The work itself was fine, but the communication was very poor. When a business is only open until 6:30pm, they should be more timely about calling customers when their repair is done. I started calling them after not receiving a status call by the quoted time of 5:30 only to get no answer. The phone just rang and rang in the service department. When I tried the appointment line, I got someone in sales, who said, "Someone should be in service to answer", transferred me back, and then the phone just rang for 10 minutes. At this time, I arranged an Uber to take me to the dealership, not knowing if my car was done because no one could be bothered to answer. Along the way, the phone rang from the dealership at 6:15, where the gentleman on the other end of the line churlishly told me that my car was ready to be picked up, and that they close at 6:30. Who calls someone so close to closing time? It's poor practice and poor customer service. They're closed the next day, so without my car, I would have been sunk. Fortunately, I was already on the way and could pick up my vehicle. Put in a buffer time or something, or actually commit to returning calls when you say you will.

Went in for my 15,000 mile service. I was advised by Chanel that they were backed up and it was going to take some time before my vehicle would be finished. She was kind and friendly. I know it can be tough to be the frontline person having to tell everyone things are going to run past their appointment time. I wasn't in a hurry and her positive attitude made an inconvenience a bit of an after thought. It was Thursday night so free popcorn and beverages along with the football game wasn't such a bad deal. Overall I'm happy and will return. Hopefully I'll have Chanel as the customer service rep that meets me at the door. Thanks

I contacted him that my oil change was coming up and even though he said he was going to be out of town that week I wanted to come in, he said that any service writer who helps me, would be able to honor it for me. So when that time came in for my to do my oil change, they exactly did that. The lady Janette, helped me out and she was nice and had my car out in an hour (it didn't matter to me because I got picked up) but I was surprised on how fast the service was done.Anyway, great customer service and reliable on their word and future promises.

The physical facilities are fine; I'm lumping in phones with facilities hence the downgrade. The phone tree is annoying; shuttles you around to different areas and then back to the main menu. In addition I found the tone of anyone answering the phones (operators and service department) to be less then friendly and welcoming. Made me feel like they were doing me a favor by talking to me.

I went to the Honda of Steven Creeks for my brand new 2016 AWD CRV for oil change. The advisor was really helpful; when i dropped off there with scheduled appointment, the advisor came out to ask what she could help me today and found out a free coupon for tire rotate and the other discount for oil change charge, which i didn't even know before i came in. But one thing needed to improve is that please be initiative to tell the customer how the vehicle is being done; I waited overtime to get the oil change done but in fact it was done in advance of my asking. Overall, I received the decent and good service and will come back again for my next miles maintaince service!

Excellent!!! Bought an Odyssey on Labor Weekend. I had searched for prices all around the bay area and contact Asad from Honda of Stevens Creek asking for a price, color of the van, etc. Asad matched the best price and had the VAN ready for test drive when we went to the dealership. Asad explained the various options and got the permPlate option which was scheduled within two days and delivered in 1/2 a day.The finance manager was very social and explained the different financing options. Excellent staff, facility with good coffee and popcorn while waiting for delivery of the car.In short a hassle free buying of VAN at this dealership.

Bought my Honda a year ago at the Stevens Creek Honda dealership so I feel comfortable doing my service at this location. I went in to get an oil change a few weeks ago and Travis Nunez was my service writer who had helped me out. He answered all my questions I had when I brought it in, very personable as we even discussed what I would be doing because I decided to drop off my vehicle instead to wait for it. He called me and left a voice mail when it was time for pick up and assured me everything was adjusted (I had put too much air in my tire before and he made sure my tires were at the right PSI now). Overall, great customer service and great experience as always. I will continue to do my service here.

Got in at 7AM for an early appointment to get an oil change. The associate set everything up for me 5 minutes after I got there and the mechanics got the job done in less than an hour. Came in for regular maintenance. Turns out I needed more work than expected and they had to keep my car over night so they could finish it up the next day. They provided me with a rental which took about half an hour to pick up.. It was a busy day for them but they still made it happen! It was really an amazing experience. The sales guy Michael was really nice and patient. I got a little problem in the banking stuff, but he as well as the financing manager patiently helped me out. It's been like 4 to 5 hours to solve the problem, but they were really professional and nice. Mike even helped me out in choosing the car insurance company, and it was really a good bargain. I arrived at the dealer without any idea on the Honda in the morning, but I drove away the Accord in the afternoon. I like the service Honda of Stevens Creek provided. Fast, reliable and amazing!

First time car buyer. Approximately 4 weeks after having purchased my 2016 accord sport, I decided it was time for a car wash. I washed the car myself at home when I noticed a 3inch long scratch on lower part of windshield. Furious I texted my sales representative, Jose Mosco, of my discovery. He never hinted any urgency to bring in the car to get looked at, he only mentioned to drop in when I had a chance. With that being said I didn't worry about rushing in to Honda of stevens creek to show the scratch to anyone. As busy of a work week I have, working 45+hrs a week, it was very difficult to drop in during operation hours. Finally after showing up for an oil change I mentioned to the service tech about the scratch on the windshield. Upon picking up the car after it being serviced, a Honda representative told me bc I didn't come in the week I purchased the car to say something about the scratch I had to pay 300$ to get it fixed. I explained how I hadn't noticed the scratch until approximately 4 weeks after purchasing the car, and how difficult it was to drop in considering my work schedule. They went on to say I waited too long and there was nothing they could do. And how I signed off on a paper saying the car was ok. This is very frustrating to me and very disappointing. As a first time car buy, how am I supposed to know to check for scratches? Or any other defects? Shouldnt a" new" car be flawless? And how am I supposed to notice a scratch with the width compared to a paper cut, when I left approximately at 10pm? As small as this may sound to some , I work way too hard to be able to afford a new car. If I'm paying for something new, there shouldn't be any flaws. The way the Honda representatives at stevens creek handled my situation was very poorly handled. If you can imagine my disappointment, in tears, I went back and forth with various representatives. All of which were not understanding what so ever. I eventually left after being made feeling like I was lieing to them. No one believed me, and the sales representative did nothing to support the fact that I mentioned to him when I first saw the scratch. My over all experience with Honda was terrible and I will be telling everyone and anyone that will listen to me about my experience. And how Honda made me feel like a scammer! And a liar! As a manager in sales myself, you never make the customer feel like a liar or like they're trying to do something wrong. Moral of the story, don't expect to be treated with respect at Honda of stevens creek, don't expect to leave with a flawless brand new car, and don't sign any papers without triple checking that the car truly is in brand new condition!!!

