Gave them a chance to figure something out before posting this review and nobody gets back to me... There are few people in the whole dealership I actually appreciate there. Hung, for one, is an amazing salesman! He is truly down to earth and listened to what we wanted and is truly there for the customer! Jason in services, he is great at keeping you updated and again, he is also one who truly cares about the customer! Thanks, Jason!(5 stars for him) Sergio and Luke, I appreciate all you did-working on my car(still not figured it out, but not your guys fault...you guys truly are amazing and I appreciate everything you guys did!)(5 stars for them) I will not be taking it back though as I was told I have to go through American Honda now. Now for the reason the dealership got 2 stars...if it wasn't for the great people I DID have great experience with, they would have gotten 1 star. Ryan(service manager) did not seem to care about the concerns of my car and dismissed all my feelings and concerns...when I went to pick my car up from being worked on, all he really cared about was getting the loaner car back and telling me that my car was fixed before the weekend(when it actually wasn't...I know cause I drove it for the weekend and parts of my car were in my back seat!). He had the worst customer service of any one I dealt with in the dealership...and not just because of that one incident-I was uneasy with him a few times. But of course, they aren't the ones paying car payments while their car sits in a shop the whole time, so why should they care? Roger(sales manager), I expected a little help from as he "listened" to my concerns but didn't follow through with getting back in touch with me. Not too much he could have done, but if you want a smooth running facility, then they all need to treat customers how they say they "do". He promised to talk to Ryan and try to figure out what was going on as my car had been there for a whole month, I had the confidence in him as he was telling me customers are important to Honda of Greeley and how they make sure to take care of their customers etc. but I never heard from him. I called the next day and still never got a call back. Pretty frustrating to get treated the way I did, especially after buying a NEW car. Again, they are lucky to have the people who i appreciate there(unfortunately not enough people to give the company more stars) because otherwise I would have given them 1 star..no stars if I could. Unfortunately, I will not be buying another Honda again.

Casey answered my TrueCar request with a phone call to let me know that the car my wife and I were interested in was available on their lot. He went over every detail of the car with us, while on the test drive. Once we decided to purchase the Pilot, he handled all the paperwork. I generally do not like to purchase a car, but this purchase was easy with no hassle. Very relaxed all around.

I contacted Honda of Greeley for a specific vehicle. I had been looking for a car for sometime for my son because his last one was totaled by a careless driver. Well anyway, I called Honda of Greeley and was lucky enough to speak with Rob Campbell. This guy was really great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. My son and I had to drive up from Centennial Colorado to Greeley, so I didn't want to waste time haggling back and forth. Rob and I were able to solidify a deal over the phone and he assured me that the vehicle would be on hold until my arrival - Everything that he told me was true and ready when I arrived. It was definitely a no nonsense transaction. After this team showed exceptional service to my 2006 Accord which was in bad shape, they went further to reach out to me, and did beyond their realm of service to get me into a 2014 Subaru that was in better shape than my Honda, purely because they knew my Accord was no longer safe. We came to see a particular vehicle, and as we approach the dealership I saw a vehicle facing the main drag elevated, up on a ramp stand. I told my wife that I wanted to see that car. Well, it turns out that it actually was the car we came to see. Rob our salesman did a great job and did not pressure us at all. I told him I was not buying today, period-I had other dealerships in Denver that I wanted to visit. The general manager met with us and gave me his best price. After some reflection and realizing that the price for the car was in line with KBB, without all of the extras it had on it, I told Rob that I wanted it. Rob had me all set in less than an hour. But in that hour, my wife with her phone, check out other vehicles in their inventory. That day I sold my car to a private party, my wife traded her car to Honda of Greeley, and we both left with new cars purchased from this outstanding dealership. I usually detest dealing with car salesmen and their managers, but this whole process with Rob, his manager, and the Honda of Greeley team proved surprisingly painless and very timely. I would refer others to this team when it comes to their new car needs.

I was very impressed with our salesman named Casey Lee. He was very knowledgable about cars/Hondas and gave detailed answers to all my inquiries. He was never pushy and spent a lot of time with us to make sure the car was a good match for me. I was however, a bit disappointed with the end of our transaction. First, the guys were getting ready for what I was told, was to get the car cleaned up for me. The one guy threw the keys from way back to a guy that was standing next to my now new car. The catch was not made and the keys hit the hood of the car. Luckily, it did not damage anything. They drove the car back and I still don't know what they were even doing with it. It was supposed to be all cleaned up but it wasn't! Neither the interior or exterior were cleaned.

I was very nervous going to a dealership as we all have heard of the nightmare experiences people can have with Sales. My entire experience test driving and looking at our options at the dealership couldn't have gone smoother. We showed up to test drive a specific car. Our sales rep, "Q" was smiling and ready to help. He worked well with my husband as well allowing us to ask questions and I felt like he really allowed my husband to 'drive' the visit to the dealership. Even with arriving to the dealership on the later side of the day, he never once got frustrated or looked at his watch when we asked to test drive ANOTHER car 40 minutes before closing. Once my husband decided on a car to go with, Q was pleasant to talk to and patiently taught me everything new I had to learn with my 2016 Honda Accord EXL. He was also very patient with our two very young children that were with us. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went and would def recommend Q as a sales rep to contact!!!

Just purchases a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L from this dealership and had a great experience all the way around. The sales man, Casey Lee, was very professional and completely answered all of our questions, and we had many. It's been 12 years since we purchased a new car so we had to get up to speed with all the new technologies the new Pilot has and Casey was very helpful and patient with us. We drove 5 hours to Honda of Greeley because they had the Honda HR-V I was looking for. I had pre-negotiated the price with Rob Campbell before we got there so it was pretty much a done deal. We were walking around the lot while Rob had to take care of other customer matters, when we found a 2016 Civic my husband wanted. Within a couple hours we were on the road back home with TWO new cars. The prices were better than we expected and everyone was so friendly.We will certainly go back to Honda of Greeley when we need our next new Hondas.

I have purchased four new Hondas in the past twenty years, this was the best experience. Casey was the most honest, the most knowledgeable Honda salesman. He went over all the features and technology of our new Honda Accord. He delivered the car and brought our paperwork to us in Longmont. I purchased a new CRV from Frontier Honda in 2013, they didn't go over the truck like Casey did. I would never purchase any vehicle from Frontier, they were dishonest and pushy salesman. I went to four other dealerships, and spent countless hours working to buy a car before calling Peggy just on a whim. I told her what I was looking for, and asked if it was even possible. I received the same value for my trade in as other dealers, but Peggy didn't try to charge for the detailing, or other add-on charges all the other dealers included, so I feel like I got fair value. She got me the deal I wanted in 20 MINUTES. I spent hours looking online, and sitting in dealers offices, always to have numbers change, or surprise charges added on. It gets better...Peggy offered another deal that cut MY costs even more. She even had the car brought in from another dealer hundreds of miles away. Who does that for customers? Peggy's numbers NEVER changed, and I am still in awe. If you want a truly great buying experience, this is your place. I drove from Denver, and it is WORTH it. If your experiences have not been great, or you are just starting out shopping for a Honda, I would suggest just calling to see what they can do for you. As I walked into the main building there was no one around. One of the secretary's greeted me and got me a sales representative who was playing something on his phone. As we started to walk around the gentleman kept answering different phone calls and was not educated on the vehicals. As I tried working with his boss Jon Brease he became incredibly rude. He even snapped at my children and told them not to do that verses asking me in a nice mananer. This place is a waste of your time and I am going to file a complaint through Honda as well.

