I had my car serviced today at Honda of Serramonte. My usual Service Manager Darrell Wilson attended to all the services I needed. He also informed me of the multi-point inspection which reveal future repairs that needs my attention. On top of that, I got a nice car wash. This was as near-seamless a car purchase as one could hope for. I live 250+ miles from the dealership and was going to be in the area visiting family so looked at a few dealerships online. When I saw a car was interested in, i reached out and communicated with Tony. All of our communications were great, and he answered my (many!) questions with patience and professionalism. The day I came into the dealership, the papers were mostly prepared and all I needed to do was test drive the car and sign the agreement. All in all, it was a great experience. Thanks!

This was the fastest easiest car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Tony was great! I shopped around at 10 or 12 different dealerships and Honda of Serramonte had the best price. No ridiculous mark ups, like the other dealerships. Other dealerships wouldn’t even give me a price unless I came in. Tony was upfront with pricing and there were no surprises. Thanks Again!

Surprise failure of the engine put is in a spot. Honda's crack service team put our 2006 Accord Hybrid aright. Kudos to Advisor Darrell and the behind-the-scenes technicians. They are the best!