I asked a few question regarding the quote . He answered even after 10 pm. I think he worked at home. He was so nice and professional and I could trust what he said.. I live in fresno, Ca. My 5 star review applies to only one individual--Asad Hanif. His diligence in customer service led to the 5 stars. Reasons? He listens and delivers. Plain and simple. He is not the typical fast talker car salesman. No. He listens to what you want, the questions you have, and to top it off--he has patience with his customers. I was at the dealership for a long period, and Asad offered me free lunch and water. He also allowed me to use a computer to complete some work (I did not bring my personal laptop). If you are going to buy a car from this dealership, ask to meet with Asad. The buying process (ie. financing) was slightly uneasy. The individual, whom I forgot his name, spoke too fast with terms, rates, pricing, packages, etc. Who knows if it was late in the afternoon or the fact that I was alone and a woman that he wanted to take care of business quickly. I've always been taught to be polite and not interrupt, but I needed to interrupt and ask questions for clarification. I'm not sure if he appreciated this. Overall, I had a good experience in part of Asad.

5-Star Customer Service is this dealership's strength and greatest asset Honda of Stevens Creek. It all started with a friendly email from Omar Jairoudieh, Pre-Owned Buyer, asking to arrange the lease return of my vehicle, and maybe going over some options. I made the apptmt. and once I arrived a Honda, Omar was there to greet me at the door and stayed with me every bit of the way through returning of the lease and purchasing a new one. I trusted Omar:)The 2nd step, I was met by Amir Hosseinkhani, Internet Sales Consultant, who handled the insurance, registration, price, color, etc. Great dealing with Amir who is the point guy and can answer any and all questions. The 3rd step, I was greeted by Amine Kedir, Finance Manager who is the "Closer." All paperwork for signature was reviewed, explained, and signed to my satisfaction and agreement. Amine is very knowledgeable and all paperwork was perfect and in order. The process was simple, the 3 salesmen friendly and knowledgeable and extra special care provided during the entire process. This is a tightly run dealership with attention spent on the details. After 3 years of service on the first lease, I can say the service staff is awesome as well and fast. Be sure to ask for Summer Pettigrew in the Service Department. Summer had excellent communication skills and ensured our Honda Civic was processed quickly and meticulously and had the best service prices available.

Sent in 2014 Civic for B1 servicing on July 23, 2016. Selected maintenance package of $160. At home, I realized from the invoice that tire rotation was not done. Reason stated as "NO NEED AT THIS TIME". All tires' tread condition read: 6 32nds. My previous servicing was done 8,000 miles ago.Called them and was advised to bring the car back for tire rotation. Done that. Wasted my Saturday afternoon going back for this task. 2nd Service Advisor was kind and ensured the tire rotation was done immediately. Thus I give 5 stars for him though it was not his mistake.

Went in to test drive and met with Michael Collins. We told him what we wanted to drive and our budget. He was able to test drive us right away in a car that would fit our budget. We then came back a few days later to buy with Michael understanding we only had 1 hour to sign. Michael worked all the numbers and finance had all our paper work Ready. We walked in on Tuesday afternoon at 12:15 and we were done signing by 12:45. The car was already washed and detailed and ready to take home. From the moment my wife pulled into the drive way. 5 star service! I am usually the one to bring the van in for service but I could not get out of work today. My wife and 2 very young children brought the van in as soon as the check engine light came on. Although the Honda on Stevens Creek is always very busy and could have been an easy 2 hour plus wait, the service manager Steven Munoz was able to get the car diagnosed and serviced with in the hour.. He even took time to put on a dvd for my kids (Bugs Life this time) and offer donuts for them too. My wife had a much needed coffee. She did have to bring the car back in 2 days later to replace a sensor but that was ok.. One more hour or shop time and another donut and dvd for the kids. Great happy staff, service, and ,most importantly, my wife was happy because the kids were on the best behavior and enjoyed their wait time at the shop.

I bought my car in this dealership and did one service their (2 times). 1) I reported the wind noise (from both side doors) and made appointment for it (the guy picked up my phone first time asked me to just drop in without appointments) 2) After 2 appointments, they couldnt fix the wind noise problem, but made it even worse. 3) For both appointments, the technicians left dirty messy finger prints on my both sides door interior leather, without cleaning them. 4) I cleaned by myself after the 1st appointment. 5) I asked the guy (driving customers' car in the service area) to help me to clean the stains. He just used his hands to wipe the stains, then asked me "clean now?" Then he left. The stains actually got worse and into bigger, messier. 6) Then I have to walk into the service office to ask some "manager" to help me to clean it. 7) You might think stains are not big problems, but I am saying about the service. I believe all of you consider your cars as at least part of your properties or kids. But they dont. They treat your cars like trash. 8) You wont be considered/treated as a customer at all in this dealership. 9) You'd better to find another dealership, you dont want to be treat in a rude way.

I had given my Honda Odyssey for Tire change and servicing. They had said it would take about 4 hours but even after 6 hours there was no communication saying it was delayed. I had tried to reach the agent couple of times before I could get a status on the service.I am usually used to the agent going over all the service details and checks they have done on the vehicle. There were a couple of key items that were not discussed until I specifically went back to the agent.Finally, the agent had said he would have the van washed and cleaned but that was not even done.

I brought my Honda Accord to the dealership for standard maintenance without making an appointment. There were a lot of other cars lined up for service. Those with appointments got served first. My Service Consultant - Summer Pettigrew - quickly assessed the work to be done. Summer said it would take 1 hr to 1 1/2 hour to do the work. While my wife and I had lunch, Summer called and said the technician recommended changing the transmission fluid. We agreed. When we finished our lunch and a little shopping, we returned to the dealership and picked up my car. The cost was very reasonable and Summer did a great job in taking care of us!!

Took my car in for service on Saturday morning and the Service was excellent. Although there was a line of cars ahead of me when I got there, they were pretty quick to get to me. I only needed an oil change, but they checked everything and made sure my car was working properly. Left my car there, went for lunch and when i came back after my car was ready. The service representative went over the paperwork with me and explained everything. Overall great experience, quick and easy.