Honda of Greeley and Peggy Martin came to my rescue when an auto purchase fell through for my son's fiance in Denver. I decided to help his fiance purchase a 2015 Honda Fit. However, I was on vacation in Canada (and live in Virginia) when the crisis erupted. I turned to USAA Auto Buying Service and they sent my purchase request to three dealerships...two in Denver and Honda of Greeley. Honda of Greeley--specifically Sales Associate, Peggy Martin, was the first to email me. I explained I hadn't secured the loan yet, but would do so as soon as I got back to the states. She replied, "no problem' and assured me she would hold the car with a small credit car deposit when she found it. A similar situation in Denver a few days earlier, resulted in the dealer selling the car they were supposedly holding for us. Peggy tracked down the hard to find LX automatic (in another color) in Nebraska and was ready to get that for us when she offered another suggestion. She had an EX on the lot in the color we wanted...and offered us a very good price for the vehicle. We decided to take that car. However, the kids couldn't pick it up for 10 days. No problem. Peggy put a sold sign on the car and put the keys to it in her desk. The kids picked the car up on the 18th and the process was flawless. Throughout our correspondence via text, email, and phone calls, Peggy was extremely responsive and helpful. She was a real pleasure to work with. While Honda vehicles sell themselves (I've had three over the years and now co-own the Fit), it is the dealership and sales person that make the difference. I couldn't be happier and more satisified with the entire experience...unless Honda of Greeley were in Denver ;). I must add the receptionists who answer the phone are pleasant, and Rhonda in financing was very friendly and helpful dealing with the paperwork (FEDEX). My wife Kathie has been wanting a red Mustang convertible nearly all of our 36 years of marriage but we never had the right moment or circumstances to make that happen. I am, admittedly, a Ford guy having owned several models none of which were Mustangs. Anyway, long story short, I saw a red 2003 Mustang convertible online at this dealership and made an inquiry. Robert Campbell responded quickly that they still had it but there was another person interested. So, Saturday, the day before Mothers Day, Rob called to say it was still there so my wife and I made the trip over from Loveland to see it. My wife fell in love with it immediately and after being able to drive it home so she could make sure she could park it in the garage (she is very petite) because this is the biggest car she has driven. I had heard some good things about Honda of Greeley, but my experience fell far short of that. I expect a new car to be as good as you can get. There were several things that bothered me. During Feb/Mar there is _A LOT_ of water from melting snow on the road. The first thing I found was that they had not put in any washer fluid; not just annoying, but unsafe. As I was driving home in the evening the low sun angle showed a film on the inside of the windshield. They had not even bothered to clean the windows. Due to the depth of the dashboard and the slope of the window, cleaning the inside of the windshield is a strenuous activity for a 65 year old man. Plus the glare off the film on the windshield made driving west to Loveland less safe. They told me that they would install 'mud flaps' as part of the deal. It turns out that the car already had mud flaps. There is a 'cap' that covers the emergency shift release button; but that was missing. In general, I did not like their attitude that they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. I didn't care for the sale of overpriced 'protection' packages at the closing. Our sales person admitted that he was new, but he got several facts and prices wrong.I did not experience anything at Honda of Greeley that would make driving from Loveland to Greeley a compelling reason to buy a new car from them. They are probably no better or no worse than any other Honda dealer in northern Colorado.

We bought a used Ford SUV at Honda of Greeley. Robert Campbell was polite and helpful. To ensure we were happy, he arranged to have a defect in the seat repaired for no extra cost. Each time we came, he had the car cleaned and ready to go. We are loving our used car. I almost dropped one star because we had to wait 30-40 minutes for our turn with the finance person as they were extra busy that night. But I can understand that places like this can experience a rush. They tried very hard to make our visit pleasant.

Peggy Martin, as a car salesperson, is in a class of her own!!! She is everything and more than I could have ever wanted in a car salesperson but never have gotten previously. She made the whole process of negotiating and buying a new car as simple and painless as possible. She was very knowledgeable of the car I wanted; extremely helpful in going over all of the details; personable yet professional in all communications including online, phone and face-to face; and quick to respond and keep me posted without being pushy or irritating. Also, she got me the exact car and color I wanted and did not try to sell me one that was on the lot and more convenient for the dealership to sell. Most importantly, she was fair and gave me an excellent price for the new car and trade-in which I doubt could be beat by any other place. Not only would I recommend her to anyone looking for a new car but I would give her 10 stars if the rating system allowed it as she is absolutely outstanding. The sales staff was great, no complaints, would happily follow them to another dealership in the future. The financing department was misleading and rushed the process. I was given an exact number and it looked good. I asked if that number included insurance because part of the payment went to Allstate. The finance person told me "yes, this number includes insurance through Allstate". However, as I was ready to drive away, I was pulled out of the vehicle and told I couldn't go anywhere until I showed proof of insurance, which I thought I already had. I tried to speak with the financing department about this situation and the office was empty, and nobody would return my calls. I didn't speak to anyone until the next day when I went in and asked to speak with financing. The financing director was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. As he walked over to meet me he put a large dip of tobacco in his lip, then after removing his hand from the saliva in his mouth, he reached out to shake my hand. I was disgusted. I remained civil the entire time, maintaining a respectable attitude and tone. I can not say the same for the finance director. I do not recommend Honda of Greeley to others and I will not do business there again.

Was talking to a salesman on the online chat as well as email and was told of the price my trade in was valued at and get there and after of 2 hours of sitting there they were thousands below the original agreement. Not one person was friendly at all and basically all salesman excluding the manager had no idea about anything. I will NEVER be back and be telling EVERYONE to not go there. I went in after speaking with a new sales personnel, and he helped me find a used car with a little less miles than my car I traded in. We found an 05 Tucson and was told it was mechanically sound. Took it on a test drive, and seemed to run great. Right when I was being handed the keys to drive home, a DETAILER walked by the car and noticed an oil leak. The dealership told me it would be done monday, but of course I couldn't pick it up until Thursday. Fine, whatever the car was repaired for a cracked oil pan and rear seal. I left the dealership with the car, and 2 days later, I was broken down. I called the dealership and initially Rusty told me "well what do you want me to do". Very upset I asked to speak to someone else who could help me. Bob (the top dog), who was also not nice to me, also said he could do nothing, that it was my problem now that I owned the car. SUPER upset, he finally agreed to send a tow truck, only because I was not sure of the issue, and I had no idea if it had anything to do with the repairs they had just made on the car. Once the car got to the garage, I was told by Rusty that the technicians couldn't find a problem, and that I could come pick up after hours because the secretary was still there. Went to pick it up, and the lady could not find the keys. So my husband and I had to walk around the whole car lot looking for my car, until we saw it still up on the stand in the mechanics garage, hood open, and up on the stand. So we were not able to take the car home after driving all the way over to the dealership and wasting an hour of our time. (Thanks for the GREAT communication, Rusty... aren't you the manager??). So the next day, I called Ryan, service manager, (the ONLY nice, polite and helpful person I have dealt with), and he told me I needed a new water pump and should get a new timing belt.... $700 worth of work.... 2 days after I took the car home. We were NOT happy. Rusty said he would see what he could do about the price, and when Bob called back, he was short and rude, and wouldn't even work with us! It was now OUR problem. I have never dealt with such rude managers in my life. 2 days and they could care less. The car obviously had problems, that thank God the detailer noticed after we paid for the car in full! They told me I should have purchased the warranty... but funny thing is.. we were NEVER offered ANY warranty. So now we are stuck with a car we don't trust, over a $700 bill, and HORRIBLE taste in our mouth about this dealership. We were going to buy a new Honda next year from this company - but WILL go else where. I can't believe the lack of customer service, and the mis communications. We were also told that we bought a cheap car so what should we expect? Well we expect a trusted dealership would sell us a car that had been looked at and reviewed before being sold "as mechanically sound". I also had to refill the power steering fluid as soon as I bought the car - so this car was NOT even looked at, every though we were told it was. I don't expect much, I just expected to get more than 2 days out of a car I just bought and was "mechanically sound". I also expect the dealership that is "trusted and of quality" to work with us a little since they technically sold us a lemon. If they didn't know about an oil leak, they didn't even look at the car. They don't care - they will sell lemons to anyone. And as a Honda lover, I will NEVER buy a honda again. Thank you very much for making this the worse experience of my car buying experience. I have bought other used cars before, and NEVER had any issues like this.

When I called back to see if I could bring the car back I was told that I should have had them look at the car. WAIT, you are selling the car shouldnt you have looked at the car? You took it in on trade. You must have run it through your shop? Guess thats why it looked like a good deal? Why was it offered for sale? Because the car will be gone tomorrow I didnt bother getting a second opinion, my fault. They did offer to take it back on trade towards another vehicle. Great resolution! No thank you but I will consider this a learning experience and buy somewhere else. I would expect this at a smaller independent dealer but not at the local Honda dealer.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Rob Campbell. We had no clear idea what kind of car we wanted, but had several different makes and models that we wanted to drive. Our intention for the day was only to drive different cars and narrow down our field of prospects. Rob was honest with us that he was a newer salesman- a disclosure we respected. If we posed a question that he did not know the answer to he was always willing to go find the answer. We drove several vehicles (the used car selection was diverse) and ended up purchasing an Accord Crosstour- which is a model we have never seen before. We had a bit of a haggle about our maximum monthly payment- we had a clear dollar amount that we stuck to and Rob respected our limit and delivered a payment that was comfortable for us. I have not had any actual work done on the car, but the car was clean upon delivery and I am looking foreword to getting my first oil change there. I will be recommending Honda of Greeley and Rob Campbell to my friends and family anytime they are in the market for a car.

7.25.14 marked the end of our 3.5 month quest for a Honda Odyssey! We live in a city about 45 minutes away from Greeley and had been buying our cars from the local Honda/GM dealer for 25 years. We knew we wanted the 2014 CRV and told the local dealer sales rep what options we wanted. He gave us the standard (small) discount off the MSRP and we got the all-too familiar "what can we do to get you to buy today" speech. I told him we never buy on the first visit, but were committed to buying a CRV and would be making the decision in a few days; What is the best deal he could do for us? He was not willing to deal until we committed to buying that day. So I went online looking for Internet bids. Ironically, that same dealer returned with a quote lower than the one the salesman gave me. But Honda of Greeley beat them both by more than $1000. Intrigued, I made the trip to Greeley and met a very personable Kevin Rich. Just like I told my local dealer, I told Kevin I would not be buying today but was just out price comparing. What impressed me was his willingness to tell me upfront what additional discounts he would give me. All without me committing to buying a car from him. His open approach of "this is what we can do for you" without the "make a decision today" pressure was what I wanted. I had brought my trade-in vehicle with me, and asked what they would give me. I had done my own blue-book evaluation of it in case I would need to sell it myself. They matched the price I was going to try for. Again, all without me committing to them. My now previous dealer just does not get that in the age of the Internet, you need to be upfront with customers. Honda of Greeley has learned that lesson.

