This review is specifically for the Parts Department at Honda on Grand. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He helped me find the correct parts I needed and even called me back to confirm the parts I ordered were in his hands before I got there. That is above and beyond service. So, I have never felt the need to comment on the internet about a dealership because I never had anything nice to say. Igor and the team at Honda on Grand were wonderfully accommodating to me and my daughter when we went to look for a larger family vehicle. We picked out a 2021 pilot on Saturday and over the weekend weren't 100% happy with it. On Monday Igor was able to get us into a better model. 100% would recommend this dealership.