My service took just close to 2 hours (from waiting to check-in my car to receiving my keys afterwards). I guess it depends on the type of service you are doing. They had a lounge which had wi-fi so I could work from the lounge during the course of those 2 hours.

This is for the sales department only. We were looking for a minivan as the weekend family tour bus and had the Odyssey EX-L in mind. Checked out a number of dealers.The test drive went well but then things went slightly off the rails with a misquote during negotiation. But hey, everyone makes mistakes. And:1) it was what I saw as an honest mistake in this case2) as we all know, how a business deals with those mistakes is often what matters mostPedram Baniamerian, Chadd (spelled with a double 'd') and the team at Honda of Stevens Creek made things right. Nice staff, fast attendance. The waiting area was a bit dirty, but had lots of space & places to sit. Got an oil change & a tire rotation, was done in a little over an hour. I booked my appointment online which was a snap I was able to get a last minute appointment for Saturday afternoon. Regarding the service they were fast, my advisor "Bobby" informed me of my options & mentioned a possible leak. They gave me details as to what warrantee applied to my service received. I had showed Bobby a coupon I had found on their website and asked if it could apply to the service I was receiving that day, he explained that it did not but he still gave me a $10 discount & gave me the tire rotation free. He was a sweetheart & I am grateful for his professionalism & efforts to keep me happy even if my coupon did not apply. Overall good service! When I left the dealership I started hearing horrible noise coming from the front of my car. I had to quickly return to the dealership & inform them of this new issue. They were prompt & had a mechanic come w me for a quick drive to figure out the new issue. Mechanic said it was that my back tires were worn out and according to the rotation they were switched and now they were the culprit for the noise. I did appreciate the explanation, I just wish they would have ran that information by me before I had left the dealership after the service to save time. It's my first official car so a heads up on that would have been nice. Bobby was quick to attending me again and had even offered to have them rotated back, due to lack of time but I had to decline due to lack of time. Bobbys offer was greatly appreciated! I had to wait until Saturday, due to no available rides. Recommend getting serviced here if you have the time to wait or a friend to give u a ride, I do wish they offered free rental cars to cut out the stress of getting an appointment during regular work hours.

I leased a 2016 CRV from Doshi. While his email game wasn't the strongest - short replies, not always answering all my questions - once we visited the dealership he was very smooth and made the whole process as easy as possible for us. Being semi-new residents to US, there were issues with our short credit history but they were clearly explained to us and we were aware of what was going on the whole time, which I appreciated. The price quoted was reasonable, and a fair bit cheaper than other dealerships who try to play all the games.

I came in with two bald tires and a nail in the 3rd. Travis was wonderful. He walked me through every possible step in the repair process before I left. He even called prior to the repairs, after my car had seen the Honda doctors, just to confirm what measures they would be taking. He provided superb customer service every step of the way. Honda is lucky to have him working with the public. I'll be back to this location for my 30,000 mile check up because of him.Molly helped me with the payment portion and she was excellent as well. No one likes paying for new tires but her charm, wit, and humor left me feeling great when I walked out of the dealership. People like that are hard to find, but also the bones of a good business. Thank you for providing an amazing experience Stevens Creek Honda service team! You hard work has not gone unnoticed, and it is appreciated more than you know.

I specially enjoyed the comfortable spacious waiting are while you wait you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch a little tv. And I was only there for an hour! Way to go Stevens Creek Honda! Normally, I am very satisfied with my experience here. I will be coming back even though there are some suggestions I have. I set my Saturday appointment online several days prior to bringing in my car for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was directed to wait in line and was given a number. Even though I had an appointment for 11:15, I was told to wait and wasn't processed until 11:45. Several times, I informed staff I had set an appointment. My concern is that non-appointment visitors fill up the drive-in reception area. Maybe too many cars in one area and too few staff without a clear idea of who has the appointments? 2 hour wait for the service.My suggestion is that an appointment line be established so that it's apparent who has priority. Also, are there too many appointments times offered for online users with not enough support? Especially on a Saturday.David was very apologetic and gave me a free tire rotation for the wait. The staff was overall very nice and acknowledged my concerns.

I came there for a scheduled oil change, spark plugs and valve adjustment. Service person (Bobby) tried selling me tires, rotation, brake fluid change, even after i told him i came there specifically for certain services. He also said because my car had an airbag recall i could get a rental until the car was repaired, but i was skeptical when he said that it would be a free rental. Also after waiting for 15 minutes he returned to tell me they didn't have the spark plugs for my car and that i would have to come the next day. Then he offered me a rental but said i had to come back at 1pm, keep in mind i'm there at 7 am already. Not convenient. I asked him if it was a no charge rental and he really didn't answer that question.Again I got call back and was told all my brake pads were worn and it would be 299. I said no thanks. They did however do the valve adjustment , spark plug, oil change faster than expected and I was surprised they finished it by noon.Previously my wife had a similar experience with her car airbag recall. On a scheduled repair they said they ran out of airbags and we would have to wait a few weeks. They could have called us to notify us that they didn't have any in their inventory. On return they repaired the airbag, later to find out they sent a second recall of that airbag and had to have it repaired a second time. 3 trips on 3 separate days. wow.

My car was diagnostic that need to replace one part of air condition that damaged. However, original I was complained that the engine made noise that need to look. I believe the technician had wrong diagnostic after a test drive to replace something that was still good and in working condition.After picked up my car, the noise is still there coming from compartment engine not from the air conditioning. But we had paid for the air conditioning part which is very expensive that was not causing the noise!. I'm not very happy when I learned that he had missed diagnostic my car.

I have had cars serviced for over 50 years and I have never been treated as well as I have at Stevens Creek Honda for the last 5 years. I always see Jeanette Conner in Service and she is incredible. If I leave a message she always gets back to me promptly. When I leave a "laundry list" of things to check nothing ever falls through the crack. When I arrive to pick up my car someone always promptly meets me in the drive and gets my car. The billing is always in order and ready and always just as promised. I just can't say enough good things about Jeanette and Stevens Creek Honda. I will never use another Service Dept as long as I remain in the Bay Area.

