When my 2013 Pilot had water leaking into the driver side, I was really nervous to bring it in to be repaired. As soon as I drove into the service area, everyone I dealt with was kind and very helpful. Barry went out of his way to solve the problem. I will be coming back next time that I need service. I could not have had a better experience.

I needed a hitch put on my new Honda Accord. We just bought our car from the Tufankjian family dealership, so when I needed help installing the hitch so I could tow my bikes, they did over and above what I could have expected. Barry Siegal was GREAT! He got was honest and explained all that needed to be done. The price i paid was less than he quoted. They even polished my car. To say I am happy and pleased with the service is putting it mildly.

My Subaru was getting old and I have been putting off the new car purchase because I hate dealing with the whole system. I think we can all agree. Well I was shocked at how easy John Fritts at Tufankjian honda made this purchase the best experience I've ever had. He met me at the door and just listened to what I was looking for. He never pressured me into anything. He was on my side, trying to help me get into the best car for ME.I got a much nicer car at a price I never even asked for. They just offered this amazing deal and did it all with no pressure at all. They just wanted me to be happy. When I went to another dealer they did not give me the hard sell and make me feel guilty about doing my search.The dealership was fast at getting me quotes and even better at getting me a price that was the best I had been offered. Everybody at the Honda dealership was very professional, courteous and friendly. We worked with Marion James and he was the bomb. He was professional, very informative, kind, friendly, courteous, never was pushy, answered all our questions, had a positive outlook and very pleasant to talk to as was Brian Moynihan. We have been to other dealerships and never felt as comfortable as we did at the Honda Dealership in Plymouth. We would recommend this dealership to family and friends for sure!

Honda of Plymouth dealership is the best I have ever found. I stumbled upon them via friends when I was looking for who they would recommend and I am so glad I did. They have now been servicing my 2007 CRV for over 2 years. The service representative Barry Siegal goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service. He is very knowledgeable in everything automotive and has never failed to diagnose correctly the car problem I came in for and then chose the right mechanic to fix it. Trust me, you rarely find a service department as well staffed with the right people as this one. I now recommend this Honda Store to all my friends. Barry is the best

Excellent experience with AutoFair Honda!! We purchased 2 new vehicles from them in 4 months - a CRV and a FIT. Germano was immediately very helpful with my recent lease of a 2015 Honda CR-V. While waiting to speak with him, as he was very busy accommodating an elderly woman, we enjoyed some popcorn - great perk! As soon as we sat down to talk with him, he cute right to the chase and asked that I tell him my budget and whether I was looking to buy or lease. He went directly to his manager to consult for the quotes. Thereafter, we were seeking a lower rate. After multiple back and forth trips to his manager, in an effort to meet our demands, we reached the offer we were looking for. Germano has a great character about him that makes him not only professional but also very easy and enjoyable to talk to. We laughed a lot which made the process that much more enjoyable. The staff overall is very nice and accommodating, but I certainly know why Germano has received a number of awards at Auto Fair. Not to mention, he works late hours and on the weekends, proving his dedication to the job. He even checked in a couple days after my purchase to make sure I took care of my inspection sticker and wanted to make sure everything was going okay. I am glad to have worked with Germano and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else looking to make the trip to Auto Fair - well worth it!

I went into Auto Fair Honda in Plymouth in hopes to buy a Honda Pilot. I despise the car buying process and always have, mainly because of the salesmen and women. I had never come across a salesman that I could tolerate until I met John Fitts. He spent over 3 hrs with me trying to find a car that I could afford and that fit my needs. Throughout that 3 hrs he was personable, honest, friendly, and very easy to talk to and be around. I didn't buy a car that day, but John kept in touch with me and I ended up going back there less than a week later and bought a Camry. Since I have bought my car, he has helped me with a few other things that I needed without hesitation. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a good and honest salesman who is willing to go the extra mile to help.