We were in need of 2 vehicles (a compact commuter for me to use for work and a mini-van that would accommodate our entire family), but having 3 kids we were on a pretty tight budget. In less than a week, Mike had contacted us telling us he found a pre-owned Odyssey with low mileage that he just new we would love. Well, when my wife and I arrived to take a look at the Odyssey Mike had come across, I knew he had listened to our wants and needs. Mike definitely did his homework and had found us the Odyssey that we were looking for, the only deal breaker was that it didn't have leather seats. When my wife told him that not having leather seats was a deal breaker, Mike worked a deal to have the entire interior re-upholstered in leather! What a great car buying experience this was for my entire family! We got both the vehicles we were looking for and stayed within our budget! Both deals were completely hassle free!! I recently bought a Honda Pilot from Mike Juhl at Honda of Greeley. Mike sold me a Honda Sport Fit in 2011. He was courteous, forthcoming with options, and gave me ample information, yet wasn't pushy. I always had my Sport Fit serviced at Honda of Greeley and was very pleased. My car never needed anything other than regular maintenance. They gave me adequate information up front to let me know what needed to be done now, and what could be coming so I could plan. I never felt blind-sided or ripped off. They treated me with respect, and have earned my trust. I also had friends who had the same experience.I had such a good experience purchasing my Sport Fit that I went back to get my next car. I knew I would be treated fairly, get the maximum trade-in value, and courteous, respectful treatment. I sought out Mike to work with him again. I drove off the lot yesterday with my new Honda Pilot in Blue.

Mike Juhl's really did his homework and did a great job of listening to what my wife and I were looking for in a family vehicle. A week ago we stopped by looking into a Honda Odyssey but when we couldn't afford the purchase of a new one, Mike hunted down a pre-owned with low miles and all the options we were looking for except leather seats. Knowing that with our small children not having the leather seats this would have been a deal breaker, Mike went the extra mile and worked a deal to include getting the upholstery redone with leather! What a great, and hassle free experience it was to purchase not 1, but 2 vehicles (our first visit resulted in purchasing a 2011 Civic for me to commute to work with) from a salesman that really understood and listened to our needs! And after making the deal our wonderful experience did not stop there. While Mike was getting the vehicle detailed we worked with Otto Palmer in finance. Otto is very knowledgable in not only the financial aspect of a car sales but an expert in the different warranty programs that Honda offers. There are many and with Otto's help we put together a nice protection package that will give us confidence that we are covered for anything unanticipated that might arise in the future. From oil changes to key replacement to any mechanical breakdowns or malfunctions we're covered. I was even able to prepay for oil changes and tire rotation for the next 3 years at a savings of almost $200 if paid for one at a time. All in all I would highly recommend Honda of Greeley to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. They are good people there with fast super friendly service.

I have been buying cars for over 50 years. This purchase was actually fun because everything worked out so well. It is the first time I have bought a car without seeing it first. Of course having owned a Honda before gave me a lot of confidence. I had driven several different brands before seeing this one on the internet, and probably checked out several hundred on the internet. That said, Peggy was great when we talked on the phone and she described the car to us and finally worked out a deal site unseen for both of us. She took my word on the condition of our trade-in and I believed everything she said about this car. That turned out to be faith well placed. The dealership is 320 miles from home and it was a quick trip over the mountain to pick it up. We test drove it and had one of the techs explain many of the features of this car before heading home. There is absolutely not buyers remorse here.

Both Peggy and Terry were very friendly. Peggy, I think, went out of her way to explain the the electronics in the car: from the radio to the controls on the steering wheel to what I would see on the I mid. She also did work to get the payment down to what I could afford and needed it to be. It seemed that Terry did not pressure me into buying the other things that go with purchasing a car. I have bought other cars from other dealerships before and was extremely pressured into buying extended warranties and such. I spend about three hours going through everything and was happy with the experience.

I dealt with Peggy after I found a vehicle on a third party webisite that was in their inventory. I had never before purchased a vehicle that I found on the internet, and this was a very painless process. As I live 175 miles away from the dealership, I did all of the negotiating via email, without a single phone call. Only after we had agreed upon a price, did I make a trip to take a test drive and inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as Peggy had presented it, and I was extremely pleased with the ease of the purchase and how expediant they were to get me in and out in less than 1 hour. I was also very impressed by the fact that after I had driven away, I found an issue with the paperwork that I had signed for the purchase. After a quick email to Peggy, a fix to the issue was taken care of right away, with followup correspondence from Peggy as well as Bob, within an hour. They could have chosen to overlook the issue, but were very outstanding in rectifying the situation in a timely manner. I get the impression that Customer Service is high on their list of priorities, and I think that is very important.I would not hesitate to recommend Peggy and the team at Honda of Greeley for your vehicle purchase, as they were a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and bought a 2005 Odyssey that had 87,000 miles on it from Honda of Greeley. We were told the van belonged to a relative of the owner and that all regular scheduled maintenance had been done, along with a multipoint used vehicle inspection. After a couple of days, we noticed an odd vibration when the engine reached a certain RPM range. We took the van into the dealership to have them check into the cause of the vibration. A technician drove the van but said he could not reproduce the vibration. We were then told to bring it back if the vibration occurred again. It wasn't long before the vibration was evident once again. We again contacted the dealership about the issue. We were advised to have a service appointment made to verify and investigate the cause. At that time, we also notified them that we started to notice fluid collecting on our garage floor. Again, we were told that the cause would be investigated during the service appointment.Once the van was taken in for the service appointment, it was found that the hydraulic engine mount had failed and needed to be replaced ($1,000) and that and engine seal was leaking and needed to be replaced ($1,100). The dealership at first was going to stick us with the entire bill, however once they learned that we purchased the extended warranty, they agreed to cover half our deductible for replacing the engine mount ($125) and paid for $500 for the cost of the engine seal. My wife and I were left with a final repair bill of $725 for issues that should have been caught and fixed during the multipoint inspection.I do believe the dealership knew of the maintenance issues but did not want to spend the $2,100 needed to get the vehicle ready to sell. Instead they put it on their lot hoping that the unsuspecting buyer would cover that bill for them. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle from this dealership to make sure to have the vehicle inspected by a secondary source prior to purchase. Honda of Greeley will only stand by the vehicles they sell only if there is a minimal investment required.

This was the easiest car deal that I have ever done. We were in and out in less than an hour. Didn't even have to haggle over the vehicle price or the trade-in value. We did research and knew exactly what we wanted. We worked with local dealerships and four or five in Colorado. We chose Honda of Greeley because of their willingness to work with us. They gave us the best price, and found me exactly the car I wanted because they didn't have the exact one on their lot. Terri were prompt in responding to questions, returning emails and phone calls, but didn't pester us. From start to finish it was a GREAT experience and I drove away with a beautiful car, exactly the one I wanted, at a price that made my husband happy. The financing just sweetened the deal and the gentleman who helped us with that was fabulous! Not a thing to complain about. We are very, very happy!

Sold me a Honda Ridgeline over the internet stating it was "absolutely perfect" and "showroom condition". When truck was delivered it had major scratches and an indentation on the back passenger rear door that extends onto the rear wheel well. The receipt that the transport driver gave me showed that the damage was on the Ridgeline when he picked it up at the dealership. He marked this damage on the receipt as "Deep Scratches". He made a point to show me this damage when he dropped off the truck. I immediately notified the dealership, but dealer contends they're only "surface scratches", even though their own receipt shows them as "Deep Scratches". I took the truck to a local detail shop and they could not remove the scratches with a power buffer and said I would need body work to fix. I took the truck to a body shop and they concluded that the scratches are in past the clear coat and into the paint so deep that it will need body work to fix and then it will have to be painted. Estimate is $1150.00. I have supplied Honda of Greeley with pictures, quotes, and damage assessment from three different sources, all concluding that body work and paint will be necessary to repair the damage. I feel I was given false statement on condition of the truck. I now have over $1100.00 worth of damage to fix when I was told truck was in "absolute perfect" condition. Photos of the truck were emailed to me, before I agreed to purchase the truck, but photos were taken at a distance so you could not see the scratches. UPDATE: After over two weeks of haggling over whether the truck had truly $1100. worth of damage, Honda of Greeley finally agreed to cover the cost of the repair. It was like pulling teeth, but I have to give Honda of Greeley credit for finally doing the right thing.