I've been to this service department several times. Each and every time, they have surprised me with their excellent service. Recently, they fixed my car's brakes. Earlier, they replaced the air bags that were on recall, and changed the battery on the car's keys when the batteries had run out. The service was great, and their charges were appropriate and reasonable.

My car is less than two years old, and the battery was already failing. After AAA jump started me, I called to see if the battery was covered under warranty. It was, so I drove straight over. I was greeted right away, told him the problem, and they got to work. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road with a new battery and never even had to leave my car for a second. I Am giving one star because I cannot give 0 or negative. One of the worst dealership I ever went to. I am in the process of buying a new car and was doing a market research and I am mostly interested in buying hybrid or electric cars.So I went last week to this dealership and asked the person at the reception to test drive accord and civic hybrid. His replies were as follows 1. There are no sales agent to take u on test drive, pls take an appointment. ( there were two people from Honda standing right next to me also there was one guy roaming around outside who guided me inside ). So I guess they didn't think ill buy a car 2. I booked an appointment and then I was asked very rudely by the same person accusingly that why in the world do I even want to buy hybrid and even went on explaining that he drives a Honda Civic and it's pretty good. Well if Honda doesn't want to sell hybrid why are u making them? 3. Finally the worst part of this visit was , after all this he says "I think" we don't have any 2015 hybrids in the inventory. Well in today's hi tech world if someone says he thinks and cannot just check on his computer that just says it he is not interested in selling . I did check their inventory after coming back home and they did have hybrid cars in their inventory, it just indicated they don't want to sell!! Well I'll be writing my review to Honda directly also I hope they realise that this particular dealership has a big problem , they don't want to sell cars. Also to everyone who is going to this dealership to buy cars, pls go somewhere else the rating and reviews as per yelp are quite right and u will just be wasting ur valuable time.

Bought a car this weekend . The car fax showed no history of car accident. I asked three times, if this car had been in a car accident, and was told no. Took it home, and had it looked at, and was told it had been in car accident. Had two shop look at it, and both pointed same thing. You guys are disgusting for lying about the history on the car. These car fax aren't even true, I guess if you pay a fee you can hide anything from the car fax, How do you sleep at night. Your sales associate are rude! I was due for my scheduled service and called them to book an appointment. Carlos Duenaswas my service adviser and as always I felt like I walked in to a meeting with a friend...he greeted me warmly and had a loaner car ready and waiting. The service department made arrangements to have the considerably extensive service done within a day and also tried to take care of a small bumper issue. For me quality, service and expertise matters and this place fulfills it all. I found the other staff also to be warm and friendly with a smile on their faces. I don't like it when you go to a car dealership and the salesmen are breathing down your neck once you step out of your car. The salesmen at Honda of Stevens Creek were nothing like that. You were allowed to walk toward the vehicles you were interested in, look a little and then someone came and helped. Salesman Alex Sawsienowicz was great. No pressure and ready to take us on a test drive. Showed us all the features of the car and when we got back to the showroom the rest was easy. At no time did we feel the pressure to buy extras which were offered or having other salesmen come in as the closer. Great experience and if we decide to buy another Honda we will come back here. I highly recommend Alex Sawsienowicz one of the best in class sales associate at Honda of Stevens Creek. Thank you Alex.

I've never leased a car so we did a lot of searching around. To be honest, Honda of Stevens Creek weren't at the top of our list simply because their prices were so much lower than other sites. However, after speaking with various leasing companies, we decided to give Honda of Stevens Creek ago. They were very helpful on the phone and we customized our quote too. The whole process was very easy! They were quick and very clear in what information was needed - and fast to respond when I was making the many requests for information. I even got emails from them over the bank holiday period! We started our order process around 3 weeks ago and today I took delivery of the new car. It really was very simple. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and should we need to lease a car at the end of our two year period, we'll definitely use Honda of Stevens Creek again. Keep up the good work!

I usually hate going into auto repair shops because of the overpriced costs, the wait time and suspicions that they would cheat me because I'm a girl. But Honda of Stevens Creek really impressed me. First time I got an oil change. It was a reasonable price & the service was quick. Second time, my tire popped and came in. They had one of the lowest prices around here. The service was over my expectations. Dave Morrone helped me out very sincerely, made me feel like he actually, truly cares for his customers. Thank you and I am extremely grateful. I always dread having to purchase or lease car but this time it was a surprise me that I did not want to run out the door. Here Honda of Stevens Creek for making my experience a pleasant one. I walked in and told them exactly what I was looking for, one of the salesmen Alex did not try to push me into something more expensive, and he showed me what was in my price range and what options were available to me. Two and a half hours later I was driving out in my new CR-V!!!! I have received two follow up calls to ask if I had any questions on all the technology, I have with my new vehicle. It's a good feeling to know that I am now a part of the Honda family. Good bye to all my former car brands. BMW and Volvo. I will recommend to my family and friends without any hesitation.

I went for my first service here. I got my oil changed. Greeted by Jim Differ, helpful and smiling staff. It took less than one hour, I preferred staying there rather than going anywhere. They even offered coffee which was really kind of them. It was a pleasant experience. My Car was completely washed and the front seat rubber liners that were caked in salt were hosed down. Firstly I would like to begin by thanking Leroy, the finance manager for his excellent customer service and the way he dealt with my application. My credit report is not that great, in fact I would even say its adverse. I have been driving the same car for quite some time and it was getting tired and old, I have always wanted a new car but never had the free cash to purchase one out right, I never thought for one minute that I would get accepted with Car Finance. I came across Honda of Stevens Creek on the internet and saw that they specialize in dealing with people like myself with not a great credit report. I spoke with Leroy and explained my situation and was advised to complete an online application. I received an email advising that my application had been approved, I couldn't believe it and was dubious, thinking this is too good to be true, all along Leroy reassured me that everything was approved and accepted, I did think I will not believe it until I am driving of the forecourt in my new car. Well this happened last night, I am now driving a new car that I am delighted with. The repayments may be a little higher but this is to be expected for people with a not so great credit file. I would definitely recommend Honda of Stevens Creek, their service is excellent (Leroy), a truly honest company, that do not promise something they cannot deliver. Hats off to Honda of Stevens Creek, thank you very much!!