The ease of buying a car from John Fitts is simply wonderful. As I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted with a smile and a handshake. If you are looking to buy a Honda, this dealership should be your first stop; guarantee if you work with John Fitts, (Sales) it will be your only stop. From the callback regarding internet pricing (spoke with Paula), to my initial walk into the dealership (Brenda was at the desk), to the introduction to John Fitts (Sales), to working with Brian (Finance Manager), AutoFair Honda of Plymouth has proven that customer service at a car dealership trumps sales pressure. Took a test drive on a snowy day and knew the Honda Pilot was going to be my vehicle choice. John was knowledgeable about the product, personable, and understood I wasn't ready to make a decision on that first visit. A week later I returned to finalize the purchase. I had been researching SUV's for over a month. I knew that I wanted to buy a Honda CRV but was nervous going to a dealership on my own. Being a recent widow, I always relied on my husband being with me for just such a purchase. I arrived at AutoFair Honda on a Sunday morning prior to their opening. I was greeted by a young man, John Fitts, who welcomed me into the show room. After some very quick paperwork he brought the first car up to the door for me to take for a test drive. After the test drive I had to ask to see the next model upgrade. He was so laid back and never made me feel pressured to make a decision on what I already came to buy. He gave me a great trade in allowance for my 13 yr old altima, actually more than the Kelly Blue Book value. He guided me all the way through the financing aspect of the deal as well as called me the next day to make sure that I still was happy with my new car!!!! I I'm highly recommending John Fitts to my family and friends. It truly was a wonderful experience!!! Thanks John, I am a customer for life.

After doing much on-line research and comparing 3 makes ,I decided on the Honda Pilot. I came in to Auto Fair and met John Fitts who walked me through the product line. After John had answered all my questions I took a Pilot for a test drive. The car was all I expected and John worked up the numbers for me. The price was very fair and together with Scott Elliot, Finance Dept, we put together a deal. My wife was very happy as was I. I highly recommend this team for all your automotive needs.

Salesman Mike O'Neil is excellent! I went last week looking for a car expecting to come home without one because I have no credit. Low and behold, Mike and business manager Brian Moynihan (im sure others too but I didnt get the chance to meet them) worked their absolute magic and got me in a leased 2014 Civic! Looking back, I probably was not the easiest customer to deal with and I am greatly appreciative for their hard work. Mike O'Neil is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. He works with you to get the best deal possible and explains the whole process very thouroughly. He went above and beyond and even called me the next day to see how I like my new car! Went here few days ago to look at some used cars. Mike was the salesperson who I worked with to help me find a car that will fit my business (transportation of animals, as well as lots of miles per day!) He showed me several cars that would fit this description! He was polite, not pushy and knowledgable! I had a hard time deciding so he told me to think on it and if I have any questiosn or concerns to call him directly. I am looking forward to going back and buying that 2012 CrossTour!

Great experience buying a new Accord. Our sales rep, Geoff, knew everything about the car and did a great job differentiating Honda from the other vehicles we were evaluating and earned our business. My wife insisted on purchasing a new car. I wanted her to buy used, but she wanted no part of it and I really didnt feel like dealing with car salespeople at a dealership. Nevertheless, we came here (AutoFair) to look at Honda Accords. The dealership was pretty busy and If you can believe it, a few salespeople walked by us and simply said hello and the greeter just said to make ourselves at home and pointed us to the new Accords. While we were outside, a salesperson approached us and simply said that he noticed us and to let him know if/when we had questions. That was it. We finally took one for a test drive but ended up buying (leasing) a different one. They showed us all the information of leasing and buying and basically said that we can to make up our own mind and they would do whatever we wanted. The entire process was so easy even the negotiation. I calculated what I thought would have been the right payment and they were actually $11 lower. I highly recommend this dealership.

I needed a car as quickly as possible. I wanted a Honda Civic and searched online before going to dealerships. I found several and went to four different dealerships in the area. The third I went to was AutoFair in Plymouth. These guys were by far the best. They had more selection than the others and were so much more normal friendly and sincere. I actually left there to go to another dealer but only lasted 5 minutes when I met the salesman. So I went back to AutoFair and the experience was unbelievable. So easy and friendly. The GM is from California and he is very funny. They make the process so damn easy, even the prices. They will tell you that they just want to be fair and they are.