I hadn't purchased a new car in nearly 30 years. Most of the vehicles I've owned were used and purchased for cash from individuals. I decided I wanted a later model and thought it would be easier to go to the dealer simply to get the financing. Being a single mom, I was a little apprehensive. Peggy was very easy to work with and I enjoyed her very much. Because I was 300 miles away, we pretty much had to make a deal over the phone. I was concerned that there would be issues because I was trading a vehicle in which had a lot of miles on it and obviously not in perfect condition. I suspected that when I got over to Greeley from Montrose they would try to modify the deal we made. Much to my surprise and delight they honored the original deal and I was able to get a vehicle which, by the way, I really have enjoyed. I typically do not enjoy the buying car process, but Peggy and Michael made the process much easier. I would and have recommended Honda of Greeley and the next vehicle purchase I make they will be my first call. On a side note, their coffee machine is awesome!

We drove from Fort Collins, to just try and look at a couple of different options and price ranges. We were met by Mark Grantner who was very nice and attentive. Mark gave us great information and never felt pressured to look at anything specific or to buy. We were wanting to look at a bigger vehicle, and one of our options that we were wanting look at was a Honda Pilot. We were going to look for something used as we did not have a budget for a new Pilot. He walked us around gave us several options and was very knowledgable about the cars what were some of his preferences and what may work for us and our family. When we came we had the intention of just looking, and ended up buying a new 2013 Pilot. We told Mark what we could afford and started working on a wonderful deal we couldn't say no too. We haven't gone out to buy very many cars or new cars at that and came out very impressed comfortable during the whole situation. I will be recommending many friends and family out to Honda of Greeley from here on out.

I tend to buy cars every couple of years and I don't like to play games about it. I contacted Terri about 5 minutes before arriving to tell him I wanted to drive a car or two and not deal with the usual "sales" routine. He was great, gave me the keys and a car and sent me on my way. I drove 3 and fell in love with one of them (except the color). So I told him what my price was, that I was a little upside down on my trade and that I had a meeting to get to, here is my number. He worked up numbers, called me with very straightforward info, advised me that they had some great financing going. I didn't actually think I would qualify, but he said he would try. He took basic info over the phone and then called 30 minutes later with a yes and .9% financing. All they needed was a deposit so they could go find the color I wanted.Picked it up a day later with no last minute changes in the terms of the deal. Terri showed me all the extra bells and whistles while the finance guy got his paperwork done. Matt, in finance, was also fabulous. No hard sell for extra stuff, quick paperwork and easy out the door. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Most importantly, I did not leave feeling that "I think I was taken for a ride" feeling. I would go back to either of them for another car in a second. Except that I totally love this one!!!Thank you!!

I went to Honda of Greeley expecting to buy a car at a fair price from a decent company. What I was left with was feeling I had been scammed and taken advantage of. I was told certain terms of contract and payment and expected them to be kept within a reasonable range. Boy was I wrong. Five days after I "purchased" my car, they call to tell me that the terms were no longer the same, that my interest rate had gone up tremendously as well as my payments taking a leap. I also realized that they had offered me a deal that was not such a deal after all. They just marked the car up and then marked it back down. All the while trying to talk me in circles so I wouldn't see what they were doing. Being a first time car buyer, I fell for it at first. They missed their chance to scam me though when they called back five days later and I started doing some extra research. I was not happy. They got my payments down to near what I had agreed to at the original purchase time, however the interest rate was not comparable. They also did not do a good job detailing the car before I took it home so they asked me to bring it back and they would do it again. After 5 days of trying to make those arrangements, I finally got it done while I was re-signing the paper work and it still was done terribly. There where greasy hand smudges in four different places as well as water streaks coming down from the mirrors and door handles. I asked for the manager to express my displeasure with the whole deal and all he did was get them to wipe the smudges and try to talk me in circles about what had happened. I was left with a less than clean car and a feeling of distrust after working with those sneaky snakes. I will not be recommending them in the future.

When walking into dealership I was confronted right away and was treated amazing! I Test drove about 4 different vehicles and picked one out. Came back later that afternoon with my boyfriend and we decided to buy. Was told while looking at vehicles pick one I'd like and he garuntee no matter my credit he will get me into a car. So we do our bargaining and sign paperwork and I leave with my new car. A week or so later I received a call stating they were having problems financing me as that he will call me back in a week and let me know if I can get approved. All this time since I signed all paperwork I thought I was. I receive a call a week later they can't finance me and I need to return the car. So the next day I return it no problems or questions asked just wasn't going to deal with them again. Upon arriving to the dealership I was demanded to give te keys up before anyone even discussed where my large lump of cash I put down was or where my car I traded in was. After they looked over their car my mom and I were ignored for over 40min then was asked to look around the lot to see if I'd like something different. The catch is ALL of the vehicles were totaled out from hail damage about 4 days prior. My mom and I realize this and see my car and go check it out it too was TOTALED FROM HAIL!! I tell them I don't want any of these cars on the lot and was the ignored for 30+ min again. Now that its closing time we had a gentlemen "Scott" tell me that they aren't responsible for my cars damage even though theirs was given back in perfect shape and I'd have to tow it back or fix my shattered window and paint chipped car myself! After fighting while this guy is yelling and raising his voice at us he finally agreed to have the dealership fix my window so I can drive it off the lot. I asked him to put it in writing that itll be fixed (and ill have my cash back as well which was suppose to be given back to me that night)which he REFUSED to do because his word is good enough. If my mom would not have came with me that night I would've been stranded. Scott was unwilling to put me in a rental of any sort or help me car wise even though its their responsibility to fix my car even though they won't claim that. Needless to say I didn't get my car bck until 1.5 weeks later and my money that was to be put in my account wasn't put there until the owner was contacted the following Monday. Not to mention while trying to figure everything out during the week they had my car I had called the owner to discuss what was happening with my car he had hung up on me four times! My dad finally had to get involved and they told him right away my car would be fixed on thur and I'd get a call when done. Never got that call and so finally the filling week after it was to be done I called and no one knew where it was so for 30 min I sat on hold until it was found! I personally would NEVER deal with this dealership again and all my friends and co-works know my story and won't be dealing with them either!!! Terrible Dealership and Rerrible service!! We had a GREAT experience buying our new Civic at Honda of Greeley. Peggy Martin is by far the best person who has ever helped us buy a car! She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt comfortable the moment she started showing us around the cars on the lot. She was very patient and never pressured or pestered us into making a decision, even though we took several weeks before we finally decided to buy the car-- after all, the car was a big investment for us! Throughout the whole process, we always knew we were getting the best possible price and never felt like we were being taken advantage of. (Some other dealerships hassled us to make a hasty decision on an overpriced car and played all sorts of games with APR numbers to obscure the actual price.) Honda of Greeley gave us the best price out of any dealership we visited, and was the only dealership willing to order any car we wanted from anywhere in the state! (Other dealerships only wanted to sell what they had on the lot). We are thrilled with our new car and we are certain that we made the right decision. Our only regret is not going to Greeley of Honda sooner! We will definitely recommend Honda of Greeley (especially Peggy Martin!) to all of our friends.

The only saving grace from my experience with Honda of Greeley was the vehicle itself. I purchased a used CR-V in June and was, and continue to be, extremely disappointed with the staff. My first inquiry about the vehicle was interesting, and in retrospect was a good indicator of my future interactions. There was a teaser on the sites vehicle description saying it may be available at a sale price, but I was abruptly told that it didnt qualify. When I replied that I would then first be taking a look at a lower-priced similar vehicle (same year and model) down here in Denver, I didnt get any response at all not a thank you for inquiring, or anything remotely courteous. I work with salespeople for a living, and this lack of politeness to a potential customer shocked my coworkers. Ended up that I had an issue with the Denver vehicle, and I really liked everything I read/saw about the CR-V in Greeley, so I re-contacted them for a test drive. While I was allowed to bring the vehicle back to Denver for my mechanic to look over (which was great), any other interaction with the staff continued to be terrible. Terri was visibly angry about some computer issue when I got back, and was behaving in a less-than-professional manner with their IT person (I assume) right in front of me - very uncomfortable. Mike actually condescended to me enough to use the "Let me go talk to my manager" line when I asked about some brake work that my mechanic mentioned (the absurdity of which did lend some humor to the situation -- does he really thinki no one has seen Fargo?). Then it was brought to my attention that they had actually looked up the other vehicle I mentioned looking at in Denver (like what, they thought I was lying to them about it to try and get them to come down on their price??), and wanted to know why I didnt pursue that one. Unreal...Later the next week, I realized they did not use the $100 coupon that I qualified and registered for, for using their web site (you can see this as soon as you sign in to their site window pops up offering the deal). I emailed Mike, and he did not respond at all. So I forwarded the note on to Terri as well who immediately said I should have brought it to their attention before the paperwork was signed. So, they gave me a coupon that I failed to remind them about, so my loss??? Then Mike texts me, and is flipped out that I brought Terri into it at all. Said he would take care of me off the books, to not contact Terri at all and not respond to his email. Said I should never mention our deal to anyone else, and asked if we were on the same page! So incredibly weird. Says maybe he can get a couple free oil changes as our off-the-books deal. I live in Denver, and will spend how much money in gas and waste how much time to drive to Greeley for a free oil change? Seriously?? Not to mention the guy never contacted me again, or came through with anything at all. Then recently in preparing to get my plates, the Dept of Revenue informed me that the dealership was to have given me an emissions report on the vehicle which they did not. I attempted to contact both Terri and the General Sales Manager Bob, on two different occasions. They did not respond to either request for information. I had to file a Consumer Complaint with the Emissions Division of the Department of Revenue. Love the vehicle, but I would not go anywhere near this dealership again.