Also a good sales person will give you a balanced account of how the products are. I told Sam that I was a snowboarder and he told me that the car I was looking at didn't have a two piece folding back seat so it may be difficult to get my snowboard in but I could get a roof rack. That really stuck out in my mind because there aren't many sales people who would give you how it is. He didn't come off as eager to make money off of me which I liked. Another manufacturer's dealership that I went into (which I will not name!) told me that I could enter some kind of raffle and bothered me for my information including mailing address and phone number right as I walked in....so I walked out. In the past couple of days I have been emailing follow up questions that I forgot to ask about the car and he's been responding very timely, like asking about billing for the XM radio and advice about getting it detailed. It seems like many people on here have had terrible experiences with their sales people... especially from all of the 1 stars. You guys should go and see Sam. I was referred to him by a friend and now you can can be referred by me. He's a good guy, who will give you a good deal and you'll leave happy.

Hey, i am very glad to tell about this place. Its amazing in comparison of other service stations. They did their all task very systematically. I am working woman i mostly forgot the services. But they done their job very timely whenever the time is near for service they give me reminder through mail. I just came here and handover my car to the station. They note down the queries and start work on that. Carlos Duenas my service advisor is very good and smart person. He suggest me positive things about my car. I had a number of minor concerns and they brought me back to discuss them with the tech that was doing the work. They addressed my minor concerns as well as adjusted my brakes and drivers seat and changed the oil. They did in less time than they assure me for good experience..

I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sedan EX, Jan 2013. I previously owned a 2000 Honda Accord LX, what a diffence, WOW! Dave was an excellent salesman, very patient and not pushy, he allowed me to test drive a couple cars including the Pilot. The Honda cars sell themselves, you do not need a pushy salesman. Dave was extremely nice and very thorough explaining the computerized function details in the car to me and my husband. The car drives great and indeed it is a mini computer. I love the fact that it has a passenger side view camera when I am making a right turn, I can see if there are people or cars, etc on the side before I proceed turning. Also, the car has a rear view camera, I can see how far back I can back up into and if there are any cars or people, etc in the location before I proceed. These cameras are an addition to safety besides just looking in the mirrors and out the window before proceeding with your actions. I love my new car! This is my 6th Honda car in my lifetime and none of the cars have ever let me down. I always followed the manufacture maintenance service instruction schedules. I never missed a days of work for the car not staring up in the morning nor a dead battery. I have been very fortunate. Thank you Honda for making stable and safe for me to drive. My first car was a new American car and after 5 years, I had nothing but problems.

I had a great experience buying my CR-Z here. Id definitely buy from here again! Perla was my sales person. She was up-front, and didn't waste my time. I walked in, I did a little research on the car, but still she explained me everything so nicely that it wasnt even required to think twice to search or consult anyone else about the car. She gave me the best deal and of course in my budget. Our sales person Perla was very helpful and went overboard to get us the car we wanted. We wanted a specific color so she said that she will check in a while and get back to me , she went to her office and checked for it , it was available so we were lucky. But when I went to other brand showroom; the sales person told me to check the color availability on my own as he has other customer to attend. That was the point I decided not to buy that specific brand. But here Perla and her team handled perfectly. Thanx for all your effort guys . I left paying what I decided and with my choice car.

For more than a month, I was eyeing a car shop which I think will be of great help for our family car because it needs some fixing in its audio and air con stuff.. Ive tried the suggestions of my friends only to end up unsatisfied because my concern is not properly addressed. When I decided for myself, I opted to try Honda of Stevens Creek. I was not expecting anything extraordinaire but the crew and their kind of service made me tremendously happy. My wife and children are now happy because we will not be travelling with open windows anymore. My children can now listen to the music they want like the old times. I bought my Accord in 2012 in Austin and moved here couple of months back. I was worried that the dealership wouldn't treat me well...since I was not THEIR customer. We just bought my new car here last weekend and had a wonderful experience. We bought at Honda accord which I absolutely love and could not be happier with. Andrew was an incredible sales person and helped us get everything we wanted for the best possible price. He was patient and always respectful and kind to us, and was right along with us each step of the way. He took the time to help me get to know the features on my new car and offered to meet with me again whenever I liked if I had any more questions on how to do anything in the new car. All of the staff was nice and made sure we had a positive experience. This was such a difference from my experience buying my previous car. I had no idea what it was like to buy a car I actually liked and have a completely satisfying experience at a car dealership! I went to Honda two days back for some oil change & wanted to get my breaks checked. I gave the car for repair; and my cousin was looking for a car so we went to look for a car and told if they can give the car back in an hour. There was a lady Maya who assisted us. She seemed to really know what she was doing. She recommended a salesperson for us to test drive an accord and civic and we really liked them. Next came the talk about the price. After a pretty long talk, they gave us a pretty good deal. My cousin was happy and have already picked the car. That was quick and painless. The best part was in the mean while my car was ready. This is the reason I am writing this review, that they gave me the car on time and my cousin got a new car.

I purchased a new car with Honda Steven Creek at San Jose and it was the best experience I have had with a car dealership. Thomas was the person I did most of the work with online. There wasn't any of the usual high pressure stuff that I have encountered in the past with other dealers. He got me a deal that was much better than any of the other local dealerships and we did most of that online so I just had to show up to sign papers and drive off in my newly leased vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership there was not even a hint of "up-selling" and there were no surprises or the usual tactics to get me into a car I didn't want or need. Dave helped me fill out the paperwork for the lease and explained the process for me. All in all I would have no trouble recommending this dealership to friends and family and will definitely be heading back there for my next car. Honda Steven Creek was a refreshing change from the usual dealership encounters and have renewed my faith in he car buying process.

I can't rate service or sales because I was here with a friend getting his car looked at. But I was impressed on the cleanliness, and the several people that asked if I had been helped or if I needed anything to drink while I waited. After my huge disappointment with the service at the place where I bought my car, I looked around on the web and found this place Honda of Stevens Creek of San Jose. I gave it a try and haven't looked back since. That was over a year ago. The service people are polite but not in a sleazy way. They are cool. They communicate very well, explain every issue to the detail and give you options. I am sooo not car-smart but they never talk down to me. I feel comfortable here and I do not dread going to my car service appointment as I used to with the previous place. Now, I do with they had bigger waiting area with more seating - it gets full sometimes because people bring their kids and other family members. But, it is not related to the service, therefore I did not remove a star:)

So I went to Honda and as soon as I entered there was a lady whose name was Maya welcomed me with a big smile on her face. She started asking me my purpose of visit and I told her that my key is not working properly and I want to replace the key or just repair it if that is possible. Maya helped me and called the service people and a guy came with me outside and tested the key. Then he said that it has to be replaced and we went back inside. They replaced my key and gave me a new key. That was a effortless job and was resolved quickly. Overall I was happy and it was a great experience. Awesome customer service they offer. Thanks.