Buying the car was a hassle, I was told to come in and sign certain papers and then had to go home and grab more documents that was needed to fulfill the needs of purchasing the car. The handling of the paperwork was horrible....the services man was awful. As well as buying the new car, I had to go into the service repair 3 times within 2 months for defected parts...Why would this dealership sell me a new car if they knew I had to come back to get repairs, its unbelievable. This dealership only cares about the number of sales they make but do not care about the quality and trust from the customers. I understand its a new dealership...but the people who work here needs more knowledge and experience before running an operation like this.

I don?t usually write reviews. However I felt it necessary to share my experience with Auto Fair Honda of Plymouth Ma. My used car Had the yellow sticker on it 30 days. and on day one I couldn't take the car home due to a belt noise under the hood. that they said they fixed. the next week car had same noise and brought it back again, they replaced another part and sent me home again. went back again for same problem this time I had another mechanic look at it he said it was the alternator that I passed this on to the dealer. NOW GET THIS. The repair department agreed that the alternator needed to be replaced. this was the problem from day one However the management said now that they had too much money in this car. I have filed to attorney general and BBB. (BEWARE Buy someplace else)

Hello, I recently bought a used 2011 Honda pilot, my overall experience with Autofair on a 1-10 scale would be a 3. The only good thing about this transaction was the salesman, Matt Skinner. He was very helpful! First off, when I looked at the car it was in rough shape, I was assured that it was a fresh trade in and still had to be detailed and gone through the shop. I took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed that the braking system had some issues that needed to be addressed, which included a violent pulsation and pulling while applying brake pressure. The accompanying salesperson told me that it would be addressed with new pads and rotors. I made the decision that I wanted the car and was told to come pick up the car the next morning. That morning I went to the dealership and my car still wasnt ready after waiting for THREE hours. During this time waiting they messed up my paperwork, TWICE! After being Sent to the registry of motor vehicles for no reason. Finally I made it out the door to find that the detail job that was JUST DONE to be mediocre. Sand still embedded into the trunk carpet, clearly not buffed or waxed, no pinstripe, NOT EVEN AN AUTOFAIR STICKER! Being as stressed as I was I resisted the temptation to go back inside. I take it home to further look over the car and noticed the passenger side mirror was broken. They refused to make me another key, the car only came with one. I told them I would get my own inspection sticker and they still charged me for it. After addressing this small issue with manager two times he finally gave me it in gas. After finally leaving with the car I went to work (which I was late for due to the time I spent waiting) and my insurance agent called me and was notified that there was another issue with the registration and that it needed to be redone a THIRD time!! Just when I thought Autofair was supposed to be a professional, reputable business. As of now I will never buy another car from them again!

I inquired about a 2013 Honda Civic EX Autofair Honda listed on Cars.com. I never received a response from the dealer. I went to their website and checked their used inventory list and the vehicle wasn't listed so I never followed up on my initial inquiry. A quick response saying the vehicle was sold would have been greatly appreciated and build trust. This vehicle sat on cars.com for over a week after my inquiry.

I wanted to pay off lease on my wife's Prius and purchase it as a used car. I wanted to purchase a new CR-Z. Since I was buying a new Honda, the Dealer was willing to handle the Toyota transaction for me as well as the Honda transaction. This made the entire restructuring of my vehicles easy to accomplish. The people I dealt with were courteous and efficient. The price for the CR-Z was fair and I received a fair trade for my old vehicle. As in all new car purchases, add-on were offered, but there was no undue pressure to purchase any of them. Delivery times with registrations and inspection stickers included were met as promised. Overall, this was a very good negotiating and purchasing experience.

Bought a car yesterday and declined all the extra options they try to add on when you are completing finance paperwork ... apparently that is the catalyst for horrendous treatment after the sale. Had to haggle on the phone the following day to orchestrate new registration and also was shown the door when it came to the inspection literally .... forced to get car inspected in another town ourselves. Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde service here, all handshakes and smiles the day you close the deal but degenerates to deplorable unprofessional service once you are off the lot. Do not make mistake we did ... if you are set on a Honda go to another dealership.