When we came in today we were just looking for at a few vehicles after perusing the lot, after looking and compiling a few of the cars we wanted to check out we eventually found our Salesperson, Mark Grantner. My mother and I were recently rear ended in a car accident and were on the prowl for a new vehicle, Mark was completely sympathetic to our cause and what happened to us. He went above and beyond the call of duty in our customer experience, he often chimed in about how great the PT Cruisers were and despite the initially rough look he really sold us on it. Several of our concerns including how well it handles in winter conditions, he assuaged any fears we had and made the whole purchasing experience wonderful. The PT Cruiser definitely seemed mechanically sound from what we could tell and the information Mark gave us seemed accurate. Mark let us know about all the features of the PT, and went through them step by step, very passionately and with great confidence in demonstrating these features! Especially the nifty rear gate, and the different positions of the seats and accessories. His sense of showmanship and honesty really made the whole experience, in every car dealership we've ever been in the experience has been a nightmare. Mark Grantner expedited the process, and treated us like we were real people, like we had value. I would really like to point out that his sense of integrity is incredible, he actually volunteered to help clean up and detail the car with the shop guys! That's some fantastic service, the car looked completely different! Like it was brand new, and it even had that new car smell. Even after a bit of pricing confusion, he honored the original agreed upon price. That magical word comes to mind, what was it? Integrity? I believe that's the word. Bought a used 2010 Ridgeline on June 22nd. Just spent 3 hours waiting at the DMV to get plates only to find out that the dealer had not sent in the paper work. Upon contacting Darlene she stated "Your not or only customer, and this takes time". So basically she was to busy and I lost 3 hours of pay. After I purchased the truck on the drive home I noticed the wheels where out of balance and created a severe wobble around 70mph. We never got that fast on the test drive. When I got home I gave the car a more thorough look over and found a layer of dirt everywhere not in plain sight. It was as if the windows where left down on a dust storm came through. I mean everywhere, even where the spare tire is stored. They gave me a horrible trade in price and would not budge on the sticker price. They told me that since I had brand new studded tires and it was summer, that decreases the value of the car. Then because my airbag light stayed on longer than what they where used to that the system was malfunctioning. Typical dealer lies and games. I really like this vehicle, and their hard to find, or I would have walked...

WORTH THE TRIP TO GREELEY!! We were in the market for a new Odyssey and looked at dealers all over the Denver Area. Greeley was not really convenient for us but the folks at Honda of Greeley we more willing to work with us so we decided to drive up. They gave us a great price. They were very friendly. Peggy's knowledge of the van was so much better than any other Honda sales person we had met with and she really took her time to be sure we were getting the most out of our purchase and to really understand all the features. All three team members stayed late on a Saturday evening to finish the sale and make sure we were well taken care of. This was an incredible experience. I knew the vehicle I wanted to buy so emailed all the Denver area dealers. A couple of them were just fine, very polite, not pushy, etc. but just didn't happen to have what I wanted in stock. I did want a 2013 Odyssey in a certain color however, and only 3 of those existed in the whole state. A couple of the other Denver dealers were terrible, one in particular kept telling me they wouldn't tell me a price unless I came in for an appointment. I kept pushing that I wasn't coming in without a price to know if it was worth it, once they gave me a price I asked if they actually had the vehicle I wanted, they wouldn't answer the question and finally admitted to me after I confirmed with other dealers that they didn't even have that vehicle, nor could they get it. They were setting me up totally to try and sell me something different. Such a shady, terrible place. Then I found Honda of Greeley via the internet and emailed Peggy. From the second Peggy got my email it was a totally new experience, she offered me an awesome price on exactly the model and color I wanted. Then becuase it was a 80 mile drive there for me Bob actually made me an on the spot offer for our trade in sight unseen. When I told Bob I wanted to pay cash for the car, he said, "sure, whatever works for you." The other shady dealer I talked too.....well they told me once I did get a price finally out of them, and I told them I was going to pay cash, suddenly their price changed upward. Ugh!!!Bottom line, my entire experience with Honda of Greeley actually made me feel like I was important to them, not just a sale, but more like a long term investment where they knew if they took great care of me, listen to me, be straight and honest, etc. that I'll be theirs for life. None of the usual sales pressure, just a great experience with some truly fantastic people. If I do buy another Honda some day, it's great to know that I'm only making one phone call, don't even mess with the Denver dealers, just go to Greeley!

Peggy told us up front what the price was, gave us a guarantee that nothing would change (it didn't), we drove over 80 miles to get there and would have driven 3 times as far after meeting and working with her. Pressured me into buying that day!! I kept saying I need to think about it finally they let me leave. Then wanted me to go back next day!! Mark was our sale rep and was great to work with. The car we purchased was an older honda that needed some work done befor we could take delivery. He got the work done as promised and provided a loaner car in the process. The service dept. didn't seem to communicate with the sales dept. very well. I feel the car should have been better inspected before ready to sell. Mark comminucated with us very well and delivered on every promise. The reaseon I gave a few "goods" and not all "greats" was because of the way the car should have been inspected before sale. Mark received a "great" rating from me because he took care of everything as promised.

My wife and I were there to buy our FOURTH vehicle from Honda of Greeley when this guy started to rant and rave. He was belligerent, rude, and if anyone was unprofessional it was he. He and another customer had interest in the same van. He wanted to play the negotiation game and the other customer saw the value and bought it. That's it! He started raising his voice and waving his arms and the sales manager simply tried to (and appeared to) calm him down. Pay no attention to the previous review, do yourself a favor, and go see these guys. ALWAYS a great experience and I will continue to buy here, service here, and refer friends here. I drove to the lot and found the vehicle I wanted. I met with a salesman and test drove the vehicle and picked up my wife who test drove the vehicle. Went inside and started the infamous Greeley Honda back and forth banter. Salesman saying one thing and manager doing another. While signing papers indicating what I would agree to pay another salesman took the keys from in front of my salesman and let another customer test drive the vehicle while the manager continued his attempts to pry more and more money out of me. When I told him I didn't think it was appropriate or any definition of good salesmanship I was referred to as a problem customer. They created a hostile bidding war and refused to treat me with any level of dignity and then made it out to be my problem. I checked my records. I bought three vehicles from there and spent more than $5000 dollars in the service dept. (Scott in service is great) I will never return again and I will make sure every person I meet knows to avoid this dealership at all costs. When $ are more important than people you get Greedey Honda....

I wanted a Pilot and based on what friends and family said about Honda of Greeley - I WANTED to buy from them. I live 250 miles away and it was worth every mile to purchase there. I started my car search via the internet and was hooked up with Terri - from then on, he did everything possible to keep an eye out for a used Honda Pilot for me. He even worked on trying to get me a deal on a NEW one in my price-range. Had I not met up with Terri via the internet first, I can't speak to what my experience would have been simply walking on to the lot. I first went into Honda of Greeley to test drive two new Hondas, a Civic and an Accord EX-L...the salesman, George Kearsley was very professional, friendly and helpful. There was no pressure as I had told him I was test driving a number of vehicles and would make a decision after those test drives as to what I wanted to purchase. Several days later I visited Honda of Greeley again and met with George to discuss buying a new Honda Accord Coupe and trading my Scion tC. The negotiations were spirited but always professional and respectful. I dealt with George, Mark Granther and Bob Finnegan and all three were professional helpful and instrumental in getting me a good deal on the new Accord and the trade in pricing on my trade in. George looked through his inventory to find something else for us but we didnt find anything else that we wanted. George took our name and phone number and told us he would call if he found anything else that we may be interesed in. Shortly after we left George called to tell us the sale on the Beatle had just fallen through and we should come back. We got back 15 minutes before closing, but we never felt rushed. I drove over six hours to purchase my 2013 CR-V, after getting the run around from my local dealer. Really easy to work with, worked whole deal over the phone. My wife and I arrived and unlike my local dealer the numbers on our new car where still the same. After talking with Mark, we decided to order a rear spoiler but did not want to wait for the install so they mailed it to me. We had purchased a Honda 5 years ago. We initially had gone to Honda of Greeley. That experience was not pleasanat and we did not buy our 2008 Honda there. We had decided to purchase a new Honda and decicded to at least look at Honda of Greeley. When we arrived, Ms. Martin greeted us. After a short conversation which was friendly and not pushy, we test drove a pearl white Honda. My wife and I thought that was the color we wanted. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and went over all owner's material with us. After our test drive we discussed trade and ultimate difference with Mr. Finnigan and Ms. Martin. We also decided that we wanted the champagne frost with leather. They did not have one on the lot but found one and aranged to have it delivered to their dealership. The negotiation with Mr. Finnigan over the trade in of our vehcile and the resulting purchase price was pleasant and at no time did we feel pressured. This was Friday night. They located the car. It was delivered Saturday and we went back Saturday afternoon to finalize the transaction. We wanted a nose mask and the ECP coating. This was late Saturday afternoon. The service department accomodated us time wise to make sure the nose mask and protective coating were applied, and we were able to pick up the 2013 Honda Accord thirty minutes early Monday morning. After doing extensive online research on the Honda Crosstour and finding several vehicles that fit my criteria, all listed in order from my top pick to least, I can say hands down Mike Juhl and Luke Tann with Honda of Greeley gave the best customer service that we have ever experienced with a vehicle purchase! Not only did Mike respond to me quickly, as other dealers took days if any response at all, but he was friendly and professional without being pushy. They were more than fair with my trade as well as the sales price on the Crosstour (which was my #1 pick on my list) as well as being very courteous and fast in completing the transaction even though they were short-handed and had a full showroom of customers waiting. Luke was very imformative and up front about all fees, costs and options and helped us purchase what we wanted and could afford without selling us a lot of add ons that we did not need.Although this dealership is quite a distance from our home, we will purchase all of our future vehicles here without hesitation.Mike and Luke highly deserve and have earned my strongest recommendation!