I went in to this place as my car was broke. My break caliper kept seizing up causing my car to pull after braking. Maya greeted me and she even directed my work to one of her team member. They fixed it quick and were very polite and I was relaxed that my car was in good and trained hands. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an honest auto repair company.

Finally, a car dealership that provides good customer service! After dealing with all of the issues I had with the one of the other location, I am relieved to have found a place to take my car where I not only feel comfortable, but also confident that my car is being fixed properly. I didn't buy my car here, but I use them for service because they are awesome. Maya helped with all my issues every time I go there. They all were extremely helpful and polite, they washed my car every time I bring it in. They gave me a free race inspection, and another time they gave me a free detail when I waited longer than they said I would for my brake pads to be changed. I hadn't even made an appointment, I just showed up to have my brake pads done. Every time I go to Honda I am pleased with the service and great output I get.

Car salesman have the reputation of being a sleazy bunch and boy, these band of merry men sure live up to their reputation.We wasted 3 hours of our lives here. We had done plenty of research about the car we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Within 20 minutes of talking with the salesperson (Sami), of which 10 were him going back and forth to whoever he needed to talk with for price consultation, we had agreed on a price. Or so we thought. We waited for the next 130 minutes for them to get the car and to meet with the finance guy. Eventually, the price they put on paper was higher than what we had agreed to. When we broke down the numbers, the manager pretty much told us that we did not have that price 'officially written down' and hence they could not honor it. The price was VERY CLEARLY written - as any one has bought a car before knows, we go back and forth with numbers written on paper, of course we had no signatures against it.Long story short - don't go here. They clearly do not care or understand customer service or satisfaction.

HONDA OF STEVEN CREEK TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MEDuring the month of July, 2013 I feel I got defrauded by Honda of Steven Creek. I went in and spoke with car salesman Mike D. and I test drove a used 2010 Honda Accord. The car looked fine and felt fine, and I specifically asked Mike if this car had been in an accident and he said "NO". My cosigner and I proceeded to sign all documents. About two weeks after I went to get my windows tinted the tint shop informed me that one of my doors wobbled to much and that I should have it checked out. I took it to Honda Steven Creek recommended body shop AW Collision of San Jose and after their inspection they informed me that my car had in fact been in a car accident and someone attempted to cover it up making it an unsafe vehicle. The body shop told me the estimated cost to have this car repair would be $9,137!!!. I immediately took this issue to Honda Steven Creek and I spoke with Samantha E. and I explained my problem to her and I gave her a copy of the repair cost estimate and of course she told me that there was no one there to help me and to go home and she will show her boss my documents. During a period of 3-4 weeks I spoke with Subhash C. General Manager, Moe A. General Sales Manager and Abraham Finance. I begged them to please help me out with this unsafe vehicle. I informed them that I feel they took advantage of me by selling me a wrecked and unsafe vehicle and I simply wanted them to give me for what I'm paying for and after numerous of phone calls and three or four visits to Honda of Steven Creek dealership they refused to help me out making all sorts of excuses and disrespecting my cosigner and I. In addition they went as far as to tell me that Honda of Steven Creek had millions of dollars to spend in attorneys in case I wanted to sue them. As a result I contacted the auto fraud legal center and attorney Hawk and his firm decided to fight for my rights as a consumer and sue this dealership for their wrongdoing!!!!!!!!!My case is currently pending in California in the Santa Clara County Superior Court Civil Case Number 1-13-CV-254207, in which Honda of Steven Creek is doing business as Santa Clara Imported Cars, Inc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In addition we just had a mediation hearing on 01/15/2014, in which of course nothing happen at mediation thanks to their refusal. Overall, I'm an American guy that is just trying to make it. I have two jobs and I am putting myself through college (Engineering major) I went to a Honda dealership and not to a mom and pop dealership in order to avoid these kinds of problems and honestly, because it was a Honda dealership I felt I can trust them and get myself a good reliable car. Unfortunately, Honda Steven Creek clearly took advantage of me and even after I took this problem to them they have refused to help me out. $9,137 is a lot of money for car repairs. I can see why they would like to dump this car on somebody and get it out of their dealership. Once again a huge corporation is taking advantage of the small people/consumer and tax payer.

I was afraid to take my car in because people have tried to sell me a lot of stuff in the past at other places, but Thomas my service person kept me informed the whole way through. I felt like a I made an informed decision and that makes me feel more comfortable about coming here in the future.

Just bought a 2014 Pilot. Love it!!! The sales experience was great. Had a small issue with my phone pairing to the car. Went back into the service department and they had tech come out and help me set up my phone. They were all so happy to help. Great dealership!

I tried to have my CR-V Honda 2012 oil change this morning at Stevens Creek Honda dealer with a valid Honda Care program, but the service guy said that there was no related information shown when type in my car VIN. and I need to pay $55 for the oil change or $384 for the recommendation service (alignment, air filter and oil change etc). I already paid over a thousand dollar for Honda care, why I need to pay another $55 for oil change. any one have similar issue?

Steven Kim is the recently promoted to store manager----because "he was the next in line". He is immature, rude, disrespectful, arrogant . . . I wouldn't return there if it was the last dealership on the planet. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I wasted my time driving there. My mistake!

Worst customer service. Very rude, unprofessional...I can go on...Went to buy Honda crv 2013. The sales rep who helped us was k, guess was a new employee. He had to go and talk to his manager Steven Kim regarding every question we asked, which was k. We are extremely patient. He helped us for 30 mins. The manager, Steven Kim answered each question very arrogantly and kept saying I have 2 people who are ready to buy a car now....well..I don't understand why he kept saying that....rt for the time he met us.Anyways...he was so rude..we decided to leave...and in front of us he told his employee " DON'T WASTE TIME ON SUCH CUSTOMERS"..30 mins of customer service and so arrogant...

