full cost of the rebuild. They split the cost and my share was $1750. Naturally I would have preferred Honda pick up the full cost even if it was over the 120,000 miles.

Went to Honda of Grand Blanc for am oil change and was informed there was a recall on my make and year.Took car in for oil change and was informed there was a recall because of the air bags. I left my car and Honda paid for a car comparable in size to my CRV telling the parts wouldn't be in until May. Was surprise when just a month passed and I got a call telling me my car was ready to go. Was a quicker turn a round than expected which made me very happy. Thank you, Honda for such great service!

I found a vehicle on-line at this dealer and after making an inquiry about it, a couple days passed before I received a reply to my inquiry--very slow response. But I went ahead and made an appointment to check out the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership no one greeted me or offered to assist me right away, and I wandered around a few minutes before someone asked if I needed help. The salesman I had arranged to meet was busy, and when I told the person who I was there to see they did not offer to help--I just had to wait. The salesman was not particularly friendly or express much interest in the fact that I was there. He looked up the vehicle I wanted to see, brought it around and gave me the keys for a test drive. He did not offer any information about the car or seem to know anything about it. I checked out the car, took a drive and found a couple things I thought should be addressed. When I brought these items to the salesman's attention he at first offered to take care of them, then had to check with his boss. The boss offered to lower the vehicle price if I would take care of the items of concern myself. Since the car was what I was looking for, had low miles, was in good mechanical condition and my concerns were not safety related, I decided to purchase the car. And, because I lived 1 1/2 hours away, it would have been difficult to make another trip for the car if Honda of Grand Blanc had agreed to correct the items of concern anyway. Although I feel they should have been taken care of before the car was offered for sale. The vehicle was NOT very clean and Honda of Grand Blanc did not seem too concerned about offering the vehicle is a presentable condition. This was NOT an enjoyable buying experience and my impression was that Honda of Grand Blanc just wanted to get the car off their lot without making the effort to clean and maintain it properly for sale.

Buying a car At Grand Blanc Honda was a great experience...the salesman AnQuan, and finacial experts (TJ & Jason) we worked with were excellent. My car is exactly what I wanted, and they worked hard to get it for me! The service department was a slight let down today. You would think with as many dealerships as Al Serra owns, you would not have to wait for a loaner car from Enterprise for 45 minutes, and then have to go back to their facility to fill out paper work! Plus, you would expect the service department to take the time to explain something you paid additional money for! All in all we are very happy with our Grand Blanc Honda experience, just feel the service department could improve from today's experience.

We have a 2008 Accord and we were not getting satisfactory service from our local dealer in Bay City. I remembered the excellent service we had received when purchasing our Accord 7-8 years ago, so I phoned. I spoke with Jake; he was courteous and friendly, he listened to my story about my local dealer and then alleviated my fears and frustration. I made the drive to Grand Blanc Honda, Jake started my vehicle in a study. The study confirmed the issue and Jake helped make arrangements for the repair. Even if it is certified and had honda care warranty. But grand blanc guys took care of it right away. Took '05 Odyssey for rotate, balance and alignment. Their statement was they would do Multi-point inspection and top off fluids, also. I always like the topping off deals. I needed the $125-ish work mentioned, but they also recommended $400 plus to turn brake rotors & replace pads. Had to turn that part down. Couldn't afford it. (did the brakes next day in my garage for $50). Left town next day for out of state. At second gas fillup found I was nearly 2 quarts low on oil! Later in trip, tranny began the "Honda Shimmy", suggesting ATF was low. Was it ever--almost 2quarts in a 3 quart system! The tranny misbehavior was so bad that I had to nurse the car along for almost 200 miles, with frequent stops before the thing finally responded to the ATF I added (it was late afternoon with no service places open). If I'd known these fluids were low, I'd have had any needed work done then. Could have lost a tranny out of state. Thanks for checking those fluid levels, guys.

I've been driving Honda's and patronizing this dealership for 25 years. And, given that I drive a Honda, I don't spend much time in the service area. When scheduled maintenance is required the service department goes out of their way to see that I have a service appointment that is convenient, My vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner, and all questions regarding repairs are answered thoroughly and courteously. Best dealership experience ever.

Purchased my used Honda from Suburban Troy. Car pulled to the right and Jeff had it checked out and everything was good. What Suburban did was place pads over 4 warped rotors. Don't shop Suburban. Honda found the pads and alignment to be fine and only charged me for fixing what was needed. They are honest and professional and very friendly. I will not go anywhere else.

My husband and I are retired teachers. We don't drive many miles per year, but do make one LONG trip south for the winter months. Have owned and LOVED the Honda Odyssey for many years. Butch Britton did a remarkable, efficient and considerate job of helping us go from 2 cars down to one new Odyssey! Don't know how we could be any more satisfied. I worked with David Simonsen. He helped me find a great used Pilot and our family loves it! They allowed me something extra I asked for after I had already agreed on price/financing and made sure the car was exactly how it should be when transferred. Did not feel I was being haggled at all, just given a good car at a fair price.

I went to this service center not too long ago, I was immediately disappointed when the manager suggested some foaming fuel engine cleaner. I had heard the dealers suffered a harsh winter and they were recommending high dollar extra services to cars. I have been wrenching on engines for a long time and I had never heard of doing something like this on an engine that was working fine, let alone on a car that only has 70,000 miles on it! When I said no, he made a face that said something to the tune of, " well it's your car, if you want to treat it like crap and not do this very expensive unneeded procedure, then it's your loss". Then I find out that they didn't replace the skid plate on the bottom of the car, I heard scraping and sure enough something was hanging down. I couldn't get to it because of the clearance off the pavement, so I took it to a Valvoline drive through center in Grand Blanc between Dort and Saginaw (excellent customer service by the way). Honda was closed so these guys hooked me up by using hardware from some areas on the plate and using the pins to make it stay up for a temporary amount of time. The guy told me that whoever did my oil change didn't replace 3 sides of the scrape plate with the pins that hold it up!

The woman in the customer service department was very rude. When I asked her a question about the receipt, she became very annoyed that she was asked to do something in addition to what she had planned to do. Then she gave me incorrect information because she did not want to find the information for me. When I told her that I knew that the information was not where she suggested, she very rudely told me that she did not know the answer, and told me to ask someone in another department. I did not mind that she did not know the answer to my question, but did mind the fact that she was so rude about it. Helping customers is the reason for the "Customer Service" department. It defeats the purpose when the person in that department acts completely annoyed when you ask for help.