My husband and I dropped in to Honda of Greeley December 3, 2012 to view the size and comfort of a CR-V as we were thinking of trading in our 2004 Dodge Caravan. The van had many more years of reliable use with only 88,000 miles but I felt it was time for something smaller. We had owned an Honda Accord prior the the van. Terri Langenbahn from sales greeted us and showed us around the lot taking us out for test drive of a CR-V. The color was perfect as well as the size but only available with a V-6. Terri suggested we take out a V-6 Accord for a drive. Wow, were we impressed. I had previously checked out a Chrysler 300 but the comfort and style of the new Accord was right up there for luxury features. Unfortunately the only one with the features we wanted was silver....the same as our van which wasn't what I wanted. We picked our choice of color, the new champagne frost pearl and within three days they went out to bring back my new Accord! Terri wanted to please us without pressure to purchase and went out to please us. He also is fairly knowledgable of the Accord's features and promised if we can't figure out something to call him any time. Overall our experience purchasing our new Accord was a great experience. We started working with Mike and Mark through an internet search. My husband and I did our research before hand and knew exactly what we wanted. When Mike called Kevin told him if he could find us a black manual Honda Fit he would have our business. Not the easiest vehicle to find, it turns out. Well a couple hours later Mike had just what we requested. We drove to the lot the next weekend, only to find that the black Fit turned out to be unavailable. Mike took us out to the lot to look at the Fits models and told us more about the car. He mentioned that the 2013 fits, we were originally looking at 2012's, came in Midnight Plum....being that purple is my favorite color we had a new must have. Mike and Mark worked hard to find any manual Fit in the Denver area, especially a Midnight Plum model. They were able to find 3 in the area, but none that we could purchase that day. We went home and awaited a call for our car's arrival. We decided we wanted the Midnight Plum manual model and they brought it in from another location. This car had some extras, as it was their floor model, but Mike and Mark helped us get the best deal on the car we really wanted. They were always fast and courteous, and made sure your were getting the car you wanted and not settling on what was available. They were great through the whole crazy process and helped us get a car that we LOVE! Every time I drive her I am happier with our purchase. Thanks so much for the best car buying experience. I would suggest your business to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I have three things to mention. Firstly i saw the car Wednesday night in local Craigslist - and looked up on their website and impressed with the offered price as KBB value was above at the same time was little concerned why the price was low. So went down there Thursday night and test drove it, Peggy was very friendly. But unfortunately I learnt that Bob sold the car on ebay and being a computer person I told him that there are people online who don't buy all the time. He seem to believed me but didn't take a chance even though I offered more than what it was sold for on ebay - this is commitment. At the time of negotiation, I was expecting a price from them, instead they asked what is the price you want to pay to drive that car home - This put me on spot to really do my homework and ask for a price.(luckily I did my math), and gave them a number, and in 2 minutes - no nonsense business - came back and told "we like your offer and your business" that's it we are done in 5 minutes. Normally when i buy a car, as soon as I sign the paperwork sales people are different they know they earned your business and their job is done, but Peggy was different and her treatment was totally nice to have till we left the lot.But do you homework before going to the dealership to make educated decisions before buying a car, greely place is nice they didn't pressure a bit, actually they refused to sell me the car due to ebay transaction... But finally I got what I needed.

All I can say is I drove up from Cody, Wyoming to meet with Peggy Martin. I have bought many cars in my 40 or so years of buyig cars and I honestly have NEVER had a better experience. I was in the market to purchase a 2013 Honda CR-V, Mike contacted me, via my interest on the internet. He was very interested in exactly what I was wanting. He asked my 2 color preferences and was able to find exactly what I was wanting in my color preference. I live in Nebraska we agreed on a price for my trade in over the phone along with the price of the new CR-V. When we arrived at the dealership my new car was all cleaned and awaiting delivery. He wanted me to have good information on the car and helped me get an auto check report on line. When we visited he worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the condition of the used car-- pointing out places where it showed wear on the seats and replacing the windshield that was chipped. It's been a while since my wife and I purchased our last car - an '04 Subaru. That experience was awful - we were pushed around from one sales team member to another, some of whom were condescending and rude. That experience left an awful taste in my mouth that hasn't gone away in the last seven years. When we had to buy a new van this week, I expected more of the same. My experience with Mike at Honda of Greeley was the diametric opposite. My wife and I were leaning toward buying a Nissan Quest because dealer incentives made the Quest a bit less expensive and the Nissan is a worthy alternative to the Odyssey. But we preferred the Honda, so I made a few calls to Denver-area Honda dealerships. They all gave us some kind of run-around. When I called Mike at Honda of Greeley, he gave me the most competitive quote right off the bat. We secured financing over the phone and by the time we drove to the dealership, we only had a few forms to sign with Marcus in the finance department. Neither Mike nor Marcus attempted to extort hidden fees from us and the only products Marcus offered (without any kind of pressure) were extended warranties. Despite having to wait on another customer ahead of us in the finance line, we were in and out in under 2 hours. Greeley is 90 minutes from our home, but the next time I have to buy a car, I won't bother with the Denver dealerships. I recommend Mike and Honda of Greeley without reservation.

Mike found me through my credit union were I was just approved for a loan, our first conversation was simple. He said, "Obviously you have done your shopping, I'd like to sell you your car, what is your best price?" He called me back in three minutes with a better deal. We added on the extras I wanted, discussed and agreed on a price for my trade, then Darren in the finance department worked with me to get the paperwork completed. This was on a Thursday evening. Saturday morning I took the 4.5 hour drive from high up in the Rockies after my son's football game. We arrived as the sun was setting, I took the 2012 Pilot for a quick test drive, Mike took my old 2003 Pilot for a trade-in test drive, he came back and said we have a deal. Within ten minutes after we arrived, I was escorted to Darren in finance, signed the paperwork and in a total of fifteen minutes, my son and I were done and ready to go.Awesome service, everything Mike and Darren promised was there when we arrived. SIMPLE deals are well worth talking about. Mike and Honda of Greeley lived up to their word, got me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, and there was no haggling, no stress, and I got to say, LOVE THAT NEW CAR SMELL.What can I say, thanks Mike for my great new Pilot!! My husband and I purchased a '12 Honda Odyssey on 10/6. I had negotiated everything over email and phone with Peggy Martin. We basically walked in, got credit approval for special financing and signed papers. It was very easy and no hassle.We had some accessories included and did have to return to have them put on but all went fine. It took a bit longer than anticipated but I am very pleased as they made sure they did things right and were very respectful. Had an awful experience at another Honda dealer in Colorado (Markley) and decided to give Greeley a try. My wife and I were met with a friendly, welcoming environment. The staff were all willing to assist and take care of us. Our sales associate Scott as well as the sales manager Bob made sure that we were taken care of. It was an incredible experience and they worked with us to find the best fit in our budget. It was great overall and we would recommend them to anyone.

What a very pleasant car buying experience. Aside from being impressed with the car itself, Mark went above and beyond making sure we got the best deal and felt very comfortable with our new car. He stayed late when we wanted to test drive the car home to make sure it would fit in our garage. He went over all the features of our vehicle and then some. He offered to come to our home and help program the car. Mark was easy to relate and is a great asset for Honda. The only thing I would say is the detailing when we received the vehicle was not the best. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and for the first time my husband hasn't had buyers remorse. Very thankful for Mark helping with that.

Bob lacks basic customer service skills. We paid $3000 for a used vehicle and 80 miles later it needs $1400 worth of work. Bob gave me no options other than to trade it for another vehicle but would not tell me how much trade it was worth. He would not help with the cost of fixing the vehicle and I offered to sell it back to him for $2500 (a loss for me of $500) Bob declined. Bob made the statement "what did you expect for $3000"? Well Bob, I expect the car to not need $1400 in repairs after 80 miles. Bob admitted that they do no inspect their lower priced used Cecile's and placed the blame on me for not taking it to a mechanic prior to purchasing. I mentioned that they have mechanics there and Bob stated they wern't going to pay their mechanics to check out low priced used cars.