Horrible experience. They lied to us that they had the car. Once we showed up they did not treat us properly and starting shouting at us when we said that they should have told us if the car was gone.

Don't buy from them.We negotiated a price via email and they would not honor it. They also try high pressure sales tactics with my wife. The sales manager was rude to my wife.I wrote a complaint email to them and as expected, they don't even respond.We eventually bought a 2012 Civic from another dealer.

I would never recommend this dealer. Because it is Honda, They have so many customers that they no more care about customers. They think they are being great to you by selling their cars in demand to you. They told me some price on phone and when I went the place, They quoted much higher rate than what was told on phone.And for used cars, They have a slogan,If you are buying used car, You should not expect two keys or any remote.I won't be surprised if they say,You are buying used car, You should not expect car to have 4 wheels or car to work or you should not expect any key.The way they treat their customers, I hardly doubt they ever look at such review sites but I hope their customers look at this site.

I went to maintain my car last week and asked them to fix my front wheels brake because I heard the 'gigi' sound when the car was moving. They finally charged me almost $1000 for only the brake repair, not including the maintenance expense.I, of course, didn't let them do the repair and brought the car to a repair shop which only charged me $109. Don't you see the difference?Don't go there !! If you really need to, don't trust them at all, use your own common sense and judgement to offer them the work. If they see you accept their advice, they will be very greedy and give you all nonsense, unfair quote.

I had driver side seatbelt problem with my honda accord 2004. I brought my car to the dealer located on steven creek and met Dann(forgot his last name)on Tuesday. I removed the seatbelt from the car and handed to him. at first he told me that honda will not cover because I removed it from the car. he took my seatbelt go around the shop and ask for someone approval. He came out and told me that honda will cover it. So, he made appointment on Wednesday and also ordered part for me. I showed up my appoinment hoping to have my seatbelt replace. Dann was off on that day so I end up meeting this guy (I totally forgot to get his name). he looked at me and said "NO..NO". we won't fix if you remove the seatbelt from your car. he made the big deal out of it and yelled around the shop. he talked to all the big bosses at the shop about my case. I told him that I will come back to see Dann because he was taking car my case. So, I went home and coudn't wait to see Dann. I came back on Friday and met Dann. I beleive he was prepared and ready to deal with me. I came in and explained to him about my case. all he told me is that "Honda will not cover your seatbelt". I was shocked but I didn't make big deal, I just want to get over it. So, I dealt with him that I want to buy the seatbelt if he can give me discount. He was ok and sent me to cashier. So, I ended up pay $150 for my seatbelt. I thought that was it and would not deal with these guys anymore. I coudn't beleive when I put the seatbelt in my car, the sensor is not working at all. I went back to the dealer and ask for exchange. They didn't even let me exchange or refund. I didn't even know the part is a non-refund item prior my purchase. I ask Dann if he could proof the part is good then I will happyily leave the store. He told me that Honda doesn't need to prove it and gave me all cappy lectures and asked me to pay $150 to diagnose my car if I want to fix the sensor. I have to pay $300 to fix my seatbelt. this is rediculous. I don't how honda doing business with those unprofessional customer service. All I can say "IF YOU NEED SERVICE FOR YOUR CAR, THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO GET THE SERVICE"

Walked onto the lot and was suggested to work with Steve. Steve is a salesman with integrity, no pressure, up front and honest. It was a busy night, Steve told us when there were delays in getting in line to have the finance guy look at our offer. We appreciated that. What happened next was rather insulting, although, I know it's just business. Steve had to be the messenger... we were completely lowballed (by $6000) with our trade-in. He stated that they do not go by the "blue book" values. So, my question is, why is it posted for consumers to see? Stunned, we left and Steve lost a sale. If you're going to go to Honda of Stevens Creek, definitely work with Steve. Easy going, knowledgeable and honest (what more can you ask for in a sales guy). And beware of the "haggling" you have to deal with, I just don't have the tenacity to deal with that kind of business. My trade in was a Saturn, and wanted to drive something different. But, due to my less than perfect experience with Honda of Stevens Creek, I will be purchasing another Saturn which was Plan B.

Stevens Creek Honda,San Jose Ca I went car shopping this weekend and a friend told me to ask for the Internet department. He's a dealer rater also and may have read it on someone Else's review so whoever you are thanks. To finish the story We went in and Steve helped us not only find the exact car but also get us a great rate. He said they use CUDL and it sends our application over to a bunch of credit unions instead of banks. We got a really great rate as the credit score was a little low but we pay everything on time. We left really happy and overall one of the easiest deals. My thanks to other Dealer Rater's for the tips to make it work out.

We received a price over the internet from South Bay Honda. They didn't have the car we wanted on the premises so we went over to Honda of Stevens Creek to see the car in the color we wanted. When approached by salesmen, we told them we had gotten this price from South Bay. They told us that South Bay salespeople were "liars" and that they could not give us that price. We were appalled that they would outright use that word. We were really put off by these guys. When it turned out that indeed the South Bay salesperson never came though with the car, let alone the price (she didn't even show up for our appointment) we went back to Honda of Stevens Creek. On the day we were to pick up the car, the car was to be on the lot. My husband and the salesperson had to drive to another lot (took about 1 hour round trip) to get the car. Then we sat down to finalize the sale. We had the price that the sales person quoted us. The sales person told us that the manager said it was too low. We were down there ready to buy based on the agreed on price. The sales person was a nice guy but he apparently should not have quoted a price he couldn't deliver on. It may be the game they play, make it the managers fault. In any case, the difference was about $150. The manager asked "are you going to walk away from the car you want for $150?" Indeed we did. They were dishonest. We will ever return there. We bought the car from Anderson Honda for the same price basically but the process was open, honest and straightforward.