After visiting the dealer 10 years ago and getting the "sleazy" vibe, I came back to look a couple used Accords despite the rumors about Honda of Greeley. I had my guard up for sure, but dealt with Mike Juhl on a couple vehicles. He was nice and accomodating, happily bringing out a couple vehicles for a no-pressure test drive. I was responded to quickly and honestly when I had questions and when it came down to the price negotiation. They gave me the BEST price in Northern Colorado for my trade, which solidified the deal. I was also pressed for time when it came to signing the paper work, but Mike and MArcus had everything ready and I was in and out with my 05 Accord eariler than I thought. Many thanks to Peggy Martin and her team at Honda of Greeley. My experience began when I made an internet inquiry to obtain a quotation on a 2012 Honda Pilot. I received immediate and courteous attention from the sales department. They were not pushy nor were they aggressive, however, it was obvious that they were interested in helping me find an automobile that met my needs and desires. After doing some competitive shopping and onsite visits with other dealers in the area, I decided to drive to Greeley and meet with Peggy and Mike in person. They were both appropriately helpful, treated me with respect and made the bargaining experience a pleasant one. Peggy gave me a reasonable price on the Pilot that I was trading in, arranged for a dealer swap via flatbed truck to obtain a brand new (not a demo) vehicle and had my new wheels and the paperwork ready to complete on the following business day. Peggy did a remarkable job of instructing me on all of the ins and outs of my new vehicle and followed up with a welcomed customer care call. Rick in the parts department was able to obtain the accessories that I wanted and went out of his way to be sure that they were delivered to me on a timely basis. Once that I decided that I had to have roof rails, Scott set up a service appointment to have them installed. All of the people that I did business with over the course of the various transactions were professionally personable, polite and nice to work with. I am looking forward to a long standing relationship with Honda of Greeley. My thanks extends to everybody (including the business office) who made this experience such a great one.

They were rude and hard to work with. When I bought my 2008 Honda Accord used from them I asked if I get a full tank of gas with it as I'm trading a car with a full tank of gas. They said yes. I live in loveland and with out even thinking made it halfway home before I realized I only had 1/4 of a tank in my new (used) car. I turned around and went and talked to them the manager. He said since it was just about closing time to come back tomorrow and he will fill it up for me. So I go home and the next day bright and early I arrive at the dealer ship the manager hands my car off to the tech and tells me he is off to put gas in the car. When he returns it is up to 1/2 a tank! I go straight to the manager and tell him it is only 1/2 full try again. His response was "We only allow 1/4 tank for used cars we never fill them full. You should be 'HAPPY' I filled it up 1/2 tank!" as if he was doing me a favor! I almost spent more gas driving back and forth from the dealer to my house and back then the manager gave me! I will never go Honda of Greeley ever again and I don't recommend anyone else either. If they messed me over on gas then who knows what else they are messing people over with. So stingy! SERIOUSLY GAS!

Visited Honda of Greeley to look at a new CR-Z, as they had one of the only ones around. While attracted to the style and economy of this model, wasn't sure it would meet my needs without seeing one in person. The one they had was top of the line with more options than I wanted or needed. Terri was very helpful without pushing, and volunteered to search for one that would better suit me. Unfortunately, it seems Honda is currently unable to produce this vehicle due to parts shortages as a result of the tsunami and inventory is almost non-existent (had heard this same story at two other Honda dealers). Before leaving, I saw a used vehicle that I liked and inquired about price but did not test drive.After getting home and doing some homework, decided I really wanted to check out the used car I had briefly seen. Gave Terri a call the next day and arranged to go back for a test drive. Absolutely no pressure but after a test drive, it was clear that I would rather have this used car for about the same price as the new CR-Z......not that the Honda was bad, just that the car I ended up purchasing was a LOT more car and in fantastic condition. The Audi TT coupe which I purchased is really nice and it never would have happened, if not for the way Terri treated me on my first visit.Marcus was pleasant and efficient in getting the paperwork done, even after I rejected all of the various service options available. It was quick, he found me a great rate and I was soon on the road home. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Honda of Greeley and would suggest asking for Terri Langenbahn.

He gave us the keys to the car, told us to test drive the car and gave us all the room we needed to feel comfortable. Our experience with Honda of Greeley started off with phone calls asking about the trade value on our Toyota Tacoma. We spoke to a gentleman (Luke) who was very interested in obtaining this vehicle. He gave us a very good estimate over the phone. While we were interested in a Honda CRV, we had never driven one before, so we started our car search close to home. That dealer really tried to get our business, but the trade value wasn't close enough to the number that Luke quoted us. We finally left that dealer and drove the hour to Honda of Greeley. We were barely out of the Tacoma when Luke walked up. After reviewing some info regarding the truck, we met up with Justin, who handed over keys to a used Honda CRV and recommendations for a route for the test drive. While we liked the exterior color of the used, we did not care for the interior. We came back and Justin had a new CRV ready for us to drive. That test drive convinced us that we wanted new - now it was the hard part - the negotiations. Luke and Justin made this very easy. They increased the trade value on the Tacoma and offered us Honda bonus dollars. This was lower than the price at the local dealer, they were close and we thought that it was better to stay local. We were getting ready to leave when Justin came over and increased the value on the trade again. We were sold. Our last car buying experience was horrible, so we dreaded buying a vehicle, but Luke and Justin made this experience very smooth. I not only would buy another Honda, but I would travel the distance to Honda of Greeley to buy one again. Thank you!

Honda of Greeley and Terri was the only Honda dealership in the state of Colorado that was willing to find a CRZ to my specifications. They did everthing possible to sell a new car and to make the customer happy in the process. Trading for or buying a new car is not what I would call fun(for most people it is the opposite), however this particular process turned out to be somewhat enjoyable because I purchased what I wanted at a good price and Terri and the dealership made money. Truely a win - win situation.

Wow! I had an AWESOME experience with Honda of Greeley. After sharing what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in over the phone we drove two hours to look at a truck. I was very impressed with the way I was greeted. Peggy was headed towards us before we even had the kids out of the van. I had told Bob what I wanted my payment to be, and he made it very clear to all involved that they work with me to get that payment so I didn't drive all that way for nothing. Victor talked to us about some mechanical questions and Rick came in on his day off to help us with the purchase of a bed extender. Kevin worked to get us to the right price. Luke handled our paperwork quickly and concisely. I felt like everyone we dealt with was upfront and honest, nothing was hiding in the background. Just when I thought it couldn't have been any better or easier, Miranda finds an extra key for my truck and they mail it to me. It was well worth the two hour drive!

However, the treatmet I received from Peggy Martin was Outstanding.The Highlander they had sounded like a good price and Peggy knew her stuff in explaining it to us. Even though we did not buy a car at Honda of Greeley I would still reccommend this dealership and Peggy Martin. We have been taking our 2000 Honda Accord to Honda of Greeley for the last 3 years for the regular maintenance and have always had great service and been treated very well by everyone at Honda of Greeley. So when it came time to trade in our Audi, we made them our first stop to start shopping for a late-model used car. As usual, the entire experience was great. No pushy salesman, no hidden fees or add-ons. Terri was very helpful and knowledgable. He was a true partner in our car-buying experience: answering questions, helping us to compare options, explaining the good, and the bad, of every car we looked at. We finally settled on a gently used 2010 Honda Odyssey and from the moment we said, "We'll take it!" until we drove the car off the lot the friendliness and respect never faltered. Jeff, the financing guru, explained every step of the process to us, even going so far as to ask us how we wanted to seek financing rather than shooting our credit app off to 1000 lenders. We ended up getting a great deal (below Blue Book), they paid off our trade-in, gave us a killer deal on an extended warranty and had us out the door in time for a late lunch. After all that, when we went to leave, Terri realized the car didn't have a key fob. Given the fact we'd just signed all the paperwork, I thought for sure the sales manager was going to tell me they could get me one for $350 and have it in next week. Instead, Terri said, "No problem. Stop by tomorrow and I'll have one ready for you." Amazing. Terri's response totally validated why we walked into the place to begin with. Honda of Greeley was our first choice for this purchase and will be the first place we walk into when it comes time to buy our next car. After months of car shopping it was such a relief to walk into a place and be treated like a capable adult rather than a bumbling idiot with a fist full of cash. We couldn't be more pleased with our new minivan, although we're still getting used to the idea of being old enough to need one.

Nathan and Scott made the difference! After installation of a new battery by a friend the code for the stereo/clock needed to be reset. I called Nathan at Honda of Greeley. He provided the code and patiently walked me through the process. The code failed to activate. Nathan then requested I drive to the Service Department even though it was nearly 5:30 to assist with the reset. The code still did not work even though Nathan and Scott both tried and several variations while cross-checking information on the computer. Nathan then pulled the radio out to check the accuracy of the serial number. It did not correspond with the code Honda had provided. By this time it was well after 6:00 p.m. Nathan assured me he would contact the appropriate resources within the Honda network to reset the car. This was good as I had a pending road trip scheduled for Friday through Sunday and had anticipated enjoying music while traveling. Scott, Nathan, and I visited several times that next day with still no clear resolution regarding the discrepancy between the recorded serial number and the correct reset code. Both Nathan and Scott recommended I bring in my car the next morning and they would either disconnect the battery for a period of time and then restart the entire system from beginning if necessary. I inquired about the expense. Due to a series of unusual and very unexpected bills I was unprepared for the potential cost and would wait until next month. I reminded both Nathan and Scott that a stereo and clock were not critical to the operation of a car and I would be fine. Scott assured me he would call if that was the case prior to fixing the reset and arranged for Tom (Honda Shuttle)to drive me home so that I could get to work on time. Within 45 minutes Scott called to ask me what my favorite radio station was. The system had successfully been reset! He explained they had not encountered this mismatch between serial numbers and codes before. There would be no charge. I later learned there had been more to the process than a 'few simple phone calls'. I was uncomfortable about not paying for all the effort and expertise poured out on my behalf. Both Nathan and Scott said not to worry about it and there was no charge. I find this level of customer service extraordinary, but then we are talking about Honda! I appreciate the perseverance, patience, positive attitude, and great collaboration exhibited by Nathan and Scott during this unique problem-solving experience. Nathan and Scott (along with the other Service Department representatives)are what brings me back to Honda. I bought my Odyssey from Honda of Greeley in April. I thought Bob Finnegan was great to work with. He had the patience of a god because this was NOT an easy or pleasant transaction, and it was through no fault of Honda's. Then, being the spectacular driver that I am, I backed into my garage door that was not completely open and scraped the roof of my new van. Then a bike fell over and scratched the paint on the driver's side back door.I called Bob and asked if his guys could take a look at the van to see if they could buff out any of the scratches, and I was kind of in a hurry because I was making a cross-country road trip. Bob talked to Scott Suitor, god #2, and Scott agreed to get me worked into the schedule.Scott knew my situation when I came in and took great care of me. Some of the scratches came out, some didn't, I got my oil changed, and everyone there was just fantastic. Friendly, professional, timely. I couldn't have asked for more.

Jeff and other staff bent over backwards to accomadate what price I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to pay for the vehicle I was looking at. They let me take the car overnight and even though my circumstances changed and I didn't purchase the car , Jeff was very kind and wished me the best. I have purchased a civic in the past and had the same great customer service at that time as well and I would highly recomend this dealership to family and friends :)

I was sold a warrenty and promised that if I didn't use it after 4 years I would receive the entire amount back. When it came down to it, they didn't back up the warrenty or their commitment. They said they closed that EIN and it's a different business... though when they sold it to me they said it was HONDA's. They are not trying to rectify the situation at all.

Scott the Service Manager took so much time and had so much patience answering my 1,285 (ha ha) questions about a 2004 Honda Pilot I am going to buy. I certainly know that if I take my car in for service that I will receive excellent customer service because Scott is in charge of this department. I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of logging onto this site and bothering to do this (I wouldn't normally) but this is truly the most excellent employee in a dealer I have encountered. And I have been to every dealer here in my city looking at the cars with salesmen and talking to the service departments about their cars' reliability. Scott is a stellar representative for Honda!

Recently, we bought a used car from Honda of Greeley. When we were bringing it home, the trunk popped open while driving and the transmission started to slip and shifted roughly. The next morning, the change engine oil light came on. I checked the oil and it was low. Peggy had said that they had changed the oil but when we called to say it was low, she said that they hadn't changed the oil. The car was 2000 miles over the mileage slip that said when the next oil change was due. They said to bring it in the next weekend and they would change the oil. In less than 300 miles after they changed the oil, it was already low. We brought these things to their attention, but they seemed to not care. We told them about the trunk opening, the transmission jerking and losing/leaking oil, but they said they had checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong. We found online about this type of car having problems with transmission and electrical systems was common. It didn't matter to them and with the way we were treated and the service manager more or less saying he didn't think they could fix the problems, we will take our business elsewhere. We are happy that we purchased the extra 36000 mile/36 month warranty, but no one should have to have their newly purchased car in the shop right after they get it. We made the mistake of trusting them. Please don't do the same.

I recommend them and Honda!I do not live in the area so I will not be using their service department. My sister bought a honda there also and that is whyI chose them.

I sure wish I would have read all the bad reviews about this dealer before I went there. I had many issues with them but the worst of them all was that they sold me a warranty that turned out to be bogus. I negotiated a Honda Care extended warranty for 5 years and 60,000 additional miles for $2,000 but then weeks later (after they have been paid in full) they tell me that Honda couldn't do that warranty but they could do a warranty for 48 months and 40,000 miles for the same price from a 3rd party not Honda. Do they really not know what kind of warranties to sell or were they trying to get my money first then sell me a lesser warranty? You can be the judge on that. Don't let any trivial stuff like "we will get those missing manuals to you tomorrow" go unwritten in the agreement. ALL of the verbal things that were agreed on like "the brakes squeek and our service is closed right now so come back and we will check them for free" didn't happen. Be very careful of "out the door" price which would include state and local taxes. Know your state and local taxes before you sign the final paperwork. My final price was to include all taxes but they charged me the wrong tax amount to increase their bottom line. I should have know my tax rates but I trusted them on that. I got scammed out of $700 for the wrong taxes being collected in an "out the door" price. When I registered the vehicle, I had to pay the corrected taxes. And of course, once you sign the sales agreement, you have no recourse with them. So know all the tax rates before you buy and bring a calculator to check their math. Lastly, no one ever returns calls. Not a single person out of four sales and finance people, even when promised at a certain time to expect a call, had called me back. Overall, a typically horrible used car experience!

A couple of weeks ago I went to honda of greeley looking for a minivan," honda odyssey to be exact", but it old them that I could only spend between $10,000- $12,000 for it. He showed me a couple of vehicles on the lot that looked descent, he then showed me a honda odyssey that was just perfect! I asked him what the price of it was, he responded "lets just take it for a spin and see how you like it first". We get back to the dealership and come to find out the stupid van was priced at $18,000, which was obviously and clearly $6000 over what I wanted to spend. As a somewhat smart consumer, I brought my laptop with me, I found out from another sales person what the wireless password was. I checked the kelly blue book and the thing was only retailing at $16,000 at best. They were also going to give me about two thousand less than what my trade in was. I asked why this was and they told me that they look at the "blackbook" instead. Also to put some icing on the cake, they pulled my credit to see what kind of rate I could get, and they lied to me about what my credit score was. They told me that my score was about twenty points less than what it actually was. I found that out by going to a free credit scoring website. I will plan on staying as far away from Honda of Greeley as possible for as long as I live.

I went there before I went to barnone this guy tried to sell me a car that was advertised at $ 2000.00 for $ 6000.00They have garanteed credit approval but they could not get me approved until I told them I was pre approved with Credit Acceptance Corp.That is when they brought out the figuares of the car that was 3 times the price of the advertised price.I test drove the vehicle and when I got back I smelled a antifreeze leakI brought that to his attention he said I can not smell anything.I then brought out the add for the car and he said well you want to build your credit don't you?There is bank accuitzion fees I said it can not be that much he said well you want to build you credit dont you?I told him yes but I am not willing to pay 4000.00 to do that.I spoke with another dealer and they told me the bank get 500 max to do the load.I in return reported the salesman and the delership to the colorado dealer board.If anyone ever buys a car from any car lot and they want you to get an extended warranty it is a good deal sometimes but I will let you in on a secret they only pay 300-500 for that warranty the rest of the money that they charged you goes into their pocket for selling it to you.

I went to Honda of Greeley to buy a car and doug and dave showed me a 2000 Pontiac Grand AM which i liked and i decided to buy. After negotiating the price me and doug met T $6350 for the car, honda of greeley pay off the $2400 trade on my truck and me pay $200 down. So when it came time to do the financing and sign the papers i admitt i got a little over my head and was anxious to get out of the dealership with my new car but they changed our original deal and charged me hidden fees. After i signed the papers and got home i noticed that they charged me back the $2400 for the pay off on my truck and they also charged me a 2 year 24,000 mile $2500 service agreement to me that i had know knowledge of they did not ask if i wanted or did i ask for, plus why would i need when my Dad was a GM master technician for 22 years that pretty much tells me i dont need that so why would i even want or ask about. Do not shop at Honda of Greeley they will rip you off and charge you hidden fees, these guys are CROOKS!!!MattLoveland, CO

I had prearranged the financing, test drove the car beforehand and agreed to a price all to make the pickup fast. Turns out they were short staffed so it took over 4.5 hours and my car wasn't prepped well at all. I wished I had just picked up the car a different day or not from them at all. I'm very disappointed that they are more concerned with "making the sale" at all costs. They seem to have no regard for customer's time or satisfication. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are much better places to buy a car.