I have bought a used Acura from this dealership that was previously owned in the State of Florida. It is still my car, and there have not been any mechanical repair issues. Also, the price is reasonable.There was something I liked about the salesperson. However, when it turned out that the vehicle did not have a spare tire, he followed instructions and took one from one of their other automobiles for use in mine. If I am not mistaken, that was the end of my dealings with him. He said he was seeking employment elsewhere.The person who processed the paperwork evidently had a preference for Cantonese, Mandarin, or something else. I purchased a warranty through him, but eventually cancelled within a 60 day period. I only elected the insurance minimums and added comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible. Leaving almost immediately to drive to the mid-west, I still did not have an official license plate. After driving further than halfway across the (contiguous) country, I went to the carwash. The next day, I observed faint scratches throughout the car's paint. Subsequent inquiry through an attorney general's office lead to the impression that the service did not cause the damage; but unmasked a previous carwash-type problem(s). Fortunately, insurance still provided ~ $1,300, and I saved the claim through multiple winters. (In the nearer future, a new policy with a lower deductible would pay $3,000+ for hail damage).When the warranty trial ran out, I asked about a different priced option but communication skills were once again lacking from the dealership. After reviewing the materials sent to me, I did not buy.After at least two months, I was still waiting for my title and plates. It was difficult to complete tasks such as transferring the balance from the lender, or to register the vehicle. I did get pulled over for this once--before I knew that traffic violations are classifed as minor misdemeanors. Sales service was ineffective. Honda of Stevens Creek promptly obliged a recent request for records. I remain satisfied with the value of the purchase. My feelings may have been otherwise if I had not observed the missing spare, or elected comprehensive coverage.

Tried again to purchase a car using our Capital One (no restrictions Blue) check and was told we had to fill out a credit application. They told us on the phone they accept the check but when we got there they changed their story. We drove 4 hours for nothing. Another dealer trying to attach a back up loan just in case the check doesn't go through. ANOTHER SCAMMER! We just got up and left. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! T.J. was nice but left to make deliveries during my call to Capital One. They had a young sales associate take over and poor kid didn't know what was going on. The Manager was a big liar (I forgot his name). Be CAREFUL buying a car from this dealership!!!!!!

I bought a used car from this dealership and i am so sorry. They sent this car out knowing it was bieng bought for my daughter. I specifically said I needed something that she would not get stranded in and she has had nothing bur problem. I tried to back out after noticing the air was not cooling on test drive. then I was called repeatedly to say the car had been through certified inspections. i finally relented after being told I could drive the car for a month and bring it back if any problem well from the radiator bieng full of slush , brakes going out, noises, needing new air conditioner condenser all within the first month. all they did was replace the condenser and now are giving me the run around the transmission is out!!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a car for our daughter. We found a pre-ownd 97 Saturn coupe on their lot. The sales associate stated that it was a trade-in and that "they only keep the best cars to sell...the rest (implied the ones that need work) go to action". He continued to say that the car had been totally looked over by the service department and was in tip-top condition. We test drove the car, liked it, and purchased it. The finance guy actually echoed what the salesman had said, that the car was completely checked out and that they only kept the best for re-sale. On the way home over Highway 17 both the oil and the temperature lites went on. When we got it home we realized the the oil was really old and obviosly hadn't been changed in over 10,000 miles and that there was hardly any coolant in the radiator. Upon further inspection the hoses not easily visable needed replaceing and the brake fluid was very low. There wasn't even any wiper fluid! What exactly did theur service department do? My husband was a mechanic while putting himself through school, so he was able to spend an entire day servicing the car. My daughter drove it for a week and the alternater went out and the battery needed replacing. This has been a nightmare. Countless hours have been spent on this lemon! What burns me is that we went to a "reputable dealer" to avoid this type of rip-off. We could have easily taken our chances at one of those from-the-auction mini dealerships...but we wanted reliability for the price we could afford. We will NEVER patronize Stevens Creek Honda and will tell anyone who will listen what a bunch of liars work there.

We decided to buy Honda Odyssey. My wife stopped by on weekend, drove the car, and was given "estimated" price range. It was on the good side, and few days after we showed up together with the intention to close the deal. I also asked about financing options. Once sales person sow my "monthly salary" figure on the application, he changed this tactic completely. He came with price offer ~$3,000 higher then he promised before. When I asked what happened he answered "you should be ashamed to bargain with this type of income". Obviously, we left this dealership w/o car and with very bad feeling. I'm not recommending to use this dealership services to ANYONE!

The other 3 dealerships gave me very competitive rates and in a very polite manner. Considering that MSRP was $39010, the best quotes were $37500-$37800 from the other dealerships. But the visit to this dealership (Honda of Stevens Creek) was like visiting hell. Even though the sales person was very polite, the sales manager was not. And when I tried to walk out, he insisted that I offer him a target price I would like him to meet for the new Odyssey. So I quoted the best offer I had from another dealer, and he became instantly beligerent and quoted $6000 more than what the other dealers had quoted. His quote was $44000. I told him that this was a very bad joke, considering that MSRP was $39010 and best quotes were $37500-$37800. At this he made insulting remarks and that he does not have to listen to me. All this happened after he requested me to not leave and to suggest a price I was looking at for this van. These other dealerships were Anderson Honda (Palo Alto), Larry Hopkins Honda (Sunnyvale), and one in Capitola. All 3 were very friendly and polite. I finally bought the van from Larry Hopkins Honda.

I got really bad service experience at this dealer recently. The poor service caused my vehicle broke down on highway 80 in Sierra Nevada. It riuned my family vacation and costed us alot for emergency accommadation at Truckee and vehicle repair. What happened is that my Honda Element received a 22500 mi service at Honda of Steven Creek on 01//15/2005 before the vehicle hit on the road to Reno, NV on 01/16/2005. The service man who did the work on my Element didn't tighten (I guess he lost his mind during the work) the oil drain plug at the end of service. That caused oil drain plug loosed and lost while the vehicle was running on highway 80 at 7pm close to Soda Spring, CA. All motor oil was lost suddenly. I called AAA emergency towlling service upon the vehicle broke down. The car was towed to nearby Truckee,CA. My family was forced to stay at a motel in Truckee through AAA emergency assistance. AAA authorized repair center in Truckee found such poor service that caused the broke-down. The bad service could cause severe damages to my Element's engine.<br>Now even more than 30 days past, Honda of Steven Creek has not paid any compensation for damages and the cost by the bad service.<br><br>Do I recommend this dealer to other people for their car services? Of course NOT. I want to pay service to maintain my vehicle in good condition rather than pay Honda of Stevens Creek to harm it. Right?!
